"You wanna join daddy and mommy in bed, Yoon?"
The four-year-old nodded at his dad cutely as he climbed onto the bed, right between an unconscious woman and his dad. As soon as the four-year-old was comfortable, his dad took both his son and the sleeping woman. He then kissed the cheeks of both his son and the woman in his arms.
"I wuv you daddy..." the kid sleepily said to his dad as he let out a big yawn. His dad let out a loving smile as soon as his son said the adorable statement.
"I love you too buddy... What about mommy? Do you love mommy?"
"Mhm! But... why can't I call her mommy daddy?" Yoon asked as he tried his best to keep his eyes open to listen to his dad's answer.
"Mommy doesn't know that she's a mommy yet... It's a big surprise and we'll tell her soon!"
Tumblr media
It never occurred to Junho (yandere! dilf) that his perfect mirage of a family would be broken anytime soon. He's always followed a very specific routine that rarely changes. It's always dropping his son to kindergarten, working until it was time for his son to go home, watching the hidden cameras in his house as y/n brings his son home to babysit. Then, it was either drugging the girl so she would be knocked out on his bed and in his arms or letting her go home and watching her in her house through a hidden camera he planted in a teddy bear he gave her.
He was stuck inside of a fantasy where you were his wife and living a domesticated life with him and his son. One day that fantasy will come true, Junho is definitely dedicated to making that dream a reality, however, why rush when he has all the time in the world?
After all, y/n was always under his watch so at this point he knows everything about her!
"Junho! So I have this barbeque party that I'm gonna host at my place next week. You and Yoon should totally come!" y/n invited one day before going back to her place.
"Barbeque party? That sounds fun! What's the occasion?" Junho curiously asked as an asleep Yoon was carried in his arms.
She giggled before answering, "It's a secret until the party!"
y/n then said her last goodbyes before walking out of the door, leaving a curious Junho standing at his front door.
A secret? What is she hiding that Junho could possibly not know about? To be completely honest, Junho did not like surprises at all. He likes to know as many things as he can and a surprise could either be bad or good.
Junho grumbled his way into his son's room to tuck his lovely son before sliding into his room. He plopped himself on his king-sized bed before trying to go to sleep and yet, he couldn't.
After tossing and turning a couple of times, he decided to take something out of his nightstand drawer.
It was y/n's panties.
Junho always felt guilty when he has to take the article of clothing out. He never likes it when he does something behind your back, especially something so lewd.
With one swift move, he took off his sweatpants before bringing one of his large hands that clenched onto y/n's panties over his nose. The other hand, went to his cock which was already beginning to get hard at the thought of masturbating using the panties of the woman he loves. It's not the proudest thing he's ever done but, it was the closest thing he has to making love with his beloved girl.
"Oh y/n... My beloved wife," he sighed after taking a whiff of the scent the panties held. His other hand was furiously moving on his angry cock as he desperately needed a release. His head was filled with images of a naked y/n under his body, moaning beautiful noises and holding his muscular body tightly with her soft hands.
With one last grunt, he released white strings of cum all over his hand and stomach. Sighing for the final time, the carefully made sure to put the panties safely into his drawer without it touching any of his cum (because that means he would have to wash it and that would make all her scent disappear) before lying back into bed.
Now he was tired and ready for bed and he did exactly that, falling asleep before post-nut clarity decides to bug him with any unwanted thoughts.
Tumblr media
The week after, a casually dressed-up Junho and his excited son, Yoon, were waiting in front of y/n's front door. Multiple cars were parked around her house, all probably belonging to the other guests who were also invited to her barbeque party.
"Ah, Junho and Yoon! Please come in! We just finished grilling the first batch of food!"
Junho and Yoon eagerly walked in, Junho taking in all of the details of his beloved (soon-to-be) wife's house since it was his first time really being inside.
The muscular man recognized some of the guests that attended the party; those guests being some of the other teachers from the kindergarten she taught in.
Junho got to mingle with some of y/n's friends as he and his son ate the wonderful food prepared at the party. It made him feel closer to you now that he's met the people you surrounded yourself with and it was also a treat to see his own son getting along with some of the kids present; happy laughter and chatter filling up the wide backyard.
"Ok can I please have all of your attention please?" y/n's sweet voice asked while she softly hit the back of a spoon to her glass with to get everyone's attention.
All chatter suddenly halted as all eyes were on the h/c (hair colored) woman smiling happily.
"So, I'm sure that you all are very curious as to why I suddenly held a barbeque party," y/n started, "And it's also been very hard hiding this surprise from the closest people I know. But, I wanted to make it a special event since it is something that would only happen once in a lifetime."
For some reason, Junho had a terrible feeling in his stomach. He had an inkling of a thought that suggested that whatever y/n was about to announce would be something that could absolutely destroy him but, for her, he chose to keep a bated breath as he waited for this big surprise.
Junho watched as her hands held another man's hands to help him stand up, a loving gaze present in both of their eyes.
'No please don't do this to me.'
The foreign man then kissed his beloved's cheeks tenderly making her lips stretch into a wide smile.
'It's not what I think it is right? It can't be it right?'
She then showed off a diamond ring on her finger with a giggle that would've sounded melodic if Junho was the one to be the reason behind it.
'This has to be a joke right?!'
"Everyone meet Josh, my fiance! I'm getting married soon!"
At that moment, Junho felt his perfect daydream be painfully ripped away from him as his heart stopped at the announcement.

Cheat Day.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Another request. I forgot if the person wanted to stay anonymous so I'll leave them out to be safe. Something different with it being third person, but it felt needed with the content.
TW: gangbang
***
Wonyoung was always expected to be perfect. Her days were filled with endless rehearsals, rigorous diets, and sleepless nights. She yearned for a life of freedom, where she could make mistakes and be herself. Her long awaited day off was under commencement–and mistakes were definitely going to be made.
Three of her most dedicated fans, handpicked by the dollesque idol herself, received a private DM from an unknown account with a time and address. They were apprehensive about the message, but the never before seen photos piqued their curiosity.
The room was dimly lit, the only sound being the soft hum of the city outside. Wonyoung, clad in a silk robe, stood before them, her eyes sparkling with anticipation. She took mental notes on each one as they introduced themselves.
"Donghyun." She recognized him as a man who had been to nearly every concert and fan meet–his loud screams often heard over all the other fan chants. The messy haired boyish man looked like he just got off work. A disheveled suit with his tie loosely knit. Now that he was in such a private setting, he looked at her with an innocent admiration.
"Minsoo." The hottest of the bunch. His right arm covered in tattoos, his hair perfectly sculpted, but not greasy. He gazed upon her as if he already knew what she had planned. If the other two failed, she could depend on him for a good time.
"Junho." A recognized community member. Almost her whole fandom and group members knew of him. Her most dedicated fan. At every event, making sure to capture her in the perfect light. His fancams were the most popular, some even doing better than official recordings. A casual friendship had grown, and this was her way of showing her appreciation.
Her voice was steady and confident as she spoke, "Tonight, I'm not an idol. I'm not a performer. I'm yours, to do with as you please."
Junho and Donghyun exchanged astonished glances, their minds racing with the implications of her statement. They couldn't believe the woman they had idolized for so long would offer herself so freely. But Minsoo smirked expectedly.
Junho spoke up, "Wonyoung, we can't take advantage of you like this. You're an idol, and we're just fans."
Wonyoung's expression turned determined. "You can't deny me this. I've been living this life..always holding back, always being the perfect idol. Tonight, I want to be something else."
Donghyun joined in, "But you could ruin your reputation."
Wonyoung's voice hardened, "I don't care about my reputation. I want this. I want to be used, to be fucked."
She looked to Minsoo, her eyes pleading. She was right, she knew she could depend on him to get things rolling.
"If you're sure, Wonyoung, we can't deny you anything."
With a sultry smile, Wonyoung nodded, "I'm sure."
Minsoo undressed her slowly, untying the knot to her robe. She let it fall off her shoulders, the light from the window acted as a spotlight to her perfectly slender naked body. She was a tiny, delicate thing, but one with fire burning within her. The other two watched in awe as his hands roamed her body while his tongue explored her mouth.
He easily lifted her up and tossed her on the bed, his kisses trailed down from one pair of lips to her other. His hands were rough, their movements urgent and demanding.
"You cucks going to just watch or join in?" Minsoo aggressively berated the other two men into action.
Donghyun was the next to act, seizing this rare opportunity, kissing and touching wherever he pleased. Wonyoung moaned in pleasure as the two men grasped at her body. But she couldn't help but feel bad for Junho.
"Join us sweetie…" She called out to him. "... You can record this too if you like, just make sure you keep it to yourself…" flashing a sly smile.
That was all it took. Junho set up his camera, then joined in on the fun. He knew he would never get a chance like this again, and wasn't going to miss out.
Without another word, the three men moved in unison, Minsoo between her legs, Donghyun and Junho each taking one of her breasts in their hands and began to fondle them gently. Their thumbs brushed over her already sensitive nipples, sending shivers down her spine.
"Oh, god," she gasped, her head falling back as she felt a sudden rush of pleasure wash over her.
"Is that good, baby?" Junho asked, his voice filled with concern and desire.
She nodded, her breath coming in short, ragged gasps. "Yes, it's so good."
As the men continued to pleasure her breasts, their hands moved in a rhythmic pattern that had her on the edge of ecstasy. Minsoo was gifted at his craft, his tongue danced against her wet folds.
"Oh, God," she cried out, her body trembling with pleasure.
His tongue moved in slow, deliberate circles, the pressure building with each pass. Wonyoung's breath caught in her throat as she felt the pleasure growing, spreading throughout her body until she was sure she couldn't take any more.
And then, suddenly, the pressure was gone, and she was left feeling empty and wanting.
"Please," she begged, her voice pleading. "I need more."
Minsoo smirked, knowing he had Wonyoung right where he wanted. He spread her legs wider, revealing her sensitive, throbbing clit to his waiting mouth.
"Oh, fuck," she gasped, her hands clawed at the sheets as pleasure washed over her once more.
Minsoo began to suck on her clit, his tongue moving in rhythmic, deliberate motions that had her body convulsing in pleasure. Then the final nail in the coffin, his middle and ring fingers dug into her wet quivering pussy. Squelching sounds echoed out with his fingertips constantly brushing her g-spot.
"You're gonna make me cum!" she screamed out, her voice strained and desperate.
Her body tensed; involuntarily trying to fight off the pressure that was overwhelming her system. But the other two held her down as they continued to explore her body. The pressure built in her stomach had nowhere else to go, a stream of sticky clear fluid shot out of her, her strongest orgasm in months taking over.
"Oh, god," she gasped, her voice barely audible over the sound of her own pleasure. "It feels so good."
An orgasm that intense should've left her helpless, but this was her only night of escape. Her animalistic desires insatiable, she rose from the sheets, her thin body covered in sweat.
"I'm gonna ride your fucking cock."
Wonyoung demanded as she pushed Junho on his back. He watched as the idol he's fantasized about so many times slowly lowered her mess of pussy onto his cock. It was better than he could ever dream, so tight and so warm, he never could have imagined how good she felt.
"You're so tight." Junho cried out.
He had to pinch himself to make sure he wasn't dreaming. But it got even better, she planted her feet and started bouncing up and down. Her sopping wet pussy glided easily-massaging his shaft with her moist caverns. She screamed in ecstasy, the first real cock inside of her in months felt better than any toy–it was a living thing, with its heat radiating inside of her.
It was hard to know who was having a better time - Wonyoung finally letting loose or Junho feeling the tight walls of his dream girl squeezing his cock. She was lost in ecstasy, the feelings of hands on her body almost forgettable.
Minsoo was there to give her a stark reminder. Wonyoung gasped when a strong force pushed her forward, making her turn around in surprise. Then she felt something hard pressed against her asshole, the tight ring on her virgin hole clenched in resistance.
"What are you – AH!" Wonyoung cried out before she could finish her question. A predictable result. There were three men and she had an accompanying hole for each. But what she didn't expect was for it to happen right off the bat. No preparation; no fingers or toys - just Minsoo's hard, massive cock breaking past her defenses in one fell swoop. Drool started leaking from her mouth, the intense feeling of getting fucked from both ends beyond her wildest dreams. Cries of pain filled the room, Wonyoung stretched out further than she ever thought possible. You would think she begged for them to stop, that the pain was too much to bear...
"Fuck me harder!" She screamed out, the pain of being fully engulfed by cock reminding her that she was alive–washing away months of the stressful idol life.
It was a sight to behold, Minsoo aggressively fucked the blabbering idol. His hands gripped her hips, holding her in place as he drove into her with relentless force. It was a stark contrast to Junho, feebly thrusting upwards trying to keep pace. Wonyoung moaned, her head flailing as she felt her insides being stretched and filled. But soon they got in sync, fucking and stretching out Wonyoung's body at perfect intervals.
"Is this what you want, you filthy whore?" Minsoo growled in her ear, his hot breath sending shivers down her spine.
"Yes," she gasped, "Fuck me."
"Hey Donghyun, why don't you keep her quiet before the neighbors complain."
Donghyun was like a perfect little pet, listening to everything anyone told him. As he stood up and pressed his cock against her lips there was no hesitation. Wonyoung opened up her lips and sucked like it was a popsicle. Now she was truly filled, a cock in each orifice, her body being used for greedy desires. It was only right, she worked so hard to stay fit, it would be a shame to keep it hidden away and locked up.
Donghyun was perfectly content standing there while she sucked and licked. Wonyoung however was not, grabbing the back of his thighs and taking him deep in her throat–a jolt of pleasure blasting through him every time she let a muffled moan vibrate against his cock. Actions spoke louder than words, her desires clearly obvious. His hands tangled in her long hair, thrusting his hips, fucking her face with the intensity she craved.
As the men continued their relentless onslaught, Wonyoung felt her body being torn apart, her mind filled with pleasure and pain. She could feel the cocks pounding into her, stretching her, filling her completely. Her moans and cries filled the room, echoing off the walls as the men continued to use her.
"Fuck I'm gonna cum!"
Wonyoung was in no place to protest, a cock in her throat keeping her from replying. Nor did she want to, wanting nothing more than the feeling of hot cum filling her up.
"That's it," Minsoo grunted, "Take it all."
Minsoo was the first to concede–a thick stream of hot cum painting her insides. He slid out from behind her, her gaping ass leaking down to the sheets. He grabbed Donghyun, pulling him away. Wounyoung heaved in relief, finally able to breathe without a cock pounding her throat.
"Clean up my mess." Minsoo demanded. Wounyoung's relief was short-lived–opening up her mouth, happily sucking the cock that just took her anal virginity. Donghyun stared at her asshole with intrigue, kneeling down behind her. She smiled in response, feeling him pressed against her puckered hole. While her mouth was amazing, Donghyun longed to fuck something much tighter, and there was nothing tighter than Wounyoung's ass.
Junho had surprising stamina, his fingers biting into her sensitive flesh as he pinched and twisted her nipples. Wonyoung writhed above him, her body on fire with pain and pleasure. She could feel her own orgasm building, the pressure in her pussy and ass growing unbearable.
"I'm going to cum," she gasped, "Oh, God, I'm going to...ahhh!"
Her body trembled as the orgasm ripped through her, her muscles contracting as she was filled to the brim. That set off a chain sequence–her contracting body milking every shaft inside of her. Luckily for her, all the fans were just as insatiable as she was–knowing this was a once in a lifetime opportunity.
She was tossed around like a ragdoll, her tiny body fucked in every position possible, her tight holes nothing but a dumping ground for cum. They were like a well oiled machine, switching positions and holes, making sure that she always experienced something new. The only time one of her holes wasn't being fucked was when they needed to recover. Donghyun and Junho grew bolder as the night went on, fucking her with a ferocity that almost matched Minsoo.
The men continued their assault, their grunts and groans filling the air as they emptied themselves into her. Wonyoung's cries echoed in the room, a plethora of hands and tongues covering every inch of skin–three cocks stuffed in her holes, giving her everything she could ever ask for. She was reduced to nothing more than a living, breathing, screaming orgasm.
The sun was starting to rise, and the men pulled out, their spent cocks dripping with cum. They stepped back, leaving Wonyoung sprawled on the bed, her body covered in sweat, her mouth, pussy, and asshole leaking with cum.
Donghyun was the first to leave, he had to return to work within the hour. Junho turned sheepishly shy, embarrassed at how he lost control fucking his bias, collecting his camera. She smiled at him knowing he would forever cherish that footage. Donghyun and Junho bowed when they left. Forever grateful for this experience their faces flushed with pleasure, their hearts filled with gratitude. They had experienced something that most could only dream of.
Minsoo stuck behind, his fingers buried inside Wonyoung until she forced him to leave. She thanked him for starting things right, pulling him in for one final kiss before he left.
Wonyoung laid there, panting and trembling, her body sore and aching. Forget dance practice, she would be lucky if she was even able to walk. But as she stared up at the ceiling, she couldn't help but smile - she had found a release she had been longing for, a release that would fuel her performances, her passion, and her life. She couldn't wait for her next day off.

