Meeting Mr. Hoffman
William “Bill” Hoffman is enjoying the hot steamy shower raining down on him from the shower head as the window next to him cools everything around him.
Happily he turns the knob off exiting shower grabbing the the door knob opening up into the bedroom he is shock to see a strange man.

His laugh reverberating all over the room it bounces hitting him head on his ears pump up and he cannot believe his eyes at all of everything.
The man ask him what he knows about him all he can say is that they are sharing a half room so much and I agree accept what the fuck.
I command him with a simple snap of my fingers as his eyes roll back falling into his eye sockets and his body sinks to the floor in a quick snatch.
Grabbing his hands I drag him back into the bathroom leaving him laying half naked on the floor with just his towel wrapped over his waist.
I knelt down next to him as I grab his chin in a cup forming with his hand lifting up into the sky and he barely is able to stare into my eyes.
I kiss him slowly on the lips then in form him of his new way of being instructing him to rise to his feet and stand still as the light washes over him.

garrett was born in australia from a witch and a manticore demon. taking on a potion, the manticore demon posed as a female woman in order to seduce a mortal, often done so to ensure hybrids to be born with human aspect so they could mingle. little she knew that the father she chose was a carrier of magic genetics and when the baby was born, the innate nature of the witch took form. when his mother, despite being his mother, tried to kill his father and take him out, garrett vanquished his mother by exploding her.
the fear over the child’s powers took harry to bring garrett to his mother, who had tlold him tales of magic he never believed. raised by his grandmother and father, he had his powers initially bonded and, with the aid of maia’s whitelighter, he was ensured a position within the magic school, little by little he gained control over his initial powers and grew into them without missing control, by the time he was 10 he was already in full control of his initial powers and demonic side.
garrett joined the seals once he became of age, going up high in ranks until eventually deciding to leave them in pose of a more stable life. he stopped by san francisco, where a lot of magic eventuality happened, having joined the brotherhood of the silver fang as ah alf demon and leading a special unit in san francisco PD to guarantee that magic is kept secret from the mortal world.
active powers:
SHIMMERING: Due to his magical nature, he’s capable of shimmering, a form of teleportation that splits the image in waves. It can take seconds or it can take longer time, allowing for a stance in a middle plane that makes him immune to magical spatial usages as well as remaining invisible, being capable of a side of this power called VOIYEURISM.
SONIC SCREAM: Like all manticores he can release a high pitch scream that is used and detected by other manticores and harm targets. He can control his scream in order to gain concussive force or simply become a high whistle. Among other aspects.
MOLECULAR MANIPULATION: He can manipulate molecules.
MOLECULAR COMBUSTION: Initially, he could make things explode with a thought or a gesture of his hands. He doesn’t need to move, but he does so often for theatrical reasons.
MOLECULAR ACCELERATION: he can accelerate molecules to point of burning or melting.
MOLECULAR INHIBITION: He can reduce molecular mobility to the point of crystalization. He can also put liquids into a state of gelification or turn it directly into crystal giving it any imaginable shape.
MOLECULAR DECELERATION: he can decelerate the rythm at which molecules move, slowing the target.
MOLECULAR IMMOBILIZATION: he can put molecules into a temporal stasis that freezes things in the moment. Good witches are immune.
TELEKINESIS: he can displace molecules in order to produce on going motion, either to push, pull or hover.
MASS ADDITION: He can add molecules to an already existing target, making it heavier, when immune to immobilization it is an effective way of enhancing the gravity under them.
HYDROKINESIS: By manipulating water’s molecules he can control water, either its movement (displacing it) or state (boiling, turning it into gas, freezing it) as well as its mass by adding volume to it. By extension he can also control humidity.
PYROKINESIS: he can manipulate and create fire, through causing combustion or burning water and manipulating oxygen. By extension he can also control temperature.
ELECTROKINESIS: he can produce electricity by altering the speed at which electrons move. By extension, he can stimulate clouds and weather.
PLASMA BEAMs: He can heat up the air enough to generate plasma.
MOLECULAR DISPERSION: He can disperse molecules enhancing the distance at which molecules are joint effectively destroying the target harmlessly and without a combustion.
MOLECULAR REORGANIZATION: He can rejoin disperse, disassembled molecules, etc, putting it back to its original shape. Can be used for repairing objects or healing people.
TELEMATERIALIZATION: he can deorganice and reorganize molecules harmlessly, calling or conjuring items that he knows exist in a different place. Normally used for his gun if he loses it in his cop capacity.
MATTER ALTERATION: He can alter the aspect and nature of matter. From changing its state to its shape or qualities.
VIBRATION GENERATION: By putting molecules into a vibrating state, he can generate high waves within an specific point.
