Lulukoko Translations Guide

Okay so I just learned a bit of Lulukoko. Did I just decided to learn a madeup/mixture language for Ludus? Yes. Do I care? No.

Don't Judge me. Use this as a guide to write. As such this guide will change accordingly with new terms, I might occasionally add my own versions of the Lulukoko language my own will be marked with a *. I use this for the important things, and if you want to reblog go ahead.

EDIT: Lulukokian is CONFIRMED to be Hawaiian. As such my suspicions were true.

Ohana - Family ; Context: Ludus used it in one of your heart events in PoOT.

Aloha - Hello a standard greeting ; Context: Typical Hawaiian greeting, everyone knows this, I am pretty sure Lulukokoian is basically a extension of hawaiian. Basically Aloha is what he greets to you every time you speak to him, it also means goodbye in the same context.

Mahalo - Thank You ; Context: Whenever you give Ludus a gift he likes he would always use it after his gift dialogue.

E Kala Mai - Sorry, Excuse Me ; Context: Ludus and a few others explain the culture of Lulukoko, and Ludus explains what it means, it technically means sorry but certain actions like pushing into a person by accident or trying to walk by someone. In that case it means Excuse Me.

Ono - Good, Great, Amazing ; Context: During Ludus' 5th Heart Event he gives you soup and uses it in a context that might mean good.

i find it so funny when japanese media generalizes the west the way the west often generalizes the east

for example, in story of seasons: trio of towns: in the first town unlocked, westown, the customary greeting when you meet someone for the first time is a hug, people say howdy, the entire town is old west themed, and the food they’re known for is pizza 🍕

Marvelous should remake Trio of Towns AND bring back rival romances.

Specifically, the rival romances should include Hinata/Yuzuki and Komari/Kasumi. And then you can pair the Lulukoko and Westown groups with each other, they’re mismatched anyway and Ludus has too much sibling energy with the twins to date either of them. Stephanie or Woofio will hook up with whoever’s the odd person out, or there’s two sets of potential pairings so you don’t have the ‘breaking up an existing couple’ issue that’s allegedly why we don’t get them anymore.

Mostly though, I just want the Tsuyukusa pairings to be acknowledged. And, you know, to let Kasumi date girls. Obviously.

Lulukoko squad: Iluka, Siluka, Ludus

Oooh, Nonny, this one's tricky. I feel like either of them would fit well in either role. But I thought about this for half of my shift last night. So if I have to chose:

Lab Partner - Iluka, she might be a little contentious, and there's a possibility that she'll try to get me to do all the work. But i also think she would take pride in her work. And since I'm not Ludus, she probably wouldn't shift all the work to me. (She may however get Ludus to write her lab reports)

Elevator Buddy - Siluka, we'll just take a nap and chill while we wait for rescue.

McDonalds trainer - Ludus, i feel like he'd be a good teacher, patient and a nice manager. But he'd probably click with the way i learn best, which is hands-on practice.
