wired (part five)

Gemma x Programmer!Reader

You trudge up the stairs and throw F1D0’s destroyed body in the back of the commandeered vehicle. You clutch the USB tightly.

You hit the ignition button and shoot off down the nighttime highway. You could only hope you weren’t too late. You destroyed every trace of M3GAN in the Funki system. hopefully with the last android destroyed, she’ll be erased permanently.

You speed towards Gemma’s house, and pulling to a dead stop outside it. You clutch your pants pocket, still holding the EMP pistol. One shot left. You could feel the dread building in the pit of your stomach as you speed through the city.

You arrive at Gemma’s house not a moment too soon as you jump out and charge towards the door.

“Gemma?! Cady?!?” You scream as you reach the door. The door locks and the security system arms itself.

“Rude to come about uninvited” a familiar voice rings over the electronic doorbell.

“Megan?! Let me in!!!” You begin pounding on the door. You run to the window to see Megan slam Gemma to the table.

Gemma throws a jar of water, soaking the android. Megan freezes.

“Gemma!!” You scream

“(Y/N)?!” Gemma screams back.

“Get Cady out of there!!” You yell as Megan turns back on and tries to go. Gemma books it towards Cady as Megan turns to you.

“Shh” she mocks, “you’ll wake the neighbors”

Megan begins walking in the same direction as Gemma.

You look around, anything that can break down this blasted window. You run back to the car and take out the tire iron.

You slam the window repeatedly, eventually it gives way, breaking into thousands upon thousands of shards.

You charge into the house. You bolt towards the garage area. You can hear Cady slamming her palms on her door.

“Let me out!!” She screams.

“I’ll be right back, sweetheart” you try to reassure your niece as you charge into the garage.

You burst through the door to find Gemma on the ground.

“Y/N look out!” She screams as an iron smacks you in the back, sending you to the ground, your back searing with fiery hot pain. You grit your teeth, trying to fight the pain.

“Two guardians so out of their league” M3GAN taunts. “You could’ve just left it to me. After all, I’m perfectly programmed for this.”

You crawl over to Gemma and take her hand.

“You’re not” you growl at M3GAN.

“What?”

“You’ll never understand love. Something so human and yet so foreign to an android” Gemma states, her eyes wander to you. Her hand gently caresses yours.

“You can never have Cady. Not while we’re still breathing,” you say resolutely against the android.

M3GAN grabs a pen, “one jab to your temple and Cady will be all mine”

“M3GAN?” Cady states as she walks into the room, hiding her hands behind her back.

“Cady! We’re just…talking and…” M3GAN tries to cover.

“You haven’t met everyone in my family. Meet Bruce” Cady says as she powers on Bruce’s controller gloves.

Your old android project with Gemma powers on and gets to his feet.

“Hey Bruce” you smirk. “You’ve grown”

“Cady! Wait!” M3GAN tries to beg.

The bigger robot grabs M3GAN by the head with his two hands and lifts her up.

“Cady please!” M3GAN tries to beg.

Cady simply shakes her head as tears begin forming in her eyes.

M3GAN stares daggers at your niece,“You ungrateful little-”

CRUNCH! Bruce’s big mechanical hands slam together, crushing M3GAN’s head flat. The android’s body hits the ground and a flat pancake for a severed head follows suit.

Gemma collapses against your chest as you look to Cady and then to Bruce.

“That’s our boy…and girl” you smirk at Gemma. She can’t help but let out a little laugh as Cady runs over and collapses into the two of you.

I thought this was supposed to be some campy fun for the fags type movie. What the fuck was this then? Not funny enough to be a comedy. No quite dramatic enough to be a drama. Not quite scary enough to be horror. Not nearly thrilling enough to be a thriller. Action so lame it can't even be an action flick. Boring as all hell with an annoying child actor and bland as fuck heroine that makes you wish you were watching any other movie. I would've asked for my money back if I'd paid money for this garbage.
