I think the real moment I went ‘peak TERF’ was when I saw genuine debate about whether it was morally acceptable to give birth to an assigned male child in the radfem tags. I’ve got everyone involved in the post blocked now so I couldn’t find it again even if I wanted to but… goddamn.

It just shook me. I stared at it for a while, rereading the post again and again and I just thought “what am I doing?” One of the users who commented on that post proposed that women should be able to legally abort AMAB fetuses with no questions asked and no repercussions, which to me completely misses the point of abortion rights while also being unspeakably horrible.

And I realized that this was the community I had thrown my lot in with. I was supporting this echo chamber that had spent so long alienating the outside that they’d turned to meaningless, detached, and frankly sadistic discourse like this.

I was already on my way out of radical feminism at that point, but that was the final nail in the coffin.

Update 241122 ― Hey, it's me again! I thought now that I'm back using this blog it would be good to give y'all an update on my language learning journey. This year has been one hell of a year. I have been busy working non-stop so there was little to no time left for my language studies and I had to neglect it completely. :( I recently found myself having more free time on my hands so I thought it's time to get back into studying more regularly again. Oh how i missed getting lost in languages and being surrounded by mind-like people! At the moment my main focus lies in: - Finnish: Finnish has been my priority since 2019 and t. I've made so much progress in 2020/21, so hopefully I'll be able to pick up where I left off and improve my skills even further. - Polish: In September I picked up Polish after telling my friend about my plans of visiting her. Besides i've been interested in Polish and Poland in general for some time now so this was long overdue. That's about it for now. If you have any question please don't hesitate to message me! I love to help and meet new people ❣
