Hahaha okay rant about this amazing fanfic (you probably heard of this one already but still)

So whenever it comes to explaining and writing under my posts I just get lazy but I need to push through this cuz I need to talk

So the fanarts were made for the lmk fanfiction sunbreak, that a lot of you (probably mostly shadowpeach shippers) had read, and it is amazing, I read trough it as fast as my brain let me and as you can see it has pleasantly scratched my brain so much so that I even (attempted) to make fanart for it

Ngl if I wasn't a major pussy I would try to illustrate the whole thing or make covers for each chapter but Im unable to work on something more than 2 hours and I would want those to look good, but good looking art (if I don't mess up) takes 6 hours ughh--- annoying much---

Anyways I'm not good with literature but man is this fix a masterpiece *chefs kiss* its everything its amazing, I was unable to put it down once I started it

Okay i dont think I have the brain capacity to explain how much I worship the writer of this masterpiece @ladygreenfrisbee , so i'm just going to talk about the drawings a tad

So first picture with Red Son and MK its sort of like an au in the fic where the whole lbd plot is somehow nonexistent and after Macaque gets to his sisters domain they settle down and raise the kids together without much of an issue aside from assassinations keep happening and trying not to get in trouble with the heavens

Id like to think that Gongzhu still wouldn't let the court tailors to put any form of red or gold on MKs outfits and only allowed the yellow after when MK was old enough to declare that yellow was his favorite color, but even now she would insist on some form of purple and shadow motives to let others know who the mother is

We also got baby MK and toddler Red Son and sassy LIF and Mac

Third pic with the lion: I don't know what it was or why but I just love general Song so much--- he's a major dickhead but sgvshshsevkdididhr (actually I kinda love all the original characters in this one, from the generals to the old lady in the beginning of the book, (gosh I also wanna draw some scenes from those chapters I loved how Mac and she interacted hshsjsj))

so chapter 34 was probably my favorite so far I re read it about two more times cuz it was amazing to see Macaque being the schemer he is and try to piss of Song lol

Last picture: its a sketch/a wip or whatever (probably not going to finish it but im still putting it there cuz its somewhat decent looking)

Its the part where Wukong remembered of Macaque finally finding him and asking for him to come back to flower fruit mountain.

I tried to make Macaque look more unhinged on this one but since I didn't finish it I dont think its that noticable so fuck that but I also gave him a halo like the saints to symbolise his suffering and what not (thought it looked cool and fitting think whatever you want about it lol)

Sun Wukong Knew About MK the Whole Time: A Theory

I am currently hyped up on leftovers and iced coffee, so let's do this!

I've talked about this before, here and here, but I think it's finally time I wrote an official post. You can go and read those posts if you want to (I definitely hit the nail on the head with some of this stuff), but I will be compiling a lot of what I said on those posts here!

So. Let's get the Mr. Elephant out of the room first: The David Breen Tweets. (thread here).

I see this tweet mentioned a lot whenever I bring up SWK knowing about MK, and honestly, this is a far cry from the "it's been confirmed that SWK didn't know" definite answer everyone's been implying.

So let's break it down!

#1: "Monkey King ain't the father"/"Monkey King isn't his dad." Well of course! Being born from a stone means you don't have any parents. I see it like this: Wukong isn't MK's dad, but he's also not NOT MK's dad, it's a secret third thing (creator and creation). Or, perhaps Wukong didn't help create MK at all, but he at the very least was involved in the circumstances that lead to MK being created/being born from the stone. (Aka eldritch abomination MK theory. My Beloved. Okay sorry.)

#2: "Monkey King was ripping his way through memories looking for MK, but kept coming back to the stone. He doesn't know why." So, while Wukong was ripping through memories, he didn't know why the scroll kept spitting him out by the stone. This is not a confirmation that Wukong didn't know about MK and his origins. It also begs the question: how did Wukong know MK was in the scroll to begin with? There's also some speculation to be had about why Wukong was so desperate to find MK to begin with:

MK: "Monkey King did this?" Macaque: "It looks like he's been tearing his way through his past—trying to find his way to.." MK: "Me."

(4x11 A Lifetime of Mistakes)

What was he so afraid of MK finding? Or, what was he afraid the scroll would force MK to experience? I think these are questions worth asking.

#3: "Wukong's trying real hard to leave the 'not being open with MK' days behind after s3. Problem is he's got lifetimes of info to catch them up on." Well, this one is a DOOZIE. One: we already know MK doesn't know everything about Wukong and his choices because he doesn't know Wukong killed Macaque (thank you 4x11). Two: "trying real hard" and "successfully doing" are very different things. And three: YOU DON'T JUST DROP INFO LIKE "Hey, did you know you're a Monkey Demon?" ON TOP OF SOMEONE RANDOMLY. Especially not MK. You have to prepare them for it.

Wukong is trying to do better and be better for everyone around him, but that still takes work. That still isn't easy. He's still going to make mistakes, which means he's not going to always go about being open with MK in the best way.

Sun Wukong: “Point is, mistakes happen, but so long as you leave the world in better shape than you found it, then it’s all good. Right?”

(4x01 Familiar Tales)

This scene—to me—feels like Wukong is trying prepare MK for his eventual "Hey did you know you're a Monkey Demon?" conversation he wants (and needs) to have down the line. Yes, SWK is trying to be more open with MK, but he's also just not going to be given that chance before the truth comes out.

MK: "Yeah right, if Monkey King really was my dad don't you think he would have said something by now?" Mei: "Yeah...because he's normally SOOOOO forth coming with information." MK: "Well uh, whatever—when we find Monkey King's stone, then we'll just ask him!"

(4x05 Court of the Yellow Robbed Demon)

Notice how they never asked Monkey King that question? From a writing standpoint, why bring this up at all if it wasn't to imply that (even if Monkey King isn't MK's dad) he wasn't involved with MK's creation in some way?

ANYWAYS.

NOW THAT THE BREEN TWEET THAT HAS RUINED MY LIFE IS OUT OF THE WAY, let's get into the evidence given to us throughout the entirety of the show. Starting with this:

This isn't a scene that takes place during the "A Hero is Born" special, as I'm sure plenty of people have noticed before now. Of course, this could have just been Monkey King "scouting out a successor", but with everything we know now doesn't that...feel kinda weird?

We were told at the beginning of the show that Monkey King gave MK his powers, but now we know that's not true. MK has had his own powers this whole time—and that's something Wukong, at the very least, knew:

Sun Wukong: "Listen kid: You fought demons, and you didn't die, and you made it here! Not just anyone can lift my staff, but you did." (1x00 A Hero is Born)

MK: "This whole time, I thought my powers came from the staff! Sun Wukong: "The staff's just a big 'ol stick bud! It takes someone special to lift it." (3x03 Smartie Kid)

There's also 1x09 Macaque, which I have mentioned before:

Macaque: "Ohohoh no, can't you hold the magic staff anymore? Well, you know what that means—there really isn't anything special about you. You're just a kid with a heavy stick."