Love for Love's Sake | Things You Didn't Notice #4 | Fight with Homophobes
Honestly, I wanted to dissect these scenes right away but then we got the rest of the show uploaded and the emotions overshadowed me. But now we're diving into informal Korean speech, swearing and slurs! It's going to be a fun post, let's go :D
Disclaimer: I'll be writing down both English and Korean slurs strictly in educational manner, obviously.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
"Fuck. You two are always so fucking close together. (to Myungha) Are you also a faggot (homosekki)? Wow, Kyunghyun's skills are so good." "Why are you so vulgar? What's wrong with being homo?" "You're really crazy. Are you criticizing me?" ... (Myungha kisses Tak Junho) " Ah fu— You damn faggot!" "We both kissed. I'm not the only one who's homo. You're homo too~" "You did it yourself, you faggot!" "Ah, our Junho keeps saying 'homo'. Tss, slurs are forbidden." "Shut up, you faggot." "If you call me homo one more time, I can steal your lips for real. (Junho is silent) Ha, afraid you'll be robbed?"
Honestly, I like the translation in subs this time, I just wanted to give you a more technical version (and to show you the difference, because in Gaga subs the f slur is also used by Myungha but it's not exactly that)
So, as far as I noticed, the slur in Korean is a derivative from the term "homosexual" - thanks to the similar sounding, it became "homosekki" (from sekki - asshole, bastard, bitch etc). This is the word Junho keeps using in almost every sentence. And the socially accepted common term is now "gay" (at least, the cast and couple from Korean reality dating show "His Man 2" refers to themselves as 'gay' and not 'homo').
Myungha uses the original term, just "homo", which also gained a negative connotation but doesn't include a 'sekki' swearword. So he keeps saying "homo" to talk back in the language Junho used, only less derogatory. We'll see later but it's amazing, because both Myungha and Sangwon confidently used this word about themselves (Sangwon even went further and proudly reclaimed the slur itself).
Still, Myungha did threaten gangster Junho not to even call him "homo" or any similar terms. And here's the moment which made me laugh: in the next scene with Sangwon, Junho was angry ranting about Myungha, but he caught himself using the slur "homosekki" and quickly changed to the modern and neutral term "gay". LOL
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Which is what Gaga subs failed to show it to us. Again, let's see more technical translation:
"I'll go after Tae Myungha and Ahn Kyunghoon soon, just so you know. Those fa– Those gay bastards must die. That fucker Tae Myungha kissed me in the lips, shit. Isn't it fucked up? It was disgusting." (Sangwon, pouting) "Wow, really? It must've been nice." "Jeez, you asshole. You're not a victim so you dare talking shit." "I'm being serious, though?" (Junho, appalled) "What the hell are you talking about? You're not a faggot." "I am a faggot, though?"
One, why is it so funny that the first reaction Sangwon had, hearing about Myungha kissing someone in a fight, was: awww :( i wish it was me :((( you so lucky :((
Second, it's hilarious how the gangster ends up the ONLY person who ever uses nice and modern term "gay" once in this show because our protagonists both hit him back with the derogatory terms (Sangwon even attached the slur to himself, when he only liked girls before falling in love with Myungha at first sight, what a legend).
Let's wrap it up with slurs and check out another small detail: informal speech in Korean.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Sangwon to Myungha)"Why would we fight here?" (Yeowoon to Sangwon)"Hey, watch your tone (don't use informal speech)" "Was I talking like that with you?" "Talk curt (informally) only with me." "I'm already being curt (talking informally) with you."
This one is definitely a cultural thing that always gets lost in translation (but "being curt" is a nice way of putting it). There are two general styles of speech in Korean: Formal (존댓말, jondemal) and Informal (반말, banmal). Of course, it's a lot more complicated in the language, but I'll paint briefly the differences that are pointed out in the scene.
I talked in previous posts about properly addressing your senior in korean (usually by title/position). To convey respect to your senior, you also use 요 (yo) at the end of the sentences – and both Sangwon and Yeowoon talk politely to Myungha. UNTIL Sangwon uses the rude version of a question, without polite ending ("Why would we fight here?"), to which Yeowoon protests and tells Sangwon that it's banmal, informal speech, and he should only use it with him.
Because with your friends, same age people (Yeowoon and Sangwon in this case) or people younger than you, it's normal to use their names with different intonations (Think Myungha's "Yeowoon-ah, Yeowoon-ie") and talk informally.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Yeowoon to Myungha) "I asked who it was." "You're being curt (that's an informal speech)".
Fast forward – Yeowoon loses patience and demands Myungha "I asked who it was", question without polite ending as well. To which Myungha cheekily says "that was an informal speech", reminding Yeowoon of his own remark to Sangwon.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Fast forward again – and now I have to take back my previous statement from another post that Yeowoon never called Myungha by his name because I found the rare case of him doing it xD
"Tae Myungha is so frustrating." "You're speaking informally more often these days."
Again, a youngster! calling his senior! by his own name! Not using the polite ending! The horrors of informal speech. He's not being too rude but he's sulking therefore he's rebelling. Though I can swear, again, Yeowoon hears Myungha's scolding and resorts back to speaking politely, and from now on, he'll keep using 'senior'.
If you survived until the end of this post, congratulations! The second half probably wasn't needed but in case you're learning Korean or you want to know why these seemingly normal phrases are being considered "curt" out of nowhere, I hope you understand it now a little bit better :)

Tumblr media
“Something’s bothering you?”
Yuri sits up, pretending as if she didn’t know you were talking to her when you call her name, repeating your question.
“Oh,” she chuckles lightly, running her fingers through her ponytail, “nothing’s bothering me.”
You set down your mug on the table, raising a brow with suspicion. She avoids your gaze, knowing that she can’t hide from you now.
“You seem a little…different these past few days,” you begin, hand returning to your mug.
“Different how?”
“Quiet.”
She shrugs, “I’m always quiet.”
“More quiet than usual.”
With a shake of her head, she rises from the chair, making her way to the kitchen to rinse her mug while you follow close behind, knowing that there’s something up with her after Yoongi’s confirmation the other day. You’d have to coax it out of her, since it could be something serious and she’s known to dismiss serious issues when it involves herself.
“Yoongi said I should ask you,” you intone, cornering her against the sink, “tell me now before we leave for work. Or I’m gonna be worried all day.”
She clicks her tongue, eyes drooping as she seems to be collecting her words. Before she finally looks up, a dejected smile on her face.
“My last trip to the gynae…I—she said she needs to run some tests.”
“Oh, okay. That’s normal.”
“Yeah but it’s going on too long,” she exasperates, “I feel like…since I was a teenager, my cycle has always been irregular and I just have this sickly feeling that—” she cuts off, tremble to her voice which has a lump forming in your throat.
You reach for her shoulders, thumbs caressing them, “it’s okay. Everyone is different, I’m sure after you go through with the tests and the results come back, you’ll know where you stand.”
She turns to the sink, your hands falling from her shoulders with the action. Eyes glazing over as she stares at the suds floating around.
“I’m just worried that I can’t…that I won’t be able to have a family of my own, children of my own,” she quakes, wiping away the stream of tears that drip down her reddened cheeks.
“Yuri,” you call, tears brimming your own eyes, “you will have a family of your own. You’re going to have kids of your own. And you’re going to be a great mother. I promise that it’s nothing.”
She wipes her nose with a paper towel, “you think so?”
“I’m sure of it. Just go through with the tests with a clear mind.”
“I just—” she cries, taking your hand as you reach for her “—Yoongi’s always wanted kids. He’s always talking about this and that and I’m just there— preparing myself for the worst. I can’t even dream about it the way he does.”
You throw your arms around her in a tight hug when she begins to sob, uncaring that her mascara is probably smearing across your beige coat.
“Everything happens for a reason,” you try, struggling to find the right words, “and if things don’t go the way you want them to go then know that there will always be another way.”
She nods, pulling away from you slightly.
“But don’t overthink it, and remember that no matter what, you’ll always have a family. Me, Junho and Yoongi.”
Yuri gives you a teary smile, hiccupping as you swipe your thumbs under her eyes.
“And don’t forget that Yoongi needs to have some tests done on him too,” you remind, joining in her giggles.
“That’s what the gynae said,” she laughs, voice nasally but much more stable than earlier, “hey—” she turns to you, rubbing down your back “—thank you.”
You smile, “you know I’ll always be here for you.”
She rubs at her face furiously when you hear Yoongi and Junho coming down the stairs. Junho reveals himself, him and Yoongi sporting similar hairstyles.
“Mamma,” Junho beams, tilting his head from side to side, “do you like it?”
You narrow your eyes at him, fringe gelled back to reveal his forehead.
“I did his hair today,” Yoongi says proudly, smoothing a hand over Junho’s head. He looks up, smile falling when he takes note of Yuri’s expression.
“You look handsome, Smiley,” she giggles, bending to leave a kiss on Junho’s forehead. Yoongi taps the back of her hand with his, and they disappear into the lounge, leaving you to fix what you can with Junho’s hair.
“I’m not sure if your school would allow this hairstyle, Smiley,” you worry, lifting him up onto the counter and running your fingers through the sides, but he moves away.
“I saw other boys with this hairstyle! And they have it every day!”
“Okay, okay,” you sigh, moving backward so he can hop off the counter. “Oats or Choco puffs?”
“Choco puffs!”
You’re busy fixing Junho his cereal when Yoongi and Yuri return, both wearing sheepish smiles. You finish your breakfast in silence, waiting for Yoongi to finish his coffee before you all leave, dropping Junho off at school then on your way to work. You decided to take your car today, since it’s been a while.
Yoongi sits in the passenger seat, eyes out the window, not a squeak from him. But that’s normal. You should be worried if it were the opposite.
“Yuri told you.” He says after a while, turning down the volume on the radio.
You glance at him, examining his expression since you don’t know if that was a question or a statement.
“Uhh…yeah. She did.”
“And?”
“And…I think you guys shouldn’t worry too much.”
You see him nod in your periphery, “yeah.”
“But Yoongi—”
“Hm?” He turns to you, chewing on his bottom lip.
“You need to make sure that Yuri knows, no matter what happens you’ll still be by her side.”
“Of course.”
“No.” You turn to him, “you need to keep telling her that. She needs to know that whatever the outcome is, you won’t give up. She overthinks.”
He exhales a deep sigh, rubbing at his chin, “I know. I don’t know whether I should bring up adoption or…”
“Yoongi. Just go through with the tests and then you can think about all of that.”
He nods again, this time more exaggerated, as if trying to stop himself from thinking about that now.
“And you know you need to get yourself checked up too.”
“I know,” he snorts, “I keep telling her that but she’s just so…just always thinking about the worst.”
“I can relate to that.”
He laughs, shoulders shaking with the action.
“What?”
“Nothing,” he chuckles, shaking his head.
Your eyebrows furrow, “okay.”
You come to a stop in the parking lot, fixing your appearance in the review mirror.
“I’m just thinking about that time when you were pregnant for Junho.”
“Oh,” you say surprised, “fun times.”
“Do you remember that time when Junho first kicked in your belly,” he giggles, stepping out of the car while you do the same, “and you had like this whole mental breakdown, and I had to take you to the hospital because you thought you were in labor?”
“Shut up,” you grimace, following him through the glass doors, “let’s not forget about that time you fainted when I actually was in labor. Or that time you were freaking out because you thought my stomach was about to burst because the veins were really showing towards the end!”
He ignores you, but you can see his cheeks puff up as you walk behind him.
“Or, or—” you tease, tailing him inside the elevator “—what about that time you accidentally drank my—”
“NO!”

You plan on taking advantage of the good mood you’re in before you see Kim Namjoon later today, knowing that you leave his office equal parts scared, sad and annoyed. So, you decided to spoil yourself a bit today. Junho is thrown in. Donuts during your lunch break. The nearest Krispy Kreme is only a five-minute drive away from work, so you’d make it in time to eat at home with Junho and Yuri, and then return to work.
You’re standing against your car, accustomed to all the stares you receive since it’s not everyday you see a kid getting picked up from school in a Lamborghini Urus. Also, the yellow is quite eye-catching.
Perking up when you see Junho, you wave him over, keys rattling in your hand. The smile you’re wearing gets wiped off when you see Kim Namjoon standing next to the school gate, tipping his head in your direction.
“Mamma!”
“Smiley!”
You scoop Junho up in your arms, unhooking his backpack from around his shoulders.
“How was your day?”
“It was okay,” he chirps, strapping himself in the backseat while you’re tossing his bag into the trunk.
Switching on the engine, you drive onto the school road and make a U-turn out. Keeping an eye out for any pedestrians.
“And did you eat all your lunch?”
“Yep.”
“Good boy,” you grin, watching his reaction in the review mirror, “before I drop you home we’ll go to Krispy Kreme!”
He cheers, tiny fists jerking into the air, “yesss. I wanted donuts so bad.”
“You did? Well, today you can have all you want.”
“Ugh,” he groans, lips in a pout.
“What’s wrong?”
“I want to hug you but I can’t take off my seatbelt.”
You giggle, heart warming at his cute reaction, “it’s okay. You can give me all the hugs and kisses later when we jump off.”
“Okay,” he titters, dimples reappearing, “I can’t wait!”
There isn’t much traffic today, so you make it five minutes earlier than you planned, but when you scan the area where the Krispy Kreme used to be – it’s empty.
You mouth hangs open, “what…?”
Junho sits up, following your line of sight, “what happened mamma?”
“I think this Krispy Kreme closed down,” you huff, parking alongside the now deserted building.
“Closed down? Noooo,” he cries out, head thrown back theatrically.
“It’s okay,” you’re quick to say, pulling out your phone from your handbag that rests in the passenger seat, “I’m sure there’s another branch somewhere near.”
And you do find one, only it’s almost twenty minutes away from here. Inside a mall. And you can’t go back on your promise, since you already got Junho so excited for donuts today. You’d just have to skip lunch tomorrow to make up for your extended lunch time today.
Back on the road, thankful that traffic is light, you reach the mall in under fifteen minutes. Junho is all too pleased, thoroughly enjoying the small adventure you’re taking him on today since you hardly do stuff like this on a school day. Slotting your hand in his, you weave through the crowds inside the mall. You’ve only been here once before, and you’re wondering why, since this mall has better clothing stores than the one you frequent, which is further north.
“There mamma! Krispy!”
“Man,” you chuckle, waltzing over to the café, green lights flashing around the sign, “you’re sharper than me, Smiley.”
You don’t really pay much attention to the menu, since original glazed is your favorite. As you’re waiting for Junho to choose his donuts, a coffee shop just across catches your attention. And you would’ve scanned for a minute like you’re doing with all the stores, but two people sat near the window has you squinting.
Then you feel your heart stammer in your chest.
It can’t be.
No. It’s him. No one sits like him. No one smiles like him. No one dresses as good as he does.
Taehyung. And across him sits a petite woman. Lips pulled over her teeth as she laughs and sways and reaches across the table to smack his arm.
“Mamma can I have the Milky bar one and the Oreo one and the chocolate one with nuts?”
You tilt your head in Junho’s direction, nodding.
“Okay,” you approach the front counter, greeted by one of the staff ready to take your order, “and we’ll get a dozen original to share with Yuri and Yoongi.”
He nods, fitting his fingers together excitedly, watching from the other side of the glass as each donut gets fitted neatly inside the large box. And a smaller one for him. Your eyes wander to the coffee shop again, watching with a racing heart as they continue to chat animatedly, the smile on his face not leaving for a second.
Taehyung hasn’t answered your calls or texts all weekend. And you’re never the type to send over fifty messages. A string of texts asking him to respond. Apologizing and explaining the situation to him. All you could think about is what he might’ve heard you and Jungkook say. If he had taken your words out of context. Him being mad at you for not telling him about Seojoon is justified, and you wonder if he thinks you hold him at an unimportant level if Jungkook knew and he didn’t.
But here he is today. With another woman, his phone sitting on the table. Right there. He could answer your texts. A single word so you know where you stand with him, none of that. Instead you got some clarification out of pure coincidence. Taking a detour and seeing him here, a place you’ve never visited in years.
“Here you go, ma’am—”
“Thank you,” you retrieve the boxes from over the counter, grabbing Junho’s hand again and marching toward the exit. Which forces you to pass the coffee shop, using the opportunity to get a good look at the woman’s face. And then you recognize her, your heart pounding in your chest.
Deiji.
Just his best friend.
As you’re passing the window, his head turns in your direction, and you swear you make eye contact for a second. But you’re already going down the escalator so you can’t be sure. Once you’re in the car, handing Junho his box of donuts – your own appetite lost – you hear your phone ringing.
‘Taehyung💏’
With trembling hands you hold the phone up, waiting for the ringing to stop but it doesn’t – so you decide to answer.
Keeping your voice as neutral as possible.
“Hey ___.”
“Hello.”
“Did I just see you right now? At Venture Mall?”
The laugh in his voice bugs you, as if you didn’t spend these past two days worrying about your relationship.
“Yeah.”
“Why didn’t you say hi?”
You roll your eyes, fiddling with the AC, “you seemed a little busy.”
His deep, baritone chuckle filters through the speaker, memories flooding your mind.
“You should’ve came over, that was Deiji. You met Deiji. She’s my—”
“Best friend,” you huff, leaning back in your seat, “I know.”
“I was gonna say business associate, but that works too,” he leaves a short chuckle, the line going dead. “We were discussing the charity event.”
You jaw ticks, “why were you ignoring my calls? I sent you almost sixty texts and you didn’t respond to those either.”
He sighs. Chatter from the background reaching your ears. Deiji is probably listening to your whole conversation. That thought has your anger spiking.
“Can we talk?”
“Talk about what?”
“Us,” he states plainly, “later today?”
“I have a meeting with Junho’s counsellor.”
“I would say tomorrow or Wednesday but I won’t have time. Thursday?”
“I’m busy Thursday,” you respond curtly, not even bothering to add an excuse to yours since you should meet him when it’s convenient for you, not him. He’s the one who wants to talk when you could’ve talked yesterday and fixed things. “Friday.”
“Friday sounds good.”
“Bye.”
“See you.”
You end the call and push your phone inside your bag, hearing it chime. When you pull it out again, you see a message from him. One that has you doing the biggest eye roll ever. And maybe has you blushing a bit.
“Who was that?”
“Oh,” you snort, hand on the wheel as you spin around to check on Junho, chocolate sprinkles sticking to his lips, “Taehyung.”
“Are you angry with him?”
“What?” You chuckle, shaking your head to dismiss the idea, “I’m not angry with him.”
He licks his lips, doe eyes going big, “but you were talking in your angry voice.”
Your brows pinch together, “my angry voice?”
“Yes,” he pouts, taking another bite of his donut, “when you’re angry with me or dad you have a very angry voice.”
“I’m not angry, Junho. I promise. Here—” you hand him a tissue, seeing that his gelled strands of hair had collapsed onto his forehead “—keep the other two donuts for later.”
“Okay.”
After a whole weekend of fretting, you’re finally going to speak to Taehyung and clear things up with him. Maybe you won’t have to clear things up with him, if he even bothered to read your messages. He needs to explain why he was ignoring you, perhaps you know the reason why, but you just need to hear him say it. To dispel your own suspicions. And find out if he saw anything…with you and Jungkook.

