~ ⚠️Luigi breaks☣️ ~

these are just a couple of seeds to it idea of a version of Luigi that becomes a villain (attended but is optional), because I love the idea of Luigi becoming a villain, but I want to reason of him being villain to be probable

And of course, my little hopeless, romantic heart is gone make it bowuigi/Booigi related

C/W bad boy luigi, Mario is hurt, I think this is Angsty? Emotional break. And maybe more idk

Ok now that that’s out the way injoy :3

in general, how it basically all starts is that Luigi was only ever appreciated by Mario and didn’t have that much of an emotional support group. Daisy was constantly traveling Dr. E.Gadd dealt with ghosts and isn’t really the type for emotions most of the time while peach, she mainly focused on Mario

So, when Mario gets extremely hurt and hospitalized, (or even loses his life) due to all of the hero work that was being pushed onto him Luigi suddenly finds the same hero work starts stacking on his plate of responsibilities

Like, if no one learned their lesson



Bowuigi~

When Bowser next attacks the mushroom kingdom 

 The toads only concern was getting Enough time in where princess peach can run away finding a safe spot for her and Mario

So the toads put Luigi into one of peaches spare dresses and metaphorically, but also quite literally threw him to the wolves

Luigi tried to tell Bowser that he got the wrong person but he was to busy reviling in his victory to notice

By the time bowser finally took notice he was furious and would’ve gone on a rampage if it wasn’t for how empty Luigi looked

Bowser poking and prodding at him ask him what’s wrong with him and if he’s gonna puke

But their was nothing

not a single responds

Not a single retaliation when he was put into his Bird like cage

Only eating half of his meals

He’s only spoken a few words to the guards, and even then it was only thank you’s and sorry’s for not finishing his food

After a week of nothing not even a single report of a guard coming back with injuries bowser finally goes to talk to Luigi

And the answer that he finds is bone chilling

Luigi goes on to tell him the toads half ass plan as well as why they did it 

Luigi after a week of having this, all bottled up, starts to scream and rage and heartbreak 

When Luigi is done, he was shocked to see the sympathy on Bowser’s face and is even more shocked when he is moved to a spare room instead of back to his cage

Bowser, on the other hand is shocked, as well as appalled by the behavior of the mushroom kingdom

Ever since adopting the Koopalings and having junior family has been the upmost importance, so he understands the heartache that Luigi must be going through he doesn’t understand is how a hero can be so alone

Either way the Italian man clearly is in no state to be a threat and no one is coming for him, so there is no point in keeping him in the cage

 bowser finds himself checking up on Luigi frequently as well as keeping the poor plumber updates a Mushroom Kingdom until at some point he asks for the updates to stop “ they never cared about me, so why should I care about them especially what they did to Mario”

Thankfully, with time and a certain little Bowser, Junior Luigi gained a little bit of his spunk back, but not without some poison

Luigi doesn’t want to go for lives, but he does want to ruin them

Let’s see if they ignore him now, when he helps Bowser take as much as they have token from him and more

Bowser is shocked, but more than delighted to have a new partner in crime (and a bit more with time)

Booigi~

Luigi never really liked ghosts, but when the probability of his brother going to the other side started to look sooner rather than later he went to Dr. E.Gadd for help

But the doctor is not good with death, with the dead? yes, but with the death not so much

And he has a habit of getting engulfed into his work, so when Luigi came to him while he was in the middle of working on the poltergeist, he didn’t notice Luigi’s desperation, his fear, his heartache,his anger…

His exhaustion

No… the doctor was too focused on his stupid machines to give him a single moment

 Luigi has been working day in and day out to find a way to help his brother while also trying to fill in his shoes

He always wanted to be just like his brother

A hero

And in every form of the definition he is, he was just never recognized as such

Crazy how people change when you’re the only option left

Him and his brother needed to help anyone and everyone

yet when he was the one who was reaching for a hand he was left in the air

So he’s not all that sorry when that hand finds its place on the release hatch to the ghosts in containment

one by one he lets every ghost that he’s ever caught free till he finds himself in front of king boo’s containment cell

King boo was shocked which says a lot sense he’s the king of all ghost’s and boo’s

But there was no other way to put it

He’s been hearing the alarm system go on for the past 32 minutes

And when he finally finds out what’s happening, it’s only to see Luigi‘s release the others.. erasing all of his hard work

This is odd

for the many years the king boo has been fighting him for the many years that king boo has been (upsettingly) pining over him never once did Luigi seem to be the type of person to do something like this

Well, not entirely he’s a very forgiving person, but something is off. he’s not releasing everyone out of forgiveness or for a new leaf no…theirs something else

 When Luigi finally drags not step, drags his feet over to his prison cell KB noticed something.

