Cal lore dump
Tumblr media
you asked for this @systembug words are hard and I might forget to include stuff so feel free to ask questions and thinfs. stuff under cut. also beware, there is drama and tragedy
Tumblr media
physical discription, for things that don't show in art very much: Cal is Large, they were chubby as a baseline human and have maintained that general shape even through the process of augmentatin. four bladed legs and a pair of extra arms add some bulk as well. their 6 eye-lenses can be colour manipulated to emulate emotion, this aids in interacting with baseline humans. as a scholar of languages, they maintain organic airways. the rebreather can be removed to give access to their mouth. (the downside of this is they have developed a habit of stress-eating only to realise later that they do no longer have the digestive system to actually process the stuff they "ate" and having to clean out their systems). They have two servo-skulls made from goat skulls and a cyber-goat (it's like a cyber mastiff) that follows them around. it's a shredder for documents. Oh, yes, their robes are dark purple, hemmed in red. Early life, pre joining the mechanicus: Cal was recruited from an agri-world. this is where the goat skulls come from, they belonged to Cal's beloved pets that they refused to leave behind when the mechanicus recruited them. They were recruited for their talent with archeo- and xenolanguages Training and life on Aberdeen-6: Not much to say about Cal here because this was pretty standard fare. Instead, let me tell you about Aberdeen-6. My main fanmade forgeworld is Repleator. Cal is not from there. Instead they hail from Aberdeen-6, a forgeworld located far from any other systems, bordering the void of space. The planet has pridominant trading connections to the space shark marine chapter, and relies strongly on their archeotech. as to why they are out there in the void? they're using spykic energy to power their generators. the planet has a strangely high number of psykers born among their ranks, and they send them out to platforms in the void (where they will not accidentally destroy the planet if a deamon gets summoned) to harness their energy. it is unsure if this is entirely throne-sanctioned. Cal is loyalist, though, in case that needs to be specified.
life as a Magos Dominus: Despite being a scholar first and foremost, Cal eventually found themselves being pushed into the role of a military leader. Aberdeen-6 was short on those in an attempt to protect the planet from an encroaching threat. Cal underwent all of the augmentations needed for a dominus to thrive on the battlefield: their mechadendrites were fitted with tasers, they were given a pair of extra arms that had guns instead of hands, and the bladed legs to move without bounce for steadier aim. They also got the noospheric connection to their skitarii, connecting them to their vid-feeds and allowing for tactical taking control if the need arises. Caledon although pretty softhearted, did surprisingly well. Their campaigns were not as quick or efficient as others, but they consistently brought back their troops with minimal losses and the morale in these troops was consistently higher than anywhere else. They even became a parental figure to their skitarii alpha, Rho, though Rho might have wished it to be more than that. This came to an end when they suffered a thundering defeat, wiping their ranks. Cal will never forget seeing their skitarii die before them and feeling them disconnect from the noosphere while their vid-feed goes dark. They have a lot of survivor's guild about this, and their internal systems still occasionally send out connection requests for skitarii that will never be able to heed the call again. Caledon stepped down from the position as a magos dominus and had their body rebuild to be more suited to work as a lexmechanic. Working as a Lexmechanic: their proclivity with archeo and xenolanguage became cal's main tool of the trade as they transitioned away from the battlefield. their brain was augmented to be able to process multiple feeds of information at once. This also removed their need for true sleep: different aspects of Cal's brain will take turns to perform sleep functions. Cal now spends almost all their time in the archives, translating and transcribing sources. They are key in aiding explorator fleets to translate their findings, as well as help current magi understand writing on stc fragments. It was while working on one of these that Cal encountered the scared and mentally broken Intervallum, a skitarius (oc belongs to @thatspacecato). Cal, upon seeing this skittle, in fear and distress basically went "no. not this one. I will protect this one" and intervallum has been hanging around them ever since. I will not elaborate on skittle lore much more, because I feel like that's not my place, but yeah I think that's about everything there is to say about Cal, feel free to send asks or something if you wish :D

Cold winter: Los Reyes Magos
LOS REYES MAGOS
Category: Spanish folklore / Christmas season / Biblical lore
In Spain, children don’t wait eagerly for Christmas. Christmas is a big holiday for adults, not for them! They don’t get any presents on Christmas… No, they only get presents during the other big holiday of the winter season. Not Christmas, not New Year… But the Epiphany, also known as “El dia de los Reyes” (The day of the Kings). And they don’t get their presents from any Santa or Saint Nicholas – but from Los Reyes Magos, The King-Magi – or those that the English like to call “The Three Wise Men”.