You’ve only been inside the mall for half an hour and traffic piled up like this?! Yoongi’s going to kill you for being late. But he’s in a chill mood today, so he could go easy on you. Plus, it’s not your fault that the Krispy Kreme near home shut down. He’d forgive you for Junho.
“Mamma,” Junho whines, rubbing at his eyes, “I’m tired.”
“We’re almost home, baby. Hey, no sleeping now. You’ll spoil your sleep for later!”
He blinks twice, round eyes struggling to stay open. You giggle, he’s so cute. How could you keep him awake?
An idea pops in your head.
The turnoff isn’t too far from here, if you make it in time, you could take the shortcut to Yoongi’s house.
“Hey Smiley,” you sing song, seeing the turnoff to your left, “hold on tight.”
Checking if he’s awake, you take a sharp turn to your left, pressing on the accelerator as you speed down the empty road, pulling down your visor when the sun hits your eyes. Junho claps his hands and giggles in his seat, asking you to go faster and obviously you agree, but you keep the same safe speed, loving his reactions each time you take a turn, and the tires roll in the dirt. Your heart thunders in your chest, seeing how thrilled he is even though you’re not driving that fast.
“Like Fast and Furious!”
But the fun must come to an end, seeing the red-light blink as you approach the main road.
“Whew,” you sigh, cheeks aching with your smiles, “how was that?”
“AWESOME!” He beams, cheeks glowing pink, before his attention is drawn to another car, “Sora!”
Perplexed, you spin around to ask Junho what he’s talking about when you see him stare out the window towards the back of the building that’s adjacent to where your car is idling now.
Sora’s car, it’s definitely hers. Her license plate. And no one else in town that you know of has a hot pink Lamborghini.
Shit.
From this angle, your bright yellow Lamborghini could be spotted. You roll onto the driveway down behind a factory building, parking behind a row of cars so you can see what she’s up to.
“Mamma. What are you doing?”
“Shush. I’m just…checking if that’s really Sora.”
“It is her,” he shouts, head swivelling around to stare at the car again, “look at the bumper!”
Narrowing your eyes, you think you see her head in the car, but then it just looks like a shadow. You strain your neck to look past the cars obstructing your view, mouth hanging open when you see a black SUV parked next to her car behind a tall stack of boxes.
A shiver runs down your spine. It’s been a while since you’ve seen one of those. What is she doing here?
Junho unclicks his seatbelt, kneeling on the seat to peek over. You grab his arm and yank him down, alarmed.
“What are you doing?!”
“I was just looking,” he grumbles, folding his arms and slumping in the leather seats, “can we go now?”
“One se—”
You see her step out of the SUV, watching as a man comes around the back, standing in front of her with his head tilted. He’s much taller than her, donning a full black outfit with dark bands wrapped around his hands. That’s all you can make out from afar. But what he does next shocks you – stunned as you watch them kiss.
Thank God Junho isn’t looking.
She wraps her arms around his shoulders, swaying with him as they make out before he lets her go. He opens the car door for her, giving her ass a spank as she bends to step inside the car. They talk for a bit, her window rolled down, before they kiss again.
Panicking when you see her car lights flicker on, only now realizing that sky has turned a pale blue, you reverse onto the driveway behind you, waiting for her to leave. Then the SUV, both driving in opposite directions. And then you’re free to go home.
Wondering how in the hell you managed to see that. Here. Today.
All you wanted was some donuts.