He looked…

Tired

 just utterly exhausted

And even though his face lacks emotion, he can tell with the slight redness around his eyes that he’s been crying and can tell by the messiness of his hair that has been stressed

 king boo, changes himself into his human form in hopes to take away some of that stress after all in this form he’s a bit more vulnerable since some of his magic is now being used to keep its shape and luigi know that he which made king boo happy as he saw the tenseness of his shoulders, fade slightly, not all of it was gone, but it was better than before

After a moment of just looking at each other, king boo steps up and placed a hand on the door he mentions how exhausted Luigi looks and for a split moment his face showed a hint of surprise.

But it quickly fleeted as king boos words were pushed to the side for the plumber, to ask a favor

“don’t go after E. Gadd I want him to live with the consequences”

 a shiver of excitement goes down K.B’s spine  at the cruel words it is quickly snuffed out by concern when Luigi doesn’t even wait for a response instead, he just opens the door and steps to the side 

Walking out KB notices all of the other doors left, wide-open, and empty frames scattered about 

King boo askes, if he’s the last one, only to receive a nod from the other occupant in the room

“Good”

Luigi doesn’t put up a fight when he gets picked up by king boo, he doesn’t even let out a squeak. after all, he figured this might happen since he’s sure that king boo still wants him in a painting, yet Luigi still just doesn’t have the energy to stop it from happening

he finds that he didn’t need to

no, instead for the next few days king boo has kept a careful watch on him, aswell as some odd ghosts and regular boo’s seeing if he needs anything like food, water, blankets?

All the while king boo kept poking around for answers on why he did what he did and what was going on to make his usually perfect green personality so blue

And so at some point, he breaks, hiccuping and sobbing as he explained to the king all that happened, and all that has burdened him

Pain covered him entirely but His sorrow soon stepped aside as his rage took centerstage. king boo’s heart ached as he saw Luigi falling apart but when a sinister more vile look was placed upon his features Curiosity was mixed into the emotions that KB had

 Luigi was tired of being the underdog and ignored. He never needed to be centerstage, but he has a plan to make sure that everyone knows how badly they fucked up.

And king boo was more than willing to lend a helping hand

A friend and I have been working on an idea for a Luigi's Mansion Sprit Tracks au. Bowser and King Boo have teamed up to kidnap Princess Peach and takeover the Mushroom Kingdom. It's a shame that King Boo never intends for Bowser to see the plan to fruition. He steals Bowser's body through the use of a strange crown and he sets his sights on ruling both the Ghost and the Living Realms. (The Ghost Realm is based on by the weird dimension King Boo brings Luigi into during Luigi's Mansion 2 for his final fight.)

The Ghost Train is an idea we had where what if there is a ghost dedicated to taking new ghosts to the Ghost Realm from the Living Realm. We also just love trains so we just combined the two (drawing trains on the other hand is just pain.)

Below the keep reading is a page of cut sketches I did when initially drafting this.

Sleepy Time hero: Pajama outfit for Luigi, potentially have Ancient Dragon plush as a weapon. Might come back, but if it does redo pose and probably remove the plush.

Bowser colorations I either thought didn't look good or were too visually busy.

Original train design and coloration. Didn't have the silhouette I wanted and the coloration didn't mesh well together.

I have recently learned how to use subsurface scattering and the blend tool. It is SO OVER FOR YOU GUYS AAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH.

That Bowser face and hand murdered me, but once I figured it out, I was PROUD OF THE COLOUR CHOICES! I also fixed the colour palette from before, so he doesn’t look too orange anymore.

WHAT IF

The real reason why the Luigi mansion series happen is because king boo really likes, making puzzles and quizzes, but had no one to solve them for him until he saw luigi going through some in Bowser’s castle



so he kidnapped Mario so he could force Luigi into solving all these quizzes and puzzles, because he knew that he would come for Mario no matter how scared he was( also because Mario pi$$ed him off a little)

He was only planning on doing this once, but after having so much fun, he decided to do it again (totally not, because Luigi was absolutely adorable when he was scared…or in general…totally)
