Don’t mind me just spitting out some thoughts I’ve been having.

Was reading Binary Bard’s wiki a while ago and read Princess Elyana’s after, and this bit from her trivia; “She used to admire Mordred, but after he kidnapped her she realized he was evil." Makes me think they were really good friends before Mordred became Binary Bard.

Bard’s wiki says he’s quite possibly the nephew of a king because of the family tree in Tropical Island, so heck, if that’s the case they could have possibly even been betrothed to each other as kids, as royalty does, and they ended up becoming very good friends over the years as they grew up together.

I discussed this a little with a friend and we agree that this could also be the reason why Bard kidnapped Elyana, with her being the only person he felt like he could trust, but his mind has been so warped (likely due to his villain totem) that he resorted to kidnapping instead of just trying to simply convince her to leave Arturus with him.

I like to think that mayhaps, after his totem was destroyed, he and Elyana did some reconnecting and slowly but surely became friends again. Of course the relationship has been a bit strained due to what happened, but they’re doing their best to put the past behind them.

The Lady Lannister, as she was then known, returned to the court at King’s Landing at approximately the age of thirty for the birth of Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen’s third child. With her came her two legitimate children by Lord Jason, Tycho and Selina, as well as the three bastard daughters who had become known as the Dornish Diamonds.

Already in possession of a sordid reputation, Demelza became renowned for her frequent quarrels with Ser Criston Cole, her rumoured former lover and father of her eldest daughter, Elyana Sand. Whispers circulated the court that Criston had nicknamed her the ‘Slut of Starfall’, whilst Demelza had taken to calling him ‘Ser Criston Craven’, brazen enough to even utter the words to his face.

Elyana’s parentage was all but confirmed after an incident in the training yard involving the princes and a brawl between Criston and Harwin Strong, during which the fifteen-year-old girl openly derided Criston and referred to him as ‘Father’.
