Any time i fall in love with a new character i call them the love of my life, i had say it so many times that that if i had a coin for every time I've said it right now i'd be rich

Sayori

It doesn't take long for Sayori to take a liking on people and become pretty clingy and affectionate, but to fully trust them as to show her real self it actually tooks a long time, so even when she openly shows her love sometimes is more motivated for the anxiety

However, whenever you show her affection and love is something special for her, even the small gestures is a little reminder that you actually care and appreciate her, specially if is after she finally open up to you more with her problems

Even when she is clingy Sayori can be pretty shy, specially to express her love directly with words, so it take a lot from her to say that she loves you even when she is completely sure of her feelings, and if you say it to her she gets wrapped in a overwhelming feel of love

When you tell her that she is the love of your life Sayori stops whatever she is doing for the shock but even so she isn't able to see you at the face, she tries to but is scare to see in your face a mocking expression, somehow she manage to slowly see a glimse of you, it doesn't matter if you seem shy or confident, even a small and sweet smile is enough for her to win the courage she needs to fully see you in the face, at least for a moment

She tries really hard to say something, or even do something but in her mind are racing a lot of different thoughts, between the anxiety and the overwhelming feeling of love, at the end she will just throw herself into your arms before start crying, she even clings to you as if his life depends on it

The thing is that Sayori tend to doubt herself and be overwhelmed for the fear, she even is a pleseant person but you telling her that she is the love of your life gives her a big sense of security as well a feeling of love, that is why she started crying but she will apologize for it later

Sayori grows a little more clingy and affectionate afterwards since that beautiful feeling still wander her chest and she wants to make you feel that way too, she may even try to write you something about it (but since she normally just write about the feelings she can't speak of it will be a little difficult for her)

If you do it as a way to confess your feelings for her her reaction won't be too different, it would be pretty overwhelming for her and she will end up crying in your arms, but in this case she will be more hesitant even asking you if you actually mean what you had say

Monika

Even when Monika seems and act confidence deep down she is a little insecure and perfeccionist, so even when she doesn't have much troubles with expressing her love she wonder if she is "doing it right"

Although she isn't too estrict when it comes to you (or at least tries no to), she just bask in whatever show of affection and love you give to her, small or big gestures she apreciate them nonetheless, also there are moments where she put others before her a little so your affection comfort her

Love is a really beautiful and special word for Monika, she kinda has a big expective of what is love and she is willing to work in making that ilusion come true, mainly for her perfeccionism, but she tries to don't let that side of her affect you or your relasionship. Whenever you express you love for her it fills her with excitment

Even when Monika seems more serious and mature she loves romantic stuff, and even when she finds cheesy stuff a little overstated she still like it, so when you call her the love of your life her heart skip a beat, she looks at you wondering if this isn't just a dream while slowly gets flustered and flattered

Monika knows she loves you with all her being and she can even dare to say that you are all she wanted, but even she didn't thought that you would think so dearly of her, but those simple words show her that you love her a lot too (maybe even with the same intensity), and since she isn't exactly shy she won't have much troubles to say something so cute and special back, although she isn't satisfied with her own answer so she will be thinking for a while in a way to show how much she loves you too

And for a long time the only memory of you saying those words make her feel like in heaven for how much you love her, always bringing a smile and a tiny blush to her cheeks, also it may or may not lead her to be more confidence and start to be more affectionate and teasing

Although if you had say it to confess your feelings her reaction won't be as calm as if you two were already in a relationship, Monika is sure that she loves you and she had tried to read you to try to find out if you feel the same, but you coming and saying such cheesy stuff out of the blue really had taked her by surprise (specially if you aren't usually open or affectionate)

Tamaki Suoh

Tamaki isn't shy at all, he is always so open with his love and isn't afraid to tell anyone how much he loves you (well, not until he finally realice his feelings for you), he could be pretty dramatic with his affection but he always do it from the bottom of his heart

Also, even when he is open with his love whenever you are affectionate towards him it makes him feel all flustered and fuzzy, even the small gestures are special to him and bring happines to his day, to all his life (or that is what he always says)

Tamaki never has problem to directly say that he loves you, although he prefers to express it in other ways, with a lot of affection, besides he doesn't want to admit it but he is pretty shy when it comes to say it (specially when he had just realice his feelings for you). If and when you say it to him he gets a little more serious but is still fuzzy and can't stop giggling

Although, saying that he is the love of your life is different, is more direct but still express a lot of love, also an expression like that is more likely to heard it from him and is probably that he had even already thought of it, but hearing it from you is surprising

It totally surprise him and there are chances for him to ask you to repeat yourself in case he missheard you, but that doesn't mean he doesn't like it in fact he loves that you love him and appreciate him so much to even consider him the love of your life, and not even in a egoist way, is just that before founding the club he is used to be alone and with all his problems with his family he wasn't too apreciate either so knowing that you love him as much as he loves you it melt his heart

His reaction could be either really dramatic, exploding with excitment and love but saying that that that title suits you better because you are the the love of his life, or more serious but still with a sweet smile in his face hugging you and giving you sweet kisses, even expressing that he loves you a lot too

Although if you do it to confess he won't be able to react in a calm manner, he is shocked but slowly get incredibly flustered, he barely will be able to answer you properly

Sunny

Sunny doesn't really think much of himself but he doesn't have much troubles with it neither, just when he compare himself to others, still that doesn't influence in his love for you

Also, he doesn't show his love by words he is more of actions (like getting more clingy to you), although whenever you show affection to him, either by words or actions, it flustered him and he even gets a little shy, even when you two are already dating it still flustered him

Love is a word with a lot of weight and even when Sunny is sure that he is in love with you he has a lot of troubles to say it and anytime he heards you say it to him he feels like the rest of the world disappears, flattered for how even just a simple word hold and inmense feeling

But saying that he is the love of your life is an expression with even more intensity, the world is big and your life haven't even reached the half and still you call him the love of your life, the inmense love he is feeling practically shoot him down, his heart is racing, his cheeks are burning and his mind is a complete mess

Don't expect a proper answer because Sunny won't be able to say it back, heck he isn't able to even formulate a response, even if he tries to he can't, is probably that he end up hidding, either hide his face in with his hands or in your arms. Also, he will be like this for a while and even when he manage to calm down a little the blush of his cheeks aren't going to go away for a long time, as well the fuzzy feeling that fill his chest (it may even stay like that for some days)

Also you could notice that Sunny grows a little more clingy and affectionate but shy too after what you had say, is just that he feels so loved and appreciate that he can't describe it, he wants to make you feel so loved too but he still has troubles to put it in words

Although, if you had say it in a way to confess your feelings is even more shocking for him because it would be the first time you express so much directly to him (even if you are already affectionate)

Hero

Hero isn't really shy nor insecure so he doesn't has much troubles to express his love for you, still he isn't going everywhere screaming his love, he doesn't see a point on doing it, you knowing that he loves you is enough for him

He doesn't have any problem with showing his love by words and actions, he isn't shy, although when you show your love for him it flustered him a a little (it depends in what you do too)

He has no problem with saying that he loves you directly, but he prefers to not to rush himself, if he is going to say it he wants to be 100% sure he is in love with you, as well whenever you directly express that you love him he tries to say it back or correspond it (still a little flustered)

Even so the moment that you tell him that he is the love of your life he is truly surprised, say that you love him is something but calling him the love of your life is even deeper, with even more weight, just by hearing you is pretty surprised and immediatly look at you at the face, like trying to comfirm that you had say what he had hear

It take him a moment to fully process what you had said but when he does he gets all flustered and flattered, his cheeks quickly get covered by the blush and a big smile, he may not be able to say the same for how flustered he is but he tries to say something equivalent, and even if he doesn't manage to say something he will make sure to do something that will express how much he loves you

He will be blushy and with a fuzzy feeling in his chest for a while, as well and unable to stop smiling, your words defenitively make his day way better and he won't be able to stop thinking on it for the rest of the day, and even so he still remember it sometimes the next days and always make him feel all flustered again

However, if you had done it to confess your feelings for him he will be even more shocked, because even if you were already affectionate saying that he is the love of your life is still saying much, in that case he will be even more flustered

Shouko Nishimiya

Shouko is really shy and even insecure, so she has a lot of troubles to express her love for you, when she does it she mainly does it with small and discreet gestures, but little by little she start to win more confidence and tries to be more open with her affection

Also, it goes the same when it comes to accept your affectionate, she is shy and that bring her some troubles to accept your gestures of love, specially when she feels like a bother

Shouko express her love by discreet ways because she can't show it directly, her shyness and anxiety stop her from doing it, as well when you directly say that you love her she gets really flustered and doesn't know how to respond nor even what to do

The moment you tell her that she is the love of your life she is completely in shock, this is saying even more than when you express that you love her, and that already is really significant, but this holds even more importance and love, she immediatly looks at you surprise and still fearing that you are just trying to mess with her, but once she understand that you actually mean it Shouko even start crying, she is just feeling so much that is overwhelming, but is for sure that it isn't for sadness (she will apologize later for doing it though)

Shouko feels like her only existance is a bother for others but you calling her the love of your life is like saying to her that you are happy that she exist and she doesn't know how to react to that, but is sure that she feels really happy and loved

She will never forget what you had say to her, even when she fears that you didn't mean it or even scold herself for be so excited for it she can't help but hold the memory close to her heart and she remember it anytime she feels bad about herself. Also, just as she feels really loved just by you saying it she wants to do something in return, she actually feels like she has to, that is only fair, so she will try to come up with a plan to thank you for making her so happy

However if you had say it in a way to confess your feelings for her Shouko will be even more shocked and hesitant to accept that what you had say is for real, she feels anxious and fear that this is too good to be real, but at the end she will at least accept it and when she does it she will start crying too

# note : super rusty at writing but this has been rotting on my mind and thinking about it 24/7/365 😓 i am totally sane about sunny !!

