I think their relationship would start developing AFTER mafuyu makes some progress with her recovery (like after living with kanade for a WHILE) because let's face it mafuyu wouldn't be into him where she is right now (nor would she be ready for a relationship cause mental health)

ANYWAY

they meet through mizuki because tsukasa needs help practicing his English and rui can't know because it's supposed to be a surprise for the troupe so mizuki sends mafuyu to him

Eventually English lessons turn into study sessions which turn into kissing sessions yk (make out was too suggestive so I used kissing cause that's all they're doing)

Mafuyu pined so fucking hard for tsukasa for so long and had literally no idea because she's emotionally constipated and didn't realize her feelings were romantic so she when she started having feelings for tsukasa she thought she was dying

Tsukasa... Poor tsukasa sjajjaa

He is so fucking gay for mafuyu and he has to deal with being in the most yuri-esque scenarios ever while trying desperately not to die from the sheer embarrassment

Mafuyu never shuts up about tsukasa and everyone is tired of their shit by the time she actually manages to get with him

They get finally together because mafuyu was asked (forced) to make a fucking move already so she just straight up kabedons him anime-style and kisses him (with permission beforehand).

I think mafuyu is absolutely horrendous with romance so she tries to flirt and fails miserably (tsukasa is stupid as fuck so he's into it)

Tsukasa can be a little overwhelmed by how forward mafuyu is (hypocrite) and since mafuyu can be kinda stupid she doesn't understand that saying things like "I want to kiss you" and "i am in love with you" are REALLY intense things to say after dating for a week

As soon as they start dating mafuyu (in mafuyu style) cranks up the affection to 100%. Tsukasa cannot emotionally handle it so mafuyu has to slow down a bit (tsukasa really likes it hes just overwhelmed)

Tsukasa comes over to kanade's a lot (normally with honami. Gasp. Honakana mafukasa double date anyone) to help with the house and help with taking care of mafuyu (and kanade by extension). Make sure she's eating and going outside and all that

The first time mafuyu can taste stuff again it's with only niigo but she reports it to tsukasa who bursts into tears

Mafuyu likes it when tsukasa does her hair because he's always so soft and gentle (hc: mafumom was really rough with mafuyu's hair so she normally hates it when people touch her hair. Niigo and tsukasa are the only exceptions)

Mafuyu can and has picked tsukasa up. This is canon because I said so.

Tsukasa sometimes (gently) scolds mafuyu for things and after he's done mafuyu kisses him and he forgets everything he's talking about in favor of kissing her

tsukasa loves receiving physical touch and loves giving words of affirmation. Mafuyu loves giving physical touch and loves receiving words of affirmation. Do you see where I'm going with this

Mafuyu got her egg cracked by tsukasa (tsukasa called them handsome and that was the end of cis mafuyu)

This chapter simply has everything… Nene-chan being extremely cute, and also dragging Hanako with complete self-awareness, yelling at Hanako for treating her like she is stupid. Followed by the drop that Nene was planning, all along, to stay here… in the far shore. That when she'd packed for this trip, even… she'd packed her belongings with this in mind. Giving up her life for Hanako! In exchange for this beautiful gesture, Hanako is ruthlessly cruel! With a fake exaggerated smile, he shatters her romantic dream of dying to be with her love. Makes her sob!!! Classic Hanako... he can't even lay down the truth nicely. Hanako forces her to look at and talk to him while she's sobbing!! In GORGEOUS panels, the tension and agony in her body, the humiliation she's feeling-- she wanted to do something profound for Hanako, finally, but she just feels like an idiot!!! A child who doesn't understand the rules! STILL, even this far in! Can't have what she wants, will never make any meaningful impact on Hanako! You can feel how excited she was for this moment, this concept of dying for love!! Poor Nene-chan is a romantic!!! AND THEN TSUKASA IS HERE TO OWN HANAKO, IN SOME OF THE MOST ICONIC PANELS IN THE ENTIRE MANGA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AMAZING PANEL After all the amazing HanaNene, we have a little taste of TsuNene, and then immediately the potent, intoxicating taste of AmaTsu, as Tsukasa weaves around and whispers in his ear. The unbearably sensuous "God will grant your wish" panel with the knife reflecting the murder. Tsukasa actually surprised that Amane knows more than he thought (<- terrifying, every day I am scared of this). Ending on the world's most UNSTOPPABLE!!!! final page of "Let's do this right ♥" a line I constantly see JP fujoshi quoting point blank like it broke them. It breaks us all. But what a gorgeous illustration. Hand-holding. Amane's knife. Tsukasa's big happy smile. Little blush. Camellia and architecture decorating, like a garden terrace. AahhhHHHH!!!! Its like a non-stop onslaught. One of those chapters you have to lie down and recuperate about. Could so many dreams come true at once… ?