Everybody knows the story… After the birth of Jesus in Bethlehem, three “wise men” (not actually but more about that later) came from the east to Judea, and asked king Herod to see the child that had been born “king of the Jews”, explaining that they knew he was here for they followed his “star” in the night sky, and came to pay homage. King Herod, who had tried to kill baby Jesus before, then sent the three wise men to search the baby on their own, but told them to come return to him afterward so he could too “pay homage” to the “king of the Jews”. Following the rising star, the three wise men finally found where baby Jesus was – and they all kneeled before him and his family, offering three gifts: gold, frankincense and myrrh. But a dream warned them not to return to Herod or inform him about the child’s location, so after they paid their homage they “returned to their country by another path”.
In Spain, the Epiphany is a grand celebration of the Magi : they are the ones supposed to bring gifts to children on the night of the Epiphany (and the children notably have to send letters to the three Kings to explain their desires, just like with Santa). Each Epiphany Day great and colorful parades are organized throughout the town (called the cabalgatas de los reyes mmagos or cavalcades of the Magi), welcoming the three Kings as they throw candies and goodies at the audience: Melchior from Europe (or Arabia depending on the tradition), Gaspar from Asia, and Balthazar from Africa. Coming from the East while riding camels, they then proceed during the night (or the eve’s night) to visit each household, leaving gifts for the children in their polished shoes. In exchange, the children leave some food and drinks for both the Kings and their camels – sweet wine, fruits, milk, dried grass and hay… If the child was good, they will receive a gift – but if the child was bad, they will receive coal (though, just like with the Befana’s tradition, the coal was promptly replaced by a form of black candy called “sweet coal”). There is also a specific cake for the Epiphany, called the “Roscon de Reyes” (accents not included), a brioche-like cake with orange blossom water for the taste. It is in the shape of a circle, to mimic a crown, and has as “jewels” candied or crystalized fruits. Usually filled with cream (though some are “plain” without filling, while others prefer chocolate cream or whipped cream), it also contains a small figurine shaped like one of the Reyes Magos, and dried bean. Whoever gets the slice with the figurine is crowned the “king” or “queen” for the day, and is ensured to have good luck for the year ; however the one that gets the bean will have to pay for the cake.
I want to return on what I said before… the fact that the three Kings come from three different continents. It is a tradition that exists outside of Spain, and for quite a long time. In fact it was a tradition started by medieval art, and then reused by Renaissance art heavily – before being picked up by folk traditions such as the Epiphany holidays. This tradition insists on having the three Magi correspond to the three parts of the world (as they were known in the Middle-Ages, and before the discovery of America, “the fourth continent”). Hence the separation above and the idea that the Three Kings were white, oriental and black – to represent how the powerful kings of the entire world came kneeling down in front of Jesus. But this tradition tends to overlap with another one… another habit that rather has the three Kings represent the three ages of men, one being old, the other middle-age, and the last young. Sometimes the two depictions are separate, other times they overlap – and the last case is fascinating because the choice of superposition is not innocent. In this overlap, Melchior the European will be depicted as an old man, because in medieval (and Renaissance) ideas, Europe was the “old civilization” and the “father” of all things. Meanwhile, Balthazar of Africa will be depicted as a young man, because in medieval and Renaissance mindsets Africa was a “child” continent with barely any civilization (and if you told them Africa had a much older history than Europe they would have laughed in your face). Gaspar the Asian is usually the middle-aged one.
But this tradition of the “symbolism of three” actually comes from art and folk traditions – I want to insist on this. It is not a religious tradition, because for religious authorities and the “actual” Christian culture (pushing aside all local traditions), the three wise men don’t come from just anywhere in the world. They come from the East, the text is pretty clear.
But before that, let’s take a look at the actual title of these guys… People call them the “three wise men”. Wrong translation. Or an oversimplified one. People call them the “Three Kings” and the “Three Magi”, and this is half-right, because they are “king-magi”. The “king” part is pretty obvious, but the “Magi” part might be more obscure to people today. “magi” is the plural of “magus” which, yes, is the origin of “mage” and with time came to mean “sorcerer” (the New Testament several times use the term “magi” to designate sorcerer and male witches, like Simon the Mage or Elymas). But here, “magus” has to be understood in its original sense: the Greek transliteration of the Old Persian “magus”, which is actually a term designating the priesthood of Zoroastrianism. The Zoroastrian priests were most notably renowned as astronomers, because their study and religious practices demanded that they knew and observed the starts and the constellations (hence the whole “we followed a star to find the babe”). And, due to being both priests and astronomers, the “magi” came to be seen and perceived as men dabbling in the “occult” or men of many high and intellectual crafts – hence the evolution into “wise men” and “sorcerers”, and how from “priesthood-rulership” the “three magi kings” turned into “knowledgeable kings dabbling into astronomy”. That, coupled with them “coming from the East”, came to people identifying them as kings from the Parthian Empire, which stretches from Syria to India, and had Zoroastrianism as a dominant religion.
