He's an incredible wrestler and person, and he's so entertaining to watch. I really wish I could've seen him wrestle live. I kept finding very contradicting images while I was looking for references?? Half of them didn't have the whiskers or back spikes, not even the official mobile game renders or animation models. The only game model that had all the details was the Wild Skies Scauldron, which is very funny to me.

Like I said: under-represented!

What kind of pet do you think Gortash would have or want, if any? I could imagine the possibility of some kind of robot that may or may not mimic a real creature. Though something like a pseudodragon could be neat too(pseudodragons are like intelligent cat-sized dragons. They have a stinger at the end of their tail and can communicate telepathically. They also act much like cats in being mischievous little creatures and are sometimes used as familiars. They also can understand various languages even if they can't actually speak them)

But it's also fun to imagine him having some kind of creature that can be found in the hells purely out of some form of spite.

Or maybe he could have something like a mouse or rat, since they're pretty intelligent and are actually very clean(also it's just fun imagining him with a little rat buddy)

Actually thinking about it I'm kind of sold on the idea of a pseudodragon companion. Since they can communicate psychically it could probably easily help him when he's tinkering, even if it would just act as an assistant and possibly help him fetch tools or reach areas that he can't easily get to for whatever reason. They're resilient to magic, and because they are a kind of dragon and not the most common companions it would fit with his dragon iconography and his want to stand out.

They're also rather playful and have chameleon-like abilities to change color so that could add some interesting dynamics between the pseudodragon and Gortash(Maybe it would even try to cheer Gortash up after Durge goes missing?). Normally pseudodragons are hesitant to work with people who are evil aligned but are willing if they're treated well and given respect

I'm pretty sure I've kind of gotten off topic in my rambling but oh well

I had no clue pseudodragons were a thing and honestly they sound like they fit him perfectly?? Like having one dressed all in pretty jewellery for appearances, bro just showing up with a mini dragon perched on his shoulder. Having it fetch him tools and each time it does, Gortash gives it a little chin scritch. It cuddles up in his lap when Gortash has spent too much time in his office and he pets it like a cat. I can also imagine a scene of him going "No, don't-" as it pushes his cups off of the table cat-style. I love it thank you for the idea pls ramble more if you find the time ❤️

Psssssst ⸝⸝> <⸝⸝ Let me show you my Dottore Segment!! c: I've been working on him since Prime came out, as I wanted to find a way to make him a little more mine. The result? A half-bionic-mad-scientist-pixie that leads travelers astray with false promises in order to experiment on them O__O

Hey, fairies have known to be little shits when they want to, and many stories even describe them as dangerous and best avoided xD In regards to movement and powers, I'm thinking a little bit of Wisp, Oberon and Titania from Warframe. I think he would often hover above ground, or do so slightly- just so that the tips of his toes touch the ground. Just like Prime Dottore, Zaro can put living beings to sleep by using sound frequencies or scrapings from his wings. ------------- His favorite hobbies are gardening and resource collection, and his private chambers foster a wide array of plant life. There's a glass ceiling and a large tree in the middle- it's almost like sleeping in the wilderness. - He still has a prickly personality, and is hard to get along with, but you may be able to buy some time to talk to him if you get him rare kinds of tea and let him drink it. - His stinger works like a "cord" that can be plugged into leyline roots to draw informaton. He shares many characteristics with fairies, and is well suited for researching "dreams". He loves spending time with his crossbred monster plants & relaxing while hovering in the air (Zaro can even sleep while floating). - When he laughs, he sometimes shrieks in a high-pitched, raspy laugh that may startle you. Zaro also talks faster than he thinks- and sloppily scribbles the names of his documents and then later whines for being unable to decipher them quickly. - Zaro has a short fuse which reflects in his habit of constantly pulling out his fingers and snapping them. He will often overwork himself which makes his bad temper even worse. His henchman, a Whopperflower hybrid, sometimes turns against him. - Every week he has to submerge himself into elemental energies and undergo a form of "cryosleep". This is done to preserve all data he acquired, and while unconscious, he's unable to defend himself. For that reason his chambers are well-hidden beneath a tapestry of dreams. And sometimes, while Zaro sleeps, Aranara will gather in his hidden refuge and observe.

