hi pretty girls how are you guys i was not very well so i decided to do this project it is to help you get out of your mental breakdown days.I was having a hard time and spent my days crying in bed listening to Lana del Rey Sad songs and watching pretty litlle liars I realized it wouldn't help me to be an It girl if I stayed with myself crying and not having positive attitudes of productivity.

first step: let's talk about mental health we need it to be balanced with our habits so the logic is that i was sad so i spent the time crying and its positive i will spend my time being productive and joyful.So we need a good mind for good habits and let's be honest we need to express our feelings so take time and write about what you are going through write about your thoughts what you're feeling, writing about it is very good and it's a way to vent there are other ways too like going to the psychologist or even putting on a song and crying this one is simple and super works for me.

second step: get inspired see types of self care days watch vlogs see about.This post can already serve as an inspiration!!.

third stage : get out of the house for a while go get some air either on the balcony or in a park at this moment relax take a deep breath listen to music that makes you feel good read have fun this stage is about doing things that make us feel good because after letting off steam we have to replenish our energies.

fourth step: self care time my favorite activity you can start eating something healthy or even meditating then do some exercise or even yoga after that go take a good bath hydrate your hair then take care of your skin with your skin care routine use basic products to keep your body comfortable put on your pajamas and sit down to admire the sunset you can read in the meantime listen to songs write etc.dry your hair watch your favorite series and relax.

She slammed the door behind her. He hated when she did this. She only slammed the door when she was really, really angry. It didn’t happen often, which almost made it feel even worse. He felt like such a shitty husband. Moments later, he heard crying from his daughter’s nursery. The loud slam caused Daisy to wake up from her afternoon nap. Ezra sighed and walked down the hallway to his daughter’s bedroom. He poked his head in and found his one-year-old standing in the crib, her chubby little hands holding onto the edge. She immediately stopped crying and smiled when she saw her Daddy. The little girl was the spitting image of him--a fact that anyone who saw them together had to point out. The only thing she seemed to inherit from Aria was her personality. The women in his life easily won him over. “Hi Crazy Daisy,” he said lovingly. He approached the crib and gently picked his daughter up, propping her on his hip. “Did you have a good nap?” Daisy rested her head on her father’s shoulder as he walked out of the bedroom and down the stairs. He sat on the couch with Daisy still in his arms, then turned the TV on to drown out the thoughts in his brain. Still tired from her nap, she didn’t mind snuggling with her Daddy until she fully woke up. But he was such a shitty husband. He gave Aria the space she needed, knowing it wasn’t any use to continue their argument. He had managed to make it halfway through a rerun of Friends when he heard Aria descending the stairs. When she entered the living room, he looked up at her and gave her a small smile. “Aria, I’m sorry,” he told her. “You were right.” Aria walked across the room and sat down next to him. “No, I talked to my mom, and I think you were right,” she confessed. “It’s just hard to—” “It’s hard for me too,” he interjected, reading her mind. “Do you think I want to let someone else watch my mini me?” Aria smiled at Ezra’s comment. Since Daisy had come into their lives a year ago, the couple hadn’t sent her to daycare nor hired a nanny. They wanted to raise her without anyone else’s intervention, and it was possible to do so being writers who could work from home. But as Daisy started to become more mobile and active, it wasn’t so easy anymore, and borderline impossible to get anything done. It was a difficult decision for the both of them. “She’s our baby girl,” Aria reminded him. “Not your mother’s. She doesn’t get to have that power over us just because she can wave around her bank account. I would rather hire a babysitter, or get my mom to help out more.” “I get that, Aria, I do—but it seems insane to refuse her offer to pay for Daisy’s tuition to the best preschool in the entire state,” he explained. “She’s essentially handing us $40,000 a year and giving Daisy the opportunity to learn and grow in a safe and nurturing environment with other children her age.” Aria grabbed Ezra’s hand and squeezed it, mindlessly rubbing her thumb over his knuckles. “That’s the point,” she said calmly. “What if she thinks she owns us after we accept this?” “Or maybe she’s trying to be a good grandmother since she wasn’t exactly a good mother?" Aria sighed, then looked down at her daughter still in her husband’s arms. She couldn’t possibly deny their precious daughter the gift of education. “Either way, my mom said I would be foolish to refuse such an offer.” “I knew Ella Montgomery would take my side one day,” Ezra gloated, causing Aria to roll her eyes. She rested her head on Ezra’s shoulder, with Daisy still snuggled on the other side. They were making an Ezra sandwich. “I’m always afraid your mother is going to try to destroy our marriage one day, just like she tried to destroy our relationship years ago,” she admitted. “Sometimes it feels like she’s still trying to.” “Nothing my mother could say or do would cause me to doubt the integrity of our marriage or the love I have for you and Daisy,” Ezra said sincerely, looking her in the eye. “Nothing.” The husband and wife shared a sweet kiss, then Daisy slid off the couch and toddled across the room towards her basket of toys. They enjoyed the calmness of the moment as they remained sitting close together, watching their daughter play.

Pretty Little Liars Rant

So I know no one cares and that no one will see this but I want to give my thoughts on the last episode because I can. Okay so here it is. 

What I hated

1- The A.D. reveal.

With my honest opinion I hated the idea of Spencer having an evil twin. When I was watching the show all I was thinking was “Seriously?” Are you kidding me?!? That was the third time they played the evil twin card. First with Jason, second Jessica and Mary, and now Spencer and Alex? I felt like it was such a rushed decision to make her A.D. Such a disappointment. So many people could have been A.D. Jenna Marshall, Mona Vanderwal, Mary Drake, Wren Kingston, Melissa Hastings, Kate Randall, Lucas Gottsman, Sean Ackard, Meredith Sorenson, Jackie Molina, I mean pretty much anyone and they chose to come up with a character we didn't know. Seriously one of the worst reveals of “ Pretty Little Liars.”

2- Why in the heck would Alex Drake kidnap Ezra? I understand why she kidnapped Spencer because she was trying to take her place in....life I guess but why Ezra? Like he has nothing to do with anything that was happening. So why did she kidnap him? If anything, she should have put Mary in that jail cell thing. Makes no sense. 

3- How did they figure out that Spencer might have a twin so quickly? Like Toby saw the horse freak out and he’s like Spencer’s not Spencer!!!! Or how Alex was sitting on the bench and talked to Jenna for all of 5 seconds and Jenna calls Toby like. I don’t think Spencer is Spencer!!! Like what??? Throughout almost all these seasons no one could ever figure anything out that fast. And all the sudden they are just the smartest people ever. Stupid. 

4- The last part with Addison and her friends. Like what was that???? I was so mad after finishing that. Why would you do that to the millions of people watching this show? GREAT IDEA JUST END THE WHOLE SEREIS ON A CLIFFHANGER. Ugh 

What I liked about the last episode

1- Emison was so cute. How they had the adorable twins Gracy and Lilly. Like OMG adorable. I love how Alison got pregnant (even though it was in a unfortunate way) it was like a sweet plot twist and I loved it. And how Alison proposed?!?! SO CUTE. I wish we could have seen the wedding though.

2- This isn’t the last episode but more like the whole season 7 hoe Paige came back for a few episodes. I didn't really care if her and Emily weren't like a thing anymore but just that she was there.

3-Ezria wedding just because 

4- Toby and Spencer kinda got back together which made me happy.

5- And lastly, Mona kidnapping Mary and Alex and keeping them in a dollhouse because I love Mona.

And that's it....
