В начале 2019 года я впервые начала рисовать электронным первом - стилусом. Для меня это было так же, как если бы я заново училась владеть техникой рисунка - электронными карандашами, кистями, маркёрами и ластиком. Пришлось начинать с нуля в прямом смысле - с точек, штрихов и геометрических фигур. Я рисовала в простеньком приложении, тыкаясь как слепой котёнок. Позднее мне помогали коротенькие, на одну-две минуты, видео-уроки в том же приложении, и постепенно я разобралась в функциях и возможностях программы. О сложных, художественно-дизайнерских приложениях для профессионалов я и не помышляла! Терпение и труд всё перетрут. Сегодня, ради интереса, я посмотрела, сколько у меня публикаций в сообществе художников с начала 2019 года — почти 500! И это не считая множества предварительных эскизов и неудавшихся вариантов. Иногда я рисовала по 20 набросков, чтобы закончить один арт. Я училась смешивать виртуальные краски, осваивала разные по стилям кисти и по достоинству оценила возможности рисования по слоям. Раньше мне приходилось копировать эскизы с помощью оконного стекла или самодельного светового стола - долго, неудобно и даже опасно, например, световой короб сильно нагревался и я часто обжигала пальцы. Владение электронным стилусом открыло для меня огромный мир живописи! Я рисую так, как рисуют обычные художники, то есть долго и нудно, выписывая разными по толщине и форме кистями детали, прописывая фон и смешивая краски с помощью наложения их друг на друга - лессировки. Конечно, можно рисовать гораздо быстрее и эффектнее, как это делают многие артеры. Но для меня ва��ен сам процесс. Это чудо, когда ты видишь, как из мазков, света и тени возникает образ. Для сравнения приведу две работы с одной композицией. Первая выполнена 24 июля 2019 года в приложении «PENAP”, вторую работу я закончила сегодня 22 июня 2021 года. Арт писала три дня с перерывами, в основном плоской, полупрозрачной кистью-флейц, что заметно, если приглядеться к деталям. Разница между работами очевидна. Конечно, сейчас я рисую гораздо увереннее, чем два года назад. Живопись для меня сложна до сих пор. Я училась и буду учиться по работам тех авторов, настоящих профи, которые меня вдохновляют. Я думаю, что чем бы не рисовал человек, если его работы одухотворены, то их можно назвать искусством. Электронным первом он пользуется или обычными карандашами - неважно. В работах всегда заметна Душа, заметен тот вклад и посыл, что транслирует автор. Для меня рисование с помощью приложений и стилуса - свобода в выборе техник и приёмов, это широкое поле для экспериментов и возможность творить везде - в поездках, сидя на лавочке в саду или лёжа на диване. О такой свободе я не могла мечтать раньше!

13. whats the strangest dream youve ever had? i've had so many fucked up dreams. i had a really amusing & weird one once where i was in this big studio apartment with no furniture, just a giant rug and a stereo, and i was dancing to techno music with ian mackaye. i had one last night where there was this serial killer after me and my friends, cos he only went after punk rockers.

La Municipalidad de La Plata informó que el programa “El Estado en tu barrio” se desarrollará desde el martes al jueves próximo en calle 526 y 157 de la localidad de Melchor Romero, en el horario de 9 a 14 horas, para acercar diversos programas nacionales, provinciales y locales a los vecinos.

A través de la dirección de Participan Barrial y Planificación de Trabajo, la comuna impulsa este programa nacional para que los vecinos puedan acceder a los beneficios que la propuesta lleva a los distintos barrios.

Según se informó desde el municipio, en el lugar se podrá gestionar la Asignación Universal por Hijo a través de ANSES y se brindará asesoramiento sobre los programas de empleo, tarjeta Argenta y Asistencia Previsional. 

En tanto, personal de la oficina de Migraciones del Municipio y de la Nación, estarán presentes para que los extranjeros puedan tramitar el DNI y realizar consultas jurídicas.

También se montarán oficinas móviles del RENAPER, para la realización del DNI gratuito, gestión de pasaportes y cambios de domicilio, entre otras diligencias. Al mismo tiempo se instalará un camión de salud que brindará atención clínica, psicológica, vacunación, asesoramiento en nutrición, además de efectuar firmas de libretas de vacunación para certificados AUH (Asignación Universal por Hijo); mientras se prestarán servicios de odontología por parte del Ministerio de Salud de la Nación.

A su vez, PAMI dispondrá de un puesto de atención para sus afiliados, que permitirá tramitar el cambio de médico de cabecera y de prestadores; emisión de credenciales y constancias de afiliación, entre otros servicios. 

Asimismo, habrá puestos de atención de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Social de la comuna para informar acerca de programas y diversas prestaciones como los servicios sobre el Plan Vida del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.

Por otra parte, se podrán realizar los trámites para obtener la tarjeta SUBE y registrarla, aplicar e informarse sobre la Tarifa Social (en el caso que corresponda) y hacer consultas por el estado de gestiones en curso.   Por último, desde el Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la Nación se desplegará un puesto donde el vecino podrá efectuar el trámite de la Tarifa Social energética.

Pen pals are the best blessing in disguise

My favorite penapal is actually coming to my state for a little bit to visit and I'm so excited! Another friend of mine who came in on an exchange is going to head back to Japan soon but insisted that we'll see each other! She wanted to go shopping in Harajuku when I go over💖 I feel so loved tbh. It's a great pick me up after having such a crazy few days
