So I'm watching the HBO show, Girls, and I absolutely love it. I obviously was curious about it for Adam Driver. He is an excellent actor and while I love his character as Adam Sackler, I'm kind of crushing on Alex Karpovsky as Ray.

Also I just watched Adam Driver holding a baby, looking at it affectionatly, and singing in a goofy voice, "You're my little pumpkin pop!" And I think my ovaries just exploded. He is too adorable.

Chapter 2 of Beyond Words was so awesome!! I'm glad you're setting up how Adam is and how he's dealing with things. I think it'll make it much more realistic when we get introduced to the reader. Also, I love Josh's character and I hope he stays in the story!!! Adam does deserve a sobriety friend. Can't wait for chapter 3!!

Yeah, my lizard brain is just like “and they meet and fall in love in chapter 2”, but I have to pace myself, lol. So obviously Adam/Reader is endgame that’s for sure. I’m glad you like Josh, I do too. He was actually inspired by Penn Badgley’s Joe; I just really like the idea of seemingly well adjusted person being REALLY damaged. So in my head Josh is Penn Badgley...who is Jemima kirke’s brother-in-law.😆

In my head Jessa and Adam were going to be sobriety buddies...until the show bungled that in season 5, because Adam and Jemima had chemistry, so someone has to fill that role. Also, Adam is too isolated, he needs friends (healthy ones). So he’ll stay, I love him too much not to, but on chap3 we finally get to meet Vanessa, and old bridges are getting re-built. I’ll give you a hint....it’s one of Adam’s closest friends, with a European last name.