This scene is then followed by MK lifting the staff, which only happens because Wukong encourages him.

MK: "Ugh, I can't! I'm not strong enough." Sun Wukong: "Kid! We're definitely going to have words later, but it's time for the Hero Stuff!"

(1x09 Macaque)

Ultimately, Wukong knows MK can lift the staff again even after Macaque supposedly stole all of MK's powers. He knows MK can beat DBK (more on that later). He does something similar to all this in 3x14, being the one to let MK face the Lady Bone Demon, powered by the Samadhi fire, alone (even after Pigsy tries to stop MK):

Wukong want's to protect MK. That's why he went to face the Lady Bone Demon alone in the first place—but here, he let's MK stop the end of the world all by himself. Why would he let his beloved student face not only LBD, but a reality ending flame alone?

Because he knows how much power MK has. Because he knows MK is capable of doing it.

This all brings me to my main point: If before now we were supposed to believe that Monkey King gave MK his powers, and he so clearly didn't, how would Wukong not know he didn't give MK powers. And because he clearly knew he didn't give MK any powers, why would he not question where this kid's insane level of power came from? He had to have "chosen" MK to be his successor for a reason right?

ESPECIALLY because Wukong never planned on being a mentor in the first place:

Sun Wukong: "I know I can never make it up to you. Honestly, I- I never thought I'd live as long as I have let alone be someone's mentor—turns out I'm not very good at it. I guess what I'm trying to say is...I'm sorry MK. For all of it."

(3x14 Destiny Fulfilled)

This was also alluded to in 3x05 Amnesia Rules:

Pigsy: "Of COURSE you don't remember the kid—one day you are going to grow up to be a terrible mentor!" Sun Wukong: "Ha! Zhu Bajie, can you imagine me teaching someone? HA!"

So, Wukong clearly didn't ever want to become a mentor, and this directly contradicts what Wukong says to MK in "A Hero is Born":

Sun Wukong: "You're perfect!" MK: "Perfect for what?" Sun Wukong: "To be...my successor!"

Honestly, think about it: has Wukong ever once actually needed a successor? When given the opportunity, he goes off and tries to handle things on his own anyways (Leaving in s2, wanting to go and reforge the Samadhi Fire on his own, going to stop LBD alone). It's the classic "we're being told one thing and shown another" trick.

Sun Wukong: "No no no- in case you forgot I'M retired, you're the one supposed to be taking care of the bad guys." (1x01 Bad Weather)

Even in 2x01 he's lying:

Sun Wukong: "Aw, come on bud! I promised myself that when I found a successor I'd go see some friends, take a tour of my old stomping grounds, just cut loose you know?" (2x01 Sleep bug)

It's proven in the next episode, and by the fact that all of his friends are dead/gone, that literally nothing he said here is true.

And, it's also note worthy to point out, that by this point Wukong had already disappeared for hundreds of years. Why step in again at all? Why put the effort into getting a successor you definitely were never prepared to have?

MK: "*sigh* You think Monkey King ever felt like this? Maybe that's why he stayed up on this mountain, just having a good time with you guys. You know cause- cause he knew he'd be out of the way where he couldn't hurt anyone he cared about." Macaque: "Or, he was doing his usual Wukong thing and being a lazy peach eating idiot. Ignoring all the worlds problems.

(4x09 Roast of the Monkie Kids)

So, I don't know about you, but I'm going to trust Macaque's insight on this. I'm not sure Wukong ever planned on coming back. Sealing DBK, he effectively cut off one of his last ties to the world (please go read wlw-wukong's thoughts, they are delightful), and he had already left the world alone for a long time. Why did he feel the need to train a successor now?

The simple answer is this: because he knew he needed to train MK and teach him to control his powers, and DBK's return was the perfect way to do it.

NOW. THE S4 MK VISIONS.

So, the visions MK see's all through out s4 (4x03, 4x04, 4x05, 4x06) are of Wukong ripping through the scroll and going to the stone—David Breen confirmed that himself in the above tweets.

Here's a list of what we see:

(4x03 The Great Tang Man)

(4x04 Pig Napped)

(4x05 Court of the Yellow Robbed Demon)

These are what I would say are the visions of Sun Wukong trying to find MK in the scroll. Yet, they are distinctly different from what Subodhi presses MK to remember ("Tell me of your childhood, your parents." "You do not remember?" "And what else?"):

(4x06 Show Me the Monster)

Look at that difference!

Every vision MK has includes the same scenes, except this one. That's why I think it's a memory; that and the way it's framed, with MK closing his eyes in focus. The other visions from 4x03, 4x04, and 4x05 all are unprompted, being forced upon MK. Why make this last "vision" so different from the others? Why show our mystery lady making the stone monkey? That would be because it's a memory—be it MK's, something from the scroll, or a mix of both.

There's also the matter of like, why Wukong going to the stone would trigger any sort of vision in MK to begin with. Overall, it just seems like there something more to those visions.

This would be how I imagine the general timeline playing out:

MK is created (through help of Sun Wukong), a beautiful baby boy pops out of the stone, and Sun Wukong "loses" that beautiful boy (if Wukong knew he was born to begin with) with MK finding his way to Pigsy's.

Then it's later Sun Wukong finds MK again, coming up with a plan to make MK his "successor" (still leaving MK with Pigsy, which I think was the right call lol). As Wukong says in 4x01, "You make ONE mistake, and no one ever let's you live it down! Looks like the ghosts of my past have finally caught up with me." That's what I think this parallel in particular is really trying to show off—in some way, MK is part of his past mistakes, just like Macaque is.

AND SO. I WILL CLOSE OFF THIS THEORY POST WITH EVERYTHING WE LEARNED IN THE SPECIAL.

Sun Wukong: "Heh, nothing gets under his skin more than a monkey. Leave Azure to MK and me."

(4x12 The Plan Man)

Sun Wukong: "Kinda embarrassing for the Jade Emperor to have two little cheeky monkeys running circles around him the first day on the job." MK: "Well, one monkey and one unconfirmed, but *laughs* yeah! I'd be embarrassed for sure!"

(4x13 Rip and Tear)

Wukong sounds suspiciously confident that MK is a monkey.

Not even MK is sure what he is (which he's probably just in denial, but also "Until I know what I am, what my destiny is?" from 4x08 anyone?), but Sun Wukong is extremely certain about what MK is.