✨- How did you come up with the OC’s name? sting is what scorpions do! they sting. bonus points because it's funny! it sounds like a command. "sting the scorpion"

🌼 - How old are they? (Or approximate age range) 17

🌺- Do they have any love interest(s)? not at all! he's got other things on his mind

🍕 - What is their favorite food? hmm good question! something spicy. my partner says he'd be more popular with the girlies if he ate ice cream but that's not how he rolls. sad for the girlies 😔

💼 - What do they do for a living? two things! sting is a medical student with a focus in neurology! his poison primarily affects the nervous system so he wanted to learn specifically how that worked, and that led to a general interest in the field. as a result, he always carries a vial of antivenom with him, just in case someone has a really bad reaction his more full-time position is as a mercenary! medical lessons were expensive, so he needed a way to pay it all off. he's taken up all sorts of odd jobs as a result. he doesn't really question what he's doing so long as he gets paid well. in my fanstory, he's doing contracted work for an ex-gun researcher named taz nocturne. afterwards, he occasionally helps out team chaotix as an informant

🎹 - Do they have any hobbies? sting would consider his mercenary work as a hobby tbh? it was supposed to be a hobby. he won't admit that it's basically his Job now. he likes to sign up for martial art classes to learn new techniques, not necessarily to participate in tournaments (though he would like to one day). asides from that, he likes to play sudoku :] he is not good at it

🎯 - What do they do best? close-range fighting, that's why being paid to fight someone is one of his favorite jobs. he's also Really good at shooter-type arcade games like galaga, do not try and beat his score

🥊 - What do they love to do? What do they hate to do? to rephrase what i said above: he likes to fight, primarily because he Knows he's good at close-range combat and it makes him feel good to prove that again and again. sting needs someone to knock him down and remind him that he is, in fact, not the Best at what he does he hates doing things unfairly, which is why he refrains from using his tail in combat. that said, he'll use his stinger if he has to, as the job ultimately comes before his pride

❤️ - What is one of your OC’s best memories? to be quite honest i haven't thought about it!

✂️ - What is one of your OC’s worst memories? i also haven't really thought about this 😭

🧊 - Is their current design the first one? oh not at all. sting went through a few changes. general idea has always been the same but his "hair", mouth, markings, and clothes changed throughout the design process. i actually plan on making a separate post detailing all the the thought i put into his design! i'll add the link here (if i remember)

🍀 - What originally inspired the OC? i saw @/beehunterkisser's sonic bug designs and i was Majorly inspired by them. i Had to make a bug. sting was one of the results. i went with a scorpion because scorpions are Really Cool

🌂 - What genre do they belong in? i've imagined him being in the games/idw comics verse! i do want to make my fanstory into a fancomic one day 👉👈

💚 - What is your OC’s gender identity and sexuality? he doesn't really use labels to describe his gender or his sexuality, whatever happens happens. he uses he/him pronouns and that's all you really need to know

🙌 - How many sibling does your OC have? he has no idea! he doesn't talk to family

🍎 - What is the OC’s relationship w/their parents like? non-existent

🧠 - What do you like most about the OC? oogh...i gotta say his design. i really popped off tbh. other than that i think he's got fun interactions with the sonic cast and i like his personality! unfortunately the interactions only really exist in my head

✏️ - How often do you draw/write about the OC? relatively often tbh!! i usually draw him fighting sonic. i was in the process of writing a fight scene but writing fights are hard and i struggle a lot with writing ehehe ^^;; a lot of this stuff isn't posted because i am Shy™

💀 - Does your OC have any phobias? he's got acrophobia! keep 👏 him 👏 on 👏 the 👏 ground 👏

listen listen, i know garou ended his career in half a second and completely humiliated him 🙄 BUT

he’s hawt. period.

i really admire his determination. you can literally see it in his eyes. they’re so striking.

it may seem like he’s overly obsessed with his rank within the hero association (which is kinda true) but i just think he feels under appreciated ya know.

even after his finishing move “Death Shower” failed against Garou, he pulled out a knife and tried to keep fighting! i respect him for that.

if i wasn’t so infatuated with Garou, i would’ve sensed his big d*ck energy right away.
