i started watching fleabag!! i watched 2 eps and i'm a little confused as to what is actually happening. does it become clearer? or am i just dumb?

okay i havent watched fleabag in a hot minute and i dont think i made it past the first episode of s2 bc i got distracted with a different show it but i'm pretty sure the first few eps of s1 was no plot just vibes <3 fleabag and her silly little life <3 until i think mid season which is when it starts getting a little clearer!

IF WE WERE VILLAINS BY ML RIO!!!!!! i forgot just how high the level of brainrot is in that book. when i first read it a couple years ago, i was like ‘ok, yeah, sure it’s good’ but now i get it. guys i get it. i get the themes ok i get the characters i get the double meaning i get the archetypes i get it all i want to sob. raised it to one of my top 5 books of all time truly im not kidding

now, that answer may be cheating, since i reread iwwv. the last book that made me loco is the aftg trilogy by nora sakavic. im sorry to everyone who doesn’t enjoy this series its BATSHIT insane. full love to @jeanmoreaux who let me scream to her just how much that series sucked me in and rearranged my brain chemistry

binge watching shows sucks i cannot do it the only times in recent memory that i watched more than two episodes at a time are when i watch new girl with my bf and when i first watched 911 and those were lightning strike moments

the ideal show watching schedule is 1 per day/every few days at a scheduled time so you can have Tv Time good things are meant to last not be consumed in one day

hi hi i watched the entire season 2 in a day and it was an experience!! brilliant way to start this year in my opinion

also episode 6?? everything about it was so perfect. the cast, the guest stars, the WRITING (how the entire episode kept building up), the pacing (so glad the episode was an hour long). the acting was phenomenal. so raw and guttural, i was so stressed out and worried. this ep definitely played a huge role in how the next episodes go (plot and character wise)

i'm so glad it's renewed for season 3 <3

pls watching the entire season in one day is So Real!! i get it!! ((and yes such a brilliant way to start the year; season 2 is truly such an experience))

episode 6 is INSANE to me. everything about it is so good. and the theme of generational trauma was explored in such a raw and emotionally honest way it made me nauseous. like you said, it was guttural; i had a visceral reaction to it. i rarely feel this stressed out and nervous while consuming fiction I Was Sweating. ngl just thinking about it now deals me psychic damage. It’s Just So Good I Want To Scream.

and yes it’s so important not just because it shapes the rest of the season but also reframe EVERYTHING that came before. it’s like when you learn a crucial piece of information about a friend and suddenly you understand why they are the way they are and walk through the world the way they do.

YES the renewal is so needed. the way we left both sydney and especially carmy had me sooooo unwell i need them to be okay. so so so glad s3 was confirmed!!

i HATE this i was almost done and tumblr restarted

first impression: hey she's cool i relate to her

impression now: oh my god i love her she's so amazing i kin her she's everything omg

favourite moment: okay there's a scene before neil gets taken to baltimore in tkm and all the foxes are there when neil says' i never understood why he likes knives' and renee goes from smiling to death staring andrew to put away his knives and he does. and that's such a great scene because it shows that she isn't just a 'saint' or something? she's a person who has suffered and faced it's consequences and has blood on her hands.

idea for a story: her past maybe? if stephanie walker adopted more kids how does she get along with them, RENISON TATTOO SHOP OWNER X FLOWER SHOP OWNER or LITERALLY JUST RENISON PLEASE

unpopular opinion: none. she's amazing. but she is not just happy and smiling all the time. she tries. and she has flaws too. she can be sad, or angry.

favourite relationship: platonic renee and andrew! AND RENISON !!!

favourite headcanon: she gets a knife tattoo :) also when her and allison move in together they get a dog!! a golden retriever. her name is nat :)
