Summary: Lucas and Dani have been happily coupled up since Lucas entered the villa, but Nope has other plans...
Written for the @litgwritersroom prompt: re-write Operation Nope.
Rated Teen.
Below the cut or on Ao3.
Huge thanks to @ellegreenwxy for betaing!
“Mmm, something smells amazing.”
Dani giggled as he hugged her from behind, resting his chin on her shoulder.
“Oh, did you want some?” she teased, pushing his plate out of his reach.
“You know better than anyone that I worked up quite the appetite last night.”
She flushed immediately, likely replaying last night’s events in her mind. The two of them had been voted into the Hideaway and Lucas had been determined to make sure it was something she wouldn’t forget anytime soon.
Dani playfully shoved him away. “Sit. Eat.”
Obediently, he took his seat, taking a bite of the pancakes she’d sat in front of him.
“I love it when you’re bossy,” he said, smirking at her.
Her grey eyes sparkled with amusement. Even as she feigned annoyance, those eyes told him all he’d ever need to know; she was happy. Happy with him.
From the moment he’d stepped into the villa, Dani had been the one to catch his eye. For five days, he’d sat in his hotel room, bewitched by this artsy, bold girl he saw on his screen. He’d watched the other guys fall over themselves to impress her, watched as she’d skillfully and kindly rejected all of them. If he was being honest, he was so nervous that she’d do the same to him that their whole first date was a happy blur.
But for some reason, she didn’t reject him. Lucas was terrified he’d do something to chase her away, but it hadn’t happened. Her attention seemed firmly fixed on him, never straying as he integrated himself into the villa.
She just made it so easy. From the very first time she’d smiled at him, she’d made him feel relaxed, like he could actually be himself around her. Dani brought out the real him; he shared parts of himself with her that he’d thought he’d locked away for good.
“Babe?” she asked, a nervous crinkle forming between her brows. “Are you okay?”
“Yeah. I’m great.”
~
“Ugh,” Hope said with an eye roll, watching as Dani and Lucas made eyes at each other across the breakfast bar. “They’re insufferable.”
Noah sighed sadly, while he didn’t necessarily agree with Hope’s statement, he could understand not wanting to watch them together. Dani was the only girl in the villa who seemed completely uninterested in him. Which only made him want her more.
She was funny and gorgeous. And exactly his type on paper. Noah felt like he could talk to her about anything. But while he’d really wanted to kiss her after she spent half an hour debating the best Toto songs with him, she’d made it very clear that Noah was just a friend.
But at least she’d friendzoned everyone.
Then Lucas strode into the villa, dragging Thor Junior in his wake, and Dani had fallen head over heels for him. To say that stung was an understatement.
“He shouldn’t be with her,” Hope spat.
“Maybe you’re right. But what can we do about it?”
Hope got that look in her eye. The look that said she was going to get what she wanted and no one was going to stop her.
“What if one of us tried to turn their heads?”
“Dani isn’t interested in me,” Noah admitted dejectedly.
“For now. But what if her man was suddenly out of the picture? Then she’d have nothing else to do but come cry on your shoulder.”
She let the idea hang in the air, let it take root in Noah’s mind like a weed. The more he thought about it the better it sounded.
“Alright. Let’s do it. You’ll try to graft Lucas then?”
“Oh hun,” Hope said with a feline smile, tossing her braids over her shoulder. “There is no try.”
~
The feel of Dani’s lips against his was lingering in Lucas’ mind as he strode through the villa. How was it that in less than a week, this girl had imprinted herself on his life? Even when she wasn’t next to him, he could hear her laugh.
“What’s got you grinning like a schoolboy?” Hope asked, pulling him out of his daydreams. “It’s Dani, isn’t it?”
He noticed that her smile didn’t quite reach her eyes.
There was no point in denying it. He, Lucas Koh, the man who put up so many walls, was completely and utterly whipped. And it had only taken Dani five days to do it.
“Yeah, it’s Dani.”
Hope sighed, sliding a little bit closer to him. “You know I love Dani, but do you really think she’s the right person for you? Or is just an infatuation?
“What are you trying to say?” he growled.
“Lucas, come on. Do you really think she’ll fit into your life?” Hope purred, her manicured nail dragging against his chest. “Dani? The girl who doesn’t know when to stay quiet and thinks fifty pounds is a lot to spend on a pair of shoes?”
