I’ve been really fucking stupid

Yall…. Ive been into manifesting for like a year and a half, tryna give myself the best life. Essentially i thought law of assumption easy but i kept getting it confused and a few days ago I FINALLY REALIZED HOW FUUUUUUCKING EASY THIS SHIT IS. Ive read over 1.000 posts on loa about states, edward art, nevielle goddard, awareness, all of that shit. Now when i say this, its no offense to nobody its just my opinion. All of that shit was hella confusing. Like, ofc i understood it,. I just didn’t feel like examining what state i was in everyday or where my awareness is. And yea nevielle and edward were really good manifestors, but so many people take exactly what they say as gospel. Like the whole point of manifesting is YOU based. From a year of manifesting, getting fucked up with law of attraction, confused with loa, and other shit, I finally realized ALL i had to do was flip my thoughts. LIKE… ok listen there are 2 types of thoughts you have negative and positive. Your subconscious mind doesnt know wtf is the difference. You think the positive u get positive, u think negative u get negative. Imagine u tryna manifest your dream body. You think”i have my dream body” “ i weigh so so weight”. You continue to think that you’ll get it. But if you think “ damn i look huge rn” “ omg my back is so big” thats what you’ll get. This girl loajadawayda( she deactivated) helped me realize that a+p is really easy like all you gotta do is affirm the shit you want no matter what and thats what you’ll get. (⚠️AGAIN IM NOT HATUBG ON STATES OR NONE JUST MY OPINION DONT COME FOR ME⚠️)

is it the lesbian experience to constantly have your desire for women be compared to how men desire women. these are the days where i wish desperately to have lesbian friends because im so annoyed having both my straight male friends and my gay friend compare me to how one of my friend’s boyfriends keeps sexualizing his girlfriend

moreover why can desire for women only be seen in this specific way

it’s so fucking annoying also when ur talking to someone who watches so much porn and also is gay so he cannot see attraction to women in any other way but how porn depicts it so he ends up being just a tiny bit misogynistic

like tell me why this man once showed me a video of this woman who was very obviously pandering to a porn-rotted brain male audience and when i said i wasn’t attracted to it and tried to explain my type he made a joke saying i was into kids…. like i understand it was a joke but he has also said out of disapproval of one of our friends’ boyfriends that he only likes her because she’s a porn category

i don’t really want to rant about gender dynamics and power right now it’s a can of worms but it’s sometimes so lonely being a lesbian because it’s so hard for people to even comprehend desire and interest in women that isn’t sexualized or objectifying

i hate having my love and admiration for women be compared to the only way people can understand interest in women, which is wanting to sexualize them and see them as objects, which is problematic in more than one way