# warning : written post-game

oh dear.

all this work is going to kill you if you don't finish it within this night. it's due in two days which makes it worse, too.

on top of that, you have your boyfriend, SUNNY, sitting next to you as you work on your assignment and presentation. he's sitting quietly, staring at you.

god, you just want to spend time with SUNNY— you're not supposed to be doing your homework!.. then again, should you not had done this three days ago.

it's currently nighttime. the bells of the windchime that SUNNY gifted you is hanging on top of the windowsill, ringing. the curtains dance together in the air as the wind flows, feeling the cool air breezing through the window.

under the dim light of your bedroom, there is the moonlight seeping in, painting the room as if it were an empty canvas.

you look at the open window for a moment, distracted by the stars twinkling at the sky and the bright moon shining through the night as it accompanies its stars.

you shake your head, snapping out of your trance and avert your gaze to the parchment of your unfinished homework, though your mind is no longer focused on the intricate details of the presentation slides at the moment.

clack, clack, clack..

your fingers type endlessly as you skimmed at your notes. the information you were holding was overwhelming you. you furrow your eyebrows, immersed in your work.

clack, clack, clack..

an uncomfortable feeling rises, feeling someone watching beside you. you turn your head and see SUNNY. oh, right. you forgot he was there the whole time because you're too immersed in your work.

distracted, you stare at his features, his black hair, his ivory skin, his eyepatch and his eyes piercing through your soul. the two of you subconsciously commensed a staring contest without knowing.

wait a minute.

.. is he, by any chance, wanting your attention?

you think he does. you noticed that he's been staring at you intently, quietly demanding your attention for quite some time.

it was then that you forgot that you were staring at him the whole time— god, what's with you? you've been acting weird. you shook your head once again and looked at his eyes.

"..i won so, don't i get to hold your hand?" SUNNY spoke. you blinked twice. you neglected your boyfriend for your homework and you feel guilty because of it.

you smiled cheekily, "what're you saying? of course you get to hold my hand." you held your hand out, letting him hold your hand.

without hesitation, SUNNY puts his hand on yours, his slender fingers drawing circles on your skin. his ice cold hands held your palm, squeezing it. his fingertips grazed the back of your hand.

you sighed and set your notes aside. "i'm sorry that i didn't spend time with you that much," you apologized. "i'll make up for the lost time."

SUNNY's cheeks dusted in red. "what about your work?" he mumbled, feeling a little guilty for stopping your work. you shake your head and close your laptop.

"work can wait. you're more important to me anyway." you beamed. you notice your boyfriend's ears were tainted red and smiled to yourself, savouring his reaction.

SUNNY

sunny grew up in an asian household, and not to mention his parents favorited his sister. so he's faced his fair share of hurtful comments or impossible standards

although, he hasn't really gotten it to the extent you have, and he's a little. concerned.

like when he first hung out at your place and he heard your mother call you names and berate you,, he got really nervous and awkward

he really doesn't like arguing, and for many other reasons you two sort of decided it would be best to not chill at your place

but it doesn't mean he ignores it!!! he thinks about your parents all the time, and is kind of scared to pry but he asks about it for your safety

you two spend a lot of time at his house!!!! he prefers to not go outside and seeing as your parents erm. aren't the greatest, his house is usually empty and so it's perfect for hanging out!!!!

he never pries to the point of making you uncomfortable, but he is very worried. he'll constantly try to be there for you and lend an ear, as he knows your parents aren't the best listeners.

if you text him that your parents are being loud or yelling at you, he'll send you songs he likes for you to listen to to distract you and texts u constantly to keep you company

AUBREY

it. really pisses her off.

she had incredibly neglectful parents, and her mother would even get physical when drunk

so she knows what abuse is like. that's why although it angers her whenever she hears your parents degrade you, she never talks back to them or anything. she knows that would only end up worse for the both of you

although, she does express it a lot when you two are alone.

"dude, your parents are dicks, Y/N."

she's fully aware you're only playing it off for everyone's sake, but she never really talks about it. she knows how much it sucks for someone to call out a facade cough cough

she'll get you little trinkets or send you images of things that you like or that remind her of you throughout the day to hopefully cheer you up

her house isn't really available for hanging out either, so you guys often go to the lake or get pizza at GINO's, or just chill with the hooligans at the park

she never judges you for it, and tries to subtly let u know that she's there to listen whenever you need it. she wants to offer support that you otherwise don't really have

KEL

when your parents start saying shit at dinner, he looks kinda awkward and tries to change the subject. like if they started comparing you to him he'd be like "oh, haha i actually look up to Y/N! you raised an amazing kid :)"

he might dislike your parents, but he's always respectful of parents in general. he was always taught to respect his elders!!!

and then when you two leave the house he looks at you like a dejected kicked puppy

"man.. your parents are really something, huh?"

kel had only really been insulted by his parents during arguments or whenever he did something wrong, whereas he'd get spanked with a shoe and berated. they didn't verbally degrade him often, but they emotionally neglected him a lot.

he feels real bad for you, but he tries not to bring it up often. he knows it's a sensitive subject, he can tell by how you constantly say it's normal and it's just how they are

kel wants to wait until you're ready to talk about it. he doesn't push it, he wants you to come to him whenever you're comfortable!!

lots of walks and playing sports to get out of the house. he is constantly treating you to pizza at GINO's, and his family loves you to death!!!!! hero sees you as a little sibling and is always teasing kel about you

HERO

he tries his best to be respectful around your parents. he honestly wants to punch their faces in but he will not admit that

it concerns him when you lie and say it's nothing, but he doesn't push it often. sometimes he'll let you know you can be honest with him and that he's there to listen

with most parents, hero automatically wins them over and always tries to be polite and kind. but he doesn't really bother to get your mother roses or strike up conversation with your dad. he just can't really be comfortable around them

hero's family is very welcoming, so he'll always invite you over for dinner and his mother is asking constant questions!!! kel bugs you and jokingly asks why on earth you'd date someone like hero

(this earned him a smack on the head from both his mother and hero)

gets you gifts and flowers often, and leaves encouraging notes and compliments. he really doesn't want you to feel bad about yourself,, he knows it must be hard having parents like that

has a bit of a hard time finding words if you break down or cry, so he holds you in his arms and rubs your back.

"hey, hey, sshh.. i know... it's alright.."

MARI

similar to hero, your parents make it hard for her to control her anger. they're just so!!!!!&!!$&$ she has a general level of respect and awareness though, so she never really says anything

if she's at your place, she tries to be quiet but eventually can't take it and stands up for you.

"you should be a little easier on them. they've been doing quite well in school lately." she says, crossing her arms.

unfortunately this led to her getting kicked out, but she didn't really regret it

if you're ever feeling down about your grades or yourself in general, she's immediately showering you with compliments and encouragement. mari can't stand seeing you doubt how much you mean to her

i think mari has had a complicated relationship with her father, so she isn't a stranger to arguments and general mean comments and berating. part of why she's such a perfectionist is because her father pushed her,, so she's a bit of a hypocrite when saying you shouldn't let your parents dictate what you do

she's very supportive of wherever you want to go in life, always helping you practice and follow your dreams no matter what!!

always taking you out for picnics and dates!!! you spend a lot of time with the group to get away from things for awhile

she plays the piano for you to help you relax, and sometimes you fall asleep on her shoulder as she plays a calming song. she cherishes those moments the most.