A small smile formed on his face as he pictured his father’s face when he brought Dani home. No, Dani was not the type of girl Lucas typically dated. But maybe that was exactly why he was so drawn to her.
“You need someone who’ll fit right in. Someone more…high class. Not that there’s anything wrong with Dani!” Hope hastily added, seeing the anger on his face. “It’s just…you live such a posh life, Lucas. Shouldn’t you give someone else a shot? Someone who wants that life?”
“Someone like you?” he asked, lifting his brow.
“It’s just a suggestion, babes.”
God, he would’ve laughed if he wasn’t so damn angry. Hope was exactly the type of girl Lucas had dated in the past. She was cool, calm, and collected; a force to be reckoned with. Objectively, she was perfect for him, a beautiful, ambitious woman who’d challenge him in every facet of life.
But as he looked at her, her lips parted slightly as she tilted her head up towards him, practically begging to be kissed, he felt nothing.
Because she wasn’t Dani.
“No thanks, I’m good,” he said, stepping back quickly.
He strode out of the living room, leaving Hope behind him, gaping like a fish out of water.
“Lucas! I was just looking for you!” Noah said cheerily.
That was weird. Noah wasn’t exactly unfriendly, but of all the guys in the villa, he was the one Lucas had talked to the least.
“Um, hey Noah.”
“Did Hope talk to you?”
“Yeah, I just left her.”
“Oh, well. Listen, she told me when you came in that she really liked you…”
If Lucas didn’t know better, he’d say that Noah was trying to set him up with his partner. “Uh, cool. Listen, have you seen Dani?”
“She’s by the loungers.”
“Great. Thanks mate!”
Shaking his head, Lucas tried to push the conversation out of his mind. Something was nagging at him though. It was odd, two people coming up to him on the same day to talk about Hope’s interest in him.
“Babe!” Dani called, her smiling making Lucas feel about twenty kilos lighter.
He couldn’t resist wrapping a possessive arm around her waist as he sat down next to her. Nor could he fight the urge to plant a row of kisses on her neck.
“Lucas…people can see us…” she murmured, the breathy pant in her voice spurring him on.
“Let them watch.”
Dani lifted his gaze to hers with a single finger under his chin. “Hey. What’s wrong?”
Of course, she knew something was bothering him. It sometimes felt like she knew what he was thinking before he knew it himself.
“Hope pulled me for a chat earlier…”
Tension flooded her body instantly. Instinctively, Lucas’s fingers roamed over her shoulders, soothing every knot he came across.
“Nothing happened,” he continued. “But she made a pass at me…”
Those striking grey eyes that Lucas loved to see light up darkened with anger. “She did what?!?”
“She was flirting with me, but I shut it down. What was really weird was Noah talking to me after.”
“Nope. Not gonna slide out of this one that easily. Hope tried to make a move on my man?”
Lucas couldn’t fight the smile on his face. It really wasn’t the right time to smile, but he really liked seeing how much she cared.
“Why are you smiling?” she demanded.
“Babe, listen to yourself.”
Dani glared at him, crossing her arms stubbornly in front of her. “I’m pissed off Lucas, I don’t want to over-analyze what I’m saying right now.”
“You just called me your man.”
“Is it too soon?” she asked. All that anger suddenly made more sense, she was scared. There was a part of her that was terrified of losing him.
“Not all. I’m yours Dani. Only yours.”
He watched the emotions play across her face: disbelief, shock, and then pure, unbridled joy. The breath was temporarily knocked from his lungs as Dani threw her arms around him. Laughing, the pair of them fell back onto the lounger in an awkward tangle of limbs.
Heat bloomed in his chest as Dani closed the gap between them, kissing him with an intensity that made the blazing Spanish sun feel downright cold.
Love Island was unpredictable. Things happened that no one was expecting, couples broke up and new islanders came in. He and Dani still had a long way to go until the end, and he knew they’d face their own share of obstacles.
But it didn’t matter. Because she was his and he was hers.

NEW FIC ALERT
Not making a cover for this as badly as I want to so I'm just gonna throw this back up again.
Tumblr media
Carry On
The pilot chuckled, and she heard the scraping of a stool pushing back from the bar. Then, footsteps, but they weren’t Hamish’s. These were slower. More controlled. Heavier.  She glanced up, and found the sexy pilot looking down at her, offering her a hand. “He found you, baby. Come on out.” Marisa furrowed her brow in confusion and some betrayal, but the slightest twitch of his eyebrow was suddenly an entire conversation.  Play along.