ch 81 Red House (pt 6)

We open with Katakuri's brief mental break, and I actually really love Katakuri! He has a kind of Rasphard swag about him (he even makes medicines and works with herbs? Hrr...?). I love the bait and switch, and I still recall the shivers my first time reading it. It's suddenly immensely scary Nene-chan is in this horrible cavern all alone. The weight of the setting dawns upon you, the isolation and helplessness. So little she could do in this situation..... (<- a rather intoxicating feeling) This threat coming from this mild-mannered, soft, gentle victim of circumstances lad dressed in sacrificial women's clothing… its one of those moments I feel AidaIro are masters of their craft. I do be thinking about Katakuri!! He's nice with it. BUT MOVING ON, Nene-chan and Tsukasa's interactions are sooo precious, a dream come TRUE to see Nene interact with baby Tsu!!!!!!! CONTAINS MY FAVORITE MOMENTS EVER, the panels that live in my brain more than possibly any, NENE-CHAN AND I ARE THE SAME!!!!! Impossibly honored that the biggest lore drop is TSUKASA telling stories to NENE-CHAN!!!!!!!! The agony I felt reading this chapter…. still visceral in my memory. Seeing Tsukasa doting on sickly Amane, trying to bring him gifts and toys every day to make him feel better… how abysmally bad Amane's condition is. The impact of Tsukasa licking Amane's tears as he cries … I cannot begin to describe the impact. Upon me. Craterous. The reveal of all reveals, that Tsukasa believed Amane didn't like him!!! So much packed into one chapter … so much that still makes me choke up--!!!! TSUKASA!!!!!

AS YOU CAN SEE, my favorite chapters have it all-- AmaTsuka, TsuNene, HanaNene, I'm always desperate for any of these rare overlaps!!!!!

Ch 68 Aoi & Akane

Even if I'm just flipping through chapters to clip something out, I always wind up lingering on the Aoi & Akane chapters in the Far Shore… When reading them the first time, I was in complete and total awe. I had no idea Aoi & Akane could, or would, have so much depth. Starting the manga, I sorta thought their dynamic would always underwhelm me and stay sorta funny. It's not the main romance, y'know? But the reveal of Aoi's personality flaws-- turned her instantly from a character I didn't think about, to one I love, and am so excited to see every time! But really, more than anything, the moment Akane suddenly grabs Aoi by the wrist and simply DRAGS HER to the GROUND, I was gasping. I could never have imagined the gentle lowly SIMP Akane could ever be depicted grabbing Aoi by the god damn throat and jaw, looming over her, holding her down. Already in the grips of admiring Aoi's development, suddenly I'M HORNY??????????? SUDDENLY IT'S SO SEXY?????????????????????????? AKANE IS SEXY ?????????!!?!??! !! ?? ?? ?? Akane saying things like "you asked for it" what the hell… I felt like, I was in a hurricane. Where am I what is going on. MR BONE'S WILD RIDE!!! Akane's complete and utter perceptive character assassination of Aoi, paired with these vignettes of them growing up together preciously, paired with his CRAZY grip on her, AOAUGOIGUORGHGJH!!!!! IMPECCABLE SCENE!!! I did NOT think I gave a shit about Aoi and Akane!!!! And suddenly I'm so shookt I'm shookting to this day... But it doesn't stop. There's that thing in a lot of AidaIro romances… where people are specifically enraptured by the glimpse of sadness in their love. It's even what captivates Nene about Hanako, you know? ADORE ADORE ADORE Akane telling a story about making Aoi cry. Akane intentionally making Aoi cry, AWOUHHG!!! The amazing creepiness of kissing her palm, while she cries DON'T TOUCH ME!! My GOD. I love his assured-ness!!! He knows Aoi too well to accept her refusal ♥ he's right ♥♥♥! He knows her heart better than she knows it herself ♥♥♥♥♥ Akane has been such a, patient, reserved, little SIMP, dare not use his powers upon sweet Ao-chan, pursuing her so persistently yet accepting her no's and not pushing, suddenly we see Akane grabbing her hands, pulling her towards him against her lower back, kissing her neck while she flinches, touching her face, aoauaoaguogh After reading this chapter, I thought, "I TRUST AIDAIRO WITH MY LIFE!!! I TRUST AIDAIRO TO WRITE GOOD ROMANCE!!!!! I TRUST I WILL LIKE WHAT AIDAIRO WILL MAKE OF ANY PAIRING!!!!!" One of the all-time greatest. It kinda reminds me of how the Afterstory of Snow White so completely recontexualizes Estelio… Iro's skill is crazy. I suddenly can say Akane is pretty nice with it…