The most well-known and agreed “origins” of the three “scholar-kings” in religious traditions has a given set of countries: Persia for Melchior; India for Caspar (or Gaspar or Jaspar), Arabia for Balthasar (or Balthazar), though he is sometimes rather given Ethiopia as a kingdom. But there is another one, which overlaps with the “three ages of man” depictions, that rather claims that Caspar was the old one and “king of Tarsus” (a land on the southern coasts of today’s Turkey), Melchior was the middle-aged ruler of Arabia, and Balthazar the young man coming from Saba (today’s northern Yemen).
Similarly, which magus gave which gift to baby Jesus is a big subject of debates – but everyone agrees on the fact that there were three gifts. Gold, frankincense and myrrh. The meaning of these gifts has also been heavily debated. Some people invoke that, very simply, it just are very valuable, very rare gifts, precious enough to be worthy of a king – myrrh being a precious body oil, frankincense a type of perfume, and gold being gold. These people hold that the gifts should merely be interpreted as “gifts for a newborn king”. But another group rather wants to see in those gifts three symbols reflecting Jesus’ life, and his nature as the Christ. Indeed, “gold” would mean a form of material power and wealth, and reflect an earthly kingship, while frankincense (which is used as incense) would reflect a type of worship and prayers, and mean a divine nature (as Jesus is the “son of god”). As for the myrrh… it was used as an embalming oil, and would represent death – either the mortal nature of this son of God, or his foretold death at the cross, a crucifixion needed to redeem all of humanity. This is notably associated with a famous sentence “Gold, as to a king ; myrrh, as to one who was mortal ; and incense, as to a God”. (A “softer” interpretation in this sense rather invokes gold as symbolizing a great, pure virtue ; frankincense as representing a strong faith and solid prayers, while myrrh is here to symbolize the suffering of a mortal life).
- - - - - -
Unfortunately, in modern urban areas of Spain, the tradition of the Reyes Magos as gift-givers tends to be replaced by the much more well-known and widespread Santa Claus.
But I want to add one thing about the “Magi-Kings”. I talked about the folkloric and artistic tradition. I talked about the religious tradition. However, what about the original text? It is fascinating to look at the actual text that speaks of them, only one of the four Gospels, Matthew’s Gospel. Because… well most of what we “know” or believe about this trio isn’t in there.
For example yes, the three wise men come from the east… But the text never specifies that they were three. This idea came from the fact the magi came bearing three gifts – but nowhere in the text are they said to be three. (In fact early traditions and depictions spoke of two, four of five magi). Similarly, the names “Gaspar, Balthazar and Melchior” aren’t in the New Testament. They were “found” or “invented” later, in posterior texts. In fact some local churches give them different names: the Ethiopian Church, one of the oldest branches of Christianity in the world, calls them “Hor”, “Karsudan” and “Basanater”. And let’s tackle another myth: “reyes” magos ; “rois” mages ; “king” magi… The text never specifies that they were kings. The text only speaks of “magi”. Nowhere are they king. So where does it comes from? Well, this idea comes from the Old Testament, not the New, where a prophecy/vision describes the future upcoming Messiah (identified by Christians as Jesus) as being worshipped by kings upon his birth… Which the Christians promptly related to the scene of the “Adoration of the Magi”, when the magi kneeled in front of young Jesus bearing their gifts. And so bam! From just astrologer-priests, they became kings!

LB6 podría tener otro Merlín?
Post original en inglés. (14/08/2020)

“Save the last dance for me.”
a little story about a sororitas and an inquisitor. definitely. bent some lore a little bit for the sake of the setting, but it was fun to write.
The room was lively and full of merriment, as the crew aboard the Crocuta Invicta welcomed their guests to the main observatory.
Captains, Inquisitorial representatives, and Imperial officials of all sorts coming from across the fleet for this particular celebration. One of these Inquisitors had brought aboard his contingent of Adeptus Sororitas, with gowns that flattered his own formal attire.