Submitted for the holiday prompt on r/LITGFanFiction. But more importantly, it's a gift for Sarah & Margot for being such wonderful people and also for organising the gift exchange this year.

Alternate Route: Leaving the Game (Suresh/MC)
Tumblr media
"I'm leaving the Villa today."
Everyone gasped when Coco said this. No one saw this coming at all. That she would leave.
Truthfully, Coco had been thinking about this since she saw Suresh at the first recoupling. She didn't want to deal with him anymore. Seeing him brought up old memories and old feelings that she wanted to leave behind. She came to the Villa to leave her past behind and Suresh ruined that.
As he always did.
"Coco, wait. Are you sure?" Dana looked grief-stricken.
"Yes, I'm sure. It's what best for me now."
"Oh babes," To her surprise, Kat walked over and hugged her tightly. While she and Kat never got along most of the time, they did care for each other in some strange way.
Finn joined in the hug, rubbing her shoulder, consoling her.
But Coco didn't cry, to the contrary, she felt free. As if a heavy burden was released from her shoulders.
Kat and Dana were both crying. Why? Coco didn't know but she understood why. They had gotten so close in the past five days despite the petty arguments and the catty behavior.
Arlo and Meera were quiet, looking dumfounded.
Eddie frowned, looking at Alfie and Suresh.
Alfie... he was pale. He stared blankly at the floor saying nothing.
And Suresh?
He looked devastated. Really devastated which surprised Coco. Why was he so hurt? He had been running around the Villa, flirting with Arlo without a care in the world. He had so happily taken her chance to move on. He had no problem cracking on with Dana and Arlo which infuriated her.
And why it made her want to leave.
Coco packed her things quickly, feeling relieved. She could go out and live her life again.
"Hey."
Coco looked up and saw Alfie. His face was red with tears but she felt nothing. He told her point-blank that he couldn't handle her baggage and she needed someone who could handle her flaws, her messiness, her baggage, her.
"I'll miss you," he croaked.
She nodded curtly, "It was nice meeting you Alfie."
She walked away.
And he wasn't worth her time anyway.
~~~
When she walked to the bedroom, Suresh was there, waiting for her.
"Here to gloat?" She spat.
He looked hurt, "No I-"
"You know what's funny? This was my chance to move on. This was my summer. But you ruined it, ruined it like how you ruined my life. Are you happy now?!"
"Coco I just-!"
"DON'T! Just don't! You sat here and scared away any guy that wanted to get to know me but you oh so happily cracked on with Arlo and Dana. You're a terrible person Suresh! I know that. Now these girls will learn it too."
Suresh's eyes were filled with tears, much to her satisfaction. Everyone in the Villa was gathered now, watching the spectacle like they always do.
"You're awful. You are. And I hope you're satisfied. Goodbye."
She pushed past him, leaving him.
For good.
~~~
As Coco walked out of the Villa, she was glad. She could find someone else on the outside. She could find the one for her.
She would be okay.

I’m not trying to be mean but is it just me or is there something off about the boy bombshell’s eyes? Like I keep looking at him and there’s something unnerving about them. It feels like there’s no life behind them (which obviously he doesn’t bc he’s a drawing but still) and like he’s just staring into my soul
No no no, that’s exactly it! He just feels so off, it’s a lil uneasy, a lil uncanny valley… That’s why I’m saying he’s AI generated - he just doesn’t look like he was drawn by a human. His eyes are almost too small, blurred, lifeless. His nose feels too long, it’s smudged. His lips have no contour. Even his nipples are weird, man - like, the outline doesn’t match the actual shape of the nipple? Odd. And I just want to clarify, I’m not criticizing actual human characteristics - I’m purely looking at the art style that is just soo vastly different from the rest of the characters in this season. Idk, I wanna say he’s giving those AI tiktok filters or something? Idk, but you get me, right?

Hey loves! The writing prompt on the r/LITGFanFiction subreddit inspired me to have a go at writing for some of the S6 characters so here’s my entry…
There are lots of characters I wanted to write but couldn’t fit in (Roberto, I’m looking at you) so this could be the start of something, but I’m planning to finish my Bruno fic first! I’ve also planned some S6 characters into Island Villa Apartments.
