1. Is a kiss considered cheating? Yes! Unless you’ve communicated with your partner that it’s okay.

2. Have you ever faked an orgasm? Nope

3. If you could have one superpower, what would it be? Hmmm this is a really hard decision. I usually say telepathy, but I like shapeshifting, too. I loved the Animorphs books as a kid, even though I didn’t read them all.

4. Do you think you are going to be rich in 7-8-9 years? Monetarily? Nah. But I like to think I’ll still have strong, rich friendships and I think I’ll have enough money to live comfortably alone.

5. Tell us some funny drunk story. I just don’t really have one rip. Drunk people are hilarious but normally I’m the DD. I’ve got several pleasant stories, though! There was a time me and my best friend went to a pub and drank cider and played board games and video games until closing time. Afterwards we stopped at an Insomnia cookies, a storm caused the electricity to go out, and we got a half dozen cookies for free. (well, I felt guilty, so I left them a very large tip.)

6. Why are you no longer together with your ex? I was going through college, it was long distance, and I felt he deserved better. We keep in touch, though.

7. If you had to choose one way to die, what would it be? Well, painlessly, of old age, in my sleep, of course. But if that’s not an option, out of all the ways of dying, freezing to death seems the most humane. You just get tired, cold, and sleepy, and then you just...don’t wake up.

8. What are your current goals? Graduate, mostly. Long-term I’d like to live with friends in a big house and my cat, and have enough free time to garden and craft at my leisure, and have the ability to travel wherever I’d like. I’d like to work on a game or movie I’m really passionate about, and I’d love to become a director someday.

9. Do you like someone? I mean, I like a lot of people, but I assume this means romantically. So, kind of? I find a lot of people attractive and have a ‘if they wanted to date I’d be down’ feeling, but I don’t have serious feelings for anybody specific.

10. Who was the last person to disappoint you? Hmmm I have a terrible memory. Myself, perhaps? I have a really hard time with getting up when my alarms go off. Sleep inertia’s a big problem for me. This has led to me being late to classes and rushing to get ready, which is stressful.

11. Do you like your body? Ehhhh. I guess. It could be improved, like by not having health issues.

12. Can you keep a diet? Ha! No.

13. If the whole world listened to you right now, what would you say? I hope you have a wonderful day. The universe doesn’t care about us so be excellent to each other!

14. Do you work? Constantly, every day. I work to learn new things, accomplish school assignments, make money, feed myself...All my life is is working, right now.

15. If you could choose only one food to eat to the rest of your life, what would it be? Salad! Because anything can be a salad. Tuna salad, fruit salad, salad with salmon...

16. Would you get a tattoo? Oh, absolutely. The only reason I don’t have any is because of money. I have like five small ideas and one very large one that i’d like across my back.

17. Something you don’t mind spending all your money on? Food, my family, and my friends.

18. Can you drive? Yes. Do I have a license? No.

19. When was the last time someone told you you were beautiful? Probably sometime in the past month by my mother, but she’s just about the only person who does.

20. What was the last thing you cried for? asdfjal;ksdjfs it was Treasure Planet. Jim and Silver’s relationship is just [clutches chest] so beautiful.

21. Do you keep a journal? Sort of, sporadically.

22. Is life fun? Yes!

23. Is farting in front of people irrelevant? I mean, I prefer you excuse yourself, but more or less yeah.

24. What’s your dream car? My sib got this really nice Prius used at a good price, and it has a lot of room and it’s a hybrid, so Nice. I don’t tend to pay much attention to cars, as long as they’re comfortable and low-waste.

25. Are grades in school important? I admit that they’re important to me, but that’s something I have to unlearn. My worth isn’t determined by other people.

26. Describe your crush. Ugh. I’m bi, guys. I get crushes on people all the time, every day. Saw this really pretty redhead in the cafeteria over a month ago, and I saw her again yesterday. She’s a couple inches taller than me and has really pretty curly hair, but I didn’t really, like, stare, so I couldn’t describe her face well past ‘cute nose’.

27. What was the last book/movie that really impressed you? Nothing jumps to mind. I guess I’m still falling over myself after seeing Mad Max back in like 2015, that was just the coolest experience ever. I find delight in just about every movie I watch, though. The second Jumanji-sequels movie was just as fun and amazing as the first. Klaus was just incredible in so many ways.

28. What was your last lie? I...really just do not remember. Probably telling myself “I’m gonna do my laundry today” a few days ago? Whereas I DID do my laundry today so HA

29. Dumbest lie you ever told? I saved this question for last and it’s late and I honestly can’t remember anything, asdjls sorry. My memory’s awful y’all.

30. Is crying in front of people embarrassing? Oh absolutely. I mean it wouldn’t be if they weren’t uncomfortable with it, but they always are.

31. Something you did and you are proud of? I did my laundry today? washed dried folded and everything. I also braved the nighttime neighborhood around my school to solo a Pokemon raid, which was cool. I’m proud of my animation done at the end of the last semester, and of how my teddy bear modelling is doing this week.

