This week was a Bittersweet 😐.... Bummer first. I had my first couple of full on disruptive tantrum🤯 freak outs. Two little guys were having rough days which caused them to bring chaos and frustrations with them to class. Sadly it was one of those situations where there was no reasoning with the guys, so they really took focus and attention away from the others. Monkeyshines 🐒 and aggressive 🐎horseplay can't happen in the Kitchen. ⚠️ No way!!!I had to remove them from the others, and our Holiday Jamboree at the end of term. They were shocked to have consequences. 😧 I knew I'd have to lay the law down to eventually, but I guess it surprised me that it took so much to get them to behave. Miss Honey keeps it Firm but Fair. Three Strikes means you hit the bricks! 🛣️ Thems the rules, and they must be obeyed. 😤 Triumphs were the kids really really loved the oven roasted broad beans 🥰so much they ate every single one. I expected huge resistance and to have the really sell them, but nope they smelled so savory and roasted so crunchy they went off!!!😋 I'll get at least 10kilos from the farm to make sure there's a baggie for each kiddo to take home. I also got my first 🌺 given to me by the incredible Chloe. We also had a killer chicken 🌮🌮 taco lunch that the kiddos really got into. I guess I'm a real Teacher now.