Hope you enjoy it if you read it, it was a lot of fun to write!

THE HEART WANTS WHAT IT WANTS
S2 | Gary/MC | 2700+ words | @0shewrites0
Tumblr media
synopsis | Gary is genuinely happy with Maeve, but Lottie doesn't believe he is being honest. She is jealous of Maeve and angry that Gary ditched her for Maeve. Together with Hannah she thinks about how she can test him, or rather how she can make him regret that he ever coupled up with Maeve. She wants to remind him that she - Lottie - is the one he really wants.
prompt | rewriting Operation Nope @litgwritersroom
genre | fluff. non-canonical. rated T.
author’s note | I've never written for Gary before, so I wanted to challenge myself. I'm sorry in advance if I didn't capture his character properly, but I tried anyway. And it was fun to write him. I like fluff with Gary so much🤍
"UGH!" Lottie feigned retching and rolled her eyes.
Startled, Hannah looked up, following Lottie's gaze, and her eyes widened when she saw Gary and Maeve in the outdoors gym. Gary was doing push-ups while Maeve was underneath him. Each time he lowered himself to the ground, he pressed a kiss to her lips and then pushed himself back up.
Maeve giggled, her face flushed as she barely managed to look into his bright blue eyes that gazed down at her, and his lips twisted into a grin. Small beads of sweat formed on his forehead and chest, but he kept going, his muscles tensing, his strong arms braced on either side of Maeve’s shoulders.
Both Lottie and Hannah stared at them, bewildered - Lottie because she still couldn't believe that Gary had chosen Maeve over her, and twice, and Hannah because she couldn't for the life of her imagine lying under a guy, having to endure his panting, the sweat trickling down his face and onto her own, and getting sticky, sweaty kisses.
What was hot about it? Ew! She shuddered in disgust, averting her eyes and looking at Lottie instead. "That's disgusting, isn't it?"
"Mmm..." replied Lottie absentmindedly, her gaze still fixed on Gary, her eyelid twitching nervously as she clenched her teeth in annoyance.
"Lottie," Hannah tried again, putting her hand on Lottie's arm and squeezing it gently, "stop watching them. You'll feel miserable."
Lottie scoffed, "Oh, I'm miserable already, thank you very much." But she turned her back on them and turned her attention to Hannah, frowning and pouting. "I just don't understand why he would choose her over me. When we came in he didn't even notice her, he didn't step forward for her!"
Hannah clamped her mouth shut, knowing this was going to be one of those endless rants about how Lottie thought she was the perfect partner for Gary, and she decided to just listen and nod her head in agreement. There was no stopping her anyway.
"Are you even listening to me, Han?" Lottie suddenly snapped, glaring at Hannah with her emerald eyes.
The latter nodded quickly and forced a smile, "Of course I am. And I agree, I don't get it either."
For a moment Lottie watched her suspiciously, then waved her hand dismissively. "It's like I don't even exist anymore!" She turned back around, fixed her gaze on the gym and was annoyed to see Gary still doing push-ups and kissing Maeve. "What is it about her? I thought he liked opinionated women, someone who could talk back, but with her it's like she's the complete opposite. Always all sunny and happy, always trying to keep harmony and peace. It's so boring!"
"Maybe we should do something to get him interested in you again?" asked Hannah quietly, almost not daring to say anything because she didn't want to make Lottie any angrier than she already was.
"What did you just say?" Lottie jerked her head around to stare at her, and Hannah wasn't sure, but it seemed like her eyes were shining. Like she was feeling hopeful again.
"I don't know, but if you think he's just forgotten you, maybe get him to remember you. We could test him and find out if he really likes Maeve that much or if she's just the easier option."
"The easier option? What's that supposed to mean?" Lottie narrowed her eyes again and scowled at her.
Hannah swallowed quickly, "I just meant that with her, he doesn't really have to try to make it seem like they're a good couple because they're so boring. Nothing ever happens, they haven't even had a fight yet. And maybe he's taking advantage of her because he knows she'll secure him a place in the finals? He could be playing the game..."
Lottie scoffed sarcastically, "I highly doubt the guy is smart enough to do anything like that. I mean, he's a crane operator. Doesn't take much cognitive ability, does it?"
