San Myshuno Conservatory

Okay so this was a lot i made for fun im not really a builder but this greenhouse set by @lilis-palace was right up my alley n i wanted something a bit fantastical 2 get my sims out of the house! I made it to be placed in the central park lot in San My, inside I put a lot of King palms and a little section for macaws to sit n perch. At night the rose fountain lights up with fireflies and trellises in back are lit with strings of light attached to the ivy. It's so magical I love taking pcitures of my sims here. I included what I could of the cc i used, the elephant statue is a bit high poly so fair warning!

I did my best to respect everyone's T.O.U but if i made a mistake please dm me to fix it. Thank you to all the cc-creators who made this build possible <3

I always love more variety in my game, and I love the conversion of The Sims careers to The Sims 2 by LientebollemeiS2I. I wanted to make them more integrated though, so with the permission of LientebollemeiS2I, here are my amendment's to these careers to include:

Chance cards (for every level)

Different career levels (since some of the levels match other careers)

Connection to University Majors

LifeTime wants! The only things they don't have are specific career rewards and Wants that will roll in the Wants and Fears panel.

There are four files per career (eg. AdultCareer_AnimalCare, AdultCareer_AnimalCare_Conditions, AdultCareer_AnimalCare_LTW and TeenElderCareer_AnimalCare).

All four files are required and can just be put straight into your downloads folder.

You will notice some of the above career levels do not match the original careers. Some of the levels are already represented in other careers in the game, so I decided to swap some around and include some new jobs.

These files have new GUID numbers, so they should not conflict with other downloads, even the original versions of these careers.

The Lifetime Wants are also compatible with @lamare-sims 50 New Lifetime Wants for Sims 2: https://modthesims.info/download.php?t=669675

Military Career Default Replacement: No Astronauts

@blackswan-sims was looking for this, so here's the military career default replacement I made for myself. It replaces level 9 (Astronaut) with "Brigadier". You can see the new description above.

No changes in wage, work days and hours

The career outfit will be the high rank uniform (same as for the General) instead of the astronaut one

Level 8 chance cards are edited to refer to Brigadier

Level 9 chance cards are edited to make sense with the new position

Download (SFS) (alternate)

The file is compressed. Compatible with BCON mods that alter career wages as long as the wage mod loads after the career default. Will conflict with other military career replacements.

Only English and English UK text strings are replaced, so won't work with games installed in other languages.

🍴 4t2 HSY Cafeteria Station + Clutter 🥤

happy sunday! here is a fun little set consisting of HSY’s cafeteria station and it’s separated clutter by sforzinda. this is only the first part as I plan to convert other objects and/or it’s separated clutter. it’s all under deco -> sculpture, except for the separated glass display. the register is not included lmao, only for preview sake. please let me know if you run into any issues, enjoy! (ᵕ ᵕ⁎)

notes: i did a bit of editing to the station’s mesh, resizing it a smidge as well as upscaling the meatballs(?) in the tray to match the debug trays, there used to be 16, now it’s 9. speaking of which, the debug trays have also been upscaled and i made my own stack mesh since it just felt right to include lol. i wanted to lower the cafeteria food meshes, but unfortunately they sink into surfaces as seen here. the trays are best placed on the station with the OMSP shelf 1.

Unselectable Careers

Unselectable Careers

A patch to the Job Finder to permit careers to be marked as "unselectable". Unselectable careers will not appear when checking today's jobs in the Newspaper or via the Computer

Out of the box, this mod does nothing, the user will need to mark each desired career as "unselectable". Full instructions on how to do this (requires basic SimPe knowledge) are given on the mod's web page.

Also includes a patch to the Job Data globals to disable the "Sim X has the day/night off" notification for unselectable careers.

Please do not ask for the Xyz career to be marked as unselectable, I will delete such comments.

Her protest tactics earlier that day had worked and got the good news that she was promoted to community organizer when she got back to the office after her protest. When Supriya got home, she put on a nice dress and went to Planet Honey Pop to celebrate with some drinks and karaoke, and of course to tell every stranger that wanted to hear it the good news of her promotion.

The Pinch House: Part 12

Now that Nemo is a child, both Nicola and Benjamin have more time to their careers and hobbies again!

Nicola recently lost TWO valuable logic skill points through a bad chance card, so in the evenings she's been working hard to get them back. During the day she's trying her best to teach her son to be more neat... With not much luck.

Benjamin, who's a nature sim through and through, starts growing tomatoes. It's not going very well, but at least he's enjoying what he does!

Scrubs TU - EU replaced with @moyokeansimblr EP01 Scrubs

Hey guys x Really wanted to get this and Labcoat up together but I'm having problems getting the teen male one to work so I thought I'd share these at least as I haven't gotten anything up in a little while.

Other ages are repo'ed to the adults. Someone asked me to make one large merged file but I SimPe wasn't having it. Will defo try again later when I'm less busy. I've put them all in one folder so you don't need to download six diff files. Darker blue and green scrubs used to mirror the colours in-game. They should all be hidden in CAS/bodyshop but if they aren't, let me know and I'll fix (I'm uploading these super quickly before a meeting lol).

I also realised that I hadn't hidden the EF soldier I did a little while ago and they were coming up with custom flags. I've fixed that here. Super sorry about that. Please let this file replace the old one if you downloaded it previously. The original thread has been updated as well.