Sun Wukong: "We got this bud. Would have liked to give you some new training with your monkey form, but-" MK: "Oh yeah yeah yeah- uh um- about that— um. I- I was thinking, I've never really needed a scary new monkey form before, so, I just thought maybe I'd use it next time." Sun Wukong: "Next time? Kid, there might not be a next time! This is the time."

MK: "It's be fine! Mei and I have got this awesome new armor and everything! You know, when we look this good? Ain't nothing gonna beat us." Sun Wukong: "Kid. New armor isn't going to cut it! We have to hit Azure with everything we've got! You can't just ignore this whole part of your power because it scares you!"

(4x12 The Plan Man)

If the writers were trying to highlight the fact that Wukong didn't know, this scene would have gone very differently. Instead of "You can't just ignore this whole part of your power because it scares you!" I think it would have been more along the lines of "I know this is new for all of us, but you've got to accept this part of your power!".

Even this exchange at the end of the special raises some alarm bells for me:

Pigsy: "Heh, don't bother. I've been telling him that for years but he LITERALLY never listens." Sun Wukong: "Yep! That's how we roll."

(4x14 Better Than We Found It)

That's how "we" roll? As in him and MK, as two monkeys? Again, Wukong is surprisingly chill and okay with this new form for someone whose first interaction with it was supposedly this:

MK, writhing on the ground in pain, completely destroying the world around him, and unable to control his powers.

Sun Wukong: "Yeah! Go MK, go! Just try not to totally wreck up my stuff would ya-"

(4x13 Rip and Tear)

Overall, it gives me the impression that Wukong already knew what MK was before 4x07. This new form didn't scare him because he always knew that's what MK was. MK, to Wukong, is MK! And MK has always been a Monkey Demon. He has unshakeable faith in his protege, and even while MK is absolutely tearing up the world around flower fruit mountain he can't help but cheer for him.

After all, Wukong knows MK is the only one who could defeat Azure:

MK: "Ne Zha's right—while Azure has the Jade Emperor's power and the scroll, there's NO way we could beat him head on!" Sun Wukong: "I mean, some of us could beat him! *ahem* One of us, specifically-" MK: "Nope! None of us at all."

(4x12 The Plan Man)

"But Imp!" I hear you say, "Wukong was talking about himself here!". To which I would reply, that's not true! This scene is right after Wukong has already said he only almost beat the Jade Emperor:

Sun Wukong: "But don't worry—I almost beat the Jade Emperor single handed once! Between both of us, Azure doesn't stand a chance." (4x12 The Plan Man)

Between this and Wukong's pre-fight convo with MK ("We have to hit Azure with everything we've got!"), he's clearly banking on MK using the full extent of his powers to win this fight. Wukong isn't banking on his own—if he were, he would never have left MK to go and collect the scroll pieces during their fight with Azure.

Conclusion

Sun Wukong knew MK was a monkey the whole time, lol—and fate has plans for MK. Great plans, or foul? Time will tell.

And Wukong has done his best to ensure that those plans are great.

Macaque + Wukong after their S/O gets out of the shower since they would no longer smell like them

Sun Wukong

It was one of the nights where Sun was at your apartment and you had just come home from a long shift, looking forward to relaxing in your boyfriend's arms and eating some oven-baked pizza with little worry on your shoulders. The best Sunday night you could ask for you thought as you stepped out of the shower and wrapped the soft blue towel around yourself after you dried off. “Sun, where are you?” You called out and turned off the lights in the shower, hearing a rustle of fabrics in the distance near your bedrooms.

“In our bedroom-” You whipped your head towards his voice and headed to the bedroom. “What do you mean our bedroom?” He looked like a deer in headlights when you locked eyes with him, sitting on top of a mix of blankets and pillows and arranging them in a nest-like setting shape. If you looked closely enough you could see some articles of clothing that were owned by both you and him.

“Why are you nesting in my bed- wait why are you hoarding my used clothes?” He stammered for a couple of seconds and looked anywhere but at you, as he tried to lie his way out of explaining. “I- well- um…you don’t smell like me anymore.” Wukong’s voice got very quiet and blushed heavily, you noticed his tail stop swaying and coiled around his ankle (a habit you picked up on whenever he was anxious).

You walked towards him and pulled him down to sit next to you, cupping his face and smiling. “Hon, I’m not mad but why is it bad if I don’t smell like you anymore? Is it a demon thing or a being a celestial monkey thing?” Your lover bit his lip and nuzzled his face into your neck, adoring the way a low purr built up in his chest as you carded your fingers through his fur.

“It’s a both thing- maybe… I don’t know. This happens every time I find a mate, it happened with moonli- I mean Macaque. It helps me from becoming jealous.” Your eyes widened and hugged him closer, letting yourselves fall back onto the bed now more of a pile of blanket, and felt his tail now move to your waist. “Alright, you could’ve just told me. I know you might’ve been embarrassed but I don’t see any problem with it.” The smile on your face seemed to be contagious because Sun smiled widely in turn and got closer to you as a couple of blankets were pulled over you.

Six-Eared Macaque

It had been a total of around of 1 minute after you’d gotten home from a 14 hours shift when you fell through a shadow portal upon entering your shared apartment and landed right on your beloved’s lap, who immediately wrapped his arms around you and buried his face into your neck. Breathing deeply and letting out a few quiet growls, hugging you even tighter and not saying a word.

“Mac….you alright?” Your voice trailed off as you tried to turn to look at him and weren’t able to move. The shadow demon only grunted and mumbled something to you, letting you lose enough so you could turn around and put your bag down. “Can you tell me or do I have to guess?”

He leaned into your hands as you cupped your face and frowned, clearly upset by something but something told you he’d rather do charades to tell you than actually speak. “You s….” Macaque mumbled the rest of his sentence and rested his forehead against your chest. You softly laughed at his mood, rubbing your fingers on the outside of one of his six vibrant glowing ears comfortingly and humming a soothing melody.

A couple of seconds later, he let out a dramatic sigh and turned his head so you so could see and hear him better. “I’m moody because your scent doesn’t mirror mine anymore and it’s bothering me.” You’re both shocked and not surprised that was the reason he was moody because one hand he’s one of the most dramatic bitch you’ve ever met and he’s also very possessive of you (especially around other demons).

“Love, that’s alright. I have no problem and you shouldn’t be embarrassed about it.” Lifting up his face and touching your nose to his, the wispy chocolate hairs tickling your face and a pale gold iris adoringly staring back into yours. This demon monkey would be yours forever and no one could separate you both, you’ll never take for granted ever. “Wonderful, in that case, you’re not leaving my side for the rest of the night. Thanks, Name.”