32. What’s your favourite cocktail? How am I supposed to choose this? How can you ask me to choose this? I’d have to line them all up and try one by one, honestly, before I could tell you.

33. Something you are good at? I’m pretty good at drawing anatomy and expressions, I think. I’m good at baking/cooking, although I lack creativity in the kitchen. I also think I’m a pretty good listener, and a good friend?

34. Do you like small kids? Most of the time!

35. How are you feeling right now? Frankly, a little drained with all these questions, but determined to finish them. I’m a little hungry. I’ve got a lot on my mind, and wish I was doing homework, but I also can’t get myself to do it right now.

36. What would you name your daughter/son? Not sure! Every once in a while I’ll be like “ooh, that’d be a great name” and then don’t remember to write it down. Besides, I plan on adopting, and most kiddos already have names.

37. What do you need to be happy? Money, friends, family, good food, and a place to explore.

38. Is there some you want to punch in the face right now? Not particularly. No one other than, well. The rich people I’m pretty sure everyone knows I dislike.

39. What was the last gift you received? Well, anything my mom cooks for me is a gift, but the last Proper gift was from my friend @ wefflebugs , who got me a blu-ray copy of Into the Spiderverse and some coffee for Christmas c:

40. What was the last gift you gave? I gave my sibling @ aconfusedbird a keychain of one of the two Bubble Bobble dragons and kept the other for myself, for their birthday. Handmade from Perler beads. We’d play that game for ages as kids, and we always fought over who’d be the blue one.

41. What was the last concert you went to? I think it was The Shins? They were so awesome!

42. Favourite place to shop at? Well, I quite like Target. But I also adore small resale shops. They always have some really awesome things hiding there.

43. Who inspires you? Oogh, a lot of people. Like a million and a half artists I’ve met online, ones I only know their screenname for, inspire me to get better at art. James Baxter and Sergio Pablos inspire me to get better at animation. Wefflebugs’ art always has such lovely colors, which I adore. featherdragon15′s art has gotten a lot better lately, and that inspires me to keep working hard too! Not to mention they’re working for nasa which is rad af, and also inspires me to keep working toward my dreams. My sibling aconfusedbird inspires me a Lot in a lot of personal ways, like to be more kind to myself and to keep moving forward. My mom inspires me to keep gardening. roachpatrol/roach-works inspired me to get into welding, lizardlicks inspired me into wanting chickens and a small homestead. My teachers inspire me to keep working hard in school.

44. How old were you when you first got drunk? 19, I think? I’ve only gotten properly drunk once. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to eat another boiled peanut, but other than that it wasn’t a problem lol.

45. How old were you when you first got high? I haven’t, actually. I don’t have a reason not to or anything, but it’s just never felt like the right vibe yanno?

46. How old were you when you first had sex? I guess it really depends on your definition. Personally, I’d say I haven’t yet.

47. When was your first kiss? Well, I played spin the bottle when I was seventeen, which was technically my first kiss, but if that doesn’t count then it was about a week before I turned eighteen, and I kissed the guy who’d become my first boyfriend.

48. Something you want to do until the end of this year? Play video games....I wish I had infinite time to play video games and watch movies and draw and just...enjoy my time on earth, you know? Without feeling like it had a deadline.

49. Is there something in the past you wish you hadn’t done? I try not to live with regrets.

Name one thing that terrifies you. asdkfjal;sdf i’ve been listening to too much magnus archives and got recommended to ‘not be too scared of one thing’ if i want to avoid the creatures, so uh. hard to decide. I guess I’m scared of...hm. people who just lack the ability to create bonds with people? people who don’t care about other living things. humans can be fucking terrifying.

53. What kind of books do you read? Oh, just about anything. Fantasy, realistic fiction, romance, mysteries, thrillers, scifi...all are great. I didn’t used to enjoy nonfiction but it really depends on the nonfiction.

54. What would you tell your 12 year old self? You’re going to have a best friend someday, and it will be everything you wanted. Things with your mother will improve when you’re in your last few years of high school. You’re going to become a great artist.

55. What is your favourite flower? Not sure! I like many. There was this one flower i found in high school that smelled incredible, but I’ve no idea what it was. I should find it again.

56. Any bad habits you have? ...Well. Not waking up when my alarm goes off is pretty annoying. My procrastination in general’s frustrating. And, well, just between you, me, and the rest of the internet, (tw: self harm) my trichotillomania causes me constant distress and anxiety.

57. What kind of people are you attracted to? People who want to learn new things, are kind and compassionate, respect me, and have a good sense of humor. Someone I can be adventurous with.