The various attendees mingled together, glasses of alcoholic beverages being passed around via Servitors. Part of the observation deck had been cleared for an improvised ballroom floor, the distant stars shining upon mirrors set around the room to create ‘disco’ lighting. Quite a few of the couples and working partners had already made their way onto the dance floor, swaying and skipping to the joyous tunes being played by a very eager band of Imperial Acolytes.
Not all those attending were that happy, however. There was an Arch Magos, the head honcho Explorator of this fleet in attendance. He was sulking near the punch bowl, quite by himself. No one dared approach the hulking mechanical monstrosity, for fear of starting an intergalactic incident. Not even the Skitarii typically accompanying him were around. They had all been assigned other duties by him personally.
An Inquisitor, freshly Graduated from Inquisition School of the Arts™ leaned in towards a Celestine, remarking in a low tone, “He sure seems to be the life of the party. Any idea who pissed on his timepiece?”
The Sister merely laughed, her eyes sliding over to the miserable mechanicus, responding in kind, “Oh, he’s always like that I’ve heard. Never one to so much as give his peers the time of day normally, much less at a gathering like this.”
The Celestine elbowed a nearby Sister, nearly causing her to spill her undrunk champagne. She scowled, and readjusted a small brooch that adorned her dark black hair. Her superior continued to laugh, and tried to include her.
“Have you ever seen something as pathetic as an Arch Magos that’s on it’s last limb? Truly, Sister Anna, it’s an abhorrent sight.”
The blonde haired Celestine lifted her chin, head being held with a beaming pride.
“It is a disgrace to this Imperium, and a creature that cannot hope to be held as highly in regard as us.”
The Inquisitor laughed, and gently took the Celestine by the elbow to the dancefloor.
Sister Anna furrowed her brows, before shaking her head. Her grip on her champagne glass had tightened considerably, a small metal ring around her left ring finger glinting in the funky lights. It was shaped similar to that of a horseshoe, or the insignia of the Ultramarines. The sign of Omega… But it was more like a horseshoe.
She looked up, to find the Arch Magos staring directly at her. Although his face was now metal and motionless, his augmented eyes looked very sad. A pang hit her heart like a boltround, and she quickly looked away.
The brooch upon her head began to slide off her hair once more, and she narrowly avoided having it fall in her drink. Sister Anna was starting to feel slightly miffed, and stopped short of ripping it out of her hair. Confound Inquisitor Jarris, and his pining for them all to wear these wretched things! She’d rather wear her veil to show she was a Hospitaller, not some fancy hair clip that said the same thing!
Another pang to her heart. She didn’t even deserve to wear that veil, and she knew it. It felt like the ring was burning into her hand, but she dared not remove it.
The agitated Sororitas began to walk quickly towards the dance floor, handing her glass to a genuinely surprised Tech Priest. They let out a brief high-pitched squeak of thanks before she marched past.
The Inquisitor, called Jarris was chatting cheerily with his fellows of their various Ordos. But he wasn’t so enthralled as to not see Sister Anna walking straight towards him, so it didn’t catch him off guard when she placed his left arm in a death-grip.
“I… I wish to dance with you, Inquisitor Jarris.”
He blinked in surprise at that, however. The grizzled Inquisitor knew that this one was a handful, Hospitaller or not. But he thought it best to humor her outburst. Besides, she was definitely not the worst looking Sororitas in his retinue.
Arm in arm, the pair began to walk to the dance floor. Once the music kicked in once more, they faced one another, hand in hand, eyes locked, with barely any room between them.
It was a calming waltz, from some composer hailing Holy Terra itself. It was an old piece, but it was a piece that Sister Anna knew very well. She had listened to it often while aboard…
It was as if her heart was being twisted into a vice.
Anna gasped, and nearly tripped over Jarris’ quick footsteps. He caught her as the music dipped, faces inches apart from one another. His eyes, bright green with flecks of gold stared into her darker hazel ones. But it wasn’t just his gaze that she felt. She felt something, no, someone else’s eyes boring into her.
It was as if the God Emperor himself was glaring at her.
The music ended and there was much applause, Inquisitor Jarris gently lifting her back up onto her feet. Anna noticed that one of his hands was placed on her lower back, but she made no move to distance herself. She looked around, having this sinking feeling she knew precisely who had been looking at her. But no matter where her eyes lay or how far her neck craned, she didn’t see anyone. Not so much as an awkward Servitor had been looking at them.
Perhaps it was her overwrought nerves, she reasoned internally.