BASIL

he hates it, especially when your parents come into the room and start yelling at you. he can't stand it at all

it makes him angry, but he's far too scared and shy to say anything, so he opts for excusing the two of you and taking you outside to check up on you

he can only imagine how hard it is for you to deal with that, so he's always checking on you to see how you're holding up mentally

he isn't great with words, so you two often spend lots of time together!!! at the park, at his house, at the beach, anywhere is fine with him as long as it's with you

polly loves you dearly!!! she's always embarrassing basil in front of you

he's scared that you're insecure about yourself due to your parents' words, so he leaves little sticky notes and drawings around to encourage you in everything you do

"hi Y/N! i hope you have a great day!!!!! here's a sunset picture, it reminded me of you :) -basil" and there's a photo attached of a pretty sunset

you cook the simplest meal?? he's praising it like it's gourmet

he gets you into gardening and photography, always sending you pictures that remind him of you!!!! they're good coping mechanisms for him and make him happy, so he wants to share that happiness with you

SUNNY is absolutely touch starved without realizing it, so he’s definitely stiff and awkward at first when you give him a hug or simply hold his hand

slowly but surely he’s gonna get used to it, and then he’ll be expecting at least a hug every single day at the point. he’ll be a bit disappointed if not but he’ll get over it

if you kiss him he’ll stop anything that he’s doing and stands/sits there for at least two minutes before his ears turn red and his cheeks slightly turn red as well

there was absolute silence, not a single movement from your boyfriend who you decided to kiss on the cheek/lips for the first time as a sweet reminder of how much you loved him. you grew to become a bit worried and poked his shoulders. "SUNNY?? SUNNY, are you okay??" you asked your stoic boyfriend. after a minute of poking him, you saw his ears turn a bit redder then usual and then his cheeks. you smiled a bit, knowing your boyfriend enjoyed the little kiss you gave him

SUNNY doesn’t mind if you get easily attached to others, and doesn’t mind if you two just met and you’re already attached to him

he’ll find it weird, but that’s basically it. he kind of enjoys someone being automatically attached to him for some reason?

if it’s someone else you’ve grown attach as well, SUNNY will feel a little jealous. he hides it pretty well, but always reassure him that you love him the most

AUBREY

when she was younger, AUBREY would always take any sort of affection no matter what and even give back some of her own! although now that she’s hot-headed and a bit aggressive from everything that’s happen, AUBREY stays stiff when you give her a hug of some sort

she immediately look at you in disbelief before slightly smirking and letting out a chuckle. she secretly enjoys being hugged, especially when she’s feeling down the most. she also touch starved without realizing it from not receiving any attention from her mom and due to MARI’s passing

if you give her a kiss she’ll immediately panic a bit and look at you with an even more expression of disbelief like "WHY did u decide to kiss me?!" but she’ll think back to it when she’s alone and not even realize her cheeks are turning red from the feeling and thought of the little kiss

AUBREY’s cheeks grew flustered when you decided to kiss her on the cheek/lips, she looks at you in shock and a bit frustrated. "wh- what was that for..?!" AUBREY asked as you stifled a giggle out. "i just wanted to show my girlfriend how much i love her!" you responded, smiling a bit at her. "pfft— whatever.. at least let me know next time, you dork.." AUBREY looked away as she didn’t want you to see how red she was.

AUBREY will genuinely be a bit surprised that you’re easily attached to people at first, is that why you’re attached to her?

she kind of thinks you’re naive to be attached to others. i mean, what if someone is deep down a huge jerk to you?

this applies if you’re already attached to someone else that isn’t her. she’ll be a bit jealous at first, but then that jealousy dies down if you reassure her a lot with physical affection and words of affirmation

KEL

KEL doesn’t mind if you’re so affectionate, because he is too! this relationship will be all about physical affection mostly but also a drop of words of affirmation

he’ll surprisingly give you affection more than you, and even be ECSTATIC when you give some back! he enjoys it no matter what and he’ll definitely need it when he has a bad day of some sorts

if you decide to kiss him, KEL would slowly process that you kissed him and once he does he gets even more ECSTATIC! he’ll gladly kiss you back with his dorky smile across his slightly red cheek

"woah!" KEL raised his voice a bit after he saw you give him a quick kiss on the cheek/lips for being such a good boyfriend. "you… you kissed me?" KEL said, kind of processing it which made you laugh a bit. "yes, yes i kissed you, KEL." you answered, and KEL finally processed it with a huge smile on his face. "you kissed me! you really did kiss me, [READER]! wow, i’m so happy!" KEL gave you a tight hug and plants a bunch of kisses across your face as his own reward for being such an awesome person to love him!

like the others, KEL does not mind at all if you’re super attached to others including him. that’s what makes you.. you! he won’t change it for the world

in a way, he’s sort of like that too! he understands where you’re coming from and even is a bit bashful is you’re already attached to him!

if you’re already attached to someone else that isn’t him, he won’t even consider himself jealous! he’ll instantly befriend the person as well!

HERO

HERO absolutely enjoys the amount of affection you give him! sure, he’ll be a bit awkward and nervous about it at first but he’ll always enjoy the amount of affection you give him!

he’ll always do something for you in return. you needed to get some chores? HERO has already done them for you! are you hungry for a home cooked meal? HERO has already something cooking just for you!

if you decide to kiss him, HERO will instantly flustered but will give you his own charming kiss back as a little thank you

HERO looked at you with his eyes slightly widened after you decided to give him a kiss on the cheek/lips. he immediately turns into a slightly blushing mess and laughs nervously, "gosh [READER]! at least let me know when you’ll kiss me, haha!" HERO half-joked, looking away to hide his red face. "sorry, sorry! i just wanted to let you know how much i love all that you’re doing for me!" you explained your excuse, to which HERO looked back at you with the same surprised look before smiling warmly. "…thank you, [READER], i appreciate that you’re still with me."

HERO is genuinely a bit surprised how attached you are with people, but doesn’t judge you for it. that’s who you are and he doesn’t want to change you at all because he loves you!

he does know that there are actual jerks out there who’s take advantage of how nice people are, so he wants you to be extra careful!

BASIL is another touch starved one, and it’s pretty obvious. like AUBREY, he’d panic and be all flustered when you give him physical affection

he tries to calm himself down and slowly get used to all the love he gets from you, but he can’t help it! he appreciates all the attention and affection he gets from you but sometimes he gets overwhelmed easily, so make sure you start with him slowly

if you decide to kiss him, BASIL will immediately become all flustered and nervous. he’d excuse himself to the bathroom for a bit and once he does, he immediately tries to calm himself down. he can’t help but smile a tiny bit and cover his face in embarrassment

BASIL let’s out a tiny squeak as you one day decided to give him a kiss on the cheek/lips for how much he’s come so far. his face immediately turns all red and looks at you with a stunned look that said 'did you really just did that..?' you stifled out a tiny laugh and spoke, "sorry, sorry! i’m just really proud of you BASIL for how much you’ve come so far! i guess that was a bit too much for you, so i apologize..!" after you explained yourself, BASIL simply nodded and asked with such a meek and nervous tone, "sorry.. could you excuse me for a bit?" and immediately heads to the bathroom and locks himself in there. he couldn’t stop smiling and blushing for minutes!

BASIL is also surprised when he finds out you’re attached to people quite easily. he used to be somewhat the same four years ago and so he doesn’t judge you for it

although he’s closed off a bit now, he does secretly want to be your number one and never wants you to leave him for someone else

if you’re attached to someone else that isn’t him, BASIL will panic a tiny bit on the inside as he sweats more on the outside. he tries to reassure himself that you love him, so make sure his reassurance is correct!

MARI

MARI absolutely enjoys all of your affection! she’s pretty affectionate herself, so expect a lot of hugs and kisses on the forehead

she also uses words of affirmation as one of her love languages, so expect a lot of compliments and flirting coming from her!

if you decide to kiss her, she’ll blush a bit before smugly looking at you. she definitely tease you a bit just for fun before kissing you as well!

"oh my!" MARI had a bit of a surprised look on her face as she looks at what you did. you decided to give her a kiss on the cheek/lips for being the best girlfriend ever!! you stifled a laugh at her response but immediately recognize the smug look on her face and realized what you put yourself through. "my goodness [READER], i had absolutely no idea you were bold enough to do this, hehe!" MARI said, right before she surprised you with her own kiss. "..but i guess i am too!" she said as she giggled a bit, knowing that her plan to fluster you worked.

MARI doesn’t judge you for how easily attached you are when it comes to people. she’s somewhat the same way?? she could make conversation with someone and immediately earn herself a friend!

of course she’s always be your number one, MARI would make sure of that by giving you all of her affection and love, and inviting you to little dates like a simple picnic with just the two of you

if you already grown attached to someone that isn’t her, MARI would be HAPPY to meet this person! she’ll invite them to a picnic as they, and you too of course, chat it off! like HERO, MARI would let the person know that she’s your girlfriend just in case!

