working on my first ever attempt at “book binding” (does it count if i’m not using a traditional method???) but I’m too scared to mess it up so i’m doing a scrapbooking method my mom taught me when she was broke where she made a binder into a nice scrapbook using fabric, ribbon, and other methods!!

I’ve been hyperfixated on Solar Lunacy by @bamsara for over a year now so I’ve been wanting to start this project for ages. I can’t wait.

hi i just saw the barbie movie and AHHHH i loved it but there was a woman in particular that stood out to me…

the old woman at the bus stop is ann roth. i watched that scene and felt so deeply that she was important in my brain somewhere….

i looked through her credits and sure enough- she was the GENIUS that designed the costumes for the book of mormon musical. PLEASE listen to this woman talk she’s so fucking insanely creative and AHHH her attention to detail is so incredible.

#i watched 3 squirrels chase each other up and down the tree in my front yard for like 20 minutes today #theyre so cute and so loud #they make the cutest noises #it reminds me of how my mice used to squeak at each other #makes me miss them

Ran away into the forest again (the call of the trees is too strong to ignore). I was there before twilight, so that's a win! I left when the stars were out, so hmm.

(It's a bad habit, I've been visiting later that the forest looks more normal to me at night than at day)

fuucck me i'm pretty sure there's some form of rodent(s) living in my walls/ceiling. last time it was squirrels in my floor. now it's the mystery rodent in my ceiling.