58. What was the last thing you cried for? Well, i answered a similar question earlier, so I’ll answer for the second most recent time I cried. I was in Pennsylvania, the day I had to fly home, and when I went to check in for my flight, all the seats were taken, and I needed to pay for an upgrade if I wanted to guarantee a spot on the flight. This wouldn’t be a huge problem, except that for both of my flights to get home, an upgrade cost $70. And seventy dollars was a big chunk out of my budget for, you know, food. So I cried out of stress and frustration with the airport companies for charging me seventy bucks for ten more inches of legroom that I didn’t want nor need.

59. Is there something you don’t eat? Some food that truly disgust you? Not really! In terms of what’s normally accepted as “food” in American society, that is. I don’t care much for worms or insects. Other than that, I’m interested enough to try almost anything once.

60. Are you in love? In love? No. Am I full of love? Yes, for many, many, many things.

61. Something you find romantic? Oh man, anything could be romantic if done by someone I care for. I think gentleness is romantic. Quality time is my love language, so if my partner cancelled plans to spend time with me, that’d be romantic. I find romance in trying new things and going to new places.

62. How long was your longest relationship? Four months or so. It’s the only relationship I’ve been in, though, and I hadn’t intended for it to go past summer, so that was longer than I’d even planned on haha.

63, 64. What are 3 things that irritate you about the same sex? Opposite sex? Uhhh kind of hard to answer this one. I mean, i hate the culture in which men are raised to be, but I’ve heard that ‘male’ and ‘female’ brains aren’t particularly predisposed to anything in particular? Like, both men and women are capable of emotional intelligence and compassion, it’s just that our culture doesn’t encourage it in men.

65. What are you saving money for? Food, college. I might treat myself to a school trip to Disney, but I don’t think I have the budget rn. As a student I’m kind of coasting by on the bare minimum rn, I don’t have anything i CAN save up for.

66. How would you describe your bad side? I mostly just avoid you or try to not spend time with you.

67. Are you actually a good person? Why? I think I am. I care about other people and try to make other people’s lives easier and happier. I try every day to become more sensitive to other perspectives. I do what I can to benefit the earth for those who will come after me.

68. What are you living for? Ooh, deep stuff. I’m living for helping other people. I’m living for my friends and family.

69 (nice). Have you ever done anything illegal? Pfft, guys, jaywalking is illegal. So yes. I’ve also drank while underage before. But nothing really big, no.

70. Do you like your body? Wait a second. This was number 11, too. Well, I guess I’ll change it to What don’t you like about your body? Which is my under-chin. It’s kind of a double chin, kind of not. But while most things I could change about my body, I don’t think I could change that without surgery. And yeah, I’ve thought about it. Not that I have any of the cash for it. I also wish I didn’t have (tw: self-harm) trichotillomania, so I’d have more eyelashes and eyebrows.

71. Have you ever made someone feel bad about themselves intentionally? I think I probably have, to douchebags. Like “hey, that’s inappropriate”.

72. Ever sent nudes? Nope!

73. Have you ever cheated on someone? God, no. Big #1 no no for me.

74. Favourite candy? I RECENTLY DISCOVERED TAKE 5′S AND REESES HAVE COMBINED INTO ONE GLORIOUS CANDY BAR, SO, THAT.

75. Is there a blog you visit every day, or almost every day? Tag it! Agh, okay. @ aconfusedbird, @ busket, @ loreweaver-universe, @ orange-plum. The four blogs I don’t actually follow, but whose blogs I visit every day. It changes around every few years. It used to be a different bunch back when I first got on tumblr. I really have no idea why I haven’t followed them. Habit, I suppose? Also, it still won’t let me tag my sib for some reason. (nvm I removed the tags, i don’t want to bother them)

76. Do you play any computer games? What is your favourite game? lmao uh, that’s kind of an understatement. I can’t list all my favorite games, but I’m very fond of The Last of Us. I have played. So many video games. I’ll chat about them anytime!

77. Favourite TV series? Avatar: The Last Airbender, I think. It’s really hard to top that.

78. Are you religious? Does God exist? Not really religious, no. I do think that there’s probably a god out there that sparked the Big Bang. I don’t really follow the Christian God because despite what every church service said, I never felt like He loved me. Jesus was a super cool guy, though. If there’s a god out there, I think they pretty much keep to themselves. Maybe have some fun watching creation, but don’t really interact with it at all.

79. What was the last book you read? Did it impress you and why? asdkfj;as i don’t remember. probably my textbook Directing the Story by Francis Glebas? It was a pretty cool book about moviemaking.

80. What do you think about vegetarianism/veganism? I’ve reblogged a lot on the subject. I respect those who practice it, but it can cause a lot of environmental harm. In theory, it’s not bad!

81. How long have you been on Tumblr? Like eight years or so? Maybe nine? wild. I visited blogs daily before the number got high enough i was like ‘okay i’ll just make an account’.

82. Do you like Chinese food? Oh, yes!

83-85. McDonalds or Subway? Vodka or whiskey? Alcohol or drugs? Subway, whiskey and alcohol.