His Cheshire grin was back and Macaque locked you in his embrace, tipping you back into your bed and curling every part of himself around you (he was also loudly purring but he’d deny it if you brought it up).

Hi! Of course I can, thank you so much for requesting! I'm not really versed in this particular field of romance or the struggles that it comes with, so I apologize if a lot of these seem out of character or unbearably tropey!

Overprotective Macaque & Wukong with a Pregnant!S/O

Macaque:

The moment it's revealed that you're pregnant he's tweaking out

He doesn't know how to be a dad what the heck

But he also can't deny that he is kind of excited at the prospect of being able to take care of your child!

Or children?

Oh my gosh what if it's twins-

He's seen mortal babies and toddlers walking about in the streets with their parents, and he's well aware of how.. tiny... and stupid... and vulnerable they are

He never much cared for it, thinking that mortal children were weak for not immediately coming into the world with powers or some sense of right and wrong

But it's different with his child! He can't let the tiny, stupid, vulnerable kid in your stomach get hurt!

Rest assured that he's rearranging furniture to make it easier for you to maneuver around

He insists on going out with you everywhere, and if you were to ever voice that you were getting tired of it, then he'd eventually relent...

Maybe send a clone or two to watch you in the shadows without your knowledge, but other than that he'll leave you alone!

He will glare at anyone who's eyes linger on your growing belly bump for too long, giving them a silent warning not to come to close

He'll throw down his cape over a small puddle, gesturing for you to safely cross. He says it's a joke, but really he wants to look like a gentleman in front of you

Despite his overprotective nature, he will not fulfill your cravings without question

"A what?? Why on Earth would our baby need to eat that?? They probably don't even like it!"

Other than your strange food requests, he's happy, eager even to help fulfill anything else

Worried about the stretch marks forming in your stomach? He'll tell you about how they remind him of battle scars and shows off his scars to you to make you feel better

"See? We're both warriors."

In pain from bad cramps? He's secretly panicking and making bad jokes while tending to you because he's nervous.

Stays by your side all the time just in case you start feeling pain. He wants to be there for you

Secretly reads books and looks up videos for first time dads when he thinks no one is looking

He's a warrior! A master of the shadows!

Sly, cunning, teasing, playful, sure!

But a father?

He couldn't even picture himself holding a baby

When the delivery finally happens he is such a Karen

Might as well hire him as a doctor, considering how he practically tried to deliver the baby himself

Eventually though he composes himself and stands in the corner fidgeting nervously

He's never been one to cry, not even in his brotherhood days, but the tears that welled up in his eyes when he held your child couldn't be helped

Instinctively starts trying to groom the baby

It's all over now. You're not pregnant, and the baby is finally here

He's still pretty protective of you, and his child even moreso

All that he could think as he looked into the eyes of your writhing, still slightly damp, baby was those nine months of making frankly disgusting foods were worth it

Wukong:

Absolutely flips when the bomb is dropped that you're pregnant

He genuinely doesn't know what to do

He's not sure if he should be excited that he's going to be a dad or worried that he's going to be a dad

We all know Wukong is protective of those he loves and carries a guilty conscience about including them in his messes

He knows that pretending he knows what he's doing won't get him out of every situation. He knows how many messes he pulls people into. He knows that his lingering 'do now ask questions later' mentality can put those he loves in danger

And now he has a baby too??

It takes a bit, but he eventually starts to warm up to the idea

He's the monkey king! And he'll teach his child to be better than him. Stronger, smarter! Well, not that much stronger because then he wouldn't really hold the crown the one of the strongest beings and he would not be able to handle that

Still though, he'll raise this baby and change his ways doing so

He's cartwheeling all over the place after a while just from pure excitement

Trust and believe this man is NOT reading any baby books or watching any videos. He doesn't need some mortal telling him how to raise his kid. He's the Great Sage

Whether that's a good or bad thing is up to interpretation

He'll rant to his monkeys about all of the things he'll teach the child, and he does it with so much excitement that even they get pumped up

Will try to speculate it's gender and appearance with you

"Maybe it'll have your pretty eyes and my handsome jawline! Or maybe it'll have your hair and a little tail like it's dad!"

Makes little baby toys out of sticks and leafs

He is actually super overprotective of you, but tries to pretend he's just being casual

But if someone gets a little too close to you he will not hesitate to push them down or maybe accidentally give them a broken wrist if they reach out to touch your stomach

Is confused about why everyone isn't literally bowing to you while you're walking the streets

Genuinely got upset when you two were walking through a crowd and he had to hold you because people wouldn't just part for the pregnant woman walking through

"What?? Ten dollars for this? You do know my partner is pregnant right? This should be free for her! Everyday is a struggle for her! You'd have no idea what she's been through and you're charging her ten dollars-"

He's an absolute Karen

Suggests putting a pillow over your stomach

"That way you won't bump into anything and our child can be cozy!"

Because Wukong is an absolute hazard in the kitchen, he's concocted a crazy amount of different foods

He has no problem fulfilling your strange food requests and even eats them with you

"Oh my goodness! I love crab cakes with syrup!! I'll make some for both of us bud."

Has like three different emergency plans for when you're in pain

The moment you lurch forward or let out a groan he's on it

With a snap of his fingers his monkeys are all marching over to help you sit down in a single file line

He sits there and soothes you as best as he can while his monkeys scamper around trying to get anything you request

When it's finally time Wukong is genuinely confused, thinking that it's just contractions or something, but you keep yelling at him and saying "IT'S TIME!!"

Time for what?? Lunch or...?

Thinking the baby is talking to him through you, he hoists you up on his somersault cloud and zips off

When the doctor gives him a strange look and tells him you're just about to have your baby he freaks out

He tries to help in any way he can, holding your hand, breathing with you

Offers to help with the delivery of the baby

"Oh, looks like it's a bit stuck. Need a little help there bud?"

Losing his mind in the corner of the room but trying to play it cool for you and the doctors.

"Why is it slimy?" Are quite literally the first words that come out of his mouth when the baby is delivered

When he finally has his child in his arms he's all over it

Kisses, cooing, holding, hugging or even just staring at it

He may not know much about being a father, but he will try his best to teach his child not to go down the path he did because he already loves it to the moon and back

♡ In fact, apparently Wukong doesn't know how babies work because he tried to offer the baby peach chips if "Dada" was the first word they'd say

♡ You would just let it slide since unlike Wukong, you didn't cared about the baby's first words, you were happy with your family no matter what

♡ But anyway, one day the three of you were in front of Wukong's cave waterfall playing hide and seek, the baby was the seeker and it founded you first screaming a cute but very loud "Mama!"