Foot tapping on the carpet incessantly, you pull back your sleeve to look at your watch, lifting your head to find Namjoon watching you intently, dimpled smile appearing before he scribbles in his notebook. Probably jotting down that Jungkook is late. Again. Just as you’re about to reach for your phone to call him, in case he had forgotten, the door swings open, nearly falling off its hinges as Jungkook steps in.
A smile tugs at your lips, watching him approach the couch where you’re sat goofily.
“Sorry, sorry,” he apologizes, holding up his palms as he sits down, turning to you, “hey. What did I miss?”
You giggle, “nothing at all. We were waiting for you.”
His eyebrow piercing jumps, “oh, okay.”
Namjoon clears his throat, “great. Now that you’re both here—” he rises from his seat, pulling out that same folder he presented to you the last time and placing it on the table in front of you, the file much thicker now “—let’s start with the basics.”
Jungkook reaches for the file, but you swat his hand away. He draws back with a whine, lips sticking out in a pout which has you biting back a smile, since Namjoon’s attentive gaze doesn’t leave you for a second.
“The basics,” you clear your throat, hands folded in your lap, “Junho seems to be adapting to moving from my apartment to Jungkook’s home.”
Namjoon twirls his silver pen in his fingers, chair swivelling from side to side, “but you’re living at your friend’s house now? Correct?”
You swallow, nodding.
“Since your apartment is dangerous?”
You shake your head, but Jungkook nods. Namjoon looking between the two of you with his eyebrows furrowed. And he scribbles in his notebook again, your palms a little sweaty.
“Tell me about that. Why exactly are you living with your friend?”
In your periphery, you see Jungkook turn to you, arm propped on the backrest of the couch. You’re hopping around the truth, not knowing what Namjoon will make of the whole situation since he knows that Seojoon used to take care of Junho for almost a year whenever you had other things to attend to.
“Her neighbor, Seojoon, is a fuck— sorry – he’s a real—” Jungkook’s jaw rolls “—creep.”
“Seojoon?” Namjoon questions, “Seojoon, your neighbor. The man who used to look after Junho after school while you were at work?”
You purse your lips, heat rising on the back of your neck, “yes.”
The chair squeaks as he leans back, pushing his glasses up, “so why is he a…’creep’?”
Heartrate speeding up, you manage to find the correct words but Jungkook speaks before you, his voice laced with rage.
“He tried to take advantage of ___.”
Namjoon’s stare burns into your face, his eyes widening a bit, “how did that happen? ___, not Jungkook.”
Jungkook huffs and as if sensing your struggle, his fingers brush the space between your shoulder blades, the action soothing to your nerves.
“We haven’t talked for a while,” you begin, wringing out your hands, “and he came over and asked if we could have some drinks since we haven’t hung out in a long time. So I said okay, because I felt bad. He drank, I didn’t…and then things just…”
“So you allowed him inside your home?”
Your jaw falls open, voice strained,“I had no idea what his intention was!”
Jungkook clicks his tongue, “are you really going to blame ___? Didn’t expect that from you, Kim.”
Namjoon holds up his hands placatingly, “I’m not blaming ___, I’m just trying to make sense of the situation. But it’s alright, I understand that discussing this is difficult for ___, so we’ll move on for her comfort.”
Letting out a shuddering breath, you lean back in the couch.
Jungkook pats your shoulder, “you okay?”
“’M fine.”
Namjoon’s head dips into his notebook again, scribbling, “I understand your situation, but do you know what this would like in Junho’s mind? Moving from one place to the next, telling him his home is now dangerous.”
“I know,” you sigh, fitting your wine-colored nails into each other, “I shouldn’t have told him that.”
Namjoon hums, the sound of his scribbles filling the room before he drops his pen, slotting his fingers together as he rests his arms on his desk.
“Did you inform Jungkook about the paintings?”
“I did.”
He points to the file sitting between you, “there’s more.”
Lifting the file carefully, you hold it close to Jungkook, prompting him to move closer to you. His scent floods your senses, you ignore the flutters in your belly and open the file, every other feeling replaced with horror.
It’s much worse than the last one you saw, but still the same concept. Man with markings on one arm, holding up a weapon, figures on the floor with X X’ for eyes. Jungkook sits stock still neck to you, eyes widening as you flip through the file.
“I took out the other ones, so you know that he’s started to paint like this more frequently. Any explanation, Jungkook?”
Jungkook sets the file down, disbelief written across his features, “I…I have no idea.”
“I think we all know who the man in the paintings is.”
Jungkook’s tongue swipes across his bottom lip, earrings shaking with his head, “me.”
Namjoon tips his head down in assent, index fingers pressed together as he points to Jungkook.
“You. Now we know what you’ve been teaching him to paint and it’s not this—” Namjoon stands up from his seat to pick up the file again, keeping in safely in his shelf then returning to his seat “—so where is he getting all these ideas from? Is it movies? YouTube?”
Jungkook throws you a cursory look, “no, we’ve checked his history over the weekend. Nothing except toy unboxing videos and car gameplays. He’s only watched movies with us. Nothing violent.”
“What about you, Jungkook? If I’m correct, he’s with you ninety percent of the time and these paintings started recently. Maybe he’s seeing dad deal with some bad guys at work.”
Jungkook scoffs, “bad guys at work? I run a textile company. What bad guys could there be? The silk thief?”
You sit quietly, hoping Jungkook doesn’t lose his temper like the last time.
Namjoon opens his mouth to speak but Jungkook cuts him off, voice firm but a bit agitated.
“Besides, Junho is never around when I’m busy with work and I don’t bring work home,” he shrugs, satisfied with himself as he crosses his ankle over his knee.
Namjoon flips through a few pages, holding his pen up, “Jungkook, you have a fiancée, is that right?”
“Yes,” Jungkook replies tersely, “what about her?”
“What is her relationship with Junho like?”
You face Jungkook, waiting for his answer as keenly as Namjoon. He scratches behind his ear, giving a one shoulder shrug.
“Normal. Junho loves having her around.”
“Mhm,” Namjoon notes, “and what about her?”
“She loves having him around too.”
Namjoon hums, filling up his page, “and is she the one taking care of him if you were to, say, leave for a quick errand?”
“I guess—“ Jungkook’s eyebrows lift, shoulders raised to his ears “—what does Sora have to do with any of this?”
“Well, she’s around Junho as much as you and she’s going to be Junho’s stepmother,” Namjoon says pragmatically, jerking his shiny pen in Jungkook’s direction, “in fact, we should’ve invited her to this meeting as well, since she might know where his inspiration for the paintings is coming from.”
Jungkook’s lips curl over his teeth as he leans forward, an aggressive finger raised in Namjoon’s direction.
“She has nothing to do with his paintings, I never leave Junho alone with her.”
Namjoon’s brows shoot up, “why is that? Do you not trust her around your child?”
“No,” Jungkook grits, “I trust her with Junho.”
“Then why would you never leave Junho alone with her?”
“Because I…like being with them.”
“And if you ever get busy and are forced to leave Junho with her?”
“Then I take Junho with me.”
“Oh…like on…business?”
“No, if I need to buy more toilet roll or dish soap.”
Your head snaps between them like a tennis match, intervening without thinking.
“But what if…she’s watching a violent movie with Junho? And he’s seeing all this?”
Jungkook turns to you, beyond annoyed, “I said I’m with them all the time. She’ll never put a movie like that on with me around.”
“So,” Namjoon claims, nonchalant as he sits forward, “you’re saying if you weren’t around, she would?”
“No. What? For fuck’s sake. Sora won’t do something like that, okay? I trust her with my life and I trust her with my child.”
“But I’m just wondering why you said you would never leave Junho alone with her,” Namjoon ponders, you nod in agreement, “if she’s going to be your wife and Junho’s stepmother, there would come a time where you would need to.”
“Just forget I said that, okay?” Jungkook exasperates, pinching the bridge of his nose, “fuck.”
“Then where could Junho be seeing this shit, Jungkook? If he’s not with you, he’s with me or Yuri and Yuri wouldn’t do something like that. Are you sure you can trust Sora?”
“What?” He spits, growing defensive, “what do you mean ‘am I sure I can trust Sora’? Why don’t you talk about that sugar daddy of yours?”
“He’s not my sugar daddy,” you bark, turning to Namjoon, chuckling nervously, “he’s not my sugar daddy.”
“You’re so quick to push the blame on Sora since she’s with me all the time, why don’t you talk about your…whatever he is to you, hm?”
Both Jungkook and Namjoon are looking at you now, Namjoon’s silence a little unnerving.
“I can count how many times he’s been with Junho on one hand,” you mutter, resting your elbow on the armrest of the couch, “and we’ve only ever met when Junho was asleep or when we all went out.”
“It seems like ___’s relationship with this man isn’t as serious as yours with your fiancée,” Namjoon puts forth, that small statement making your heart sink a bit, “so you have to understand why we’re suspicious of her.”
“Suspicious of her?” Jungkook tsks, perched at the edge of the seat, “there’s no need to be suspicious of her.”
“Isn’t there?” You ask, lowering your voice despite knowing that Namjoon can still hear, “I caught you two at Junho’s birthday party, and I heard what she said. About spending money on Junho. It didn’t seem like she was happy.”
“What is it you have against Sora, hm? Is it like a personal…vendetta against her or something? Are you jealous of her?”
You exhale a bitter chuckle, “why would I be jealous of her?”
“That’s what it seems like.”
“If we’re talking about Sora okay then, why don’t we talk about the fact that you didn’t bat an eye when Sora almost got harassed—” you turn to Namjoon who gasps “—yes, harassed in the club? You acted as if it was nothing. Talked so much shit about her and then continued to act all lovey dovey within the next few days. And stop lying. She doesn’t like Junho, I see right through her! That’s why she was so sulky during his party!”
“Ah,” Jungkook sniggers, “so that’s the issue then? Couples fight all the time. You should know that by now, if you’re mad because you want to be in her place then just say that.”
“I don’t want to be in her place!”
He prods at his cheek with his tongue, relaxed expression annoying the shit out of you while your head feels like it might explode, sweat beading across your forehead.
“Whatever you say,” he snorts, wiping the side of his Prada boots.
“She’s cheating on you!”
His fingers halt, snapping up to look at you, “what?”
“She’s cheating on you,” you repeat, panting through your words, “I saw her today, on Greenwich Road.”
He shuts his eyes, “wait what? Greenwich road? What were you doing on Greenwich Road?”
“I wanted Krispy Kreme donuts, but the one here is closed permanently. So I found one in Venture Mall and me and Junho went there and when we on our way back the traffic was bad so I decided to take Junho for a little spin and then I saw her car there and thought she was in some kind of trouble since there was a black SUV there but then I…then I saw her…with someone else—” you inhale a deep breath, chest undulating.
He blinks twice, elbow twisted as he props his hand on his leg.
“Black SUV?”
“Yes, like the one that was stalking me.”
Jungkook nods, a calculating look behind his eyes, “and did you recognize the other person?”
“No. I don’t think so. But the SUV was similar.”
Namjoon clears his throat, lips parted as he eyes the two of you. You sit up straight, reaching for the bottled water kept on the table and gulping it down. Mutedly, he closes his notebook and rises from his chair, nodding to himself.
“That’s all for today.”
-
“Did I do the right thing?”
“If someone’s cheating on me, I would want to know,” Yuri comforts, sliding a hand around your waist as you sit down next to her on the carpet, “you did the right thing.”
“I don’t know,” you sigh, hugging your knees to your chest, “I feel like I could’ve handled it better but ARGH he just gets on my nerves, you know?”
Yuri chuckles warmly, nudging you with her shoulder, “I know.” She peers over her shoulder, watching Yoongi and Junho who are busy in the kitchen. “I think Yoongi was on the phone with him just now.”
You look over your shoulder too, as if Yoongi is still talking to Jungkook on the phone.
“Did you hear what he said?”
She shakes her head, “nope. But Yoongi looked worried. Want me to go ask him?”
“No,” you mumble, resting your head on her shoulder, “he’ll probably tell us later.”
Sat under a quilt with Yuri, you tuck your legs under your bum, reflecting on all that happened today. How weird it was for you too see Taehyung in the mall with Deiji, then Sora. And then your session with Namjoon that feels pointless. You still don’t know why Junho is painting those images, at this point you might as well just ask Junho. But you don’t want to scare him. Since he’s already afraid that he’s in some big trouble after your meeting with Namjoon.
At least you have something to look forward to at the end of the week. Meeting with Taehyung to sort things out, and maybe figure out what’s Deiji’s deal since she’s always so touch with him. He’ll say she’s his best friend, but she might have other motives, that’s always the case.
The doorbell rings and Yuri springs up to answer, but Yoongi holds up a hand, shuffling over to the door.
“I’ll get it.”
“Dad!”
“Hey big boy!”
You perk up, leaping to your feet when you see Jungkook standing at the door, cuddling Junho to his chest as Bam circles his figure.
“What’s he doing here?” Yuri asks with a giggle, reaching down to scratch behind Bam’s ears, falling on her butt when he tries to give her a slobbery kiss.
“Hyung, help me with my bags please.”
Bags?
Despite the biting cold that creeps in through the front door, you see three suitcases being dragged up the staircase by Jungkook and Yoongi, questions sitting on the tip of your tongue.
“What’s all this?” Yuri enquires, hands on her hips, “Jungkookie is moving in too?”
Yoongi shrugs, handing you a smaller suitcase as he shuts the door behind him.
“I’m sure you all know by now,” Jungkook announces, Junho glued to his side.
Yuri raises a brow, “know what?”
Jungkook’s gaze connects with yours, smirk pulling at his lips. You look away, setting his bag behind the bookshelf in the lounge.
“Me and Sora are over,” he affirms, voice plain and emotionless, “and she kicked me out.”
“She kicked you out?” Yuri questions with a screech, “how can she kick you out of your house?”
A knot in your chest you didn’t know you had seemed to loosen. Sad for him but also wondering if this is a blessing in disguise. Since you’re not sure how you felt about Sora as Junho’s stepmother, even though you didn’t have a say.
“The house was under her name,” Jungkook trails off, turning to Junho who pouts.
“But…but your house. I can’t go there anymore?”
“Don’t worry,” Jungkook comforts, pinching Junho’s cheek, “I have a better house far away from here, by the beach!”
“By the beach?!”
“Mhm.”
Yuri turns around, grabbing your attention by hitting her hip against yours as she whispers, “what do you think of that?”
A rhetorical question, but still you find yourself searching for an answer. You don’t know what you think of that. Sora kicking Jungkook out of their home. Him staying here while you’re staying here too.
“Hey,” you shout, sashaying to the kitchen, “where is Jungkook gonna sleep if I’m in the guest room?”
“Dad can sleep with me in the spare room!”
Jungkook high-fives Junho, “that sounds like a fantastic idea!”
Junho bounces around, letting Bam chase him around the lounge.
“Today is the best day ever!”
“Aw,” Yuri coos, admiring Junho from afar, “he’s so sweet. Kook, you see? He said it’s the best day ever because you’re staying over.”
Jungkook’s lips spread into the widest bunny grin you’ve ever seen, vascular arms folded as he watches Junho mess around with Bam, “it’s the best day ever for me too.”
Yoongi snorts, speaking over the crackling on the stove, “you no longer have a fiancée and it’s the best day ever? I would be on my knees if that happened to me.”
Jungkook creeps up behind Yoongi, leaning down to whisper something in his ear. They both burst out with laughter, while you watch from the other side, arms resting on the windowpane that connects the kitchen to the lounge.
He brushes your shoulder as he passes you, eyes half-lidded, “what?”
Your face twists up, “what? I didn’t say that anything.”
“Then why are you looking at me like that?”
“Like what?”
He leans over the frame, warm breath hitting your cheek, “like I owe you something.”
“Maybe it’s because you do.”
His voice lowers, nose nearly brushing yours, “and what do I owe you?”
“Oh my God, would you two kiss and get it over with? I’m dying over here,” Yoongi groans, cutting up some kimchi.
You snap away from Jungkook, seeing him shove Yoongi before he shakes his head, throwing you a suggestive look as he taps the top of the doorframe.
“Gonna shower,” he informs, leaving you as confused as ever.
Junho helps you set the table as you prepare for dinner, the fragrant spices lingering in the air to have your tummy growling. Even louder as Yoongi sets the kimchi jiggae on the table, along with all the side dishes.
“Wow, Yoongi. You really made all this in under two hours?”
He fights his smile, handing Junho a smaller plate. Yuri grabs his hand, swinging their arms back and forth as they walk around the table. You watch them fondly, glad that Yuri is feeling a little better compared to this morning.
“Thank you for the tasty food, hyung!”
Yoongi pats Junho’s head, “thank you for helping me.”
“Mmm what’s that smell?”
Jungkook emerges from the hallway, rubbing a small white towel into his wet hair before throwing the towel over his shoulder, bending over the table to scan the food. He’s wearing a light grey shirt, the fabric clinging to all the wet spots of his body, a darker grey in those areas, if you look closely…you can see his nipples poking through. Tendrils of hair dripping wet, half tucked behind his ear prettily and—
You feel a hand under your chin, pushing it up to close your mouth.
Yuri leans over, whispering, “you were drooling.”
Cheeks burning, you pick your chopsticks and return to your food, not reacting as Jungkook pulls out the seat next to you, his fresh scent burning your nostrils and possibly, tugging at the wrong nerve in your brain to make you go crazy.
Junho starts to cough, his face burning a bright red. Mildly panicked, you reach for the jug of water, startled when you feel Jungkook’s hand hit yours since he reached for the jug too, pouring into Junho’s glass and rubbing down his back.
“Eat slowly, Smiley.”
You don’t know why, but you find yourself looking at Yoongi – he’s looking at you too, watching the interaction just as intently. Junho exhales one last cough, taking another sip of the water then setting the cup down with sticky hands.
“You’re telling him to eat slowly,” Yoongi guffaws, shaking his head lightly, “when you’re none the better! He’s just like you!”
Jungkook gasps, “I don’t eat fast!”
“Yes you do,” Yoongi snorts, adding some rice into a smaller bowl, “like your food is running away.”
“Says the person hoarding all the rice. Bring it here!” Jungkook’s satoori comes out, waving his hand dramatically.
“There!”
“Thank you!”
“Welcome!”
Junho can’t stop laughing, and they’re entertaining his giggles. You and Yuri exchange a look. This is the noisiest the house has been, and you’re not mad. A warm feeling settling in your stomach, not Yoongi’s food, but something else.
“Someone’s in a good mood,” you remark, hinting at Yoongi who’s slurping up the rest of his stew.
He sets down his bowl, fist propped under his cheek, “I’m just happy we’re all together.”
You feel your heart thud in your chest. Spoon stopping mid-air as you take in what he just said, you throat constricts, eyes prickling with tears.
The boys continue with their antics while you and Yuri clean up, hearing Yoongi ask if he must take out the bikes which has her yelling out ‘NO,’ a disbelieving look on her face.
“I don’t know if Yoongi in this mood is a good thing,” you snort, handing her one of the dry plates, “look at him.”
She chortles, “I like seeing him happy, but taking out the bikes this late? Now he’s pushing it.”
Jungkook falls to the ground lifeless as Junho points his finger-guns at him, laying motionless for a few seconds then grabbing Junho once he gets close, Bam pawing at his back.
“He’s good with Smiley.”
“Hm?”
Yuri smirks, jerking her head in the direction of the lounge, “Jungkook, he’s good with Smiley.”
“Oh,” you mumble, wiping down the last bowl, “yeah, I guess.”
“You guess?” She scoffs, fist pressed to her hip, “he will wipe the corner of Smiley’s mouth and you look like your ovaries are about to explode.”
Despite your laughter, you hit her shoulder lightly, rinsing out the cloth and leaving it to hang over the edge of the sink.
“I wasn’t.”
“Don’t deny it,” she prods, throwing her head back as she finishes the last bit of her juice, “hey, don’t you think it’s weird?”
“What’s weird?”
She points at Jungkook with her eyes, “that he’s behaving like this when he just broke up with his fiancée.”
You sigh, “I do think it’s weird. But at this point, I’m used to him acting weird.”
Yuri pokes your shoulder, “you should ask him about it.”
“What?” You roll your eyes, “you really think he’ll tell me the truth.”
She shrugs, lips in an exaggerated frown, “maybe.”
Turning off the kitchen light, you enter the lounge to find Junho on Jungkook’s back, refusing to let go as Jungkook swings him around. Yoongi lays on the carpet with his arm thrown over his eyes. How can he sleep through this noise?
“Alright,” you yell, clapping twice to grab their attention, “time for bed, come on.”
“Ahhh,” Junho pouts, hopping off his father’s back, “five more minutes, please?”
“No, Junho, it’s already past your bedtime and you’ve got school tomorrow.”
“See! That’s the angry voice you’re doing!”
“Smiley,” you sigh tiredly, running a hand through your hair, “what angry voice?”
“I know what angry voice you’re talking about,” Jungkook grins, lifting Junho from the floor again, “goodnight hyung.”
Yoongi mumbles something none of you catch, Yuri already on her way to their room, rubbing at her eyes wearily.
“Goodnight, you guys. Night Smiley!”
“Goodnight,” Junho yawns, short arms wrapped around his father’s neck. You’re walking behind them up the stairs, seeing Jungkook’s thigh muscles flex with each step he takes up, inciting a new wave of emotions.
Pressing a kiss to Junho’s head, you wave them goodnight as you pad across the tile to the guest room.
“Mamma, wait! Who’s gonna make me sleep?”
“Dad is sleeping by you tonight.”
His big eyes gleam in the dull, passageway light, “can Mamma come sleep by us too?”
Jungkook’s lips are in a thin line, cheek pressed to Junho’s as he keeps his gaze on the floor.
“Please?”
“Fine,” you say defeatedly, “but only until you fall asleep!”
“Yay!”
The bed is big enough to fit the three of you, but you find yourself scooting over to the middle, closer to Junho. Jungkook does the same, both hunched over Junho’s sleeping figure. He’s facing Jungkook, while your fingers rake through his hair, arm folded under your head.
“He sleep—”
“Shush!”
“Oh,” Jungkook whispers, half of his face illuminated by the yellow lamp, “he sleeps fast.”
“Yeah, like you.”
“I don’t sleep fast!”
“Yes you do,” you whisper-shout, eyes on Junho and not Jungkook who’s only five centimeters away from your face, “one minute you’ll be talking and the next you’re KO.”
“That’s not me. That’s you.”
“You’re really gonna argue right now?”
“I’ll argue with you whenever I want to.”
Your gaze flits up, seeing a playful glint in his doe eyes. Rolling your eyes, you move closer to Junho and curl your head over him so you won’t have to see Jungkook’s goofy smile every time you crack your eyes open, but he follows you again, which has the top of your heads touching.
Abruptly, you move away again, returning to your initial position, feeling the bed shift under you. And when you open your eyes, his beady orbs are on you, long eyelashes casting a shadow on his cheeks. Refocusing on Junho and ignoring the stupid backflip your stomach does, you tuck his hair behind his ear, feeling his warm cheeks under your palm, lulling him to a deeper sleep.
“Can I ask you something?”
“Hm?”
He clears his throat, mouth sounds so loud as he whispers, “when you were pregnant for Junho did you want a girl or a boy?”
You look up at him, shaking your head, “all I wanted was a healthy baby. I didn’t care about any of that.”
His lips quirk to the side, “really? So you’ve never thought about it while you were pregnant?”
Gazing up to the ceiling, you do remember when that could’ve changed for you, but your main concern was a healthy baby.
“This one time,” you begin, reflexively shifting closer to Junho as Jungkook readjusts his position on the bed, fluffing up his pillow, “when I went to the clinic, there was this old lady that was sitting next to me. And for nearly an hour we were waiting in line together. She kept looking at me, I thought she was kinda creepy, until she spoke.”
“What did she say?”
“She asked if I know whether I’m having a boy or a girl,” you smile at the memory, wetting your lips, “I said no. And she woke up and gave me another long look and said ‘you’re having a boy.’ I was like ‘wait how do you know?’ It was her turn next and I thought she will leave forever like this magical witch in the woods or something.”
Jungkook laughs, listening with rapt attention, “did she tell you?”
“It’s probably just a thing old people say but she told me that when a woman is pregnant with a girl, the girl baby takes the mother’s beauty away as she’s growing in her belly. But when she’s pregnant with a boy, her beauty shines through.”
Jungkook grins, “was that her way of telling you you looked beautiful?”
You shrug, fighting the blush that spreads across your cheeks, “I don’t know. But I obviously didn’t believe her. Still, it kinda made me think about a boy baby after that you know? Only for a while.”
He looks down at Junho, arm wrapping around his torso, “but she was right.”
“Yeah,” you grin, heart clenching in your chest.
“He’s so warm all the time,” Jungkook coos, gritting his teeth with playful aggression, “I just wanna squeeze him sometimes.”
“Me too,” you laugh, “he won’t let me do this when he’s awake but sometimes when he’s sleeping I like to—” you dip your head to wrap your lips around a chunk of Junho’s cheek, giggling when you see him smile in his sleep.
“Wait, let me try.”
Jungkook bends slightly, taking Junho’s cheek between his teeth lightly, the same spot you bit. And Junho smiles again, having Jungkook erupt in a fit of cute aggression.
“He’s used to let me do that when he was a baby,” you lament, “but now I think he’s too shy.”
“He’s too big now. I wish I could’ve been there.”
Your gaze finds his, wanting to ask why he couldn’t have been there. Through your pregnancy and everything after…but you’re afraid it might ruin the tender moment. And he probably won’t give you an answer anyway.
A chunk of hair falls over his face, instinctively, you reach up to tuck his hair behind his ear, his smouldering eyes latching onto yours. It makes your heart race, a thrill running up the length of your spine. When you draw your hand away from his face, he catches it, lacing your fingers together and resting it on Junho’s curled legs lightly.
Without saying a word, wondering if he can hear how loud your heart is thumping in your chest, you dip your head and shut your eyes, body engulfed in a wave of goosebumps when you feel him rest his forehead against yours, his breathing ragged.
“Goodnight.”
His thumb caresses your knuckles, and you follow his action. Gnawing on your bottom lip to stop your tears. What’s this feeling? The feeling when you’re getting to know someone new, and things seem to slot into place? No. He’s not someone new. You’re remembering who he was, and he seems to be too.
“Goodnight.”