Hannah winced briefly, wondering why Lottie even wanted him so badly if she thought so poorly of him, but she quickly brushed the thought off. She's just angry...
"But," Lottie put one of her impeccably manicured black fingernails to her chin and tapped it thoughtfully, "you do have a point. Maybe I can make him regret ever coupling up with her."
"Do you have a plan?" inquired Hannah hesitantly.
"Not yet, but I'll come up with one!"
••••••••••••••••
Gary stepped out of the shower, feeling refreshed and full of energy after his workout, dried himself off and couldn't help smiling when he thought of the visual of Maeve lying underneath him, beaming at him with flushed cheeks. She was not his type at all, at least not on paper, but lately he was wondering if maybe he had been wrong about his type all along. After all, he was already thinking about what his nan would say if he brought her home. And he was bloody sure she would adore her.
Maeve was laid-back, easy-going, happy, and she always managed to put a smile on his face, too. He felt comfortable around her, he didn't worry so much about his physique, and he caught himself no longer wondering so often if she thought he was hot. Because the way she looked at him, her sparkling eyes that lit up whenever he entered a room or came into her field of vision, and her lips that twisted into a genuine smile - it made the butterflies in his stomach go crazy.
And the way she touched his body delicately when they were alone, the way she gently squeezed his biceps or brushed her fingers over his pecs as if he were a work of art -
Gary shook his head sharply and forced himself to stop daydreaming like that. He softened around her, he could feel it, and part of him liked it, but he couldn't lose his cool completely either. He couldn't let goosebumps cover his body just thinking about her. It wasn't like he was already in love with her, or was he?
He scoffed softly, concentrating on getting ready, then made his way downstairs. He was jogging through the large, open lobby when he saw Lottie lounging on one of the big couches, stretching her body luxuriously, almost like a cat, seemingly oblivious to the fact that he had just entered the same room. His eyes raked over her figure for the briefest of seconds, then he cleared his throat, "Well, hello there."
Lottie lifted her head, gave him one of her piercing looks that made him feel extremely uncomfortable - and not in the good, sexy way - and gave him a lopsided grin. "Just got out of the shower, huh?"
Gary just nodded wordlessly.
When she realised he wasn't going to say anything more, she rolled her eyes, and sat up, crossing her legs and resting her hands in her lap. "How's it going? Is Maeve everything you ever wanted?"
Gary raised an eyebrow and came over to the couch facing her, propping his forearms on the soft backrest. "Where did that come from?" he asked suspiciously.
Lottie grinned and clicked her tongue, "Just asking. Because it's still early days and all that, you know."
"Yeah, I guess so..." murmured Gary, not breaking eye contact. "You happy with Bobby then?"
She burst out laughing, throwing her head back dramatically and wiping the non-existent tears from her eyes. "What do you think? We're hardly the next great romance."
He nodded curtly, "Fair enough. Bobby's more of a mate, isn't he?"
"Yeah, literally. We get on well, but there's nothing more between us."
He sensed she was trying to get something out of him without having to ask him directly, but he wasn't going to make it that easy for her. He wasn't blind, he had noticed both her and Hannah staring at him when he had done one of his training sessions earlier where Maeve had joined him. He didn't know exactly what her problem was, but he was wary.
"All right, I'll just come out and say it," she finally relented, standing up and walking towards him. Gary remained silent, waiting for her to continue, grinning inwardly. There it is.
"Are you really happy with Maeve? I remember you telling me what your type was on paper, and it's definitely not her..." She scanned his face for a reaction, but he gave her none. It wasn't long before she was standing right next to him, putting a hand on his bicep and adding, "I just worry about you. You don't seem yourself."
He scoffed, but quickly disguised it as a cough and thought to himself, Yeah, right. You’re worried. Of course you are.
"Listen, Lottie..." he began, but she interrupted him. "I just want you to be happy, you know? And I want you to be honest with yourself. What does your heart tell you?"
He tilted his head, only now realising how terribly close her face was, her familiar sandalwood scent wafting around him, her piercing green eyes boring into his face, trying to read him. "What does my heart tell me?" he asked, trying hard not to grin smugly.
"Yes, like..." she placed the hand that had been resting on his arm seconds before directly over his heart, then continued, "Is it telling you to keep trying with her, or is it telling you to weigh your other options a bit? We're only ten days in, not even halfway through the month."