♡ Only a few seconds later a loud and dramatic gasp was heard before Wukong appeared with his hand on his chest and "tears" on his eyes saying "How dare you my little peach! I thought we had a deal, you betrayed your Papa?!"

♡ You and the baby only stared at each other before bursting out to giggles and a few laughs, while a "mad" Wukong was only staring at the both of you

♡ Eventually Wukong gave in and hugged you both before saying "I'm still offended I wasn't the baby's first word though but you know what? I think I'll get over this betrayal"

Macaque:

✩ Tbh I don't think Mac would be as competent like Wukong, although he does hope to be the baby's first word as well

✩ So he'll definitely not send some shadow clones to encourage the baby to say papa while he hugs you or does any activity with you, of course he won't

✩ When the baby gets close to you both and expands his arms for one of you to carry them, he would immediately say "Don't worry little star, DADA can carry you, let mommy rest"

✩ And he does that everytime he can, emphasizing the word Dada to the baby so it gets stuck in their head

✩ One day you guys were returning from a date, and the little monkey hibrid came running to both of you screaming their first word "Mama!"

✩ Ouch, that must've hurt, didn't it Mac?

✩ At first he would pretend he's offended, but at the end he just shrugs and carries the little one turning back to you saying "Alright plum, you won, you were the baby's first word apparently" with a little grin appearing on his face

✩ He's just a little bit hurt he wasn't the baby's first word, but seeing you smile and the baby giggling just made him think that at the end that didn't matter

What if Y/N's monkey's fur changed color with the moon?(like a full moon for white, a waning moon a white that's kind of black, a full moon for black and crescent moon for black with white).

Full Moon Monkey 🌙

(Lmk Wukong) You are the Prettiest thing he's ever seen. Your as pretty as the full moon and he can't get enough. He didn't even notice the black streak in your fur because he fell asleep on it. Then the next night he saw your fur was half pitch Black and the other half was pure white. Even if he admits that he's missing something all you could have done was just dye your white fur so all of that is on you and it looks good too. But finally you he saw that your were as pitch black as Macaque is when he finally said something, you finally explained to him that this is something your fur does and it's was tricky to explain so he was perplexed but he still thinks your pretty.

(NR Wukong) FLUFFY COUPLE🥰 He was all over you I tell you that. He just couldn't get enough of your rather unique appearance. He loves how you look like a giant snowball and he would die on the inside when you give him those puppy eyes and he would group you in a feverish hug. Who didn't even know this? The black streak in your fur, until Li pointed it out He didn't think too much of it Maybe you want to dye your Fur a little bit. It's no big deal and a hundred percent you're a decision But then the boys and Su saw that half of your body Pitch black and the other was bright white he has to be tripping now. He has finally asked about it and you said your fur always does that which left him more curious and wondered if you just dyed your fur without telling him. He finally understood when he saw your fully pitch black fur Which he found bought a weird elegance to you.

(HIB Wukong) He had this habit of petting you snow white Fur. So does Liuer and Silly girl but then they noticed some things different about you. You alway had snow white Fur and looked more like a sheep then a monkey. Your always turning peoples heads with your looks and children love how your a big shiny pillow or fluffy clouds stuck on the ground. But one day you had a black streak going across your fur and the first person to notice was Liuer who is a Automatically asking questions you tell him about your fur Special ability Of changing like the phases of the moon Everybody watched as your fur change from half black half white to a fully pitch black Which somehow made you even prettier. At least That's how Wukong Felt.

(MK Reborn) at first he doesn't notice to much really. You have snow white Fur big deal not to mention how fluffy you are so. You always hugging him and cuddling him and he hates how he would be out like a light. But then he notices something interesting about you. You one night had a Black streak your fur He didn't say anything at the time because he felt onec it was rude. He also didn't want to get punched So he Ignore it but then the next night the streak became have your body with freaked him and you out, Then the next day he couldn't find you at all. In fact he didn't see you until sundown and he found out why your It's no way for became as pitch black as a shadow or the night and That's when you spilt the beans to him. How your Fur changes along with the moon, but it makes you majorly Insecure and you didn't like telling him about it. He tells you that their is nothing to be ashamed of in fact he loves the other looks you had.

(Netflix Wukong) You remind him of the full moonlight and he loves it. Your big and fluffy, loving and Kind, loyal and Patient and and most of all beautiful , he can't get enough of you and has fallen asleep on your body on multiple occasions. Then one night Lin pointed out that their was a black streak on your fur and he looked up to see it. But he dismissed it as You may be wanting to dye your something so No big deal there, but the next night it happened again But now half of your body is pitch black. Oh God These low key freaking out now He finally made a decision to ask you about But he freaked out finally when he saw you were fully pitch black you finally explain yourself to him and how are fur works the same way as the moon he was majorly confused but he thought you were still beautiful 😍

i dunno if this has been asked before, but i kinda wanted to splurge a little bit.

how and where does azure lion and the other animal celestials play a part in the BEW au? or even TAB AU. my personal idea on it could be that azure uses reader kind of as leverage against wukong, while as in TAB maybe reader is used to cause a rift between the brothers so that azure has an easier time murking wukong.

alright, so. the big bad brotherhood. they mostly just play the part of extra soldiers and sovereigns in wukongs conquests, his own little war council. im gonna go with the idea that the betrayal hasn't happened, since wukong doesn't get recruited by heaven in the base versions of these aus

(ive said before that, at least in bad end, the brotherhood wouldn't bother with reader too much. buuuut i don't think i specified what they're like in TAB and their reaction to their comrades marrying reader.)

peng (the bitch) doesn't much care for reader. they wonder why the all-powerful wukong is bothering with a human. they likely make a snide comment or two when wukong first introduces her to them at a meeting, which wukong (and macaque) immediately shut down with threats of violence. mac especially doesn't tolerate peng being an ass to his wife; his hatred for the winged menace is potent. luckily the bird demon is catty, not stupid; and surprisingly, they learn to keep their beak shut about their leader's wife. this leads to them largely ignoring her. reader doesn't like them much either, but tries to be polite.

yellowtusk feels pity for reader. he knows she didn't exactly become queen of flower fruit mountain willingly, and believes that she would be happier with other humans. but he's not called "wise" for nothing; he won't be lifting a finger to help her. even as strong as he is, he knows he stands no chance against the two simian warlords. regardless, he's polite to reader and will speak with her about the various topics that she's read about. he's a surprisingly good conversationalist.

demon bull king is ambivalent towards reader. he knows what it's like to want someone outside your station, so he doesn't say anything negative to wukong about it. he'll speak to reader if she speaks to him, and is overall polite (seeing as she is technically a queen and he has a lot of respect for wukong), if not very gruff when doing so.

