Can you explain what is going on with MotoE? I started to watch it this year (the same as MotoGP), I find their races extremely chaotic and funnies to watch. They only do 6-7 laps and in every race there's drama. Also, Maria Herrera is there.

Yeah, I watch motoe for the chaos (and maria herrera) too :D

I assume you mean why some of the riders are dropping out?

So because there’s so few motoe races, pretty much all of the riders also race in other series, and many of them in the EWC, which is endurance racing

The bol d’or is one of these endurance races, and is scheduled to run the same day as the misano race this year, and the riders have had to choose which to prioritise, unsurprisingly they have chosen the endurance series, and some of the other endurance races are a bit close to the motoe races

So Mike Di Meglio has withdrawn from motoe, and marcVDS have decided to forfeit the season entirely because they don’t have time to find a new rider

Nicolo Canepa and Xavier Simeon have also withdrawn from the season but their team LCR is going to find other riders for the year

Apparently the organisers of motogp and those of the ewc don’t really like each other and so neither would rearrange the dates
