will you ever resume writing piper x cyclonis fanficion

Maybe one day, i would freaking love to, i fucking lovw Piper and Cyclonis and Aerrow and Ravess and Snipe and Stork and Finn and Junko and the Gunstaff and Lark and Ren and Radarr and all of them, i've watched Storm Hawks a not unimpressive amount of times and i love it to death i so want to write more for it, been distracted by more work than rest and also doing more reading than i used to, moving away from romance novels which i'm used to and reading some science fiction and fantasy, just haven't been writing much at all, and storm hawks is a genre i have very little experience actually seeing on text, that being fantasy, i only recently read the LOTR books thanks to the fanfic storm hawks and the dragon, and whenever i tried to write storm hawks i wanted to focus on romance but it felt like the setting was begging for more descirption than i could give it

Before you ask, I didn’t post this yesterday because of two words: power outage. And no power means no posting on the Internet for me. But it’s here now so never fear! Anyways, I’ve been working on this particular video practically all month and now it is DONE!!! I’m mostly happy with how it’s turned out, save for the fact that I had to cut a lot of material from the story so that the whole thing could fit into this one video, but oh well. Anyways, it was also quite a challenge in terms of, you know, actual video-making because: 1. Many of the clips were very hard to choose. 2. I had to crop many of said clips in order for them to fit the story. 3. I had to put everything in greyscale save only for that one part near the beginning. So, if I get any, ANY, complaints about the choice of clips or something, here is my response: *takes deep breath* WELL IF YOU THINK YOU CAN DO A BETTER JOB, THEN WHY DON’T YOU MAKE THE VIDEO!!! So yeah, please keep complaints in the comment section to a minimum (though constructive criticism is always welcome), enjoy the video, and have a happy Halloween! STORY: Aerrow lives an unhappy life ever since he was turned into a vampire by Cyclonis, so one day he leaves their lair in Cyclonia, attacking Cyclonis to get away and thoroughly pissing her off. At night, he hunts an animal to drink its blood and feed himself, but is interrupted by another vampire, Finn, who’s a new vampire and hasn’t fed in a long time, so he’s starving. The two become fast friends and, when Finn tells Aerrow how he’s unhappy as a vampire, Aerrow tells him about Piper, a famous crystal mage he heard about who’s supposedly the greatest in the Atmos. So, if anyone could figure out a cure for vampirism, it’s gotta be her, right? That was why he left Cyclonia in the first place, to seek out Piper and ask her to cure him from being a vampire. He offers Finn the possibility of coming with him so they can both be cured, and he accepts. They arrive on the terra where Piper currently resides and take refuge in an abandoned house. Piper saw them arrive on the terra and is wondering what that’s all about, but she doesn’t investigate. Yet. However, after some time, the two vampires are discovered and the terra’s inhabitants storm their house. Outside, Piper overhears the terra’s leader proclaiming how they’re going to kill the vampires. Piper doesn’t agree with the idea of killing two innocent individuals merely on the principle that they’re vampires and teleports into Aerrow and Finn’s house, then telling them that they should come with her if they want to live. Finn is unsure of whether to trust this human or not and Aerrow’s like “Finn, she’s trying to save us, let’s go!” and so Piper teleports them out of there just as the angry mob outside breaks down the house door. Once in the safety of Piper’s home, Aerrow tells Piper about his and Finn’s circumstances and she agrees to help find a cure for them. A long time passes (by which time the cure has not yet been found) and, one night, Piper is attacked by Cyclonis, the same vampire who infected Aerrow (see, after he left, she swore to make him pay, and decided to do that by killing Piper, with whom Aerrow has by now developed a relationship). The boys burst in to help Piper, but it’s too late as Cyclonis has already killed her. This obviously pisses off the wrong vampire as Aerrow kind of goes nuts and attacks Cyclonis, killing her in his rage (but she was a nasty piece of work, so we don’t have to feel sorry for her). After that, Aerrow and Finn are devastated, but Finn manages to convince Aerrow (after a lot of persuading and a good deal of Finn finally getting tired of Aerrow’s not-wanting-to-bite-a-person crap) to infect Piper, resurrecting her by turning her into a vampire. He feels guilty about doing this, but she forgives him (adding that now she can do a whole lot more research about vampires, being one herself (this cheers Aerrow up)) and the three live happily ever after...at least until Finn, who is still a vampire, gets a crush on this girl called Dove. RWBY is a ripoff of Storm Hawks. There. I said it.

According to the challenge I did on my fanfic a few weeks ago (as of me writing this). The show I described was:

3D animated, has gemstones of elemental properties that take the place of conventional fossil fuels, has a unique weapon for any character that isn’t a background character, has a character that is an expert in the aforementioned elemental gemstones, and has various teams that protect the world from those that would do it harm.

Congratulations: You are an idiot.

The gemstones as power sources describe about half of the techno-fantays sub-genre (which was popularized by FFVII so no excuse from you), That unique weapon thing works for literally EVERY SHOUNEN EVER, again, that applies to half the genre (and in fact, every RPG that takes inspiration from Final fantasy ever), and that is a trope shared by Techno-fantasy AND SHounen.

Your examples are so generic and basic that you can draw that comparison to a significant number of other pieces of work to such a point that it becomes meaningless. Not mention that you can’t tell the difference between ”rip off” and “inspiration:” By your logic, every singe SHounen since the 1990′s is ripping off Dragon Ball when in fact most only take inspiration and do their own thing with it.

Either get SPECIFIC examples to prove your point or accept the fact that your hypothesis failed.

Now, most people thought I was talking about RWBY. Only ONE person knew I was talking about Storm Hawks, and while I could mention that more people said Steven Universe, it didn’t even meet the first requirement, so it didn’t count.

However it SHOULD tell you that your requirements where so generic that a completely different show was said more than one of your expected shows. It should tell you that the criteria was only limiting in the sense that it was 3D. That the only limiting part was the most generic.

but I’ve seen the similarities now, and I can’t un-see them. I can’t un-see that Dust and Crystals are the same thing (except crystals are much less confusing). I can’t un-see that Sky Knights and Huntsmen/Huntresses are the same thing (Except “Sky Knight” doesn’t discriminate on gender, as it is a gender-neutral term to use). I can’t un-see the weapons and energy attack animation being similar (Except Storm Hawks has a better justification for it). And I can’t un-see the fact that both have exposition in the middle of the plot (Except that Storm Hawks includes it in the actual episode, and makes it brief enough that you aren’t taken away from the situation at hand… also, the exposition is directly related to the situation at hand.

Hold it. Okay, let’s break this down:

First off: The crystals don’t have uniform designs, some Crystals are linked to animals such as the Phoenix crystals and some aren’t elemental in nature like the Infinite Crystal or the Message Crystal. (http://stormhawks.wikia.com/wiki/Crystals) ALl of these contradict and more Dust in RWBY so they are only similar in very basic ways.

Yeah no, Sky Knights are in fact leaders of a squadron and not a generic profession like the Huntsman profession. This is an outright lie or Dudeblade has no idea what he is talking about.

Did I mention the flying motorcycles? - Seriously, f*ck the weapons in Remnant, I want a freaking flying motorcycle.