He thanked the heavens that his heart was beating normally, that she was unable to raise his heart rate even though she was so close and her whole being practically flooded all his senses. He would have thought it would be more tempting if she were practically begging him to take her back, but there was nothing.
Sure, she had been fun to be with, she was a good kisser, and aside from all the weird spiritual, esoteric stuff, she was cool. But he had never felt the spark with her. The butterflies. Not like he felt them with Maeve now.
"So what does your heart tell you?" he deflected, suppressing a chuckle when he realised he'd caught her off guard.
She pulled back and shrugged, "Well, there are definitely better options for me than Bobby."
"Yeah? Like who? Lucas, maybe?"
Lottie raised an eyebrow and huffed, "Please, not even if he was the only option. He's hot, of course. But apart from that, he's not my type. I'm here for love, you know? Not just for a summer fling."
Gary nodded solemnly, then added, "Does Bobby know you're grafting on me?"
She flinched, surprised by his sudden directness, and her cheeks flushed. She tilted her head to the side, her long blondish-pink hair covering the side of her face so he couldn't see her, then murmured, "Weren't you listening? It's not going anywhere. It's not like he'd mind."
"So you are grafting me," he stated dryly. "Why?"
When she didn't answer, he continued, "I'm happy with Maeve, alright? And I think my heart is telling me to keep pursuing her. I'm sorry things aren't working out between you and Bobby, but I'm here for love too." He pushed himself off the back of the couch and walked past her to the glass doors that led out onto the lawn. Hand on the handle, he turned to the side and added, "Also, jealousy doesn't suit you, Lottie."
With that, he stepped out into the bright sunshine, his eyes scanning the lawn and his heart skipping a beat when he spotted Maeve lying on one of the inflatables with her eyes closed, floating across the pool.
He headed towards her, but halfway there Hannah stepped in his way. "Gary, have you seen Lottie?" she asked, sounding oddly nervous.
"Yeah, she's inside," he gestured towards the villa with his thumb and was about to leave when she grabbed his arm and stepped close to him, whispering, "She really likes you, you know? I know she's not so good with feelings, but she misses you."
She nibbled her lower lip anxiously, the grip of her slender fingers felt too tight around his forearm, and for a brief moment he didn't know what to do. His eyes fell on Maeve, still dozing on the inflatable, and suddenly he couldn't get away from Hannah fast enough.
He put his hand on hers and gently but firmly loosened her grip, then replied in a lowered voice, "First off, she should have told me herself. Secondly, that's nice, but I don't miss her. I really like Maeve a lot. And since you're playing Cupid, will you tell her?"
Her eyes widened in shock and her mouth dropped open. Gary seized the moment and left her to it. Falling into a light jog, he approached the pool where he immediately dived in, the cool water engulfing his body.
Well, that was fucking weird, he thought to himself, wondering if he should talk to Maeve about it. He couldn't see her getting angry or upset, to be honest, but it was the right thing to do, wasn't it?
When he came back up, inhaling deeply and sweeping his wet hair out of his forehead, two curious brown eyes were staring at him, twinkling mysteriously, and there it was again - the rumbling in his stomach.
"Hi!" Maeve exclaimed, flashing him a toothy smile, the bright freckles on her nose and cheeks dancing and sparkling in the sun, and he returned the grin. "Hey, love. Alright?"
Her grin widened and she nodded, then tried to get off the inflatable and into the water. Gary chuckled and looped an arm around her waist, finishing the job for her. She giggled as he pulled her against him and her arms automatically wrapped around his neck. He leaned in and touched his lips to hers. A warm, comforting feeling spread throughout his body as she returned the kiss and he felt her lips move against his.
Eventually, he pulled back and decided to come right out and say it. "Love, I have to tell you something," he began and his heart beat faster when her nose wrinkled and she frowned.
"Okay?" she hummed, and there was no trace of worry or jealousy in her voice. It put him at ease almost instantly. He brought his palm to her face and brushed her cheek, then smiled reassuringly at her, "Nothing happened, but I thought you should know anyway." She just nodded, her warm eyes open and honest as she looked at him. "I think Lottie tried to come on to me."
She raised an eyebrow, and he noticed one corner of her mouth twitch slightly. But she said nothing, so he continued, "And I think she's jealous. Of you."
