What if...

ya'know,,, with the headcanon that Danny is a perfect split while Vlad isn't... What if Danny was functionally immortal,,, but Vlad wasn't?

Like sure, Vlad no doubt would become full ghost upon his death...... But what if Danny couldn't say the same for himself,,,, because dying "all the way" just isn't a possibility for him, in the end.

Now I don't mean this necessarily in the confines of "forever looking 14" Danny. (Because I love adult!Danny too much.) But I'm thinking perhaps he stops "aging" at some point. Or maybe if he "dies" again, all it does is still the aging process, while he remains a halfa. Not that I'm averse to "forever looking 14" Danny tho.

In any case, the thought came to mind and I feel like Danny learning he can never not be a halfa would feel weird.
