ppl have been saying it sounds like will screaming, like yeah, it could be him ig, but it also kinda sounds like dustin so idk. i havent given a proper listen to it yet, so im not really sure.

maya hawke had pannel at some con, i couldnt find any videos from t here, but she said that robin will bond with someone from the party(but i think she alr said that in some interview for s4). thats all i know abt it.

holly wheeler and her possible connection to season 5 (?)

to me i’m thinking it’s most likely holly. more than just because she was recently recasted (assuming this leak is real of course and we’re correct that she was) stay with me here.

but while i do know that both karen and nancy or mike fit the spot, i’m just saying that other than the fact it would be fucked up to have holly go missing (she’d be like 8 or 9) there are some hints.

her encounter with the demogorgan in season 1 hasn’t been touched on much when it pushed through the wall reaching to her.

during the ‘earthquake’ they focused on holly, as well as holly noticing in season 3 on the ferris wheel when the trees were swaying. when she was there coloring with max (who was cursed) i just sort of felt like she’s going to have a bigger role next season?

especially dustin mentioning freddy krueger around her, at the table, who in the movie took kids into his boiler room. the boiler room, which was compared to vecna’s lair right then by dustin, too.

freddy krueger has been used a couple other times in reference to vecna, like in this scene below at family video:

which also foreshadowed Max’s fate and compared krueger to vecna at the same time. (obviously the hand is another comparison without doubt)

there’s a lot of focus on holly in my eyes and i’m more of pushing the idea that if the leak is credible, it’s her. i know the freddy krueger detail is an obvious one but i wanted to bring it up again. i’m not saying she’s going to be taken to the upside down, mostly because i don’t think the duffers would hurt an 7-9 year old, but i’m not sure she won’t, either.

Warning! Potential spoilers for Stranger Things Season 5!

Just wanted to warn everyone about this one dm Alex received. The part about a farm boy crushing on Erica is backed up by a photo-double call matching the description of a boy around her age (the height). This person was apparently filming when Priah was.

This is the only message with concrete things backing it up, so for the sakes of pragmatism and my sanity I’ll go ahead and believe it. Wouldn’t be the first time there were genuine cracks in m*lev*n’s relationship, only for them to be wallpapered over. For all we know, the rooftop scene was indeed romantic.

The anon does admit it’s ‘friend of a friend of a friend’ so I’ve no doubt there are things lost in translation here, even if it’s legitimate, but all the same I urge caution, pragmatism, and not to get hopes up.

my thoughts on who the Wheeler in question is that consists of very repetitive points that just about everyone else has said already

Holly: She was recently recasted, but this could also be so she could be more involved in the disappearance of her family member. Frankly i'm hoping it's not her; it'd be soo fucked considering she would be even younger than Will was

Karen: Had a poster in season 4 although she had maybe the least importance s4 than any of the other seasons?? [s1 and s3 she was there for Nancy and Mike, and s1 she was somewhat involved with the lab's search for El. I can't remember s2, though] So she may have a big role in s5, whether it be in Joyce's position or Will's (I'm leaning towards Joyce)

Mike: not the right amount of letters, but i wouldnt put it past them to go for a lil silly trick. There is a lot going around about him being hurt in the upside down, and while it may be due to him disappearing, it could also be from him trying to save someone else mentioned. I hope it's him so we can see more into his mind, but i'm very doubly since he's meant to take a leader role in season 5 (unless the disappearance is an episode or two at most) [Edit: Vecna harming Mike would deeply affect both of the people he seems to be most after; Will and El]

Nancy: She was given a vision by Vecna, meaning she's already had a run in with him. While this could make it more likely for her to have another run in with Vecna, I think it means the opposite. She was let go very quickly and more or less harm free (if you dont count the mental damage of her seeing her family dead.) This makes it seem like Vecna had clear intentions of, in a way, just playing mind games with her, and will probably leave her somewhat alone since he already inflicted her with something that will stick with her (and possibly drag her down.)

Ted: absolutely not. he wasn't even mentioned when nancy was explaining her vision about her family being hurt. wrap it up.

The most likely characters are Mike and Holly, but I don't really think one is significantly more likely than the other

Warning! Potential spoilers for Stranger Things Season Five below!

The above are all BTS pics released yesterday - 1/3 - by Ross Duffer on Instagram. A video of Caleb braiding Sadie’s hair during her firsts day on set was also posted to the special update Instagram channel. The last picture is interesting - the person on the left could be Finn, and if that’s so then Finn and Noah are both filming scenes in the Upside Down, possibly at Castle Byers. However, it could also easily be the other Duffer.

Below are messages @dyersfilms on twitter has received. The first was received Tuesday 27/2 - it states that Caleb is back filming ‘end of February or beginning of March.’ It also states that mileven are staying together. Then, she received one stating that is false and Caleb is already filming, and that mileven do break up. Finally, just today she received a message allegedly from the first person, saying that Caleb and Sadie filmed Wednesday. That filming day was Sadie’s first, but even if true (and the retroactive timing is suspicious), this doesn’t rule out the mileven breakup anon being right, and Caleb filming other scenes on Monday and Tuesday.

She also received this on Thursday.

Finally, an interesting point to consider. This week was when Sadie officially started shooting - confirmed from her own mouth in that video. In January, there was fairly extensive filming at the hospital set - Cara Buono aka Karen may have been shooting there, and since many extras were recruited to play emergency medical personnel it appeared that at least one character was seriously injured. If you check the first link in my masterpost you’ll see a dm she got weeks ago, stating that Mike will be seriously injured and have to stay in hospital, that Will will stay by his bedside after everyone leaves, and that he’ll kiss Mike on the forehead. Interesting to note that that isn’t debunked as of right now.

El put the ring on her left index finger while in s4 she had it on her right index finger which means dating someone so yeah they broke up (in this video she was probably filming episode 1 because of the blue bandanna and according to the leaks they're gonna break up in episode 1)

And according to the leaks it'll happen pretty early in the season

It's not the radio station scene tho

And Millie already teased that at the end of s4 El realized she's her own superhero and that she's gonna figure out who she is without Mike she said "does Mike love her or does he sees her as superwoman?" (he literally said superman) and Mike literally said "you're my superhero" (he doesn't love her) Mike wants to feel needed, Will needs him and El doesn't and he already knew that in the van and her story arc is about self-discovery and being independent

And she called Mike one of El's friends which makes me think they broke up during the 2 days time jump