At that, her eyebrows shot up to her hairline and Gary couldn't suppress the chuckle that escaped his lips. "Of me?" she asked, and her voice sounded so full of disbelief and genuine surprise that once again he couldn't help thinking that she really was the perfect match for him. "Yes, love, of you."
She shook her head, crinkling her nose again, and pouted, seemingly thoughtful. "Oh, is it because you chose me over her? At the last recoupling?"
He chuckled again, "Yeah, and at the recoupling before that too."
"Oops," she giggled and her cheeks flushed again, a lovely rosy hue.
Gary closed the distance between them and kissed her on the nose as the butterflies rioted in his stomach.
"And what did you say to her?" she finally asked softly.
He shrugged nonchalantly, "I told her I liked you, not her."
The blush on her face deepened and she rolled her eyes playfully, but where her chest pressed against his, he could feel her heart beating harder at his words.
"You're not going to leave me hanging now, are you? Do you like me too?" he probed, a smile playing around his lips.
She smacked his arm and rolled her eyes again, "Of course I like you. I thought that was obvious."
He laughed, "Just wanted to make sure we were on the same page."
She nodded and smiled, "We definitely are."
Then she bit her lip and glanced down at his lips for a moment, but it was long enough for Gary to catch it and before she could lean in, he did and captured her lips in another deep, lingering kiss.
A tiny moan escaped her lips as he tightened his grip around her waist, and this time he didn't even try to stop the goosebumps that covered his whole body.
Maybe I am in love with her after all...

Aviel wasn't sure she wanted to know the results of the Lie Detector Test. Her best mate, Gary was sure she'd do well. She was honest. But, how honest can you be when you're hiding from your feelings?

Hi! For the writing prompts: “being a morning person does make you weird, but it does not give you the right to leave without kissing me.” ❤️
I'm so SO sorry for taking absolute ages on writing this prompt for you! I hope when/if you ever read this that you'll enjoy it though, as I had a lot of fun writing it when I finally found the time and inspiration (wanted to write Lucas fluff, it turned into smut...) ily, and thank you so much for sending a prompt my way 🤍🤍 readers beware this is nsfw
Lucas x MC – Rated E – 1188 Words
Tumblr media
Unceremoniously dropping his heavy duffle bag, Lucas was quick to catch her lips with his,  kissing her with such fervour it made her stumble backwards until her back met the wall. Groaning with satisfaction, his tongue sought to tease her lips apart, wanting more. She, for one, was happy to give him what he needed. How could she not, when what he needed was her? Her hands found their way under his shirt, eagerly tugging the hem out of his trousers and making it evident he was not the only one with needs. If anything, she was perhaps even more desperate to feel–and taste–him once more.
Lucas had been away for six months doing volunteer work in Argentina again, but this time she’d been unable to join him.
To say it’d been difficult was an understatement.
The distance. The time difference. Their busy schedules. The loneliness. Yes, as they stood together in the hallway of their flat, clinging to each other with pure want and need she was definitely feeling desperation throbbing through her core.
“I’ve missed you,” he said, breathing hard and fast as he pulled back ever so slightly. “Fuck, I’ve missed you so much.”
“Just help me get this shirt off dammit,” she murmured against his teasing mouth, his soft laugh making her own lips turn up at the corners.
“Not even home for five minutes and already receiving demands…” he chuckled, his dark eyes meeting hers in a fiery challenge, like he was daring her to tear the shirt off his back. “So what else do you want, hm?” Pressing her firmly against the wall, one of his legs found its way between her thighs, rubbing against her and making her moan at the contact. It’d been so long.
“Tease,” she sighed but was quickly shut up when he started trailing kisses up her neck until he took her earlobe in his mouth, her eyes fluttering shut as she groaned.
“Only for you.” His cool breath against her flushed skin sent a shiver down her spine, and almost involuntarily she found herself rubbing against his leg, desperate for the friction. “And you still haven’t told me what more you want, darling.”
She nearly hummed with satisfaction when he finally started to remove his own shirt, revealing his perfectly sculpted upper body in all its glory. Even when having just come off a trans-Atlantic flight he looked fucking fabulous – it had to be Koh magic.
Unable to resist, her fingers traced the fine lines of his muscles, smiling at feeling him shudder at her light touch. “I want you.” The words fell from her as easily, the words speaking a truth as essential as breathing.