NOW!!! my last mention would have to be a Sumire & Hakubo chapter … But I will say in general, every time I go in for a clip or cap, I can never resist rereading all of their story. It's-- impossibly beautiful, and tightly woven together, told so efficiently. It feels… in every way structured to hurt me! It's really hard to pick just 1 chapter…

ch 94 Dawn pt 2

"for a hundred years, no matter what I did, it's as if it kept burning deep within me." "you're a curse of a woman" SUMIRE'S SINCERE JOY AT UNBEARABLY PAINING AND HAUNTING HAKUBO!!! causing AGONY endlessly, his existence in her wake, ruined, besot, lost… Just like I said with Akane & Aoi, there's that thing where someone's misery proves their love!!!! Unable to move on... wah, wah, wah! All of that. Processing it. Then suddenly it becomes a porno…………. again: WHAT????????????????????? I'm somehow exactly as agog as I was when Akane suddenly thrashed Aoi to the ground and grabbed her throat! SUDDENLY, IT'S OVERWHELMINGLY EROTIC!!!! HELP!!! it made me freak OUT, if Aoi & Akane made me think, "I trust AidaIro with my life", then this chapter made me actually FEAR for my life. IT'S-- ALMOST TOO MUCH MY DREAM AND IDEAL, YOU KNOW???? YOU DON'T EXPECT ANY PIECE OF FICTION TO FEEL SO WONDERFULLY TO YOUR TASTES, AND WHEN THAT HAPPENS, IT'S NOTHING BUT FEAR!!!!

So that's happening. Then begins Hakubo's, wishes. This miserable, enslaved Oni's helplessness to what he perceives as his nature and limitations, the narrative humans fed him, of being this stupid and empty creature, his wish that he could have just been human, loved Sumire, done as she wanted-- that he felt he couldn't!! For me reading it, it was so-- ah-- it's the ultimate thesis of this manga, what it's trying to say about… kaii, humans, love, the idea of deserving something, one's nature. It's so painful, and then it's so lovely and beautifu with Sumire's wishes having all come true~~ with Hakubo's love having satisfied her… with Hakubo understanding, ah... he did do what she wanted. He suffered endlessly... this is love, even like this! AAAAH--!!! ♥♥♥♥♥♥

As for other manga I like… it's pretty complicated, I guess.

As a teen, I read a ton of manga… and at the time, I liked a lot of them just fine. A non-exhaustive list of the most memorable I had enjoyed then: Nabari No Ou, Loveless, Katekyo Hitman Reborn!, Eyeshield 21, D. Gray-Man, Death Note, Kuroshitsuji, FMA, Tsubasa: Resevoir Chronicle, NEGIMA!…. and other random shoujo and shounen friends handed me. +6,000 BL+yaoi works. I read just an awful lot of shounen, and I was constantly scrounging through countless BL, but I'm afraid most of it was more obscure and forgotten, things from random corners of the internet, since there was no great aggregate website at the time, and some of it were IRL gets from random shops. In particular, I picked up an anthology that inexplicably was in Barnes & Nobles once, and it had a story I enjoyed about a very aloof boy, who becomes haunted by a rather genki ghost boy. I've never been able to find this one's title, as my life circumstances lead me to abandoning all my belongings…. I remember a really interesting 80s shounen ai ? manga I'd picked up once, and I've never been able to track down its title (I swear it had 'Galaxy' in the name...?)

I've gone back and reread some of those listed, but they no longer had any appeal! Most of them eventually dragged their heels and felt aimless and boring, or convoluted without consistent meaning (especially shounen like Reborn! or D. Gray-Man). The habit of most shounen to introduce an entourage of like 6 guys every arc, it gets monotonous… you see less and less of your favs as it crowds the cast out.

