Bernard Morgan House, 43 Golden Lane. The building was completed in the early 1960s as a police section house, located between the Barbican Estate and Golden Lane Estate. In 2011 it was decommissioned after the Winsor review into police spending. There were two façade mosaics on the building, which have been lost as part of the building’s demolition and construction of the ‘Denizen’ residential development. This mural was located adjacent to the buildings entrance on Golden Lane. The original piece was lost as part of the demolition of the building. Today a replica of this mural is located on the façade of the Denizen (Brackley Street).