86. Ever been out of your province/state/country? Yes, yes, and no!

87. Meaning behind your blog name? I’ve had this one for many years now. I really like the word ‘saccharine’ -- inspired by @ saccharinesylph back in the old days -- and i couldn’t just name myself ‘saccharine’, so i needed something else. and I was pretty big into Good Omens at that time, and I was like ‘haha! saccharine, good, omens. saccharine omens!’ Plus, it feels like a very positive and comforting name, and I strive to be a comforting person.

88. What are you scared of? ok i def answered this moving on

89. Last time you were insulted? uhhhhhhhhh no idea. oh, wait! i know. i was getting graded on my performance at my job late last year and i disagreed with the grade my boss gave me. It was like ‘person shows considerable care of their community and goes above and beyond to educate others’ and i was like ‘oh yeah that’s, like, my whole Thing, my whole Goals and Personality and Ideals’ and then my boss came in and was like ‘2/4′ and i was like ‘wtf??’ Apparently she felt that i just wasn’t really applying that part of myself to my job, and i was like ‘you serious? i’m doing a lot!’ but also she’s my boss.

90. Most traumatic experience? A series of emotionally/mentally abusive things my mom did during my childhood. It’s definitely had the longest lasting effects of any trauma. Permanent anxiety problems, ptsd, my self harm, the whole shebang. Don’t worry, though, like. Things are way better between us, and she’s apologized many times.

91. Perfect date idea? Going on a hike! Maybe walking on a beach. Just spending time together and talking. Eating some delicious food. Spending the entire day with each other, then curling up and cuddling at home and watching a movie. then talking some more. lots of handholding and kisses. im a super hopeless romantic.

92. Favourite app on your phone? the internet, ofc lmao. But other than that I use Animal Crossing Pocket Camp and Pokemon Go an awful lot.

93. What colour are the walls in your room? At school a boring white, although I’ve taped some art up. At home a really pretty light blue color that I did all myself.

94. Do you watch Youtube? Who is your favourite youtuber? I do! And I like so many channels, honestly. I really like Rachel and Jun, and I really like Pop Culture Detective. I’ve seen a lot of jackscepticeye’s stuff, too. Proko, Vox, and Sinix Design are all good too.

96. What is the meaning of life? To be happy, enjoy yourself, and love others!

97. Do you like horror movies? Ha ha ha, not really. I liked A Quiet Place though.

98. Have you ever made your mum cry? What happened? She’s cried sometimes over how she treated us in the past. Sometimes it happens because I talk about how she’s hurt me. She always expresses regret and apologizes again.

99. Do you feel lucky or special in a way? I feel lucky with how I met my best friend. We’d had band together and kind of both thought each other as a cool person, but we didn’t really hit it off until a couple years later and she saw me drawing Homestuck fanart in Psychology lmao. The rest is history. Love you so much, Haley. I feel lucky my mom realized she was being abusive and stopped, too. Not everyone gets that.

100. Can you keep a secret? Oh, definitely. But do tell me what needs to be secret, otherwise I won’t know. For example, my sib asked me to keep their gf busy while they bought her a present, so I tried, but then she was like ‘oh, where’s your sibling? we should find them’ i was like ‘oh no, i think they’re just buying something, it’s fine’ but she was stubbornly moving toward the checkout and i was like ‘stop, i think they’re buying something for you’ so i. kinda told a secret? i didn’t tell her what the present was though.

We all slept on the rep tour set list and here’s why.

Hi so I’ve been thinking about the whole LWYMMD to KOMH portion of the show and I’ve sort of realised how the outfits correspond to the songs. So here is a theory about the rep tour set list.

Okay so my thoughts started with the fact that Taylor’s outfit in LWYMMD looks so similar to a boxers dressing gown (idk what else to call it) and how she was sooooo ready for a fight with LWYMMD. See:

So she wears it to signify the start of a fight. Then she also wears it in end game. My theory is THAT THIS BITCH MET THE LOVE OF HER LIFE IN THE END GAME PART OF THE SHOW (cause you know end game is literally about meeting someone) AND THEN KOMH COMES ON AND SHE CHANGES INTO THIS:

So basically she’s given up the fight, she doesn’t wanna play games any more cause she’s literally met the love of her life.

SOOOO this had me thinking about the entire rep tour set list. And wow did I think. So basically here it is:

1: READY FOR IT - okay so we start off with ready for it cause a) Girl knows how to open a show and b) it’s the start of Taylor not wanting to carry on with her reputation as a snake. She’s wanting to own that and put a positive twist on it. Also it’s preparing us for what is to come.

2: IDSB - Girl wants to break free from her reputation and is basically slaughtering her “good girl” reputation cause I mean she literally swears in it and if that ain’t killing off good girl TS I don’t know what is.