“HONESTLY ITS AS IF I HAVE ANOTHER DAD sometimes” millie laughed loudly nodding her head sideways towards kiseok who just wrapped his arm around her shoulders squeezing her tightly. the others stood around the high table laughed with them, however, sungwoo could only smile. he watched millie and kiseok interact, the constant bumping shoulders or the small inside jokes they had. he couldn’t help but feel a pit of jealousy in his stomach.
sungwoo knew that the pair were not remotely romantically interested in each other which annoyed him even more that he was so jealous. millie and kiseok were joint at the hip at these sort of events ever since he signed the girl to aomg. she was alone in korea when she joined the hiphop agency with her family still living in canada, so kiseok took it upon himself to take of the young artist and make sure she was living well.
the venue they were currently at was slowly becoming more busy as the party began, the atmosphere becoming busy and hectic whereas before it was calm. sunghwa stood across from millie and next to sungwoo, who had noticed his friend looking like a lovesick puppy when he watched millie talk. she was a quiet person usually but when she was around company that she felt comfortable with, she could talk for days, which was another thing that code kunst attracted millie to him.
sunghwa and wonjae knew all about the little workplace romance that was blooming between the producer and rapper. millie had drunkenly confessed to sunghwa of her attraction to cokun and wonjae had to sit and listen to his friend complain about how they will always be stuck as friends. as much as the pair wanted to interfere and make the oblivious friends realise that they share the same feelings they were both apprehensive of meddling.
millie took a small sip of her drink, her eyes meeting sungwoo’s. her heart felt as if it skipped a beat which she tried to ignore. he quickly averted his eyes and her heart dropped but she did well to hide the disappointment. “i’m gonna get another drink,” she muttered towards kiseok, he smiled rubbing her back slightly before she walked away. sungwoo’s gaze was now back on her, this time he was the disappointed one.
sungwoo stood watching her sadly causing wonjae to scoff and nudge him with his elbow. “you gotta talk to her hyung, before she gets with someone else,” he muttered. sungwoo sighed, at war with himself on what to do.
after squeezing her way through the crowd she made it to the busy bar. she waited, tapping her fingers against the table to the beat of the music. however her attention was soon on a familiar face standing a few feet away from her. junhoe was standing, scrolling through his phone, her stomach twisted the sight of her her ex-boyfriend. he was the last person she wanted to see tonight, especially since sungwoo was here.
unfortunately for millie, junhoe noticed her and smiled before walking over to meet her at the bar. “hey millie, didn’t know you’d be here,” he said awkwardly. millie laughed a little, “yeah i’m here with some of the guys,” she replied nodding towards where she was previously standing. junhoe looked over seeing some of the aomg guys at the table and how code kunst was watching the pair carefully. “ah i see,” he muttered. there was an awkward pause, the old couple hadn’t seen each other since the breakup which is what mille wanted but now here he was.
the pair spoke for a few more minutes with junhoe even offering to pay for her drink once she had finally ordered but millie declined. the conversation was strained and millie found herself laughing awkwardly most of the time trying to ignore the suffocating feeling. “i’m gonna get some air for a few minutes,” she told him not letting him reply as she left to quickly to hear it, but his attention quickly moved to someone else thankfully.
she made her way through the drunk crowd towards the front door - grabbing her jacket on the way out, in need of some fresh air and a cigarette. she wasn’t a big smoker but after she had a few drinks or felt overwhelmed with stress she would usually have a few. it was bad habit that she had been trying to kick since she was a teen, but to no avail yet.
outside the bar was quiet thankfully, a little group stood to one side of the door all smoking and laughing together. millie stood on the other side leaning against the brick wall while she began to rummage through her bag for her own pack. unfortunately she only found her lighter, “fuck,” she muttered, before checking her jacket pockets, she looked towards the door debating whether just to go back inside. as she continued to search of her pack, a hand appeared in front her offering a cigarette.
millie stopped a few seconds after registering what it was, her gaze lifted from the ground to meet sungwoo’s. “thanks,” she mumbled taking the stick out of his hand and placing it in between her lips. cokunst leaned on the wall next to the shorter girl, a silence settling between them. she quickly lit her cigarette and took a long draw, before exhaling the thick smoke. sungwoo stole a quick glance of millie who was staring at the nights sky admiring the stars she could see.
“i thought you were quitting,” he finally spoke, millie hummed at his words taking another puff. “i remember using the word trying,” she murmured, tapping off the ash. the silence came back.
“done ignoring me now i take it?” millie asked trying to sound as nonchalant as possible but there was still a hard edge to her voice. the words came out before she had realised what she had actually said, the rapper was usually quite good at hiding her jealousy or annoyance towards code kunst but the tension between them was becoming increasingly more apparent. millie was sick of feeling like a lovesick teenager around sungwoo, constantly overthinking every little detail of their relationship.
sungwoo cleared his throat awkwardly, “i.. i wasn’t ignoring you,” he stuttered out. millie rolled her eyes in annoyance, finally turning to look directly at him. “you have sungwoo, every time i looked at you you’d look away or if i came up to you in there you’d find an excuse to leave, what have i done?” millie rambled angrily suddenly she was thankful that the group who was next to them had gone back inside a few minutes earlier leaving the pair alone. “i’ve been trying all night to talk to you, but you’ve been with that ass for the past half hour,” sungwoo argued back and millie scoffed loudly.
of course that was why sungwoo had all of a sudden decided to leave her alone. it angered the girl more that sungwoo thought she wanted to be talking to junhoe for the full night. that he hadn’t made the effort with her. sungwoo had watched the two exes together at the bar, laughing and to him looked like millie talking excitedly while junhoe grasped her hand. they looked very happy to see each other and sungwoo was jealous to put it plainly. “so what? we we’re catching up. it’s what people do,” she exclaimed. sungwoo’s gaze hardened as the argument became more heated between the two.
“sorry for not wanting to interrupt you with someone you clearly still like,” he huffed pushing himself off the wall. millie scoffed in disbelief watching the taller guy with her eyebrows furrowed, muttering “you’ve got to be kidding me,” to herself. she stomped out the end on her cigarette with her boots, taking a moment to reply. without thinking her words left her mouth quickly. “i don’t fucking like him like that anymore we ended it… it’s you i fucking like,” suddenly it went very quiet between the pair. the only noise that could be heard was the loud music coming from the bar.
the tension could be cut by a knife as the pair stared into each others eyes, millie breathing heavily after her sudden confession. “please just say something,” she said just above a whisper, feeling like she could cry at any moment. instead of replying, sungwoo cupped her face and brought her in for a deep kiss. startled by the kiss, it took millie a second to register what was happening but soon relaxed. her eyes fluttered shut, her arms hanging around sungwoo’s neck.
sungwoo grasped her waist gently while they moved in sync. millie pulled away, smiling to herself as she tried to hide her face in his chest. “i like you too by the way,” he murmured softly.

The thing I love about the way Junho picks his projects is that there's always intent behind it that's not always obvious at face value. And it's not even necessarily because he thinks the script is good or that it'll be a hit, but there's always something new he's challenging himself with. It's why I'll always give his work a try, bc he'll find a way to make his character interesting.
True!
It seems to me like Junho wants to try and play every type of character. Each drama he's in features vastly different types of personalities (Just Between Lovers, Wok of Love, The Red Sleeve Cuff, Confession, Chief Kim and even a Chaebol in King The Land)
and Honey the RANGE!
And now since he's already done a saeguk, I can't wait to see what's next for him knowing it won't be that (lol Sorry - garbage human here ;-).
Maybe he'll do a fantasy or time slip next???

Upon clicking on London's tombstone, you're met with a teaser video of the trainee LONDON MATSUDA. You scroll down the page to be met with a profile and a note from London.
LONDON MATSUDA was born on March 17th, 2000, in Paris, France. When he was just five years old, he moved to Tokyo, Japan. In 2016, he began training under Angelico and gained recognition for his strong rapping abilities, unwavering confidence, and dry humor during his run on Boys Planet 999. While he ended up ranking 12th overall, he received offers to join EVNNE and ONEPACT. However, London decided to remain with Angelico to further improve his craft and present his fans with the most polished version of himself.
A NOTE FROM LONDON!
"Hello! Bonjour! こんにちは! It's been nine months since I've directly spoken to you guys...Wow. That's crazy. Time moves so weirdly. I swear it's only been a month since I was on Boys Planet, crying in the bathroom between practices lol I hope you all understand my decision to not debut so quickly after the show wrapped up. I was a bit...defeated after the show wrapped up and wasn't confident enough to debut next to such talented people. I'm confident now, however! Very confident! I'm so happy to be a part of this project. Are you excited? It's always fun to get to pick who gets to debut lol I have missed everyone! I hope you vote for me, then Junho, then me again. I hope to see you all again soon. Thank you so much for waiting for me o(≧▽≦)o LONDON"

              ◇Stress Relief◇
☆I wanna touch on you
You see me in my room
Wish you were here right now
All of the things I'd do
I wanna get freaky on camera
I love when we get freaky on camera☆ (Doja Cat).
Another day, another dollar. Funny how things change. The job interview for instance, the awkwardness, fumbling through, hoping the impression left was good if not adequate. The phone call, "the job is yours", never believing the good fortune as being the chosen one. The first weeks learning and adapting to all that the job entails. Meeting 'the boss' he seemed presentable and polite if not cool and aloof, well I'm there to work not start romantic entanglements. Sure he is a handsome guy, sexy even, but he knows it. Demanding and obnoxious one moment staring at you the next as if this is your first meeting. You never know which Lee Junho you will encounter.
The condescending looks can cut, stubborn! Stubborn as a mule! It's a job! The pay is good as are the benefits, so dealing with the boss, that's just part and parcel. Some days though…the knock off time can not come faster enough.
Yes, well yes, there were fantasies in the beginning, well he is an attractive man, and  in her own defense this was before she knew him.
Stress relief she calls it  otherwise known as mastrubation. Reminiscing about those thoughts, they were creative and imaginative, and fulfilling. That had to stop! That Tuesday? No Monday? No, it was a Tuesday! When he caught her staring at him, her thoughts were x-rated, the quizzical and detached look he returned, hit like a wave. Can he read minds?
No of course not! With his self absorption she figured he would soon lose whatever interest he had in her at the moment.
"Is something wrong?" Junho asked at her desk, "what? Hmm no!" "You were staring! Thought I spilt something on myself I could  not see!" "No you are fine"
Grinning "thank you".
Ego much! Damn man!
So after that encounter no more fantasies about the boss!.
Emotional involvements! Who needs them! They always lead to disaster. Thinking about past encounters they were either too clingy or had a roving eye she muses. Deciding to take herself out of the game, it's a lonely existence. Adult websites? Maybe?
Adultfriendfinder, was a blessing, suited the needs and requirements of the moment.  Yes the site is filled with creeps and perverts, but hell that goes with the territory. Recalling the night she first had communique from 'Iwillmakeuscream'. Disappointment first reaction another chauvinistic perv!  His message was not what she expected, it was interesting, she was intrigued, so she replied.
That was the beginning of a mutually satisfying friendship, well of sorts.
They both wanted the same thing, fun! Without the chains of a partners strangulation hold.
Privacy was paramount, they agreed to keep their identities hidden, adding to the excitement.
Never knowing who you are sharing all these delicious moments with that in itself is an aphrodisiac. Eventually they moved passed the site to the app.
He is kinky enough to be adventurous without being creepy. His words seductive, and let's face it with cyber sex or some call it internet sex communication is and imagination are the upmost important factors. This guy..
Well he has them in spades.
Many, many, many nights nestled in bed with thoughts of him.
Tumblr media
Photos, well dick photos are not amongst my prized possessions she giggles, but I do have an extensive collection of 'Iwillmakeuscream' body parts, and what nice body parts they are! Taking the photos and sharing, a turn on. Intimacy without intimacy. His scenarios and suggestions exotic and kinky and fun, most of all stress relieving.
Great! The boss is on one today!
"Do you think this is what I asked?" "Go back to your desk and redo it" blah blah blah.
That man is either hot or cold.
He has been surprisingly pleasant lately, "now we have to work late" he states.
Great! There goes tonight's stress relief. "Will this day ever end".
Days and nights roll by, Junho ever the demanding boss requiring perfection or very close to it. The illusion of once believing I was the chosen one, faded now the others who interviewed and did not place, now they are the lucky ones.
Looking at him, remembering the fantasies, what the hell was I thinking?
Cold, aloof, ice in his veins, the man is an ice cube.
"Yes I'm paying attention" , replying sweetly.
"Good I'm not going to repeat myself!".
Grouch, he would make an excellent Grinch laughing to herself at her own thoughts.
"Repeat what I just said"
Looking at him whilst repeating him word for word.
The only reward that is given is cool stern stare.
On the other hand nights spent tapping away on the keyboard chatting with 'Iwillmakeuscream' rewarding, relaxing, inhibitions be damned. The unknown is intoxicating.
Tonight though he hinted we should meetup.
Meetup! What happened to privacy? Keeping it simple? Free of emotional pitfalls?
Meeting up in a hotel, no doubt it would be orgasmatic.
Blindfolds his kink. Not sure about us both stumbling around a hotel room blindfolded.
Can't deny the intrigue is consuming finally seeing the face of so much stress relief is fascinating to say the least.
Standing outside the Hilton hotel, building the gumption to walk through the revolving doors.
How did I get here? What am I doing here?
Cravings of the body weaken the will.
I mean it's not like we are in a relationship just two adults looking for adult fun, no strings attached.
It will be awkward at first seeing someone who knows so much about you, someone who has seen parts of you that normally are hidden from view, someone who has never seen your face nor heard your voice or even knows your name.
A thrilling sexual game.
Time to meet my stress relief cohort face to face.
Room 242, this is it. Final check, straighten clothes, apply lipstick, run fingers through hair and then one final flick of the mane.
Knock knock knock.
The door opens the man smiling, slowly his smile fades away as recognition hits.
"You!"
Standing in the doorway, Lee Junho, also known as the boss.
"You, OMG".

And all so suddenly, he was pulled out of his solitary, only to have given the responsibility he had never wished to have, along with the threats that come as a part of the deal.
Born as youngest yet having lost so much, you have given your family your loyalty, your protection, and had been given their love and support that had become the only thing that keeps you going. But what happens when the only people you have put your trust in only repay you with betrayal?’