He paused and pulled back somewhat, eyes meeting hers with such heat it nearly knocked the air from her lungs. The reply came in the way his body pressed more firmly against hers, his lips catching hers with a hunger like no other. When she bit his lip and he moaned, growing harder where his crotch was pressed against hers, she nearly came undone right there and then.
Instead however, she pushed him gently away before sinking to her knees in front of him. Running her hands up his thighs, he was practically shaking by the time she unzipped his trousers and released his rock hard member.
Burying his hands in her hair, Lucas barely managed to stop himself from thrusting when her tongue darted out to lick the dribble of precum of the tip. “Fuck.”
“Welcome home,” she smiled up at him before wrapping a hand around his length and taking him in her mouth. This would be one hell of a night.
While she was nearly gagging on his dick, Lucas was painfully close to coming by the time he pulled her off him and up so he could kiss her, tasting himself on her lips. “You,” he panted, “You’re incredible.”
“Had you forgotten?” She said, raising a teasing eyebrow at him.
“Me? Hardly.” He grinned. “But I appreciate the reminder.”
Now it was her turn to receive Lucas’ attentions now as he tore at her clothes. How that man could undress her so quickly without tearing at her fine clothes was an artform she hardly understood, but very much appreciated in moments like these when all she wanted was to have him take her. Fill her. Claim her.
Soon, he had her hoised up against the wall, legs wrapped around his hips. “Tell me what you want,” he growled, nibbling at her neck. His cock was sliding against her slick folds, hard as steel with skin smooth as velvet. It had her whimpering in his arms, exactly how he liked it.
“You know what I want,” she moaned impatiently, earning herself a light slap to one thigh.
“But I still want to hear you say it,” he whispered, mouth close to her ear. With a smirk, he pushed ever so slightly into her before pulling back, making her buck against him.
“Lucas Koh, if you don’t fuck me right now I will run my hand through your hair.”
“A threat?” He shook his head, but his smirk merely widened. “I better hurry and oblige then.”
And with that, he finally thrust fully inside her.
–––
When had they ended up going to bed? Not too long after he’d fucked her brains out against the wall. But when had they actually gone to sleep? She had no idea, which was why she grumbled in confusion and annoyance as a certain alarm went off at an absolutely ungodly hour. At least she assumed it was early, their automated sun-blocking curtains weren’t up yet so she couldn’t really tell.
Making a few sounds to signal annoyance, she rolled over to see Lucas stirring by her side in the dark of their room, stretching as though ready to get up.
“What the hell are you doing?” She asked, not angry as much as she was utterly baffled.
“Fighting jet lag,” he yawned, running a hand across his face. “And I was thinking of going to the gym.” How he’d even managed to set an alarm and plan all that in the midst of their late night activities she had no clue, but she wasn’t about to let him escape that easily.
“Being a morning person does make you weird, but it does not give you the right to leave without kissing me,” she said, one eyebrow raised while she snuck a hand around his muscular waist until he grunted in supplication and returned to her side, pulling her close.
“So. Very. Demanding.” Each word was punctuated with a kiss, a small smile resting on his face. One of his hands came to rest against the side of her face, his thumb caressing her tenderly. “Let's never be apart for so long again, alright?”
“Alright,” she agreed, tilting her head a little to kiss the palm of his hand. “I guess you should get to demand a few things as well.”
“Good,” he said, voice still somewhat gravelly with sleep, “I have a few ideas when it comes to that. But first, coffee.”

Hi lovelies!
No graphics for this one, just threw it together last minute. I’ve got zero energy for writing anything other than oneshots at the moment, but I hope you like it!
This is my submission for the monthly reddit prompt on r/litgfanfiction.
The theme this month is: Soulmates
So here’s mine:
Four Seconds
Bree already knows who her soulmate is, and he knows exactly when she'll meet him. The only problem? Being with him would ruin her life.

Ooof! Just had an idea. What if during this season in the Villa, a new islander was one of Finn’s older brothers (I headcanon Finn is the baby ) and he’s an older, hotter, still playful but more mature version of Finn and he has eyes set on MC. And imagine Finn throughout the show not understanding why he’s so pissed at his brother paired up with Mc and it connects to some of the established canon of this season. Like it gets to a point where Finn won’t t be chicken shit with staying with Kat nor watch his brother have his “Rose”. And publicly fight for Mc and risk dumping just to win her. Like idk that’d be juicy af.