3: Gorgeous - Remember when we thought girl squad was dead? Yeah well it wasn’t cause this is all about women empowerment and she literally introduced us to the women of the rep tour in it. This is her new squad the women who believed in her and I mean she may not have Gigi and Karlie up there but she’s sure well telling us she had people.

4: Style/Love Story/YBWM - Okay this mash up isn’t anything but iconic and I won’t hear otherwise (low key also check me dancing like a mad crazy queen on rep tour Netflix) but the girl is literally showing us she’s not completely letting go of that part of herself.

5: LWYMMD - As I said she’s putting up a damn fight to own her reputation within the media etc.

6: End Game - Hun meets the love of her life and was like okay this fight is worth it but do I wanna destroy my rep by fighting for it? Might as well own it.

7: KOMH - Not only did this bring us the iconic migration of the rep tour yall also slept on the fact ya girl is literally saying she met the love of her life and she is feeling so in love with her new guy that okay maybe she will take back her reputation and use her “bad rep” to make it positive.

Would also like to make sure we take note that all the outfits were black during this part. Sort of like she was mourning the death of her own reputation.

8: Delicate - SHE WEARS COLOUR AND HUN IM HERE FOR IT. Weather it was Rainbow or tide pod dress she wore colour. She knew that she had to reinvent herself and she had fallen in love and wanted to keep it secret (that’s why its delicate ladies) hence why we hear these stories about her sneaking in suitcases.

9: Shake it off - This girl is shaking off the hate and her reputation and I personally believe she was trying to do this in 1989 but it didn’t work as well hence why we have rep - a literal masterpiece about owning it and not giving a damn about what people say. Also she bought Charlie and Camila out to a) showcase them and b) to signify her friendships.

10: DWOHT - She’s feeling like she can’t carry on as she is but wants to reinvent herself but this is one of the last old Taylor moments. She’s acoustic and it’s just her and the crowd.

11: Surprise song - Though it was a different song almost every night I have to feel as if they meant something to her. Like again she wanted the old Taylor to show and wasn’t quite ready for it to be gone. And then we end up with the bstage swap.

12: Blank Space - She keeps up with the act of being the bad girl she went quiet for a year and lets people speculate to grow this character just so she can kill it off.

13: Dress - This is the Taylor behind closed doors the raw Taylor who has fully found herself. She’s happy with her relationship enough to write a song about how she truely feels and the chemistry they have. Also she pays tribute to Loie Fuller who created the serpentine dance (who like Taylor went up against a lot of criticism where people were trying to take credit for something she did) and this perfectly corresponds with the whole idea of reputation as a whole.

14: Bad Blood/Should have said no - I don’t think anything Taylor does is accidental and I believe this is a direct hit at the media and the Kim and Kanye sitch. This mashup bought back should have said no and I believe she’s reflecting on the leaked phone call (which may or may not have been highly edited) and she’s addressing the fact she doesn’t want to live with any regrets about what happened (though we may never know the entire truth).

15: Don’t Blame me - The clue is in the title, she wants to come back strong af but doesn’t want to be the victim of a drama that was out of her control. She doesn’t want the fall out to reflect on her career. She doesn’t want to play the victim but she’s saying she really is and if one person believes her that she might be okay. This could also address the one dollar court case she had.

16: Long Live/New years day - I believe she’s actually going out of her way to thank the fans, her team, her band and her boyfriend in this mashup. We all stuck by her during the fight and she believes this is the end of it. It could also be one final goodbye to Scott Borchetta and Big Machine hence we have long live in there.

17: Getaway car - This is her last goodbye to her old self, it runs with the themes of 1989 and she’s feeling good about leaving that chapter of her life. She’s finally free.

18: Call it what you want - Girl literally doesn’t care what you call her or what you throw at her, she’s stronger because she has people around her.

19: WANGBT/TIWWCHNT - The final good bye. She’s not quite letting go of her old self, shes not apologising for it and she’s surrounded by people who support her. She’s being her truest self. She doesn’t want to “kiss and make up” she’s tired of that, she’s happy with who she is.

So in conclusion @taylorswift is the queen of story telling and metaphors (even in her outfits) and we all slept on it when she was telling the story of what exactly went on within the year she took out. She literally told us the whole thinb using the rep tour and this album and we all ignored it. So yep that’s my theory.

What baffles me about the whole I//H and R//R debacle is the phrase “He/She knew I/chigo/R/ukia first, therefore they deserve to be together!” Like, people, it doesn’t work that way. And before anybody goes blasting into my inbox about this, let me tell you a story.

When I was young, 8 years or so, I met a boy at my class. I started talking to him because of a mutual friend, then I started sitting with him and his other friends during recess. I developed a crush on him that I kept hidden. Flashforward to the next year, we had some sort of fall out and then we didn’t speak until 6th grade. We were in different classes, but we had to be in the same school event so we started speaking again. Let’s go to 7th grade, and we were closer than ever. In 8th grade, we shared all classes and activities and we were best friends. It was when I fell in love with him. Hard. Other girls were after him, but I knew we had history together. All those years of friendship had to count, right? It shouldn’t have mattered if he liked other girls, because he knew more. Because we played together as children.

