The Beginning

We were on drugs. Do I think that matters at all? I honestly don’t even know. What I do know is that sometimes I love this man with such a fierceness it takes my breath away, and other times I feel such an icy indifference that it scares me.

Do you wanna know what drug we favored? what turned us on? what buttered our biscuits? it was crystal. we liked to snort it smoke it, and I had been known to shoot it up a vein once in awhile. We were both dependent on it. I thought I needed it to cope with my baby sister and my fathers death, and I wasn't to sure what he thought he needed it for. I do know he thought it made him better in bed. I couldn’t lie either the sex on crystals high was crazy. It was insane. I remember doing it in public bathrooms in family members bathrooms behind dumpsters, and once we even did it behind a power box with steady traffic going by. It didn’t necessarily make him better at fucking it just made us pick the most bizarre spots. Crystal also made us fight. A lot. I didn’t trust him at all when we first got together and that had a lot to do with the fact  that he had lied and sorta cheated on me about a week into our “relationship” It was really complicated in the beginning. We smoked a lot, fucked a lot and he told everyone I was his new girlfriend. My dumb ass spent a Whole week with him and that weekend when he dropped me off back at my grandmothers we kissed and said a sweet goodbye with a promise to talk and see each other soon, especially since he had my clothes that he kindly offered to wash back at his Ex girlfriends spot. How dumb I was....