MOMENTS AGO…
The Resting Forest territory has always been known to be somewhat silent and peaceful.
Spread all the way from the foot of the Resting Mountains to the borders surrounding the shifters’ land and human towns, the thick foliage provides protection from the atrocities and threats coming from the No Man’s Land and the dreadful wastelands in the South, while at the same time, it becomes the veil that conceals them from the Hunters lurking from their secret colonies in the West.
For a long time, the forest has also served as an open route for travellers and merchants passing through. The forest represents peace, as it has held no danger nor threats towards its guests and settlers for many years. Not since the last of the Rogue War.
But that situation has changed today, as the loud sound of the battle between the Vampires happening at the borders near No Man’s Land could be heard all the way to the other end of the forest, disrupting the peace and solitude ever since the first blast reverberated through the woods. Just as yet another explosion erupted, making the ground rumble and shake beneath all the tension, the young Vampire messenger rushed through the thicket in haste. Instead of running away from the explosion to avoid chaos, he went further to approach its source, knowing that it would be the only possible place where he might find who and what he had been searching for.
Through his journey, he was quick to feel the heat from the intense battle that has kept on rising and how much it was beginning to affect the rest of the woodlands. The clashing forces from the battle had sent the local animals into hiding, and it was starting to push him back, making it hard for him to keep going forward. Yet the urgency and the dire need to carry on with his search gave him the strength to continue on his way. With the knowledge that he had no more time left to waste, he simply pushed forward, even when the thick, hot air around him was suffocating him and burning his skin upon contact, letting him know that he was getting closer to the battlefield.
“Can’t stop now. Must find him fast,” the Vampire, Yeosang, kept on telling himself as he raced faster, as he feared that he might have been too late, that he wouldn’t be able to reach the Lord Vampires’ entourage—the one that Junhoe was guiding—on time.
With each blast from the battle reaching from a close distance, he accelerated, rushing on despite knowing what was waiting for him on the other side.
Granted, the messenger had never once been trained properly to join any battle. All his life, the only thing that he had been tasked with was to send messages and news from one point to another, jumping from one hideout to the other while he acted as the private messenger between the Lords’ children and their secret allies. Being this close to a battle seemed like a terrible idea, but his instincts drew him closer, taking him towards where Junhoe might be.
At first, he had begun the search for Junhoe and his entourage out of his personal concern, hoping that he would be able to warn the Vampire of the danger that was waiting for them, before getting them all back to his hiding place where he could help reunite the Orphans—the disbanded brothers of the Travellers clan that Junhoe had somehow become apart of—with the Lords’ children that had been travelling with him.
But now, sensing that the danger has already found them, his main agenda is to make sure that Junhoe and the Orphans that he was travelling with would be able to come out of the chaos alive.
But how am I supposed to do such a thing? He questioned himself as he thought of this, cursing the fact that he had never once gotten engaged in this kind of situation before.
It doesn’t matter, because finding Lord Jimin is the main priority. As long as he is safe. He reminded himself this, just as he was reminded of the last conversation that he had with Lord Seungwon’s daughter at the gathering night back at the home castle many weeks ago. She was the oldest of the children, the leader of the heirs, and the only one who had always been keeping in touch with the homeland after the previous Lords’ ascending to the Eternal Sleep.
Yeosang had remained by her side that night. Together with her brothers, they were perfectly hidden among the crowds who had never once met the Lords’ children and were unable to identify her. They had all witnessed Jimin’s initiation as the future Lord together, keeping the powers of the Lords safe with him and out of the rebels’ reach. They had stayed a bit longer to give the youngest brother a chance to use his powers to identify the traitors that were lurking between the Elders, though his effort couldn’t provide much information when the siblings were forced to leave before anyone would notice their presence.
As his thought wandered back into that very night, Yeosang’s spirit was quick to rise as he was reminded of the message that was given to him that night.
“I’ll try to find and gather my cousins. But before then, I shall have a word with the new ‘Lord’,” Lord Seungwon’s daughter had told him then before she disappeared into the night. “Let Jimin know that I will be waiting for him at the place where the Orphans used to hide in to escape from my father’s lectures.” She chuckled lovingly. “I’ll be waiting until the break of dawn. I’ll listen to what he has planned. If he has any.”
Yeosang had already failed his duty once when he lost track of Lord Jimin and the Orphans after the gathering night, when the brothers had been so quick to depart before they all disappeared into their secret meeting point in the human town. Since then, he has vowed to never again fail on the task that was given to him and to bring Lord Jimin and his brothers to meet the heirs.
He was still considered lucky, however, when even after his failure, he had somehow been able to make contact with Junhoe, the Turned Vampire who had joined the Travellers clan and had become close acquaintances with the Orphans. Despite never joining the Blood Oath which the Orphans did with each other when they reached adulthood, Junhoe remained to be a part of their circle, so he had known then that whatever information that Lord Seungwon’s daughter wanted to give to Lord Jimin would still reach him as long as Junhoe was willing to trust them and hold on to the message.
It had taken some coaxing and convincing, seeing that Junhoe didn’t trust him enough to follow him while the Turned Vampire was already anxious about catching up with his brothers and clan mates who had already left the home castle, but Yeosang succeeded in the end in persuading Junhoe to follow him, taking him to the meeting point where he could meet Lord Seungwon’s children before they slipped away to return into their hidden sanctuary.
To this day, Yeosang would repeatedly think about that night, to recall the conversation that was shared then and the information that he had gathered while he was there to witness it all. He has been using everything that he had learned as his reasons to continue to perform his duties as the messenger between the heirs and the Orphans, and to the home castle, while remaining focused on his mission of bringing Lord Jimin home and helping reunite them all together.
Because he and his brothers are the only ones who would be able to change their minds, to convince the rightful heirs of the throne to take their place, he repeated these words inside his head, just as he had done for the past few moons which he spent tracking down the Lords and following their orders. They will surely listen to Lord Jimin, especially now that he is holding the power of the Lords within him.
Yeosang continued to repeat these words as he pushed forward, using them to motivate him to continue racing through the forest, no matter how intimidating the situation around him was becoming, not letting his own fear get into his head until he could get to where he needed to be.
Another blast came from the battle, startling him. It was right at that moment when a swift movement from beyond the trees caught his attention, making him stumble just as something came into his path. It took him a moment to find his balance, his own speed became the reason he was thrown off. As he managed to straighten himself and look up, he found a Warrior Vampire standing in his way with a sneer on his face.
“I’m afraid this is the end of your journey,” the Vampire said to him with a taunting voice, drawing a threatening snarl from the messenger.
“Step out of my way. This has nothing to do with you,” Yeosang snapped at them. He did the best he could to keep his voice steady and his chin high, keeping his composure even when a few more Vampires appeared from the trees.
His body shuddered in dismay as he recognised them all. They were all members of the Warriors clan, the Vampires that had been trained specifically to protect the Vampire clan and their homeland. Except that it didn’t seem like they were here to protect him, nor were they here to stop the battle from escalating further. They were instead standing in his way, stopping him from going to the battle, which only revealed that they were nothing more but a small part of the rebellions that had been plotting to betray the entire clan.
As he was seething in anger due to this fact, another Warrior came closer, taking his friend’s side as he sneered, “If you’re going to interrupt our plans, then this has everything to do with us.”
Clenching his hands beside him, Yeosang snarls at them, “You are the ones standing in my path.”
Laughing bitterly, the first Vampire tilted his head at him. “This one has some guts on him,” he said, turning to his friends. Then he looked at Yeosang once more, his fangs appearing as he sneered at the messenger while his claws lengthen, as if they were ready to start a fight against the messenger. “Unfortunately, we don’t have much time to play games. Get him.”
Under his command, the other Warriors moved, leaping towards Yeosang to grab him while one Vampire swiped his claws, aiming at Yeosang’s chest. The messenger was only lucky to escape the attack from moving fast, panting as he leapt backwards to avoid the attack. His energy has depleted quite a bit after his run in search of Junhoe, though it didn’t stop him from being swift in dodging the attacks that kept on coming toward him.
But the Warriors had always been faster than most. They had always been stronger, that one failed attack was quick to be followed by another, then another, each time missing barely an inch when Yeosang made a move to slip away from their reach. Just when he was finally reaching his limit, his movement started to become disorganised and slightly clumsy, he failed to escape it when a hand captured his throat, pressing down hard to cut off his airway while sharp claws began to sink into his skin, drawing some blood.
Yeosang opened his eyes to look at his assailant as the grip on his throat tightened, and he watched in horror when the Warrior raised his other hand, ready to strike his final blow. “No hard feelings,” the Vampire said with a low growl. “But we can’t let anyone interfere when we’re already getting so close.”
Yeosang refused to close his eyes. Grabbing onto the hand that was clutching his throat in a tight, unmerciful grip, he kept his eyes open as he anticipated the blow. Except the painful hit never came, when a strong grip caught the Warrior Vampire by the wrist before he ever had the chance to swing his claws, and relief overcame the messenger when he saw a familiar face—not one, but two—standing on either side of the Warrior Vampire that had caught him. They had moved so fast that neither he nor the Vampires who had come close to putting an end to his life ever noticed them coming. Yet his relief was nearly short-lived when he realised who they were, and what they were capable of.
Lord Seunghyun’s twin sons.
The most vicious ones out of the Lords’ missing children. The ones who he had last seen resting in the depth of the wastelands just beyond the No Man’s Land, completely out of sight from the other fellow Vampires from the Travellers clan that was said to have been sent out to find them while staying far out of reach from their own cousins. The same brothers that Yeosang had been trying to lead Junhoe to find.
“Now, now…let’s not be too hasty, shall we? Are you seriously going to attack an innocent being without asking questions first?” said the twin that had a grip around the Vampire that was holding the messenger hostage, while said Vampire turned to look at his left, and then his right, finding two identical sneers facing him before asking,
“W-who are you?”
The question caught Yeosang completely off guard, surprised to find that the Warrior didn’t recognise who they were. Looking around him, it didn’t look like either of the Vampires present here to intercept his task knew who he truly was or who these twins were. Though he soon realised that neither of these Vampires was at fault. While he was merely a messenger who constantly lived in the shadows, loyal only to the Lords and their successors, the twins had been constantly on the move ever since they reached adulthood, hiding away from the rest of the clan while exploring the realm for the past century.
Long enough to be away while their father was building the clan and his army of Turned Vampires in their absence.
The fact that they had no idea who the twins were only meant that it hadn’t been that long since these Warriors were turned. A fact that sounded ironic, knowing who would have been likely to have turned them in the first place as they had all been a part of the Warrior clan.
“My…you really have no idea who we are, don’t you?” one of the twins sneered at the Warrior Vampires, his eyes wide with amusement and pure mirth, drawing shivers down Yeosang’s spine, knowing where this was going. Even though he was way younger compared to these twins, he had been following their tracks long enough to know what kind of menace they were capable of bringing into the world and to other beings around them.
The revelation drew Yeosang’s body completely stiff, wishing that he wasn’t being restrained. Fear clutched tightly in his chest as he wished that he could take a step backwards, to find a way to not become the receiving end of whatever recklessness that may come from the twins. Meanwhile, Yongguk, the Vampire who had the grip on his assailant, tilted his head curiously. “Pity. Perhaps we’ve been gone for too long. Don’t you think so too, brother?”
Stuck in the middle with nowhere else to go, the confused Warrior turned to look at one twin before turning to the other, expecting an answer. And he immediately got what he had wanted when Yongnam, the other twin, chuckled deeply and responded to his brother with, “I have to agree. Time simply escaped us while we were both out there seeing the world.”
“Stop playing games!” the Vampire between them finally snapped. “Who the fuck are you people?”
While his question motivated the rest of his gang—the other Warriors who had been standing silent around them without knowing what to do—to finally change their stance and prepare themselves to join the fight, it only drew the smile on the twins’ faces to grow even wider.
“Good question. Why don’t we introduce ourselves?” Yongguk said with feigned excitement, before both his smile and his intimidating gaze became grim, and he growled softly at the Vampire in his hold. “But first, why don’t you let go of our little friend?” he asked, before he slowly started tightening the grip he had on the Warrior’s wrist until the first snap of bone was heard, all while he continued to whisper tauntingly, “Pretty…” Another snap, then, “…please?” Then the sound of an entire bone snapping in different places echoed in the air around them, followed by a painful cry coming from the poor Warrior.
The moment Yongguk released him, the grip around Yeosang’s throat loosened, and the messenger was freed. Yeosang fell to the ground with a groan, then watched as Yongnam slipped right in front of him, blocking him from their opponents as the twin ordered, “You might want to stand aside, little messenger. Things are going to get a bit wild over here.”
Right beside him, Yongguk’s smirk grew just as his eyes glazed over, as if he was using his senses to track down a familiar presence. “Oh, it seems like Junhoe is nearby too,” he said, before he looked up to see the sky, watching it growing red just as the sound of trees burning coming from the battle was heard, followed by a few more blasts that should be enough to warn them to run away just as a thick blanket of flame began to build up.
Instead of sharing a look of fear, wicked smiles appeared on the twins’ faces as the flame from the battle continued to rise up to the sky, red flames dancing gracefully from beyond the trees, as if inviting them to play along. “And whatever it is that he seems to be involved in sounds like a lot of fun,” he added, and Yeosang could almost feel the excitement bursting out of the twin’s body.
The other twin chuckled as he continued to face the Vampires that were starting to rise, ready to come at them. There was an excited grin growing on his face as he offered, “Shall we finish this quickly and go together to find our adopted brother to see what he’s been up to?”
“Let’s,” his brother responded, before the twin launched to welcome the fight.
Knowing that he shouldn’t take their warnings lightly, Yeosang immediately slipped away, finding protection behind a boulder just as the twins took over the situation. Watching them fight, while feeling the presence of the Vampires from the Travellers clan still fighting nearby, he began to feel hope, and he started to see that maybe things wouldn’t turn out so bleak after all.