azure lion is the only one who would be actively kind to reader, the only one who would speak with her like a true equal. despite his status as a once-celestial soldier, demonic sovereign, and a general of the infamous monkey kings' demon army...he still has a soft spot for mortal civilians. if a platoon of the monkey king's army is passing through, one would hope that he's leading it. less innocent blood is spilt when the lion general is at the helm.

its because of this that he was concerned when wukong introduced reader to him. what was a human doing on flower fruit mountain? she's married to the monkey king? she seemed...very uncomfortable in the presence of her husband. the lion demon knows that she was likely frightened by the two monkey warlords' use of "demonic courting tactics" and introduced himself gently. the fact that she responded to him (considering his size and appearance) without too much hesitancy, was able to bow politely and look him in the eyes despite all she'd likely been through at the hands of his brothers–he couldn't help but admire her bravery.

azure is aware that his sworn simian brothers are unconventional in many aspects of their life, so the fact that the two of them would marry a human (the same human, no less) isn't too surprising. the two are of one mind, and azure has made a tentative peace with the ruthless way his brothers conduct their business.

...but he can't help but feel sympathy for reader. she didn't choose this life for herself, though he can see the lingering affection she has for wukong and macaque. and once he gets to know her (an occasional talk outside the council room while the warlords are busy discussing strategy, a close seating at a banquet, or during a party on the mountain), azure begins to understand why they chose this woman. a fondness grows in his heart for the quiet human who is kind to him despite knowing what he's done.

he won't say it aloud, but...had it been him who'd been found and tended to by reader, azure couldn't be sure he wouldn't have made the same choice as his brothers.

Something I will never u derstand about Macaque is the one sense of hypocrisy that I will not forget.

Okay so we all remember that line that Macaque said in season 4, he said something along the lines of Wukongs a obsessive demon that runs away from his problems.

You know what my favorite part of that sense is?

MACAQUE THEN RUNS AWAY AFTER THAT

Look I get it. They had a fight, emotions are running high and you need to take a breather. But WHY would you not come back??? If you think Wukong has problems communicating his problems and opening up (which he does) then why the hell would you not stay there!

This isn't even me saying that Macaque should just chill with him under the mountain for the 500 years, that's stupid. But like, if you think Wukong won't want to talk to you, why wouldn't you stay in the place he can't leave?

Like that's the perfect place to talk about your issues. He can't go anywhere! Even in the beginning if he doesn't want to open up, I'm willing to be he would! Macaque was his best friend and his warrior, if we're made to believe that Macaque knew Wukong better than anyone then I'm willing to bet Macaque would be the one he would talk to.

Like do you have no questions? Hey, why do you feel the need to gain so much power? Hey, why were you so prominent to go for Azures idea? Was it because you admired Azure or were you just adamant on taking The Jade Emperor down?

Like you think Macaque would want to stick by Wukong right now in a time of need. (Like a Warrior would. How can you suck this hard at a job YOU gave yourself.)

Again I'm not saying Macaque should just chill with Wukong under the mountain for 509 years. But like, periodically pop in. See if he's willing to talk, maybe bring him a peach so he doesn't have to eat the iron and hot metal stuff. I don't know, if you have feelings get them out now.

Like I understand why Macaque is upset but I find it weird he doesn't ask what happened on WUKONG'S side. Like are you not curious? About anything?

I'm totally willing to exept that I'm forgetting details because I don't even remember that scene all that well but I just find it so funny that Macaque prides himself on being the warrior that stood by Sun Wukong's side but then the one major time Wukong just needed him beside him he dips. Like never comes back.

Ya know until he eats one of Wukong's children, passes it out to the other monkies, then proceeded to commit identity theft and almost get Wukongs family killed. Silly guy.

Hi! It's me again :3, I don't know (and remember) if anyone has asked this before but I would like to know:

How did OG!MK feel when he found out that SW is his father in another dimension (I feel like Mei would say something like "See? I told you he was your dad" or something)

If it happens before S4, I feel like Mk would be a little jealous of his other self seeing that he doesn't have the problem of not knowing who his biological parents.

(The idea occurred to me when I remembered a tiktok that said MK used any type of editing app to get an idea of what his parents would look like 🥲)

When the Canon verse and the other verses collide, the quickest thing the MKs would notice is their appearances.

JTTWEgg!MK: "My parents are monkey demons! The coolest monkey demons ever I may brag." TMKATI!MK: "Oh no way! My parents are monkey demons too! i have a bunch of adopted siblings though. Does your dad work with Bóbo[dad's older brother] Pigsy too?" CenturyEgg!MK: "No cus Uncle Pigsy and Tang lives in the city. We all live on Flower Fruit Mountain - but we visit as often as possible! The different MKs collaborate to tell stories about themselves (and get a solid PSA on Stone Eggs) while their respective Meis are snapping photos with eachother.

The different monkeys watch on nervously. The different monkey kings are sitting politely as their Macaques hiss at eachother from across the room.

OG!SWK: "So uh... did you tell him yet?" Other Monkeys: "Tell him what?" SlowBoiled!SWK: "About him being made by Nuwa, or the fact that we were forced to abandon him?" The CenturyEgg and TMKATI monkeys: "What." TMKATI!SWK, laughing nervously: "What? Oh gods no. I thought you guys meant telling him who we are!" The Other Monkeys: "Wut" CenturyEgg!SWK: "Your MK doesn't know that you guys are... Us?" TMKATI!LEM: "Nah, we've sorta been off-the-grid ever since genius here [thumb-points at his SWK] got me pregnant with our MK." The Stone Egg au SWKs: "Hah!" "Uno reverse card, plums!" I started up the process willingly after I had to seal away DBK. When was the little guy born?" SlowBoiled!SWK: "Little lady actually. Yuebei was born about six months ago. Our MK was crafted by Nuwa - then again I did raise him the first year until I became too weak to care for him..." *looks sad* TMKATI and CenturyEgg monkeys: "Oh no..." :( "Stone eggs are super dangerous to the people around them. I don't blame you." JTTWEgg!SWK: "Odd. I got an Egg from the mountain too - but mine was born shortly after I completed the Journey. And mine was our MK. Did losing Mihou make the process longer??" OG Monkeys: "What?" "How many of you have MK as your kid!?" (*Cue them having to make a Venn Diagram of Whos' MK is What to Whom*) OG!SWK: "Ok so! Mine and the guy with the super-adorbs baby got our MKs dumped on us." TMKATI!LEM: "Oh, my Wukong was still responsible there. He sealed the Harbringer's soul inside me after using a sealing spell. TMKATI!SWK: "I panicked, ok!" OG!SWK, pointing at the remaining universes: "Annnd you two literally birthed him yourselves." CenturyEgg and JttwEgg SWKs: "Yup." "Stone shell and all." OG!SWK: "...is there anything else I'm missing?" The other universes: (*scratching their chins in thought*) SlowBoiled!LEM, slyly: "So are you guys back together yet, or what?" OG Monkeys: "What!?" Laughter just erupts around the room as the canon shadowpeach pairing realises that they're the odd ones out as *not* being together.

