if at any point , an rpc feels like you are constantly competing against others. It's best to leave that rpc and let it run it's own check. Cause more than likely , it will die off due to that.

I will never understand competing rpcs. Deadass. We're here to have fun and enjoy ourselves. I personally have had my own shit stolen so many times , and no one bats an eye cause that writer is more "popular." It's just so disrespectful.

Please remember. That putting things like "this is the only correct/valid portrayal of (insert muse here)". or "this is the best (insert muse here)." Is really super dismissive of others who write that same muse. Especially ones who have been doing it for years.

This shouldn't be "this one is the best". We are here to enjoy everyone's writing and ideas. I have several friends that i write with daily , but i always make sure to be respectful when putting tags in their promos. Because everyone's writing is super good! We need to lift that up.

Also stop stealing. Like deadass? Stop. It doesn't matter if you "switch up a few things." The person who came up with that idea is gonna be able to tell you stole. Right down to aesthetics. And it deffo hurts when they see their idea being stolen and getting more traction from the thief than themselves. It also makes the thief extremely unoriginal.

I have also seen peeps be like "okay but my writing/head canons make more sense / are better , right ? " FULL STOP on that too. Yes , your writing is amazing. Your energy ? Toxic. If you do that. Because again. We all are here to have FUN. Not compete.

Please remember that we are all humans on this site. And we have emotions.