PRESENT…
Junhoe realises too late just how hard it is to stay focused on fighting when his attention is divided into various places. As he fights, his thoughts scatter between worrying about Lord Jimin and his other companions that he has left behind to fend for themselves, to wondering about the distress that he felt coming from the messenger not too long ago, and to pay attention to the fight that he is currently dealing with.
It is not making things easier for him either when he is facing a strong opponent whose fighting style is way too similar to his, all due to their history of being trained together under their master, Lord Seunghyun, during their transition period as adult Vampires. Though he has to admit that his level of combat skills may not be as advanced as his opponent, with his lack of experience in open battles such as this one.
He had already noticed his inadequacy back during the battle against the werewolves which happened not too long ago, when he had to fight side by side with Jimin and the Lycan hybrid, Taehyung, and was only able to do so much to assist. Now, the disparity seems even clearer as he is facing his former ally, whose combat skills have obviously gotten more advanced compared to his has ever had, something that shouldn’t be too surprising for him to find.
Being turned decades after he was, Mino had always been one of their master’s strongest disciples. Even back when Junhoe was still a part of the Warriors clan, far before he made the choice to join Jimin and the Travellers clan, he had witnessed how Mino had advanced quickly ever since the day he was turned to the long days when he joined the other Warriors clan members in war training.
A long time has passed since then, and Junhoe can easily tell the difference between their strength and skills. Fighting Mino feels like facing a stone wall, when he could barely land a fatal attack on his opponent while the few hits that he receives have been able to send him a few steps backwards.
It doesn’t help the fact that Mino has the upper hand by having other Warriors backing him up in the fight while Junhoe is fighting alone. Had he—even for a moment—expected to meet these rebels the moment he separates himself from his group, Junhoe would have been more prepared to face this fight. His problem isn’t just about defeating Mino, but there is also the matter of going against his followers who aren’t there just to witness the fight, but to accommodate their leader in putting Junhoe down.
With each attack that he lands on Mino, they would make a move to retaliate, using the short period of time while Junhoe is distracted to attack, disrupting his focus and balance while giving enough time for Mino to recover before re-entering the fight once again. The pattern continues, and he can already feel his energy draining rapidly, his movements keep getting slower as the fight carries on. Even though he still manages to take down two of the younger Turned Vampires who are still no match to him, he knows for sure that this isn’t the kind of fight that he would win easily on.
And he still has the messenger to worry about.
“I can see that you can still fight quite well,” Mino comments between his attack, one that Junhoe easily evades once he is starting to be able to read his opponent’s movements. This fight has brought back a memory from the past, to the days and nights he spent sparring with Mino and his former clan mates. It had also brought him back to the day he came face to face with his former clan members to inform them that he would no longer be staying with the Warriors clan.
For the first decade ever since that day, he was haunted by guilt. The memory of the talk that he had with his fellow clan members back then had followed him for a long time, when he would recall the words that they had given him right before his departure, giving him nothing but doubt.
“You are ungrateful and greedy. You know that we’re the strongest clan among the others. You will regret this.”
Those had been the exact words that Mino and his other fellow clan mates said to him then. With the passing time, everything that happened then had become a complete blur in his mind—all the faces, the words, the actual events of that night before he finally departed under Lord Seunghyun’s well wishes—until now, when he looks straight into Mino’s eyes and feels the pain of betrayal boiling in his chest.
It wasn’t an easy feat either to leave the clan that he was brought into when he was turned. He had spent decades adjusting to his new life as a Vampire under Lord Seunghyun’s guidance, and in return, he would be given the tasks of guarding the Lord’s twin boys when they were out on their adventure, venturing outside the homeland, even if he hadn’t known by then the true identity of those twins as the Lord’s biological children. Not until recently, when he finally found out the true nature of Pure Bloods and how they were able to maintain their bloodline.
It was during that time on the road with the twins when he was exposed to the world and what life truly was outside of their homeland, and that was also the first time he began making acquaintances with Jimin and the rest of the Orphans, the Pure Blood children from the Travellers clan. It was then when he started to crave something different. He wanted to have the same chance to venture further out of their homeland, to be able to travel and see the world, to experience and visit the places that he would have never gotten the chance to live as a mere human, and to be able to learn more about the Vampires as he knew only so little of them at the time. He had wanted everything that the Travellers clan had to offer, all the things that the Warriors would never have the chance to as they were supposed to stay to protect their home and the Lords.
Today, however, none of those bad memories come back to haunt him. Not when it is finally revealed that he is not the one betraying the clan, after all. And as the fight continues, it is clear that while his power and skills may not be comparable to what Mino has today, he can still use everything that he had learned during the long years of his journey to have a better comprehension of the fight—from the various fighting forms that he had encountered while he ventured into shifters territories to the artful ways of defending himself which he had learned while staying in human towns. The knowledge helps him to evade Mino’s attacks and to use all the techniques that he had incidentally learned from the different places he had been to as he fights back.
“Being on the road had never stopped me from exercising my skills,” Junhoe responded between the counterattack he threw against his rival. Catching Mino’s hand just in time before he could bury his claws into his shoulder, Junhoe leans in and adds, “I would also think that I had probably advanced more than you think, since I’ve learned a lot of new things while I was gone.”
A raging hiss escapes Mino as he fights to escape his grip, only to move far too late as Junhoe uses his other hand to send out a fatal blow right onto the Warrior’s chest, sending him flying back until his back hits the massive tree across the opening. Just then, another Warrior takes the chance to attack from the side, using the moment of distraction to steal an attack. But Junhoe has expected this to happen, and the Vampire is soon sent out flying to join his buddy as he falls away. Only that his fate isn’t quite the same, as he lands right at the small opening where the thick foliage around them doesn’t reach, allowing the sunlight slipping past the thick branches to burn him to crisp.
Exhausted from the continuous attacks, Junhoe isn’t quite ready when danger rises, as Mino quickly recovers and orders the remaining Vampires to attack him all at once. Three shadows jump in right at that moment, countering all the attacks while Junhoe falls in his exhaustion. He nearly laughs in disbelief as he sees the very same people he had been worrying about—the messenger that he was trying to rescue and Lord Seunghyun’s twin sons, the same Vampires that he had watched over and cared for a long period of time ago.
Relief washes over Junhoe as he watches his master’s sons pushing back his assailants so easily while the messenger remains close to act as their shadow before helping him get up from the ground.
“Looks like you have some interesting company. I hope you don’t mind if we invite ourselves to your little party?” Yongguk greets Junhoe with a voice that sounds almost too cheery, just like a little boy who had just found a new toy to play with.
Junhoe grunts as he stands back up on his feet and joins his adopted brothers. “By all means,” he says, still feeling the laughter bubbling in his chest as a wave of emotions overcomes him. “You might even enjoy it knowing who they are.”
The twins raise their eyebrows curiously as they both turn to look at him at the same time. “And who might these bastards be?”
Junhoe smiles, though he keeps his eyes on Mino when he answers, “They are Lord Seunghyun’s disciples. At least, they were. Your father was the one who turned them.”
The answer seems to intrigue them for reasons that Junhoe cannot seem to understand. That is, until Yongnam turns to the Vampires that they are facing, looking at every single one of them before saying, “That’s funny. We just met your brothers back there. Let’s just say that they will no longer be joining the party now.”
Mino, whose eyes have grown wide ever since the moment Junhoe mentions their master as the twins’ father, is quick to look uneasy. “The actual sons of the Lords. I thought you were merely nothing but a myth,” he suddenly says with disbelief, drawing a low chuckle from the twins.
“Oh, sorry to disappoint you. But—” Yongguk taunts him with a shrug, before he suddenly vanishes, and in a blink of an eye, is suddenly standing merely an inch away from Mino, giving the rebel a taunting grin as he playfully starts poking on his chest. “—as you can see, we are pretty real.”
As if he wants to prove a point, Yongguk doesn’t waste any time and throws the first punch, launching the entire fight to continue. This time, however, with the sons of the former leader of the Warriors clan fighting by his side, the fight escalates to a new level. Junhoe can soon feel the imbalance of power between both sides, especially when whatever it was that the three of them had encountered before reaching here had somehow managed to turn the twins to become completely unhinged. It seems like the more they fight, the more excited they become, and they seem to be enjoying it as their powers are unleashed and the more they become unrestrained in their attacks.
From the side, as he joins them in the fight, he watches in awe from the corner of his eyes as the brothers move so fluidly and efficiently, taking down their opponent one threat at a time. They move as if they are a single entity, as if they share the same mind, as one would send an enemy to the other and each time they work together to bring a Vampire down.
Junhoe feels a shiver in his spine when he witnesses one of the twins throwing one Vampire into the air, coincidentally timing it together with the blast resounding from the nearby part of the forest that it almost seems as if he is moving in the same rhythm as the battle going on nearby. Then fear laces through his heart when he watches as they continue to unmercifully put an end to the final two Vampires guarding Mino from their attacks. One twin takes one opponent in his hand, breaking the Warrior’s neck with nothing more but a flick of his wrist. Then the other twin makes his move, taunting his victim for a brief moment before he reaches out, and his hand disappears inside the Vampire’s chest, which simply dissipates into dust merely a blink of an eye later.
Have they always been this ruthless? He silently wonders as he slowly steps back, not completely sure if he should feel wary or hopeful to have such force joining his side.
Has their time away from home factored in the change that he is now seeing from them?
Does this have anything to do with their reluctance in claiming their rights as the heirs of the Lords?
Before Junhoe can even figure out the answer to his questions, Yongguk suddenly snaps ahead. One minute he is standing merely a few feet away, then a moment later, he has his claws buried in Mino’s collars while he lifts the rebel far above the ground with his legs kicking and his fangs extending, hisses of threats coming out of his mouth in his refusal to surrender.
“Our father would be disappointed to see what have become you,” Yongguk says to him with a snarl while looking straight into the rebel’s eyes. “Since he isn’t here to give his punishment for your impudence, I suppose it is our job to do it on his behalf.”
Junhoe quickly snaps out of it and steps closer to stop him. “Lord Jimin might want the information that he may have,” Junhoe warns the twin, remembering that they are on a mission where they would need to gather as much information and evidence as possible before planning their next move against the rebellions.
To this, Yongguk merely tilts his head while giving him the kind of smile that doesn’t necessarily put anyone at ease. “Don’t worry, brother. Even if he seems to be preoccupied right now, I’ll make sure that Jimin can see everything,” he responds with a grin, right before his eyes glow in silver light and his fangs begin to lengthen in a threatening manner. With a loud growl coming out of his mouth, he snaps forward and latches his mouth onto the Vampire’s neck. The rebel cries out in pain as the young Lord’s fangs sink into his skin and he continues to drink his blood, and Mino continues screaming until his voice slowly fades, completely helpless as Death unmercifully takes away his soul in the hands of his former master’s son.