Complete and utter chaos reigns when the parent and MK groups reunite, and they recognise some sort of connection...

ESAU Master System Explained

To keep it short/simple: Everyone who wants to be a Reader, is a Reader. I myself am a Reader of fiction, which is why I use my persona to fill in the Reader's space in any non-interactive/fullbody drawing I do for ESAU. Which is also why Macaque referred to their Master being currently female in one of the first ESAU asks- Because in that moment, in my drawings, I'm technically seen as their Master. But most of the time I do change the pronouns to they/them whenever it's them talking about "any" Master.

So when you see the servants swap between their Master using non-binary and female pronouns, this is why. If you see me draw them referring to their Master as a "she", they're referring to basically their current Master in that exact moment. However, literally anyone else could also be placed in that spot. This is just the way I'd interact with the servants myself.

Whenever I refer to a Reader's "reincarnation/life", I usually mean either "the same person, but another life" (aka same looks, just different points in time) OR "different people of the same life/a different life" (aka Person A is the Master in one life, Persona B is the Master in the next).

As in, the Reader can imagine themselves having had multiple past lives, or their "past life" is actually another Reader. We're all Readers, we're all the Reader. That's why I kept saying early on that the Master System is rather philosophical in a sense. Lore-wise within the AU, all Masters, except for the First Master, share the same soul, which the servants recognize and are connected to.

The Reader can imagine themselves if they met their champions as a child or as an adult. However, nothing in ESAU is forced to be romantic or sexual. If you were born as a prince/princess/royalty, that doesn't mean your servants are immediately destined to be romantic or sexual with you, right? That entire portion is up to the Reader to decide and imagine. I do not control what another person thinks of and imagines. If they choose to pick a darker path in what they imagine, that's out of my control. But unless it ends up hurting anyone, or they actively push the topic onto others, I see no issue with however a Reader wants to think up what happens in their life with their servants. All I do is create material for others to play with.

Except for the First Master, any other Master/Reader can be considered either the same person or various people.

But that's up to the person behind the screen, whether they feel more comforted with one idea or another. Because despite all the dark lore and angsty hints, it's still a comfort X Reader AU. If you don't wanna have a certain champion be romantic/sexual towards you, you don't need to imagine them being romantic/sexual towards you. Simple as that. Imagine the boys in the type of relationship with you that you feel most comfortable with.

For example in my case, I'd see all of them as romantic interests except for MK, cuz those who know already know how I see him as a smol chibi yello beaaaan- I mean LOOK AT HIM-

And yet I still made it so he can be seen as romantic/sexual interest for those who do actually see him in a different way. (Not counting the chibi doodles ofc, those are all just him being a bean dhfndshfnds)

(Copy n pasted what I explained before in that rant like 2 weeks ago and tweaked it a bit with bonuses just so it's not just a random quote taken from a previous rant post. For anyone curious about the rant, it's really not hard to find cuz that's the only post I tagged as rant and will probably stay as the only rant post for a looong while. Hopefully a long while. The entire drama logic just hurt my brain, but also gave my friends and I content to laugh and meme over fhgnhfgf)

Before you were possessed by Lady Bone Demon, you would beg MK to let you tag along so you could see Red Son. Whenever you see him, you are sighing with hearts. MK looks at you with a concerned look but on the other hand, its what makes it easier for him to try to get Red Son on they're side.

So MK comes back from training with Monkey King and the gang comes to save him, you are crying about how Demon Bull King took over. He still his goofy self when doing it of course but is careful of you.

After Demon Bull King is defeat, you quickly and tightly hug Red Son but he tries his best to push you off. Of course, he leaves with his parents, looking over his shoulder to see you smiling and blushing at him.

Only for you to go missing.

That's the reason why he stays in the city, because he is looking for you while MK is training with Monkey King. When he sees you - though possessed with Lady Bone Demon - the reality of the situation hits him like a tone of bricks. He hopes his cure for spiders will help, but it doesn't

He becomes obsessed with trying to find a cure for you, to get you free of the Lady Bone Demon. So when you are finally free and he sees you being carried by Macaque, he very quickly pulls you out of his arms.

"Fuck off, scumbag!"

Maybe his langue wasn't your cup of tea but holy fucking shit your heart is doing laps.

Red Son is holding you holy fucking shit.

You snuggle into his embrace and his grip on you becomes tighter. He is never going to let you out of his sight ever again.

When everything is fixed, he gives you a week to be with MK before taking you back to his family home. If MK comes around looking, he won't be able to find you unless you ask to see MK.

He kisses you all over your face and holds you close, telling you that he loves you and will never ever let anything back happen to you ever again.

His parents sometimes look over, seeing him have you sit on his lap and feeding then look back at each other with concerned looks. If they thought you were overly affectionate, then imagine what their thoughts about their son.

Btw i'm watching the whole series rn, after episode 14 I have a vague idea of whats going on but I dont understand a word, not to mention I sped the whole thing up to get it over quicker so its funny af

But yeah so far im at episode 30 and ik it doesnt make a whole lot of sense since we didn't see Jade Rabbit and Macaque interact that much, but in my head in the begining of the series they became really good friends after the "ears incident", but after Wukong left, bc of Macaque declinening mental health they just sowly fell further and further appart and jade rabbit didn't understand why was this and could only see her friend's worsening condition and do nothing about it (and this happened in thd course of 7 years cuz even tho in the series it doesnt seem that long in the book Wukong was away for 7 years, and I'd like to think thats the case here too)((I mean maybe a bit longer than 7 years cuz there was also that vilage he spent maybe 5(???) years in learning human behavior and language but im too lazy to search it out of my book, so +/- 10 years))

Also I think even tho Macaque was mad and was a jelous little bitch, Wukong leaving only made things worse for him, feeling betrayed even more and left behind on top of all that other shit that was going on inside his head

Its so funny to me how every Six Eared Macaque adaptation is getting majorly fucked up (he got posessed in both series lmfao)

Oh and obviously I have transed their gender, I think maybe nobody noticed or educated them (cuz (other head canon) he was adopted by the monkey clan since in the original book (jttw) hes also a celestial primate just like the stone monkey, without parents) so everyone thougt they were a boy for some reason, but everyone was really suprised after puberty began to hit Macaque

Tho that didn't made the clan treat him differently cuz nobody really cared and Macaque doesnt give a flying fuck about it either

I also think it would be funny, when Wukong returned he would notice Macaques chest and just casualy ask him how did he got those (he wasnt really educated on the subhect either) and Macaque would be like: "no idea. You didn't get any?" and both of them would be really confused

Later Jade Rabbit gave them a little lesson about it

So like, "Sunshine boi who is mentally ill" MK takes don't cut it for me. It's too simple.