Mari would find your clumsy side cute, she'll tease you about how careful you are. When you are in a large crowd Mari would hold your hand and tells you that everything is fine and that's she is with you! If your too much anxious too, either way you tell her or she will realize and she will bring you somewhere more calm.

Hero x reader

He will always check on you to help you if you have trouble because your clumsy. For exemple, if you fall or almost fall he will be there for you by trying to catch you or if you are hurt he will put you somes bandages. For your anxious side, he will try to help you overcome it by going to little crowd and increase the number of people around each time. If you can't do it it's okay Hero will bring you home and cook for you somes food and congratulate you on your courage.

Sunny x reader

Since you are really clumsy, Sunny would be so careful with you when you are in the stair, holding your hands and checking on you in almost every step. He doesn't really like being outside so you two don't really get in large crowd, but if that happens he will try to make you feel safe but he doesn't exactly know how.

Aubrey x reader

If someone dare said sometimes bad about you being clumsy, she will talk to them with the hooligans. She will respect you of being anxious when there many people and never bring you somewhere that she thinks will make you anxious.

Kel x reader

Kel will try to make you find the positives sides of being in large crowd and talk to many people, but if you are really too anxious he will understand and apologies. He never really realize that you are clumsy but will help you if you need help with somethings.

Basil x reader

Basil would completely understand you, he get also anxious in large crowd. He will give you tips for you anxiety and your clumsy side. If you goes together somewhere and realized there is too many people you will go somewhere else.

This is the scenario:

The arguement still happened. But there was two witnesses instead. Basil and Y/n.

When Sunny pushed Mari out of the way, Y/n immediately ran upstairs. Causing them to get killed.

Thanks to Mari still being alive, she told the both of them to call the ambulance. Unfortunately, Y/n ended up in a deep coma and died months later.

OH BOY

You both were literally outside their house door when you heard a loud feminine voice, both of you recognizing it was MARI’s.

"Oh jeez, what’s happening in there..? Let’s take a look, Y/N.."

BASIL slowly opens the door, letting you go first before he does.

The fighting seemed to come from the other room, specifically the upstairs room..

So, being curious kids, you and BASIL walked over to check it out, poking out both of your heads before slowly walking in.

It seems like both MARI and SUNNY were too busy to notice you both so MARI kept yelling while SUNNY stayed quiet, looking down.

You and BASIL looked up at them in shock, mostly at MARI but then—

"Y/N, look..!"

BASIL pointed out the broken violen near you two.

Wait its— broken?!—

"SUNNY, how could you break it?! Do you know how expensive it was?! We all chipped in to buy for you, even Y/N! And yet you wasted it like it was nothing!"

MARI yelled out to her younger brother, yet SUNNY said nothing as he continued to look down at the ground, as if he wasn’t listening.

SUNNY broke it, but— why?!

The look on his face when he first got it for Christmas.. was it fake?

Did it really mean nothing to him?

"Y/N.. we have to do SOMETHING!! O-Or—"

You sprang into action, dashing up the stairs.

If you were gonna be honest, you were pretty angry at him.

But you just wanted answers..!

"W-Wait Y/N?! What are you—"

It all happened so fast.

SUNNY had enough and went downstairs the same time you ran upstairs.

When you both bumped into each other, SUNNY got upset, and without even knowning..

He pushed YOU down the stairs.

You obviously fell backwards, then landed on the broken violin.

Both MARI and BASIL were screaming your name, but it was all a blur.

…You didn’t say anything.

You weren’t even breathing.

SUNNY snapped back into reality, while MARI slightly pushed him aside to reach you.

Once she did, she lifted your upper body and sobbed.

She sobbed like she just lost a close family member.

You and MARI were close, really close! To the point where she would call you her little sibling as she gave you a ton of hugs.

"Aww Y/N, you’re my cute little sibling! I love seeing you happy!~"

SUNNY on the other hand..

God, he had a little— no, BIG crush on you!

Don’t let his stoic expression fool you, just by looking at you his expression softened, making a ":0" face!

Even if he’s bad at communication, he really loves talking with you, even if your conversations are one-sided with just you talking.

Only if you talk a lot though!

If you’re quiet like him, then it would just be both of you making eye contact without saying a word.

But that’s okay! Just by staring at each other’s eyes, one can understand each other’s feelings.

The eyes are windows into peoples hearts, as one person would say.

Plus, he LOVES giving you tiny gifts to show how much he cares.

You felt a pat on your shoulder, but as soon as you looked over, it was SUNNY looking away with a red face as he held a DANDELION close to you, hoping you would take his sweet gift.

O-Oh! SUNNY, you’re giving me a DANDELION?" He simply nodded, his face still red. You smiled as you took the DANDELION away from him, holding it close to you.

"Thank you so much, I’ll cherish it forever!"

Though you were too busy paying attention to the DANDELION to notice, SUNNY was slightly smiling.

He would always want to hang around you the most, inviting you to his house to watch him practice with his sister, getting you whatever you want at HOBBEEZ, he would do anything for you!

…But now..

You’re gone..

"BASIL, hold onto Y/N for me and keep checking their pulse! I’ll go get my phone and call an ambulance!"

"R-Right..! Their pulse, I think it’s still there..!"

Thankfully since MARI was there, BASIL wouldn’t think of anything insane like.. you know.

As I was saying, MARI was talking with the ambulance while SUNNY ran over to your body.

He was in denial, you’re not dead!

You’re just.. sleeping for now right?

BASIL could only looking at him with guilt.

"The ambulance is coming, oh my god please don’t be dead Y/N.. BASIL, do they still have a pulse?"

"Y-Yeah!.. Yes they do.. thankfully.. hang in there, Y/N, help is coming!.."

Yeah, SUNNY really doesn’t want to believe you’re dead.

But thankfully you’re not though, as long as you still had a pulse right?

"They’re sleeping, right? They’re not dead.."

SUNNY spoke quietly as he kept shaking your body gently, as if he was trying to wake you up from a nap.

"Hey.. Y/N.. wake up.. please.."

MARI gently pulled him aside to talk with him.

"SUNNY, they’re not sleeping! They’re unconscious, because—" MARI stopped before breathing in and out to calm herself down. "Listen, Y/N is gonna go to the hospital and hopefully they’ll be better, okay? So don’t worry, everything is going to be okay."

SUNNY slowly nodded to his sister, before crying on her shoulder, realizing what he had just done.

He basically killed his crush.

MARI comforted him until the ambulance arrived to take you away.

MARI, SUNNY, their parents, and BASIL were already at the hospital when HERO, KEL, their parents as well and AUBREY heard the news and came as fast as they could.

Everyone was worried sick, even your parent guardian(s)!

AUBREY and KEL were crying their eyes out, MARI trying to comfort them, HERO wiping some tears away, BASIL in literal shock as he stared into the floor, and SUNNY..

Oh jeez SUNNY is having it worse.

SUNNY was crying onto your body as it laid on the hospital bed.

He’s quietly apologizing for what he’s done, hoping once you wake up you’d forgive him.

Everyone did their best trying to comfort him but it was unsuccessful.

Of course everyone was relieved you’re not dead (right now) and just in a coma.

But they’re still worried! You’re just a kid, you don’t deserve this!

Everyday, the group would visited you and give you little gifts.

AUBREY would just stare at you as she cried, hoping you’d wake up like everyone else was hoping.

"Please Y/N! Please wake up, everyone is so worried about you, even me! I’ll let you play with MR. PLANTEGG like old times!.. Just— Sniff.. sniff.. WAAAAAH!!"

BASIL would place a pot of a flower that reminds him of you next to you and waters it every time he visits, telling you all the facts about the said flower.

"You know Y/N.. the flower reminds me a lot of you..! Which is why I picked it, hehe.."

"…"

"I’m so sorry for inviting you that day.. if— if I didn’t, you would still be awake and happy and— sniff sniff.. I’m just— so sorry Y/N..!"

KEL and HERO would talk to you about their day and how KEL made it chaotic.

"Yeah, and KEL wouldn’t stop barking back at HECTOR! It’s like he could understand dog language! Haha..!"

"Well, HECTOR started it! He wanted to start a dog argument so I’ll give him what he wants! Hmph!"

"…"

"I hope you wake up, Y/N, then maybe you can have a dog fight with HECTOR too.. haha.."

"And I could laugh at you two.."

MARI would hum the music she was gonna play at the recital that day to you, hoping that can wake you up.

"I really wish they had a piano here, so I can play you the song again!.. I just hope I won’t mess it up for you, Y/N, heehee!"