On the other side of the forest, Mino’s final cry is drowned under the rumbling sounds of the battle. Neither of the brothers has caught on to what is happening on Junhoe’s side while they have their own plight to deal with.
Jimin stands right at the center of the battle with Jinhwan and Hyun standing ready by his side, while most of the Vampires that had been launching attacks after attacks against them have also stopped progressing. Many of them remain in their position, though there seems to be nothing that they could do but stand frozen the way Jimin does as they all watch the scene unfolding right in front of their eyes with wonder and a deep feeling of dread. At the same time, everything else around them is in motion, pulsing and flowing and breathing, and it takes a while for everything to sink in and for him to realise that the entire forest is the one moving.
“What the actual hell is happening right now?
Jinhwan’s question barely registers to Jimin when he is too stunned, unable to react or respond, though his brother’s overflowing emotions manage to penetrate into his mind, allowing him to feel the shock and fear that his brother shares with him. Disbelief runs through him just as intensely as they both witness the sight before them that looks awfully similar to a fever dream.
The forest had come alive.
Jimin keeps repeating these words as he tries to understand the situation, all while convincing himself that he isn’t dreaming. With his own eyes, he watches in awe as the trees are swaying as if they are marching into a war dance. Their aged, yet undeniably strong roots come rising from the ground in which they have been buried deeply for many decades, breaking the earth apart and knocking the few Vampires that had been standing far too close.
He marvels at the magnificent sight of thick branches and long vines reaching out far ahead of them, moving so fluidly as if they are mere massive-sized human limbs trying to touch their surroundings, so captivating and yet so intimidating at the same time. It seems even more surreal when the vines begin to stretch out towards the rebels spreading before them, knocking them off one rebel at a time and wrapping themselves around the ones that are trying to fight back. The vines appear like delicate fingers as they easily lift the rebels off the ground before tossing them away until they all disappear into the darkest side of the forest.
That is the moment Jiho and his followers finally snap out of their shock. Jimin can sense the intense ripples of the battle rising once again the moment Jiho turns around and their gazes meet each other. With a threatening snarl coming out of his mouth, Jiho begins roaring out commands after commands to set his loyal followers into action. The obedient ones soon part into two groups—with the first group turning back to face Jimin and his companions to carry on with the fight that had been put to halt, while the second group turns to face the moving trees, ready to defend themselves against the vines that are still reaching out to clear them out of the way and stopping them from coming any closer.
Meanwhile, those who are on the outer line of offence seem to be indecisive, caught between following their duty to fight back and listening to the urge of finding their escape, seeing now that the forest no longer remains silent under the chaos that they all had brought onto this peaceful place. Though it doesn’t really seem like the forest is making it their main priority to chase away the intruders stomping down their territory as they continue to move towards the line of Vampires, as the foliage seems to also be moving and swaying around methodically towards where the fire has been building up, doing everything they could to thwart the burning flames. It somehow gives a sense of relief for Jimin, as he has felt so powerless with his inability to do anything to stop it when the blaze was first ignited, but it only makes him feel more intrigued, for this is something that he had never once—even during those long years of travelling past this forest in the past—ever heard or seen happening in this territory.
“I’ve never heard a thing about the Resting forest holding any kind of magic that would make this possible. Have I been wrong this whole time?” Jimin finds himself questioning this as Jinhwan and Hyun slink closer to his side, forming a small, protective circle as they brace themselves against the incoming threats rising around them and fighting off the Vampires that have continued their assaults.
As they continue their fight against Jiho and his underlings, they quickly notice that they have nothing to worry about in regards to protecting themselves from the raging forest. Because for each time a wild vine comes reaching out close enough to their group, instead of laying an attack on them, the vine would find purchase on the rebels, almost as if their attacks are emphasized at making sure to keep the rebels away from Jimin and his companions.
“I sense no magic, but I do sense something similar to—” Mage Hyun begins to respond after fending off an attack, though he is unable to finish his words when the rumbling happening beneath his feet suddenly intensifies, as if the ground is breaking further apart.
At first, the three of them start looking around, wondering if the trees are the ones making this happen to knock everyone down, destroying even those who are not standing in their paths. But then they begin to realise that the trembling on the ground is no longer coming from deep inside the earth nor it is coming from the moving trees. They seem to be coming from somewhere else. Somewhere beyond the foliage. And they are coming towards them at a speed that could only be made by a certain group of animals.
A whole pack of them.
“We’re getting some company,” Jimin says to his companions who are looking around in alert, still trying to figure out what is causing this sensation and searching for danger, as they too have noticed that the vibration under their feet doesn’t seem to coincide with the madness rising around them.
“Good company or more bad ones?” Jinhwan asks him in return, still unable to look away from the trees around them, though he seems to have realised where their new company seems to be coming from as he is looking far into the darkest depth of the forest in his search.
Jinhwan tries his best to stay calm, yet as the rumbling seems to gain closer while the vile and desperate Vampires around them are growing more reckless in their assaults, fear grips his chest from within and his voice trembles a little when he softly pleads, “Please tell me they’re the good ones.”
Just then, before either Jimin or Hyun get a chance to answer him, flashes of beasts come jumping out of the shades, striking down the rebels on the outer offence line, both those who are still attacking the trees and those trying to escape.
Everything happens so fast that neither Jimin nor Jinhwan can have a clear view of what is actually happening. The smoke coming from the fire isn’t helping the case either when it is still far too thick for Jimin to see what happens beyond. But then the sounds of deep growls and snarls grow louder against the roaring blaze of the flame still dancing fiercely around them. As a part of the walls of flame slowly subsides on one side of the woods, the beasts emerge from the darkness, with their leader howling into the sky, announcing the start of a new battle.
Werewolves.
Jimin releases a growl as he sees them coming. The last battle that he had to face against werewolves is still fresh in his memory, just as fresh as the mating mark now pulsing on his shoulder. With his fangs shown through his warning hiss and his claws extended by his side, Jimin braces himself to face the fight that is coming to him. As Jinhwan and Hyun both take their positions on either side of him, Jimin comes to a harsh realisation that neither of his companions had been in the same battle before, making him doubt if he would be able to come out of this alive without the help of those who have fought against werewolves before.
Jimin prepares to take a hit as he watches a pair of werewolves jumping out of the trees and going straight at him in full speed. But the attack never comes. As if the gods above are on his side tonight, both werewolves break apart from their line of attack and leap into the air, landing straight on top of the Vampires who were attempting to attack Jimin from behind.
“What are they doing? Are they on our side?” Jimin hears Jinhwan questioning him. He starts to look around, and then all so suddenly, he is taken back to the day he spent with you before leaving, and he can hear your voice speaking to him, reminding him of what you said to him then—
“I shall have a talk with Alpha Namjoon and request for his aid. Perhaps I can convince him to fight alongside us now that we all know the true nature of Haerin’s wolf. He is one of the biggest allies that my father trusted the most. Seeing that he has my parents under his pack’s care at the moment, he might be our last hope in going against the Rogue King.”
With your words echoing through his head and seeing the werewolves forming a line of offence against the rebels, Jimin immediately becomes more alert and tries his best to identify the wolves.
The week that he spent travelling with you and Taehyung had allowed him to become familiar with your pack imprints. Both yours and Taehyung’s. Using his memories and the newly formed mating bond that he shares with you, Jimin steps aside from the fight and does a quick survey to find either you or Taehyung among the werewolves now spilling the battleground.
But after scanning the area a few times and taking a whiff of the air around him, Jimin is soon met with disappointment, realising that their new company had not come from either your pack or Taehyung’s. The new scent surrounding him throws him off for a moment, before he begins to recognise what he is sensing from them—the familiar scent that he had stumbled across in the past during his travels becomes the biggest giveaway to help him identify them, while the sight of the flashing silver fur lining up their sides, chest, and hind legs, a signature colour that is mostly known to be the physical imprint owned by one specific pack of shifters.
“I don’t suppose that these wolves were sent here by your mate,” Hyun calmly says as he shakes off an attack launched against them as a couple of Vampires still manage to escape the clutches of the forest and the incoming wolves, determined to finish what they had started and take Jimin and his group down.
“No, they were not. But I do know who they are. They are the pack that resides at the foot of the Resting mountains, the Blue Moon Pack. They are the ones who have been protecting this forest and its surrounding territory. It would only make sense that our extraneous fight has called for their interference,” Jimin answers briefly as relief slowly comes to him the moment he manages to identify them more properly once he gets the chance to look at them up close.
“Are they friends?”
“If I am right about who they are, then they would be—no, they were known to be allies to my mate’s pack,” Jimin says, remembering everything that you had told him about them.
“You can identify the Blue Moon Pack based on their imprints. As a part of the alliance who are still closely acquainted with both the shifters community and the Vampires clan, they carry a sweet scent which differentiates them from others, one that doesn’t resemble any threat in order for them to easily blend with any company they might come in contact with,” Jimin recalls your words, reminding himself about the connection that you have had with them. “They had always been our pack’s strongest and most loyal ally, and their loyalty has always been for our founding Alphas. That’s why even after I had lost my Fated, the Alpha’s second son, and after our mating which marked the alliance ended with his passing, they still kept their pledge of alliance to our pack, because they had made their pledge specifically to my father.”
Hoping that the situation has yet to change with your pack’s takeover, Jimin continues to do a thorough scan between the werewolves that are now fully engaged in the brawl against the Vampire rebels on the other side of the battleground. Doing his best not to lose his focus on fighting off Jiho and his underlings, Jimin struggles to find one specific wolf between the fighters from the Blue Moon Pack who would be the one closely bonded to you.
The one wolf whose presence and role would matter the most.
“Junmyeon, the current Alpha and my former brother in mating is a large grey wolf with a pair of white streaks on the side of his face and silver fur all over his chest, and he carries the scent of burnt vanilla which comes from his pack’s imprint, though you might be able to sense his Alpha blood the moment you are near. Blue Moon Pack wolves are never shy in showing off their ranks, even towards outsiders,” your words return to him just as Jimin finally sees him, the Alpha, the grey wolf which appears much larger than the rest, his striking appearance makes him stand out as he leads the pack, running in front of his fighters as they march towards the Vampires that are slightly stronger and can move faster than their massive paws. Watching him move, Jimin quickly recognises him as the same wolf that had released his warning howl to announce their arrival earlier in the battle.
The grey wolf turns to look at him just then, his golden eyes glow brighter as his gaze meets Jimin’s, as if the Alpha wolf is trying to identify the Vampire the same way Jimin is doing the same to him. Leaving behind the brawl between his pack members and the rebels, the Alpha of the Blue Moon Pack makes his way towards Jimin and his companions with a couple of wolves planking either side of his. Judging from their size and postures, Jimin can only assume that they are either the Alpha’s second-in-command or his enforcers, staying close to assist the Alpha in battle while providing protection as he leads them into the battle.
Jimin watches as a few Vampires come into his path, yet Alpha Junmyeon takes them all down easily, tearing them apart with his canines and massive claws as he marches through them. Within moments, the Alpha and his defenders are standing by Jimin’s side, and the newly formed group work together to fend off the multiple attacks coming at them from Jiho and his loyal followers that still remain.
Jimin has been so caught up with the fight and the chaos that he only notices belatedly that the flames around them have been diminished. Only the scent of burning ashes remains, accompanied by the scent of blood which is coming from the battle, as the wounded have increased with the werewolves taking part in it.
The sound of a loud snap catches Jimin’s attention, and he turns just in time to watch as one of Jiho’s underlings slashes a young werewolf fighter with his sharp claws, throwing the beast out of his path. A thick branch extends from the massive oak tree that is right at the center of the battle, capturing the fallen werewolf with its vine before the Vampire manages to snatch him right back in to give him the final blow to end him. Another vine snaps out, catching the Vampire in its clutch before it begins to squeeze tightly, drawing a loud, painful roar from the helpless bloodsucker.
The giant oak tree doesn’t stop there, as its branches continue to reach out between protecting the werewolves and slapping the rebels away. Looking up from where he is standing, Jimin continues to analyze the tree’s movement as it seems to be moving and swaying towards them. Though the tree doesn’t seem to be straying too far from its original position across the opening, but far enough for its strong branches to reach out to where they are all standing, confirming their suspicions about the forest taking their side and protecting them from danger.
Jimin feels his brother stopping right next to him as they watch the scene together, finally realising now that the forest has been moving systematically and in tune with the werewolves’ attacks, as if everything has been planned out and they are working together in defeating the intruders.
“Do you think the werewolves have anything to do with what the forest has become? Do they have a mage with them?” Jimin hears Jinhwan speaks softly to him once he has caught on to what is happening and is asking the same questions that are plaguing Jimin’s mind as he watches the scene curiously.
The answer comes instantly from Hyun, the moment the Siren mage returns to his position beside Jimin. “No, they don’t. That’s what I was trying to tell you both. I sensed no magic from around us, but I do sense a Vampiric presence, a dark power that is much similar to yours, Lord Jimin.”
“You’re right, this isn’t the work of a magician, nor it is from the werewolves, though I’m quite sure that they are in this together,” Jimin says, as he keeps his gaze on the moving vines that still have the screaming rebel in their clutches, playing him like a paper doll as they continue to swing the bloodsucker back and forth—as if he is nothing but a puppet to play with. A smile immediately grows on Jimin’s face when he realises this, and he slowly begins to understand what has truly been happening and who is behind all of this.
“No,” he says, as his grin slowly grows wider. “This is the work of the Puppet Master.”
Hearing Jimin’s words, Jinhwan’s head snaps in shock. “Well, shit—I was not expecting that at all,” Jinhwan muses with a surprised chuckle.
His eyes scan the top of the trees more closely before they grow wide when a figure appears at the top of the massive oak tree. Up there, perching comfortably between the thick branches while remaining partly hidden under the layer of shaking leaves, Kim Hanbin appears in sight, their dear brother who had been missing ever since the night the brothers were ambushed by the rebels at Ambrose’s tavern.
“Hello there, brothers! Have you all missed me?” Hanbin greets them with a wide grin while leaning forward, allowing them to see his face more clearly. He keeps his arms raised at his sides, his fingers continue moving and dancing as if there are invisible threads attached between each tip of his fingers and the moving branches and vines around them.
Jimin laughs at himself, unable to believe that he had in fact forgotten his brother’s powers and skills. It is a special ability that has been passed on from generation to generation within General Kim’s family bloodline, perfected by General Kim—Hanbin’s father—himself during the time he was in power. It had become the secret weapon which had been beneficial during the Blood War, one that had played a part in bringing the Vampires their victory in the war against the Royal Vampires and their followers.
Back when he was a child, Jimin had witnessed Hanbin utilising this power more than once, when young Hanbin used to play around with his powers during the time the Orphans and the Lords’ children were playing in the woods surrounding their home castle. Hanbin’s ability to control everything that he touches with his bare hands, whether they are living beings or inanimate objects, had given him the nickname that the Orphans had used to call him with growing up.
The puppet master.
Many decades had passed since the last time Jimin witnessed his brother playing around with his powers, controlling the small things that he had found during the times they were preparing to start their journey as young Travellers—from wooden furnitures, shrubbery, handmade puppets, his own pets, to his own friends and brothers who became willing victims to help Hanbin practice his skills. Seeing Hanbin in action now, Jimin believes that his brother has found a way to expand his powers further, becoming much stronger and bolder with his powers. As if he knows that Jimin is marvelling at his special skill, Hanbin gives him a smug smile while lifting his chin up, not showing any signs of knowing how worried his brothers had been about his disappearance.
The battle is slowly coming to its end, with the rebels being completely defeated and the wounded ones retreating. But the reunion with their missing brother wouldn’t be the only family affair that is about to happen when Junhoe suddenly returns, appearing from beyond the line of trees with merely a few bruises that are already healing while looking worse for wear, but still standing strong and alive, much to Jimin’s relief. And he is not alone. Following right behind him are the identical twins, Yongguk and Yongnam, the sons of Lord Seunghyun. Jimin has no idea whether to feel relieved or intrigued that they are arriving just in time to catch up with the last of the battle. He can only feel sorry for the rebels who are trying to escape only to be caught by the twins. Knowing what the twins are capable of, he can already tell that their fate wouldn’t end well in their hands.
With the flames having been successfully extinguished, the forest rumbles with its one last move, and the massive trees that had become a part of the fight are slowly retreating into their designated positions, settling down right where they belong. All but only one of them remains—the old oak tree that Hanbin is currently riding on, still looming above the battleground as he stays to watch over the end of the fight.
“Shall we finish up here as well?” Mage Hyun asks him, referring to their remaining opponents who are now at the mercy of the werewolves assisting them. Most of the pack members have retreated as well, leaving behind the Alpha and his enforcers who seem to be handling the situation perfectly well.
Jimin knows that he still has some unfinished business with the rebels, as he had identified at least a few who had been there on the night he was poisoned. But Jimin is out for blood only for one particular Vampire, the one who is responsible for setting things in motion—the rebellion, the poisoning of the Lords, the ambush against his brothers, and most likely, the distribution of poison all the way to the East side of the continent, where the werewolves packs reside.
From the corner of his eyes, Jimin catches the sight of Jiho slipping away, taking the chance of the final pause of the battle to find his escape. Jimin knows that he wouldn’t be fast enough to stop him from running, yet he still tries his best, using the last will of power that he has to follow Jiho before he could get too far.
Seeing this, Hanbin, who still holds control of the old giant oak tree that he is perched on, raises his arm to reach out towards the Vampire’s path. Under his will, one of the trees in his escape path sways, and then its long vines snap out and wrap themselves around Jiho to stop him from escaping into the dark woods. The Vampire can only release a loud roar in rage when he is lifted off the ground, completely powerless when he has both of his arms pinned to his side.
“Is this one giving you trouble, brother?” Hanbin calls out tauntingly while he swings Jiho back and forth right above Jimin’s head.
“He’s the one behind everything,” Jimin responds to him while trying his best to stay calm, while his answer triggers Hanbin’s rage, knowing exactly what he meant. As he clenches his grip, the vines wrapping Jiho’s body tighten around him, causing the Vampire to cry out in pain. The sound of his bones snapping under pressure echoes through the woods, and Jimin quickly turns to stop his brother from going any further.
‘Hanbin, keep Jiho alive. He has all the information that we may need,’ Jimin sends out his command into his brother’s mind who simply nods at him, though his angry frown slowly turns into a wicked smile when Jimin begins sending images into his head, letting him know what he has planned for the traitor.
Standing right under his former comrade, Jimin looks down to see the leather pouch dangling from Jiho’s waist and growls, knowing what the trickster merchant has in his possession.
‘And it seems like he has a lot of things to answer to us,’ Jimin adds while staring straight into Jiho’s eyes, threatening him silently, and feeling pleased when he can see a glint of fear flashing under the traitor’s challenging gaze when he looks back at him in defeat.

While Jiho and his captured underlings are being taken away by the members of the Blue Moon Pack to a safe place where they would be confined for a premeditated time, Jimin returns to join his group, leaving Hanbin to watch over the transfer of the prisoners until he can join him later. Junhoe had found Jinhwan and Hyun while he was away. The twins and another Vampire who seems to be a messenger are also present with them.
“Junhoe was supposed to bring us to you,” Jimin says to the twins as he comes to them, skipping all the formal greetings and the pleasantries altogether.
Yongguk shrugs at this and glances at Junhoe before finally answering. “So he said. But we heard that something was boiling in this peaceful forest, so we figured it would be interesting to take a look and see what was happening. We were getting bored sitting back in the wastelands without anything fun or exciting to do anyway,” he explains calmly, while Jimin and the others immediately perk up at what he had just said.
“The wastelands,” Jimin muses, surprised to know that the twins had set foot in the deserted area of the continent that no one had dared to venture into. No wonder that he and his brothers had so much trouble tracking them down. Out of all the places that the Travellers clan had ventured into, the wastelands is the last place that would come to anyone’s mind.
Because nobody had ever gone to the wastelands. Not since the Ancient War.
“How many of you were there? What were you doing there, exactly?”
Hearing his question, Yongguk only grins widely. “Now that, is quite a story to tell. But we should probably have our cousin explain it to you since he knows how to word things better,” he says while tapping his chin as his twin brother chuckles deeply beside him.
Jimin raises his brows as he exchanges gaze briefly with Jinhwan. “Your cousin?”
Yongnam opens his mouth to answer, but then stops himself when he catches someone approaching them. “The werewolves will show you where to go,” he says, looking over Jimin’s shoulder to let him know that someone is there to speak with him.
Turning around, Jimin is surprised to find that the Alpha is standing right behind him. Now appearing in his human form, while wearing a simple attire of all black to properly present himself in front of the Vampires, Alpha Junmyeon lowers his head to politely greet him.
“Forgive us for the interruption. My name is Kim Junmyeon, the current reigning Alpha of the Blue Moon Pack. I would like to invite you and your entourage to visit our pack to rest and recover after the battle,” he says to Jimin. His eyes glow with faint golden light when he looks straight into Jimin’s eyes, smiling warmly as he adds, “There are also a few guests that we are currently hosting in our pack who might be pleased to be reunited with your company. I’m sure you would be interested to see them as well.”

genre/rating — PG | fluff

⤷ drabble for hell is empty
Tumblr media
crunchy crunchy plastic
junho stomps his little feet.
“okay smiley, if you need some more just let me know,” yoongi tells junho as he tucks the last corner of plastic under the big canvas so the paint won’t spill on the floor, “what are you painting?”
junho doesn’t want to tell hyung. it’s a surprise for mamma and dad and he will tell them and ruin the surprise.
“something…” junho mumbles with a quirk of his lip, gaze drifting to the side so yoongi won’t ask him again.
yoongi leans over to pinch his cheek, which has junho giggling. squirming away from him because sometimes yoongi hyung pinches too hard.
“alright,” yoongi chuckles, small eyes going smaller with his smile. “must i close the door?”
junho nods, spreading his fingers out and pressing them together as he waits for yoongi to leave. once the door shuts, he smooths his hands down the front of his navy blue apron and then picks up a brush.
“mamma and dad are gonna love it!” he says to himself, dipping his brush in light blue. then tapping the corners of the canvas.
he’s happy that yoongi hyung gave him a stool too, so he can reach all the corners.
his tongue pokes out as he dips his brush in water, dries it out on his apron then swirls into the black acrylic paint.
with a deep sigh, he draws a long, black line down one side. then going over to make the line more curved.
he pauses, hand hovering near the line.
with a soft click of his tongue. he hops off the stool and reaches for his ipad. clicking away to find the picture he wants to paint.
“i can do it,” he mutters to himself, “just black, white, blue and orange. and some brown.”
he tilts the ipad from side to side, leaving it on the small brown table next to him as he gets back to his painting.
“i’ll start with dad.”
junho’s feet begin to hurt by the time he’s done painting what is supposed to be his dad and himself. even though he was much easier to draw.
with a huff, he flops down on his bum and sips at the juice noona left for him before she went to work.
the next time i’m gonna make a painting for yoongi hyung and noona, he thinks, smacking his lips together, maybe that will make noona happy again. she will like it.
junho startles when he hears the door creak open, stumbling to shove the canvas to the side.
“heyyy smiley,” dad calls, earning a muffled groan from junho who’s trying his best to hide his surprise but the canvas is SO heavy. “what’re you doing?”
“errr nothing,” he lies, chewing on the corner of his mouth. then his eyes widen, seeing mamma side step around dad.
oh no. this will ruin the surprise!
junho giggles when he sees you hit jungkook’s arm as you enter. his dad scowls at you.
“what are you painting, baby?”
junho looks away from you, he can never hide anything from you. mamma ALWAYS knows when he’s lying.
“it’s…it’s…”
junho panics when he sees his dad approach the two of them, big hands coming out to grab the canvas but junho pulls away, shouting.
“don’t! don’t!” he pants, seeing the angry stare jungkook gives you.
his mamma looks angry too, frowning at him as you crouch near him and he feels like he can’t breathe. he doesn’t want you to know yet!
“why don’t you wanna show us your painting junho?”
you called him junho…oh no, mamma is angry.
he better tell you now. he hates when you’re angry with him.
even dad.
but dad is not angry for too long.
“it’s a surprise,” he says finally, pudgy hands gripping at the sides of the canvas as he looks at the floor.
“really?” jungkook grins, messing up junho’s hair with his hand, “okay then, let’s leave him to work on his surprise.”
junho’s cheeks puff up when he sees dad begin to massage mamma’s shoulders and push her out of the room, but you shove him off.
he knows mamma likes when dad does that. you just don’t say it because you’re shy for dad.
“jungkook, it’s dinner time now. he can get back to this tomorrow. okay smiley?”
junho feels his stomach rumble at the mention of yummy food.
“okay,” he smiles, setting his canvas behind the door and pulling off his apron.
he grabs both his mamma’s and dad’s hands, swinging them as you walk down the stairs.
what if…
he looks up at jungkook, beaming, “dad can you…?”
both junho and jungkook look at you for your approval.
you roll your eyes, then sigh, “fine.”
“yayyyy.”
jungkook yells, “one— two— three—“
on the number three, you and jungkook lift him off the ground by each hand and swing him back and forth.
he’s giggling and his tummy hurts some more. because he’s laughing so much.
mamma is laughing so much. dad is laughing too.
he looks at them cheekily, seeing how mamma touches her cheek softly when dad makes her hair neat.
he knows mamma is shy. and dad likes making her shy.
