Crawdad Quarter was the very first area I finished in the save and though my building has improved quite a bit since then, I still love how interactive it is. From left to right, we've got: Bayou Sentinel and Antiques, Ally's Salon & Spa, Ellington's Jazz Lounge, and Willow Museum & Streetcar Station. Alongside Magnolia Promenade, the neighbors have just about every community lot they might need!

(Update i have made the first post!! HERE) I have been working on my VTM:B recreation project in sims 4 and I finished off 3 builds this week!

Landwood Farm

Don't let this plot of lively land fool you. It was once abandoned and left to rot after the family that once inhabited it moved to the big city. After coming upon it during a walk, a young couple decided that this almost dead house was their new project. A few years later, and lots of gardening, the once dead house transformed into this farm utopia. The young couple now lives in the one-bedroom and bathroom house, with a small kitchen and a spacey living room for dancing the night away.

Greystone Mansion - Unfurnished (CC)

Hey all, its been a while!!

I’m back and I’ve created this Large Greystone Modern Mansion. It’s unfurnished and has been built using CC.

It has 5 large bedrooms, all ensuite and two have walk-in wardrobes. There is a large kitchen and breakfast room, utility room, TV room, living room, office, triple garage, pool house, outdoor sunken seating area and a large pool.

As a kid I loved going to Galveston beach with my family. We didn't have money for big vacations to "prettier" beaches outside of Texas, but those summer trips felt special and just as beautiful. I wanted to capture that feeling by making Sage Estates into a proper Gulf Coast beach community! There's a large residential home up on the hillside and four smaller rentals below. The beach is also set up with a few activities for sims to enjoy.