Then, he moved and we were separated. He still lives in another country. Years passed and eventually he got a girlfriend. And he’s the sweetest thing with her! He produly says she’s his girlfriend, they go everywhere together, he shares his deepest secrets with her, and they’re planning to get married one day (no, seriously, they even have the date and everything). Meanwhile, I’m single af and no one seems to compare to him. All my relationships have failed and I can’t seem to fall in love anymore. Add that to the fact I’ve loved him for a decade now.

So, if this were a manga, and you were shown this past history of him, who would you think deserves him more, me or his current girlfriend?

To give you more background, when I was a teen I was super shy and sweet and a total clutz. Ask any of my friends from back then. I was bubbly too and weird. Above all, I would’ve sacrificed anything for him.

He met this girl until his twenties. She’s a cheerleader and popular, as opposed to me. I don’t know her, but I’m the one with the tragic backstory™ and whatnot.

If you ship the pairings mentioned above or you’re a sucker for friends to lovers, you would probably say I deserve to be with him. I’ve known him for the past 15 years. At one point, I knew him better than anyone else. We had a very strong bond. I studied the same thing his mother did. He studied the same thing my father did. He gets along with my family. He should be with the one who’s been waiting for so long for him, right?

WRONG

Quantity doesn’t mean quality.

Sure, we’ve known each other for so long, but we don’t talk that much anymore. If I were to go to him and demand him to come back home, and be jealous because he changed me for someone he arguably has just met, like a certain red-head did, I’d sound crazy. I’d be crazy to think he owes me shit. Even if he just met her, who knows, maybe his girlfriend knows him better than I ever had, perhaps they share the same goals and dreams and their persomalities compliment each other. If anything, I’m thankful to her, I’m sure that, because of her influence, he has become the man I always knew he’d be.

And yeah, it’s sad that I don’t have that love story, everyone’s favorite trope, but I’m okay with it. Because to be together, one of us would have to sacrifice their own dreams. I won’t ask him to come back to the little town he escaped from to have an average job and an average life when he can be where he currently is, living his best life. I don’t want to live where he lives, I don’t like that place, if I ever moved, it’d be somewhere else. But, going there wouldn’t help me achieve my dreams.

This is a real life situation. This is how it played out.

Just because you love someone, doesn’t mean they have to love you back. Just because you wait for them, doesn’t mean they will wait for you. It has to be mutual. It has a lot to do with the type of life you want to live.

Why would R/ukia leave R/enji for the man she met a few times to the man she’s known for hundreds of years?

My question is: “did they communicate for 40 years?”

The answer is no.

“Did they have quality time in that time?” Again, no.

“Did they understand each other when they were apart?” Evidence suggests that’s a no.

“Why would I/chigo prefer a girl from another world to the one he’s known for years?” Evidence suggests they didn’t really talk until later on when Bleach started.

“Did they spend quality time together?” Evidence again dictates that not really.

“Did they understand each other?” No. They didn’t. Show me a panel where they truly understood each other.

They didn’t.

That’s why I’m not sold over these couples. The “he/she deserves it!” doesn’t work either. That’s not what love and relationships are about. You could be with someone for many years, and feel more for a person you just met because life’s funny that way.

So don’t come and tell me I don’t understand R/enji and O/ri. I understand them more than you cause I’ve actually lived through a similar situation, and that ending wasn’t great when it comes to couples.

I’d rather die single with no kids than force the man I love to forget his dreams and come live here, with an average life, and be my husband. If he found the person who understands him more than anyone, who loves him just as much as he loves her, then he found what everyone strives to have and I’m happy he did. He’s the best version of himself now.

And nobody come say he’d be happier with me, cause I knew he wouldn’t. And I wouldn’t be happy either.

That’s exactly the type of life these characters would lead where they real.

Let’s be thankful they’re not.

1. What would you get arrested for on the Ark?

Protests? Can you get arrested for that on the Ark?

I dunno. I have a very strong personality I’d probably get into to some kind of trouble politically on the Ark 2. Would you take off your wristband when you landed on the ground?

Nah. I’m very much alike with Clarke in the way I think and as much as I may like to stick my middle finger up at the council if I was sent down on the dropship, I think I would see the value in having the Ark (aka. a functioning society) follow us down to the ground. I would be scared out of my mind of the Grounders - back up would be nice. 3. What would the necklace Finn would make for you look like? (Clarke: deer/Raven: a raven duh..)

