There aren't any laws preventing that, since the Royal Demon Family don't see any issues with their kind mingling with humans or choosing to live in their realm. Plus, their goddess didn't say that their kind is banned from being with humans either. It's just an uncommon practice, since most High Class demons would rather live in their luxurious home full of servants and silver spoons in their mouths.

A great example would be Zelek (from my other IF @/thecompany-if). He's a High Class demon (a Lord) that lives and works with humans.

Angels, however, have rules regarding their choice to live with humans. It's usually because they have a mission that requires them to live in or be in Gaia, or they're cast out of Zion. Besides that, Angels are forbidden to leave the Heavenly realms.