"Y’know.. I really hope humming would wake you up, but that’s just silly isn’t it? This isn’t a Disney movie after all, where the problems would just disappear if the princess sings, haahaa.."

And oh boy.. SUNNY..

SUNNY would be talking up a STORM to you, which is so surprising, even for him.

Sometimes when he visits, he’d either talk a lot about his day or just simply cry on you.

"You know, sometimes I wish this was all a movie.. remember SLEEPING BEAUTY? Like when the princess was sleeping eternally until the prince came and kissed her and she woke up? I wish that could happen with me and you.. I wish— I wish this never happened.. I just want you back Y/N, please.. please forgive me for pushing you, I swear I— I swear I didn’t mean it..! Please, Y/N..!"

To make this whole thing worse, you unfortunately passed away..

When everyone heard the news, they all cried, especially MARI, BASIL, and SUNNY.

If only they could’ve prevented it happening.

The funeral was filled with guilt, depression and sadness.

Literally everyone cried.

SUNNY did the most.

After four years, everyone is still pretty upset.

SUNNY has had it worse.

Like in the original game, he would shut himself out.

But sometimes he would come outside, because MARI is still there.

But now she’s at college with HERO, so he’s stayed in his bed for those years.

KEL would try getting him outside, sometimes AUBREY and BASIL would help out too..!

Oh yeah, everyone is still okay with each other after 4 years.

But since KEL was the first to accept your death, AUBREY was sort of pissed off at him that he moved on, but BASIL talked with her so I guess they’re fine.

Unless MARI would visit and get him out herself, SUNNY will literally stay inside all day, on his bed.

For headspace, everything is still the same.

MARI would still be a save point, but this time you’re with her as one too!

To make sure you’ll never be harmed, of course.

OMORI would be extra nice to your HEADSPACE counterpart, always sitting to you whenever him and the gang took a break to have a picnic.

Since MARI didn’t die, OMORI’s SOMETHING would NOT resemble MARI, but you.

But however, since REAL WORLD BASIL didn’t stage your death as.. yeah, but was still there the day of the incident, his HEADSPACE counterpart will still go missing.

MARI will be more.. quiet when BASIL goes missing.

So when SUNNY actually opens the door for KEL, AUBREY and BASIL, they’ll all try to hang out, for your sake right?

And thankfully since MARI is still alive, their parents won’t be divorced and they won’t move away so they have all the time in the world!

So when MARI and HERO visit, they all have a picnic next to your grave, all of them imagining you’re still here.

SUNNY would make sure he’d sit the closest to your grave like old times when he’d tried to sit next to you.

Once everyone comes to terms with your death, it’ll be a lot better! Everyone’s always visiting your grave though! Talking to your grave as if they were talking with you!

The grave reads:

"Their sun shined brighter when they were here."

Their sun referring to SUNNY, who still loves you till this day.

SUNNY will never fall in love again, he felt like he would betray you if he did.

00. my summer love .

❀ in which mari’s hushed little brother falls head over heels for you, and decides to confesses his feelings under the sun’s embrace.

first of all, let’s say this is an au where the incident never happened and they lived happily ever after ✋. his extremely shy and stand-offish manner made him believe that this crush was going to lead nowhere in the first place, yet he always managed to find himself gravitating towards you on those nostalgic sunny afternoons. whenever you smiled, whenever you spoke, whenever your endearing hands grabbed his, he merely smiled in response. all while sparks and fireworks played in his head and heart. now, having these feelings for 6 consecutive months began to make it difficult for sunny to bottle his crush up. so, he made a risky decision. it took a hell of a while for him to actually build the courage, admittedly, most of the courage being given by kel and mari who always said that your unusually loving actions were the evidence to say you reciprocated sunny’s feelings. the plan was just to bring you a bit into the woods for some privacy, while the gang were all having a picnic in the usual spot, and to confess. sunny being sunny, the main priority in his head was to recite the part where he assured you that he still wants to be friends if you don’t like him back, since he’s genuinely so afraid you may be weirded out by his feelings. even if you didn’t reciprocate, he would still love you platonically and endlessly.

“Y/N, can I talk to you in private please?” The timid boy spoke, his heart slightly palpitating once he said so. You reply, “Hm? Sure.” As you quietly go to stand up, Sunny’s face forms a subtle grin when he sees Mari and Kel discreetly smiling and holding thumbs up at him. Only then does he feel slightly better. You follow Sunny into the familiar, humid woods. His charcoal hair illuminated in the sun, curiously peering through the green leaves of trees. Despite only seeing his back, the fact you were alone with him in the beautiful woods created a warm feeling in your head. You walk a little more until you reach a fallen log, in which Sunny stops at and sits down; you take a seat next to him, being met with only sweet silence as he seems to be mustering up something to say. His legs and feet awkwardly shuffle in place, and his fingers played with one another. ”Do you like anyone?” The ravenette finally questioned, an apparent blush appearing on his cheeks. You were taken aback a bit, unaware that he wanted to ask you about that topic. Though, what that implied gave you high hopes. You gave him a delightful smile and rested your hands in your lap. “Yes, why?”

“Is it someone I know?”

“…Yea.” You grow slightly rose as well while you watch Sunny’s eyes trailed off into the distance, amongst the glistening river bank and tempered trees slowly waving at you. As you observe inventively, you see his face start to sort of contort in concern, as if he messed something up. “Ah— Um.” he tries to calm himself down, softening his expression, “Well— I just wanted to tell you that…” Sunny hesitantly meets your eyes, and for once they gleamed from something other than the sun. He shifts his body to face you, leaning on his arm for support. You gladly do the same and at this point, your faces are closer than ever before, this in which you grin nervously at. “I like you. Like that.” Sunny finally admitted with a half embarrassed - half dainty look on his face.

Even though you anticipated a confession like that, seeing and hearing it turn to reality lit a fuse in your heart, causing a sort of excitement. Your corners of your lips tugged upwards as you softly blinked, knowing he wanted to say more. ”I really really like you, but if you don’t feel the same, that’s okay. I just wanted to let you know. We can continue being usual friends, I don’t wanna make you weirded out or anything—” “Sunny— Sunny! I like you a lot too.” Playfully, you interrupt his resultant ranting and reassured. Your sweet body language and nurturing expression made it almost hard for Sunny to believe it was real. He’s extremely glad, but also at a lost for words, he didn’t practice what to say in this situation much… —, “I want to be more than friends with you… If that’s ok.” You chuckled at the last part in a cold sweat, as Sunny’s shocked and content face wasn’t exactly easy to read. The lovestruck boy is already aware that if he sits in silence for too long, it’ll make the confession go stale, so he answered with an almost exaggerated but delighted tone, ”Of course that’s ok, I’m glad you feel the same.” You and the rosey boy exchange pleasant yet sheepish smiles at one another, before he stands up. Though, about to say something, you quickly sneaked in, ”So, we’re together now, right?” You asked half jokingly. Sunny can’t help but beam when he responds with ‘yes’. As you chuckle and stand up as well, you both make your way back to the picnic spot.

Since it was a quite short way there, you took the swift opportunity to grasp Sunny’s hand. Rough in some places, yet warm and pillowy overall, you continued to hold it lovingly. He doesn’t face to look at you, but evidently grins and looks at the ground, starstruck. He can’t believe he managed to pull someone so amazing as you. Now, a new chapter of his life could begin.

I'd say, based on their level of openness, the ranking of how quickly they'd become comfortable with their significant other would look something like this..

And here's why..

Kel is the type of person who can vibe with anyone as long as they aren't a horrible person. ( Or act like Mikhael. Even then there's a chance. )

I'd say give it maybe a couple weeks? He's never been in any kind of relationship like this one so he may act a little different than usual for a while. Once that's over though, he's pretty much the same eager ball of sunshine! He'll always want to nag them to come out and enjoy the world with him and will do everything in his power to be around them! After all, it's way more fun hanging with them than being at home..

Now this can be up for debate, but I think Mari wouldn't take long at all to grow comfortable with her significant other. In her opinion, communication and trust are key parts to any lasting relationship so she doesn't mind coming to you when she's a little bothered by things. ( Which happens more times than one may think )

I see her taking maybe around a few months ( like three to four ) before completely letting the person in. It's nothing personal, she just wants to gauge their personality and see whether or not this relationship will be able to last.

Now, Mari doesn't act much different when she's comfortable with people. Subtle things do change though. For example, her smile seems more relaxed and she gets less upset when making mistakes around that person. Their presence soothes her and as a result, she's less uptight around them.

For Hero, it really depends on when he got into the relationship. If it was before his relationship with Mari, which is not likely, he's not that much different to Kel. He'll spend a lot time with the person and pretty much tell them anything and everything. If it's after his relationship with Mari, which is more likely, it'll be much different.