Probably a mangled mess of metal cause I’d shut down that shit SO hard

4. If you could resurrect any MINOR character who would it be?

Maya. I understand that her surviving doesn’t really make any sense and they needed her to die for jasper’s arc or whatever BUT TBH SHE HAD SO MUCH POTENTIAL??? Like, I stanned her team-up with Bellamy so hard; I’d literally sell my soul to satan for her to be incorporated into the delinquent’s group. Can you imagine her suiting up and going on hunting missions with Harper? Attending Lincoln and Bell’s sparring lessons? Sharing her music with Gina at the bar????? Helping out Abby and Jackson in medical???? Having heart to hearts with Clarke about her mom (and Clarke’s dad), who both died rebelling against the system??? Cracking jokes with Monty?? imagine if she went up to space with the squad, and what their relationship could have been like then! She could be their medic on board.

People always simplify Maya to her relationship with Jasper (and yes they were cute) but SHE COULD HAVE BEEN SO MUCH MORE. She was smart and courageous and selfless - she had fire and wit and strength and i m i s s her.

She’ll never see Earth, never breathe real air, never float on the water, never meet Riley

We’ll never get to see her grow up and it makes me sad

5. Create a squad of 5 characters to go on missions with. Who are they?

Raven and Monty because they’re GENIUSES obviously.

Lincoln and Bellamy so I don’t fucking DIE lmao - I know they got my back (my poor boys - both too selfless for their own good)

Clarke cause the Angry Cat game is strong and she’s got a real knack for not dying even when she should, probably, be 110% dead 6. Minty or Briller?

Definitely relate the most to my INTJ queen Clarke Griffin!

And Octavia is probably my least favourite character. I can see why some people like her and the merit in her character arc I guess but tbh she just IRRITATES me to no end - she has certain characteristics that really grate at me. Obviously, some characters are horrible people (like Dr. Tsing ew) but Octavia just infuriates me because of some of her characteristics.

She’s not for me. 11. Describe your delinquent outfit. (Would you wear something like Murphy’s jacket with the spikey red shoulder patch or have a trademark like Jasper’s goggles? Be creative, yet practical)

Something practical cause I’m boring.

Cargo pants. Ark-issued t-shirt. And a nice warm jacket. The jackets the characters wear on this show are pathetic - they barely look like they keep the wind out. And only Bellamy zips his up. smh vancouver is colder than it looks - all that humidity

As for a trademark thing?

I’d be the only arker with an “I <3 BELLAMY BLAKE” t shirt probably

I think I’d follow in Raven/Monty’s paths a bit and go into something mathematical like engineering but knowing myself I’d probably end up moving into politics later on. None of the individual leaders on this show have done a good job. They’ve always functioned best as a team (which is why I want the Bellarke leader couple back) 16. If you were a grounder, then where would you live and who would be your mentor?

I mean I know she went all cray cray and they all died but probably Luna’s rig. I don’t want shit to do with the other clans, who are always warring with each other. I mean ... I definitely wouldn’t lead a manhunt to kill a thirteen year old girl so I can say with a lot of confidence that I would NOT follow the Murphy route. Not so sure I’d just pardon her though. I think the delinquents needed some kind of prison system. Charlotte did murder a kid. Even though she was a child, there probably should have been some kind of consequence for that (though not killing her would be ideal) 19. Who should be the Chancellor, if anyone?

Yeah. I feel like we’re kind of past this point in the plot. They’ve both showed development and change and I think we’re definitely at a place in the story where both of them are intended as sympathetic characters to the audience. 25. If one of the characters was in the Hunger Games, who would have the best shot at winning? NOOOOO ALREADY SO MUCH DEATH NOOOO

I’m going to answer this as if all of our characters were thrown into the ring and I have to predict which one would win.

I wanna say Octavia because I think she’s independent and - er - determined enough to take out someone she knows if it came down to being the two of them to grant her own freedom and survival. Whereas, someone like Clarke or Bellamy or Kane would probably just nightlock it cause they’re self-sacrificial af.

But then I also think maybe Murphy ‘cause cockroaches never die (thank you Raven). 26. Least favorite ship? Favorite ship? NOT INCLUDING CL OR BC

Least favourite ship that people actually like? (aka. not something like Clarke and Jaha)

Probably B.echo (as a romantic relationship, not necessarily sexual). Hate to be basic and predictable but I think I would actually die if it were endgame.

If you asked me this a few months ago I would have told ya Niytavia but now that we’ve gotten more teasers about Octavia’s character in Season 5 I’m not sure if I want her anywhere near her (I like Niylah when she’s hot, but not cooked, ya feel?)

So maybe Jasper and Raven. Idk. I liked their friendship. Still bitter about Season 4.

I don’t really ship anything besides Bellarke that much. They’re an anomaly for me. 27. A song that should be included in the next season, like when Radioactive was? If there had to be another guest star like Shawn Mendes on the show, who would you want to make a cameo?

Tbh RAIGN goes hard af so anything by her would be pretty lit.