Inquisitor Jarris in the meantime had been guiding her back towards his small circle of friends, and she barely heard one of them remark on their well-executed performance. Jarris laughed, wincing a little bit.
“Well, Hospitaller Anna had a future in dancing herself before being tragically moved to my ship.”
He gave her hip a light pinch, and she perked up immediately. A smile flashed and she giggled politely, quietly admitting her thanks.
The smile, however bright it may have looked to the other members of the Inquisition, was quite fake. It felt wrong, all of it did. She shouldn’t be there.
Anna looked up at Jarris with her tired eyes, leaning into his broad shoulder much like a wife would her husband.
“Excuse me, but I am quite dehydrated after all that dancing. Will you be alright with me gone?”
A few chuckles from an Ordo Xenos Inquisitor, a hearty old fellow with a big red mustache.
Jarris rolled his eyes at him, before looking down admiringly at Anna, “I do believe I will find a way. Go one now, can’t have you dying off the battlefield now can we?”
She gave a much meeker smile, before not so gently removing herself from his embrace and making a beeline for an exit. He wouldn’t be able to spot her sneaking out through all these people, she mused.
And so, the Hospitaller slipped out of the main observatory, and found herself in one of the much smaller rooms adjacent.
The entire ceiling was comprised of glass, and for a moment she thought she had stepped out into the vacuum of space. Nebulaes floated off in the distance, adding wonderful colors to the forever night sky.
To think that beyond her vision, countless battles were being won or lost across the entire Imperium made her feel… Very, very small.
It took her a moment to realize she had walked to the very edge, hands pressed up on the glass as she looked up and around.
“It’s beautiful, isn’t it?” A familiar voice said, sounding as if the owner of such a voice was right behind her. Anna did not move, for she was not fazed in the least. He always had a habit of sneaking up on her, anyway. At that moment she also realized that something had placed its hands on her shoulders.
“It’s rare to see it completely still like this outside of a painting.” She replied, now looking directly above her head.
All she could see were red robes, the shine of a medallion, and the beginning of a metal encased face.
“Yes, just as it is rare for me to find you alone.”
Arch Magos Explorator Velut Equo looked down at her, the augmented eyes dimmed to mimic a blink. They were blue, an ever curious and never changing bright blue. They were merely lights, artificial. Hers were the true beauty.
“You normally like these sorts of things, I thought. What’s changed?”
The Sister sighed, and she turned her gaze back to the stars.
“Do not play coy with me, Velut. You know why tonight was different.”
All she received as a response was a mechanical ‘hmm’ noise, and a tightening grip on her shoulders. It quickly relaxed however, but she still flinched.
“You were upset by me merely hanging about those of my… Status. You truly are terrible at being subtle about it, too.”
Again, no response apart from the sound of him breathing. They stared together in silence, the faint sound of music being heard through the thick walls. The Arch Magos began to sway slightly as he listened, gently tugging on her shoulders as he did so.
He finally let out a mechanical sigh, and lowered his head. His face, or what would constitute as one was buried in her hair.
“In all my years, and after all I have seen, you must understand that this kind of emotional attachment is… New to me, as much as it is to you. I do not look it, but I am still… Human.”
Anna didn’t say anything, instead looking up once more at him. Even though his face couldn’t move anymore, he still looked sad. Like a lost puppy that thought it had known the way, but was sorely mistaken.
“Oh, a… And you, er… You dropped something.” Velut let go of her very suddenly, backing up a step or two. She turned around, confused until she saw what he was holding. It was her brooch - Bearing the insignia of the Hospitallers. A pained smile crossed her face, as she graciously accepted it.
“It is not a good idea to lose important trinkets such as this, you know.” He eyed her very carefully, his forever unamused expression illuminated by his eerily lit eyes. She knew he wasn’t talking about the brooch, and she also knew he didn’t mean the veil she had left behind.
The ring felt like it had just been removed from a forge on Nocturne, and she twisted it nervously. Velut’s eyes brightened as she did so, and knelt down in front of her. His hands, cold and metal, gently clasped her own. One of the metal fingers rubbed against the ring, a faded out set of markings coming back into the light.
It had been inscribed in binary, that short summer ago. A quiet evening, stealing away to the barracks of the Cadian infantry. Then, with the help of his Guardsman acquaintances, a short get-away to one of the nearby lakes.
Tears welled up in her eyes, as she suddenly embraced Velut. He was only slightly surprised, gently putting his arms around her. Her body shook as she sobbed, and he murmured words of comfort she could barely understand.
Her eyes moved to the galaxy surrounding them, the twinkling lights creating a strange silhouette of the starstruck couple. Funny that.
