ive decided to make myself a challenge that ill call the 5.5 hour challenge, and by the end of it ill probably piss my pants lmao...

start at an even time, im waiting until 21:30 to start

drink three decent to large cups of whatever you want, if you wanna make it tea or milk or just water thats fine, just understand theres more challenge if its all a diuretic type beverage. im planning to drink two reg then one diuretic.

wait half an hour to let it set in (or longer if you so please) then start a one hour timer, until the timer goes off you're trapped in whatever room you feel like, this doesn't have to be the room you're peeing in but dont leave.

once the hour timer goes off youre unlocked from your room for as long as it takes for you to drink your beverage then head back up to the room, start the timer again and trap yourself in again.

repeat the prior as many times, until you are in for 5 hours (or more if you please)

challenges:

no undoing of belts or pants

no holding yourself or crossing your legs or anything for a whole hour. you can choose what hour you want to be so theres varying stages of challenge

anything else you wanna add