You see, Hero has experienced heartbreak in one of the worst possible ways and it'll take time for him to heal. That being said, I really don't see him dating anyone until that happens, but let's say that he does. Realistically, it take quite some time which can vary from a few months to a year to way longer than that.

Now, Hero is still Hero so he'll treat whoever he dates with the kindness and respect that they deserve and will do everything he can to make sure they're happy and healthy, ( both physically and mentally ) however when it comes to verbalizing his own emotions, that's where we hit a nail. Whoever he dates would have to be very patient with him otherwise it may cause him to put even more walls up.

When he's finally comfortable around them, it'll show. He'll start telling them things he wouldn't before and'll even rant to them about his problems occasionally. He'll be way more open with his partner and'll be just a tad bit ( a lot ) more clingy than he used to.

Aubrey is a rather tough cookie. Ever since Mari died and everyone distanced themselves, forcing her to cope with everything alone, she has never truly let her walls down in front of others. And, if someone attempted to break down those walls, she'll grow defensive and even violent towards that person.

How long it would take Aubrey to even be comfortable enough to date someone really depends on the personality. Like, I see her letting her guard down quicker if the person is more kind and patient with her like Mari rather than someone's who's short-tempered or rough around the edges like her.

When Aubrey is comfortable around her significant other, she'll be less afraid to tell them how she feels. She'll vent to them, but because of that, she'll be more shy towards them. Aubrey'll also hold that person in higher regard than others and'll hold them close to her heart. When they scold her, she actually listens and tries to do better. If they're upset, she'll be the first to notice and'll be there to listen to them rant/help them out in any possible way. And, she'll always try to make sure that her little fights and other violent affairs never mesh and disturb the person's daily life. In a way, she sees this relationship as a way to pay them back for putting up with her for so long so she'd pretty much do anything for that person.

Sunny's next and oh boy..

I honestly don't see him indulging in any kind of romance with anyone unless him and that person were like childhood friends—I'm talkin' never leaving each other's side, seen everywhere together type of close childhood friend with someone—and even then, it's hard to imagine post-traumatized him feeling comfortable around anyone besides his former friends, let alone a relationship. But for the sake of this, let's say he does..

I can't put a time limit on how long it'll take him simply because I see it depending on which ending we're talking about. Obviously if we're talking about any of the bad endings, he's pretty much a lost dead cause. He's not going to make any attempt to open up to them and no matter how much they may try, there will always be distance between them. Now, if we're talking about good ending Sunny, the person actually has a chance.

There will be a lot of trial and error simply because Sunny's used to keeping things bottled up. He's not used to being upfront and truthful and he's only used to running away and not facing his problems. That being said, I see the process quickening a bit if the person he's dating is super gentle and patient with him. If they just gave him time, and a tiny push here and there, he'll come around. And when he does, he'd be stuck to them like glue.

I feel like he'd make it known with his body when he's truly comfortable around his partner. Whether his shoulders noticeably slump in their presence or maybe he lets his guard down enough to hold you or lean on you. Just something that'll let the person know that he feels truly safe around them! I see him being sorta touch-hungry and expressing it once he's comfortable with that person by giving them a bunch of hugs and cuddles and such.

And hey, maybe he'll even talk! ( Nah I'm playing BAHAHA- )

Finally, we have our sweet boy Basil. The gardening genius that carries a ginormous bouquet of trauma wherever he goes..

It's easy to say that whether the person was his friend prior to the incident or not, it'll take forever for Basil to truly feel comfortable around them.

If they were his friend prior to the incident, well, it all really depends. Was he close ( closer than he was with the others ) with them before the incident occurred? Did they distance themself from the group like everyone else? Did they stick to him and never let him go? Depending on what the person does all depends on how long it'll take. To me, I definitely feel like Basil would spill everything eventually if the person decided to stick with him when everyone grew apart and, as a result, would become sort of this unhealthy lifeline to Basil. Since they'd be the one he confides in about everything, it would grow to the point that they'd be the one thing keeping him together. He'd be at their mercy, and in a way, they'd be at his and nothing would really change until probably after the truth comes out ( if it were to come out ) and Basil got the proper help he needs.

If they weren't his friend before the incident, good luck. They'd be lucky enough to even get a full conversation from him, much less get him to be their friend and harbor any kind of romantic feelings for them. But let's say that is the case. Let's say that through some stroke of luck they managed to befriend Basil and eventually end up in a relationship with him. The person is going to have to put up with a lot. Basil is a very sensitive person and all it takes is one bad interaction for him to completely shut them out. They'd have to tread very lightly ( but not too lightly; if they don't try enough, the relationship's not getting anywhere ) or else they'll end up back at square one. I see this taking years ( specifically four or more ) and really, I only see him completely growing comfortable with the person after some extensive therapy.

When he's finally, fully comfortable with them, he'll be way more verbal and open. The fear of being rejected/judged would've been less apparent and slowly pushed to the back of his mind. Being with them for so long, ( and having gotten at least some bit of therapy since I literally don't see this happening otherwise ) he's grown to trust them to some extent. He's also grown to love rambling to them about whatever's on his mind. Whether that be about flowers or things much darker. I see him craving their touch and he wouldn't mind asking. ( But not too many times, he's still Basil after all ) I see those two spending so much time together that Polly would see them as an extension of the household. ( She'd fix them dinner every evening and would grow concerned if they didn't show up to get it and say hey to Basil. That's how much they'd be together. )

Sora Naegino

Sora is always so cheerful, she is totally the type to see the bright side of the things, it doesn't matter what problem she encounter she always try to find a solution with determination

However being in a relationship with you make her flustered and make her a little shy at first, but as more time you two pass together the more comfortable she gets and she doesn't get shy anymore

Sora isn't easy to get jealous, again if there is a problem she doesn't let herself get overwhelmed or exceeded for it, she has a lot of determination and that is why even if she start feeling jealous or nervous about you being with others she is quickly to reasure herself that is nothing to worry about

Although is more probably that she gets jealous over you at the start of the relasionship or even before that, when you two were just friends but she already liked you, is back then when she gets jealous whenever you were close or even touchy with someone, she felt jealous and a little bit of envy but she didn't really realice what she was feeling or why, so she tries to brush it off and just focus on her training, although it didn't always work because the image the you being affectionate with someone else doesn't leave her mind

As well, something that used to make her jealous is seeing you having fun with others, although this doesn't troubled her much because she goes to you and tries to enter in the conversation, not for being possessive nor intrusive, genuinely wanting to share it with all of you, and since Sora is really cheerful and little by little she were winning the care of everyone it won't be too much trouble for her

The main reason of why she got jealous is because she wanted to be the one you were sharing those moments, being the one you were affectionate to but at that moment she didn't realice it yet, she can have troubles understanding some things or can be oblivous sometimes so that is why it take her a while to comprehend her feelings (probably at the end were thanks to her friends' help that she finally understand), and after she realice that that is what she wants she doesn't really get jealous again because is so easy to go and ask for it (not directly, specially if you are shy, but she will find a way to express herself)

Also, once you two are on a relasionship is less probable that she gets jealous because being in a relationship give her that sense of security that if she want to spend time with you she just has to ask for it

Sunny

Sunny is someone who doesn't express much, just to those that are really close to him (mainly Basil and Mari), so even when you two are on a relasionship he still doesn't say much, he express himself by other ways that he let you know little by little, also once you win his fully trust he becomes pretty clingy to you

Sunny isn't someone who gets jealous, or at least no easily, however he has a little bit of bad self-steem since his sister is everything he isn't (and his perfeccionism doesn't help). He doesn't get jealous over other people trying to make a move on you, that just bother him and make him uncomfortable, as well when others get affectionate with you doesn't bother him either, he is used to his friends being that way from time to time (specially Kel and Hero), although if is someone outside of the group it could make him uncomfortable

What could make him jealous is if you talk about some else a lot or a little too excited, he tries to endure it but the more you talk the more he feels jealous, Sunny doesn't think much of himself and he can't help but compare himself to others from time to time, so you talking a lot of someone else it makes him feel bad. Even when it bothers him he doesn't want to interrupt you, but his body language talks for him with an annoyed expresion on his face and looking like his is trying to hide himself, even avoiding looking directly at you (depending in how jealous and uncomfortable he is)

Also, he won't admin it out loud but he is jealous of his sister, it isn't like he wants to be like her or that he is envious of her but he feels jealous when you pay a lot of attention to her, Mari is so charming and she naturaly drag attention to her, besides everyone likes her, he likes her too she is always so kind to him and is always supporting him but he can't help to feel jealous when you focus on her, is just that his sister is the complete opposite of him and it troubles him, he knows you loves him nonetheless but still. Whenever you are paying too much attention to Mari or she is too close to you he becomes a little possesive, like steping closer to you, holding your hand or even cuddle you if he can (depending in how jealous he is or on what your where doing and how much attention you put on her). Although, even when Sunny tries to don't show his jealousy Mari is smart and she knows her brother really well so she will understand and try to leave the two of you alone

