The weirdest and stupidest and most horrible part about being an adult is that you still have to Adult when your life is falling apart.

You still have to work. You still have to pay bills. You still have to be a loving and attentive parent. Get dressed in the morning. Buy groceries. Feed your dog and cat.

And wait for the next time it's safe to let go and fall apart yourself, knowing you'll have to pick up the prices the next day and do it all over again.

I have a working, but banged up, car that needs repaired. Found out today that the other driver is avoiding his insurance. So now we sit and wait until they decide that I was not in the wrong and I can get this fixed and over.

I live in a complex that the landlord makes it impossible to contact someone if there is a 911. Looking at how to report them for this, since it can’t be legal.

I’m broke until next week. I have enough to get gas and some food.

One of my cats started shitting in the bathtub. No reason. So I get to deal with that now.

Trying to get my pets set up with wellness exams, dental cleanings, and cardio check ups. So expensive, even working in the vet field.