“Anna Ciocanu, will you do me the honors of… A dance?” Velut asked shyly, looking down at her.
The Sister looked up at him, the tears having left streaks down her pale cheeks. She nodded shakily, smiling.
“Yes, it would be an honor and a privilege to dance with you… My dear.”
If he could have smiled, she was sure he would have. But she knew that she had somehow messed up, as he didn’t perk up nearly as much as she thought he would.
Odd.
Velut took lead, gently guiding her across the floor. The humming of the engine mingled with the distant music, creating a strange and erratic melody. The pair did not mind, as Velut moved off-beat regardless. He watched in silence as Sister Anna danced alongside him, keeping in step with his less gracious ones. Her tired face seemed to brighten with each beat, as if she was finally becoming… Comfortable.
The Arch Magos had only seen her expression like that once before, and in snippets as he would find her whilst in the midst of his work. If it took him around the fleet, at least.
Soon the music stopped, and the distant sound of applause could be heard as the pair bowed before one another.
Velut rose last, and rather stiffly at that. His breathing had become more ragged, but only now that she was not distracted did poor Anna notice. She stepped towards him until there was no space between them, reaching up to touch his face. He bent down so she could grasp onto the tubes that allowed him to breathe, her hands gently caressing the intricate carvings that made his face.
“When will I get to see you again?” She whispered, her smile beginning to fade. The realization that they would be separated again was dawning on her, as she came back to reality.
The old mechanical man looked away from her, staring out into space. His shoulders sagged, and the mechadendrites milling beneath his robes clacked in anxiety.
“I’m… I’m not sure. But I will tell you this.”
He sank down to her eye-level, robes swathing around her as he did so. His hands were on her shoulders as he pulled her close.
“You will join me and never have to worry about this again. It will be soon, I promise you that.” A mechadendrite snaked out and caressed her cheek, wiping away at the tears that began to reform.
“I just need a little time. Then you can be my wife without fear.”
He brought his left hand and placed it in her right, the light catching a similar ring to her own. The medallion around his neck jangled as he moved - The symbol of the Mechanicus, and his own Forge World glistening. A permanent reminder, as if his appearance wasn’t enough, that the two of them would never truly be one.
Anna smiled tearfully, and gently placed a kiss against his mask. Velut’s eyes dimmed completely, as his head craned downwards.
“I will wait for you, as I always have Velut. For I am yours, and you are mine. I will be your wife, faithful as always.”
Her eyes locked with his, as they flared to life once more. He stared at her in silence for a few seconds, his artificial eyes narrowing.
“And I will be faithful in return.” He stated, monotone voice wavering. Albeit what he said earlier was true, she was more prone to human flaws than he was. This evening proved that in his mind. She was painfully aware, but her expression didn’t change.
The eyes gave away her fear, though. The way they darted off to the side towards the main Observatory told him all he needed to know.
He did not say anything.
Instead he gave her a reassuring wheeze, and squeezed her shoulder as he stood up. Instead, he waved her off, telling her he did not mind it when she danced with others. Instead he hung back, claiming to not like the noise.
Instead he stood there and watched the love of his life walk away with what felt like would be the last time.
Instead he saw the door close with a hiss, as the room sealed off. Instead he stayed completely still, not even moving to look back at the starry void behind him.
Instead, he just stood there and waited.
Completely alone.

El apartado gráfico The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 cumple con nota.
The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 – Una aventura muy loca

Tumblr media
No quesito games, estou jogando ou joguei recentemente:
ICO (PS3)
Shadow of the Colossus (PS3)
Fire Emblem Heroes (mobile)
Demon’s Souls (PS3)
Dark Souls II (PS3)
Fire Emblem Echoes (3DS)
Don't Starve Together (PC)
Age of Mythology (PC)
Overcooked (PC)
Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime (PC)
ICO & Shadow of the Colossus
Tumblr media
youtube
Resolvi comprar o jogo, que veio no combo ICO + Shadow of the Colossus. Então eu joguei Dark Souls e curti pra caramba.
Tumblr media
PelamordeDeus!

A Emerald Herald possui papel quase idêntico da Maiden in Black.

Recentemente joguei ICO, Shadow of the Colossus e Demon's Souls, jogos com várias semelhanças, portanto posso estar um pouco enjoado do estilo.

Don't Starve Together / Age of Mythology / Overcooked / Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime
Overcooked e Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime possuem um multiplayer divertido demais.
Acabei parando no 4º caso...