The jealousy make Sunny feel frustrate but he will never take it against you, he tries to handle it by his own but still search for some comfort, he tries to spend some time with Basil or Mari (depending on what made him jealous), and he will crave your comfort too, again he won't say much but you can tell that he is feeling down, he wants to have your attention again and be in your arms so a big and tight hug can help, and if you decide to cuddle him it would be much better

Kaori Miyazono

Kaori is always so carefree and cheerful, is difficult to see her being troubled by things like this, however Kaori knows herself pretty well so most of the time she know what she feels and why, is just that she doesn't like to show it to others too much

It would be more probable her past herself to get jealous since she used to be pretty introvert and didn't drag attention to herself, but now that she just let herself be free she doesn't have much problem with it

She isn't easy to get jealous, or at least not seriously because she could bring it in a joking manner, like tell your friends that she will get jealous if they continue taking your attention from her, but normally doesn't goes far from that

She doesn't really mind you going out with other people or if you are affectionate with others, she trust you and she knows you won't do something to betray her, however if you cross the line and get a little too affectionate with someone else she will force you to make it up for her

When she actually gets jealous is either when you had been apart from each other for a while because one of you were too busy or when she is feeling specially bad, either mentally or physical, and what could make her jealous is that you are paying a lot of attention to someone else, it make her jealous but gets a little troubled about taking your attention

She handles her jealousy in a peculiar way, first of all she gets a little mad and acts pretty childish while complaining about everything (not just about what made her jealous) and doesn't have to be directly towards you, she does it with her friends (mainly Kousei) and with you just if you directly talk to her, just before getting a little sad and more quiet about the whole thing, and is until then when she seriously confront you about it

She tries to cover up her jealous and make it seem like is something else, but once she calms down she talk to you more directly, she has problems to express herself but she still tries her best to do it

After she gets jealous she will crave for your company and comfort so being just the two of you and cuddling for a while will help her get back to her cheerful self again

Tamaki Suoh

Tamaki is really open and loud with his love for you, he doesn't see why he will have to hide it and as long as you are okay with it or doesn't bother you he won't stop, so it will be difficult to anyone to don't notice that the two or you are together (or at least that he is interested in you)

Tamaki is really clingy, always wanting to be by your side and he gets really sad when you ask him to calm down or for time alone

Tamaki is pretty easy to get jealous, and even so he could be pretty oblivous of his own feelings too, he knows it upset him and he knows that the other person who is trying something with you (or that is what he thinks) is bothering him but if someone ask him he won't say that is jealousy

Since he is pretty clingy he likes to have your attention most of the time, so is when you are directly ignoring him and putting more attention to someone else, even if you didn't mean to ignore him or you are talking about something important he gets jealous

He will try to take back your attention to him by getting affectioned or saying that he has something to show you, sometimes even try to enter in the convesation or show that he can do whatever the other person is doing too, he will stop if you ask him to but will be really sad for a long time (until you talk to him and reasure him that you aren't mad)

Also, something that make him super jealous is when others are getting close and/or affectionate with you, he can totally understand if they are your family but when it comes to friend it bothers him a little, just because he wants to be the one reciving your love and not them but he tries to keep at minimun his comments because he doesn't want to make you upset (specially if you already had scold him for it) although he can't help but make a disgusted face. However if is someone he doesn't know or someone of the club (the twins probably) he will step in to directly confronting them while separate you from them

However, when it comes to someone flirting with you more than jealousy it bothers him and waste no time to going to your side and put his arm in your shoulders/waist and ask you who is the person you were talking with, acting just like he does it in the club

Also, he doesn't handle his jealousy too well since he handle it in a pretty childish way, complaining about whatever is making him jealous with Haruhi and Kyoya (because they are the only willing to hear him rant about it) and with you he will act like a kicked puppy and look at you with teary eyes and he won't stop until you comfort him

Monika

Monika has problems interacting with others from time to time, being nervous of making a misstep specially for how perfeccionist she can get from time to time, but being in a relationship with you and knowing that you love her make har feel a lot better

Monika is not easy to get jealous and since you to are officialy together give her a sense of security, besides she thinks that if she gets jealous is like she were doubting you or that you will see it that way and she doesn't want to give that impression

It isn't probably that she will get jealous over the others girls of the club, after spending so much time all of them had shared a lot of themselfs so she is confident that they will respect her relasionship with you (although Sayori could be pretty clingy and affectionate so she is more probably to make Monika a little jealous)

Most of the time if she start to feel nervous about you being with other people she herself tries to reasure her that if you are spending time with other peolple doesn't mean that you will leave her, but when she is already nervous for something else it will be more difficult for her to calm down

She feels jealousy when you are spending a lot of time with others or talk much about someone else while being with her, she understand that you have your own friends or things to do, she sometimes can't be with you for the club too but when you spend more time paying attention to someone else it bother her, specially if is someone you admire

She can't help but curse under her breath whoever is taking your attention from her, she tries to endure it hoping that you will forget about that other person soon but if you don't stop at some point she will snap and demand your attention, she could be pretty intimidating or aggresive while doing it but she will apologize for it (she may or may not don't really mean that apology)

As well, if you tend to be affectionate with other people she will endure it to some extent, she isn't really shy and doesn't mind pda (physical affection even comfort her) but seeing you being affectionate with someone else it upset her a little, she doesn't mind if is with you family and with your closest friends she will learn to endure it, but aside from that it make her pretty jealous, she can take you giving small touches but not a hug, she won't like it and will confront you about it, making you make it up for her by giving her the doble of affection (she doesn't want to be mean with you, that is way she doesn't pry more)

Although, If is someone else is the culprit of her jealousy, like someone intensionally taking your attention or insisting on being affectionate with you she will not just get jealous but also mad, she still tries to endure it politely try to solve the problem but if that person end her patience Monika will be more agressive, she is really smart and knows how to take advantage of others weakness

Asuma Mutsumi

Asuma is a rather calm person as well as really caring and loving, it took him a long time to understand his feeling for you but once he does he is really open with his love, he doesn't see why he should hide it (unless it make you uncomfortable)

Between being pretty oblivious most of the time and looking after your happines and well being he isn't easy to get jealous, he just doesn't really doubt you or your relasionship, besides knowing that you love him too is enough reasurance for him

Asuma isn't someone who gets jealous easily and if it happens it happen rarely, still he handle it pretty well and he doesn't really get carry away for his feelings

He doesn't get jealous over your friends, he will even get along with your friends pretty well, and if you are getting affectionate with others it doesn't affect him neither since he already knows about this affectionate part of you (he isn't really shy to physical affection or pda, and is always gently and sweetly)

If you, for some reason pay more attention to someone else he won't think much of it at first but if this persist it will start to affect him, first feeling a little lonely without you to pass to the jealousy, he doesn't want to confront you but at some point he will (still he will be pretty shy while doing it)

He doesn't want to make a big deal of it so he prefer to sit down and talk to you about it, he has a little problem with expressing himself for not wanting to say something that will upset you or make it a big problem, and he doesn't want to take away from you the opportunity to express yourself neither

At the end he wants your comfort, just give him your attention again for a while and he feel a lot better, passing more quality time with you it would help a lot

Although, Asuma could get pretty jealous of his brother since he could be pretty flirty and touchy with others as well as stubborn when it comes to get what he wants, besides Asuma is used to give what he had to his brother in order for him to be happy, but once he accepted his feelings and started relasionship with you he understand that his you is something he isn't willing to give up so easily

ahh hello!! i hope you’re having a wonderful day too! sorry i messed up some formatting stuff and it ended up deleting your ask (oops?) i don’t know when you sent this so i’m banging it out as fast as i can + i’m new to tumblr bear with me pls </3 also i didnt know which sunny you wanted so i wrote for older sunny, if you want more younger sunny lmk pls !!

reader perspective - second pov

did you mean to leave your sketchbook at sunny’s house, three years ago? most definitely not. why would you, [name], the organized artist of the 12 year olds, become so forgetful at a random moment in time? and now you were 15, 16 give or take.

you were the one who changed the least over those three long years; just a little more troubled, a little less organized. and you forgot about your sketchbook a while ago. you assumed you left it at the park, or something. but it wasn’t a big deal. the big deal was that you and kel got sunny out of the house!

it was actually mostly kel. that was the only person you talked to, basically. and you were busy the third day before sunny’s move. so, you joined him on the second day before.