I mostly only associate songs I listen to with Bellarke when I’m applying them to the show so I’ve got like 100+ songs that I would love to use for them but its hard to think of a context where they would fit in with the tone of the show

29. Opinion on Emori? Roan?

I don’t really have a strong opinion on Emori. I feel like our knowledge of her is still so limited. She’s still barely interacted with anyone besides Murphy. But I’m guessing that may change in Season 5. I’d like to see her interact more with Bellamy, since they both have siblings (and Emori was the disgraced child too, just like O). Not many people can relate in that sense.

I really liked Roan but TO BE HONEST I found him more intriguing in Season 3 than in Season 4. He was literally up there in like my top four or five characters in Season 3 - I was so excited to learn more about him! In Season 4 he didn’t have much of a character arc, he was just kind of there to look moody and badass.

But honestly Roan is one of those characters that I don’t think was necessarily intended to be funny (as opposed to characters like Jasper and Wick) but his interactions with Clarke, Bellamy, and Echo offered up the occasional piece of comedy gold. He went too soon. Forever mourning the bromance that he and Bellamy could have had.

30. Would you want to be an extra that is killed off in a brutal way?

I wanna be Satisfied Girl.

Or Riley. Everyone loves that guy

1. When you hear the word “satanism” what do you think of? That my brother in law is probably the actual person Satanists worship.

2. If you are a smoker, how long does a pack typically last you? If you aren’t a smoker, does anybody you are close to smoke, & if so, are you against the fact that they’re a smoker? People can do whatever they want.

3. Think of somebody on Xanga that gives really interesting responses. What makes their answers so interesting to you? I honestly only really read Kayla and Ellen’s answers. And sometimes whoever I take the survey from. So no one really sticks out unfortunately.

4. What is something that many people seem to have in life that you don’t? Does it bother you or does it not really affect you? I can’t really think of anything.

5. Have you ever wondered something about somebody on Xanga but didn’t want to ask in case you seemed to be getting too personal? Yeah.

6. What was the last promise you made yourself? Have you broken it? That I wasn’t going to eat all of my Pad Thai in one sitting. Oops. But I didn’t feel insanely full like I overate after it, so I forgave myself.

7. Do you have more subscribers or more people that you are subscribed to? More followers.

8. Is there anything that has been drilled into your brain since you were young & you finally decided to stop listening to? How did it feel once you decided to listen to yourself over what you were told? My mom was kind of weird when it came to clothes. She only wanted me to wear stuff that flattered my body type and told me shorts did not look good on me. I am SO GLAD I pushed her one year to let me leave the house in a pair of shorts and I have never looked back.

9. Do you ever feel like you have so much on your mind without a way to get it out? What do you do when this happens? Yes, a lot. Doing surveys kinda helps. And crying. A lot.

10. If you are currently in a relationship, what is one thing that seems to be unique or different about your relationship with this person, compared to other relationships in general? If you are currently single, is this more of a choice or is it more just the way things are going, not really something you chose? If you are neither “single” or officially in a relationship, what are your feelings on your current situation? Mark has suuuuuuuper bad anxiety, so we rarely go out together as a couple. Since he’s on my insurance now, we got him an appointment and hopefully the doctor can give him something to make it not so horrible.

Another thing is that he and I are EXTREMELY open with each other and talk about anything and everything bodily-function-wise, while I notice some couples won’t even tell each other when the other one is pooping.

11. Do you feel that it is acceptable to hang out with the preferred sex alone when in a relationship (besides with your significant other, of course)? Is this something that does or might cause problems in a relationship for you? Yeah, of course that’s okay.

12. When you feel jealousy, how do you deal with it? I don’t know. When I do get jealous I just kinda remind myself it’s not worth it?

13. Do you like the feeling of relying on or being emotionally attached to somebody or do you try to avoid that feeling? This doesn’t just mean in relationships, but being close with people in general. I like the feeling of love in friendships and romantically, if that’s what you mean? Or like closeness in general. I don’t like the terms “relying on” or “attached” because that gives it a negative connotation and there’s definitely nothing wrong with having strong emotional connections with people you are close to.

14. Think of somebody famous that you have a lot of respect for. What is something that you really admire them for? Rowan Blanchard. She’s young but she’s so well spoken and she stands her ground. And, for lack of a better term, she woke af.

15. Do you think you’ll ever get bored of taking surveys & give up on them altogether or do you think you’ll stick with them for a long time? I get tired of them sometimes but I don’t think I’ll completely give them up any time soon.

16. If somebody were to leave a harsh comment on a survey you took, judging you on one of your opinions, how would you react? Shrug it off.

17. What is one unhealthy way you tend to deal with stress? What about one healthy way? EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAT and also take it out on people who don’t deserve it. I guess I exercise as a healthy way to deal.

18. Are there any other sites you use to find surveys to take on Xanga? What sites do you use? Tumblr and LiveJournal.

19. Is it often that people tell you that you’re intelligent / smart? Not really.

20. Are you ever asked questions in person that are similar to those asked in surveys? Do you feel comfortable answering these questions in person like you are answering them on Xanga? I mean, sure?