Like, yes, of course MK is mentally ill with a self-esteem of wet-paper. But he's also complacent. He has no real motivations out side of saving his friends and maybe the world (which usually line up). He hate's change. He refuses to acknowledge anything that questions his world view. In 4x05 MK says he can just ask Monkey King if he's MK's dad. MK doesn't ask. After they free Wukong he doesn't ask about the curse, or the stone, or the visions of Wukong he saw. Why? Because he doesn't want to acknowledge it. He doesn't want to know about himself. In 4x11, MK pushes Macaque about what happened between him and Wukong, if only to cement Wukong's "good guy" status in his head. In 4x02 he didn't even question risking releasing the curse to save his friends. In 4x08, even after learning about Azure's view of Wukong, this doesn't change's MK's choices. He immediately wants to let Wukong out of the scroll, without considering what the best course of action would be. He just wanted to free Wukong, consequences be damned, even if it meant relying on this strange new power that scares him (which makes him the opposite of Macaque, who couldn't/wouldn't free Wukong from the mountain). This cognitive dissonance upsets MK so much that when Azure presses him about his relationship with Wukong in 4x13, MK snaps. He doesn't want to hurt his friends the way Wukong hurt him ("Can't you see you're hurting the people who care about you the most?" [3x10] and "I can't risk hurting the people I care about, the one's I have left" [4x08]). And yet, MK leaves in 4x08 just like Wukong left in 3x10, hurting his friends in the exact way Wukong hurt him. He always wanted to be more like the legendary Monkey King, and now he is. Now he has all of the worst parts of Wukong in him. Nothing else matters as long as he has his friends by his side. But what if he runs away? What if he pushes them away? What if his friends turn on him, seeing him for the monster he will become? What then?

𝐈𝐓 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐎𝐍𝐄 the most unforgivable things you had ever done. But with this newfound freedom, you couldn't find it in you to regret what you did. As ever since you were dragged into this damn world, you've only ever been pulled around. Then after being dragged into so much bullshit, you were kidnapped. And being kidnapped and dotted on by Sun Wukong sounded like a dream, but it honestly was just a hell for you. A hell you no longer wanted any part in.. so you got your hands dirty.

Who knew there was someone in this world that was meant to be you. But they were a perfect replacement for you. And to just make sure that Sun Wukong never bothered you again.

You killed them.

It was such an easy task. Especially with the experience you gained, having been dragged around by MK and his little group. So you simply killed them and took over their life entirely. Even took the time to move out of the city, leaving their damn body somewhere you knew Wukong would look..

And really, it's been a peaceful three years... But..

Something felt wrong..

Now.. yes you hated that hell you were in. But now.. well now you kind of missed that annoyingly affectionate ginger monkey. But going back to him, would be a terrible idea because then he'd just get worse. Not only that, you killed the "you" of this universe in order to get away from Wukong.

But you felt so damn lovesick.. you were practically going crazy.. damn, you felt like the roles for you and Wukong were being switched..

Especially now...

"Mmh..." Slowly Wukong came back into consciousness, but quickly perked up in confusion. With clear confusion, he began to frantically look around in panicked confusion. He wasn't back at Flower Fruit Mountain and wasn't on his couch sulking away as always.

"You're awake.." He froze at the sound of that voice.. that voice.. quickly he tried to get up, only to fall back onto the bed. Wukong was left staring up at the ceiling in utter shock. Slowly you came into Wukong's view and looked down at him. Smiling so lovingly down at him, not caring for the shock and disbelief on his face.

"Ah.. you look as cute as ever..." Gently you held his cheek and looked at him so fondly. Wukong just stared in shock, wondering if he was simply dreaming again.. but why did you hand against his cheek feel so real to him. Slowly tears began to fall from Wukong's eyes, he moved to rub his cheek against your hand.

He didn't care about the fact, that you kidnapped him. He was just so happy to see you again!

"You look so beautiful crying.." You softly spoke, placing slow and soft kisses along his face. Wukong couldn't help but to lightly flinch at this. He was so shocked, so happy, so confused. You had only ever used to be hateful with him, now you were being nothing but affectionate... He loved it.. but he couldn't help but to wonder what changed. He was no longer as blinded by love as he used to be. Your "death" shocked him back into reality, shaking him to his very core..

"P-.. Peaches...." Wukong softly murmured out, only to be shut up with a kiss. It was sudden, but he couldn't help but to kiss you back. Oh how he missed you so much.. how he loved you so much...

What changed.

How are you alive again?

This was the second time someone he knew has died and come back somehow.. he never really found out exactly what happened to Macaque... Although the Lady Bone Demon had something to do with it. That much was clear, when said monkey had easily embolized him and Nezha.

But Lady Bone Demon wasn't around anymore?

"Peaches.. how.. how are you alive..." Was all he could ask when you finally stopped kissing him.

"I never died." Wukong's eyes widened in shock and he tried to process what you had just said.

"And you won't be going anywhere." Wukong was confused by this, trying to sit up but failing. It was only then he remembered how he couldn't exactly get up. Reaching up, he felt around his neck... it was a collar, great. Wait.. he felt something on his head.. slowly reaching up, he slowly traced his fingers over the object.

That feeling.

It felt so familiar.

"Don't disobey me love... I'd hate to hurt you in such a way. But if I have to, I will~" How could you have possibly gotten your hands on one. He couldn't understand, how this happened.

"I-"

"You can be a good boy for me can't you~" You said as he held his chin and forced him to look at you.

It looks like Sun Wukong was never going to escape you.

And the tables have turned.

Redson would fall hardly on your floor after he got punched by Wukong, when he opened his eyes someone looked straight back at him.

“...You want cake.” you'd ask, Redson blinks, “Huh.”

You'd convince him to stay as he lets you put some bandages on his hand, “You got peppers for this?” Redson asked, “That's cake.” you reply. “I know what I said.”, “What the fu—”

When he meets eyes with you he knew,. There’s something about you that was.., special, He doesn't know why but once he left and got back to his home, he couldn't take his mind of you., Your smile, your voice ect.

So he'd come back once in a while talking to you as you'd listen to him, we fr need more people like you. 😔