“so, sunny, you okay and everything?” you slipped in when kel randomly flew away to get hero more random gifts at fix-it, of all places. “i heard you were moving away. are you excited?”

you heard a light “mhm” vocalize from his chest. you turned to him and smiled slightly.

“you’re lucky, you know. the world out there’s big. i hope you have a good time and stuff.”

“mhm.”

“just don’t forget about all of us!” you poked him with your shoulder lightly as to not push him over. he was glass, he was fragile, but he was as graceful as ever.

he nodded as kel yelled for you two to finally “move along! we’re going home- well, to my house!”

you were almost taking your first steps in kel’s direction, but sunny didn’t really move. noticing this, your body turned on its own to face him. “wanna take my hand?”

he blinked. yeah, sunny blinked.

“sure.”

it was quiet, but you could hear it loud and clear. his hand gripped onto yours as snug as could be.

well, maybe for him. he was gripping on for dear life on your part.

“YO! will you guys hurry? hero’s almost here…” kel’s whines echoed throughout the store, annoying the workers there.

you laughed a little, sunny’s hand still in yours. “hold on, kel! we’ll be right there!”

and with that, you felt as if sunny gained trust with you a little more.

sunny’s perspective - second pov

did you mean to find [name]’s sketchbook, from years and years ago, in your room as you and kel and hero and them were sleeping over in your house, in your room? most definitely not. in fact, you were just snooping around your living room before you heard their steps float in the house.

you flinched. they really haven’t changed throughout the years(?) you spent without them. they just looked different. a little more disheveled. but they still had that grace they held within them.

“hey, sunny? do you know where the bathroom is?” they yawned groggily, you figured you had to turn around to face them properly. “sorry, i just keep forgetting how your house wo- what is that?”

their eyes landed on the booklet that you had in your hands. the front cover had sketches of your little group. your little seven person group from long ago.

“hold on, i lost that a long time ago! well, we can kill some time here. do you wanna look through it together?”

you nodded, wanting to see more. what’s gone through their mind all this time? what happened throughout all those years?

but the first page you flipped to was near the middle of the sketchbook. it was a full body pose of…someone who looked so familiar. it felt as if it was captured from years ago, and placed onto the page. the boy felt happy, full of love and life. and you knew that wasn’t like how you were back then, not most of the time.

you turned to [name], staring at their gaping mouth and wide eyes. “oh my god, i forgot about that drawing.” they caressed the pages between their fingers and smiled. “this is the drawing that inspired me to draw more of…well, you. a little embarrassing, huh?”

you shook your head. it was more embarrassing for you, really.

“oh, phew, that’s a relief! well, that’s because…let me just show you.” they placed a hand inside their sweatshirt pocket, pulling out a small notebook around the same size you had in your hands. it fell onto the notebook you held with a plop. “you can look through it if you want.”

and so you did. the pages felt so good to flip through. it felt good to see some life within a notebook. the boy they drew had a simple anatomy, which they sketched perfectly. his hair was in place sometimes; others it wasn’t. his eyes had a sparkle in it sometimes; others he seemed gloomy. either way, the poses they drew felt so natural and light compared to the ones white space had to offer.

there were also sketches of their group. some in color, some not. he saw pictures of mari and hero holding hands and dancing. aubrey and kel and basil and sunny, all running around happily. was this another reality they tuned themself into?

“um, sunny? do you like them?” that’s what caught you off guard. “i mean, the drawings.”

you knew [name] never bragged about their drawing skills. back then, they only sketched with the intent of keeping it to themself only. and they got super flustered when people asked if they could show them their drawings. especially sunny.

“yeah.”

“mhm.”

“so, should we go back upstairs? i remembered where the bathroom is now! it’s up the stairs and in the middle, right?” they smiled wide again, helping you stack your notebooks up into a little pile and placing it on your hands.

you nodded, as always.

“let’s go then!” you two walked side by side, up the stairs one step at a time. the silence felt super comforting and natural, going up like you two were going to conquer the world.

well, faraway town was a start at least.

as you two reached the top, they looked you in the eye. their gaze was a little scary, but it wasn’t unusual for [name] to do stuff like this.

“hey sunny? i just wanted to let you know i love you.”

blink.

“i always have had just a little thing for you, and now that you’re moving, i just wanted you to have this.” they held out a drawing of you two together, sitting on a bench and holding hands. it depicted you and them from years ago together.

another blink.

“thanks for being a great friend, sunny! hah, i’ll always keep a little space in my notebooks for you.”

what you didn’t expect for sunny to do was lean his forehead on yours. but it felt so natural, so you two just stood there for a good amount of time. it felt right to be here, to stand here, to hold these notebooks and to hold these memories that were supposed to be made.

maybe someday you’ll make them.

but it starts with sunny overcoming his fears and faults. and you were willing to wait until the end of time.

and somewhere in his shrouded heart, he would wait for you too.

maybe soon enough, your happy endings will end up crossing together in the shape of love.

It'd be cool since I had to stay in the hospital for a week diagnosed w a life long illness and . none of my friends visited 😭 have a wonderful silly day!!!!

MARI, BASIL, HERO, and SUNNY with an S/O who's been hospitalized

A/N: HELLO!! i hope you are doing well, being in the hospital SUCKS and i'm so sorry that nobody visited😭😭i hope everything gets better for you, plz stay safe❤️

MARI

she hates it when you aren't doing well,, she'll visit you every day and stay for as long as she can

she'll bring you fresh flowers every time and will always talk w you about anything and everything. she'll tell you how your friends have been and about the grade she got on her quiz ... literally anything in hopes of distracting both you and her of your state

i think she likes to sew so she'll sew you a little blanket or even a plushie to keep you comfort

gets a little upset whenever she has to leave the room ... she's fighting tooth and nail with the doctors to let her in

bakes cookies for you and u two eat them together . honestly if she had it her way you'd be completely under her care but,,, sigghh,,, she supposes that the doctors know what's best.... smh

if you're feeling well enough to eat she'll always help you do so. even if you insist that you can do it by yourself . she's almost like an over-doting mother in some ways

WILL sing/hum you lullabies when you're tired. you cannot refuse. she will also tuck you in and kiss your forehead . just for good measure

BASIL

he can't help but worry . he's honestly pretty anxious knowing you're not doing well but he doesn't show it in front of you ,, he doesn't want to stress you out even more

he'll send you cards every single day that he can't make it in person ,, they have little doodles on them and you can tell they're made with love

he brings you potted plants and tells you all about them. he hopes that it helps you get your mind off of everything for awhile !!

"this is an echinacea, or the coneflower! it's been used for antibiotic and medicinal treatment for centuries. it symbolizes healing and strength. here, it's for you."

he'll hold you hand and you can't help but notice how nervous he gets when doctors come in ... he really doesn't want to leave but he understands

he tries to comfort you during uncomfortable times ... like when you have to get your blood drawn or having to take medicine. he'll smile and tell you that he's proud and that he'll get you ice cream when you're out if you follow the doctor's instructions

HERO

he's always talking about what you two are gonna do together when you get out of the hospital,, like going to a carnival and getting ice cream and how excited HECTOR will be to see you again

he doesn't like seeing you unwell but he tries to stay positive and make the best of it!!!

brings you anything you might need from home. drawing materials? plushies? electronics? your favorite blanket? he has it all

he likes to eat meals with you in your room and just talk about everything. he'll tell you about how everyone misses you and he'll lowkey be trying not to cry in front of you

he wants to cook for you SO BAD but the hospital always has meals set up for you already :( so instead he'll bring you little snacks like cookies throughout the day

doesn't want to leave the room at all,,, he'll bring in a laptop and do his classes online and everything

worried very easily,, always warns you to take it easy and slow down if you're getting up or something. he doesn't mean to be overbearing— he just really wants you to be careful!!

SUNNY

he HATES it god :(( he absolutely hates it when you're sick and hospitalized,, he already hates hospitals so he just. is Not Having a good time

but he doesn't want to make it more stressful for you so he tries his best to be there for you

admittedly might spend more less time with you in the hospital just because he can't stand it. but he tries his best to not be selfish and spend time with you when he can

he's a little embarrassed about it but he'll draw pictures of you and give them to you,, don't talk about it too much or show anyone though, he'll never forgive you

encourages you to take your medicine and eat well,, he's not as overwhelming as MARI or HERO but he still cares a lot, just has a different way of showing it

he'll rant about his interests and stuff that's been going on recently to distract you from everything.. he might get a little bit distracted and rant for the entire night so be sure to tell him when you've had enough

may or may not fall asleep with his head on your bed,,, or your lap,,,, holding your hand,,, mayhaps,,,,,
