Little ‘half moons’ dug into farmland – otherwise known as ‘water bunds’ - capture rainwater, allowing it to sink into the ground instead of washing away. A captain at the Hinoe level commanding his Troop?Platoon?Squadron?-whatever term is used he's a leader with a concentration in the mist breathing style
Not originally from Japan , Moussa is of Masaai descent. His family is one that has dealings with trade (artisan goods, spices, etc) and unfortunately became victim to a demon attack, loosing a hand in the process. No way home and no means of contact to the motherland, Moussa is stranded and left to fend for himself. When he stumbles upon a food stop, he stumbles upon a fight held by a demon slayer member and from there he's introduced to the word of the Demon Slayer Corps.
His demeanor is distant, reserved, observant, and on constant alert-watching from afar as if always looking to look into your soul. A bit numb having to be on his own for a couple of years along with being in a strange land, he is quick to follow orders no questions asked but will speak up if need be.
He is also neurodivergent because I can do that