As teenage fandoms go, for whatever reason I really latched onto Reborn! at that time, and I really loved Gokudera a lot (I RP'd him a lot with my then-gf… lol… with her as Tsuna)… though I think I stopped reading when it finally pissed me off haha, it had another character scold and admonish Gokudera for being devoted wholeheartedly to only Tsuna, blaming him for putting pressure on Tsuna.

When I look back on that now, it's really funny-- it's the polar opposite of Jibaku Shounen, which believes intense indomitable love and passion, especially singularly-focused, deserves reward. I'm sure a lot of people who hate 'unhealthy' attachment would have loved that little lesson in Reborn! :p but I hated that Gokudera was shamed for unbreakable loyalty. The idea that your love puts uncomfortable pressure on someone…. ptew!!!! It was painful that Gokudera's attachment was meant to be something he has to 'get over' or 'fix', not a virtue of him that is beautiful. I'm glad someone like Natsuhiko or Akane in JSHK, single-track-minded about their love, are rewarded ♥

Aesthetically, I remember being particularly captivated by Nabari No Ou and Loveless, which both have a black-haired aloof shota at the center, I guess, lol. (Ciel doesn't really make the cut, as I don't favor Victorian aesthetic…)

Often… as a teen, reading shounens, my favorite 'arc' was the very early establishing ones, early volumes where characters are just meeting, and eating lunch and goofing off… some early D. Gray-Man arcs that established the worldbuilding, are still captivating to reread (there is one about a deformed young boy, and a beautiful doll that sings to him, that still makes me emotional to reread!), but again I become exhausted by the antagonists, drawn out fight scenes, threadbare character interactions….

As for Loveless, I remember liking Seimei, the ominous older brother, a lot, and wanting to kill Soubi with a rock. I was wanting to read Ritsuka/Seimei, but having to deal with Soubi's greater popularity, ahaha.

As an adult, I tried to read Mob Psycho, but gave up after 100 chapters, as it failed to captivate me, and I was feeling the same fatigue as I had felt rereading my childhood shounen. As the next ah, antagonist rose up after the last arc, I was like "actually, I don't want to do all this again"… at that point I kind of thought, "maybe I've outgrown this genre?" and sortof gave up on it for some years.

I've reread all of FMA recently, but it's far from a favorite; I actually monumentally disagree with its worldview and philosophy (particularly regarding suffering, pleasure, and serving society), haha. I like some individual characters, but I'm sad about what the general mindset has laid out for them. Mostly engaging with FMA is about 'fixing' or 'correcting' the parts I disagree with. I like Riza, and Pride (and the Flask Homonculus' story). I'm very like, 'justice for the homonculus' oriented lol…

I really love Oyasumi Punpun … in particular, Punpun's feelings towards Aiko. Though I also don't like that manga's thesis or final direction (though even the writer himself admits being distracted and getting off topic....)… but as for conveying emotions (especially selfish or desperate ones!), Punpun's psyche, I really like it, and I like to reread it. I skip around though (I don't care for anything to do with the cult, or the mangaka girl)…

Aku no Hana is a big favorite manga for me. But again, it sort of falls off for the ending … I really love Nakamura, but ultimately, Takao is truly a normal boy who cannot help a girl suchas Nakamura, and there is no true or honorable love to be found here. Nonetheless it has some of the most captivating and exciting, rewarding, soulcrushing scenes in a manga for me… especially scenes suchas the reveal of Nakamura's diary entries, or the peek into the world from Nakamura's perspective (it reminds me of the reveal that Rasphard has psychosis…)… the failed shinjuu gets to me as well, at the festival.

That's all I can really think of right now! I feel I'm probably forgetting something....

is it equally interesting if I hated something? Flipping through Chainsaw Man, it was reprehensible and awful in every way.

I often only really like bits and pieces of something … JSHK is the most I've loved the 'total package', somehow?! In most manga, I expect to like 1 or 2 characters, and have a lot to just put up with, or wish happened differently. I like the philosophy and definition/depiction of love in JSHK… AND I adore Aida's art style, and overall clothing preferences!

Even reading Snow White by them, or MDLD... it's impeccable, for my tastes. Snow White was the most rewarding VN I've ever played by far...

I remember Aida once saying a good shota for her was Chika from Mouryou Shoujo and, looking at him aesthetically, I feel super compatible wwww this kind of severe, black-haired shota...

Something i noticed while looking back at old jshk art after reading chapter 78. JSHK CH. 78 SPOILERS AHEAD UNDER THE CUT

To start out, remember how tsukasa (The one we now know to be the real tsukasa yugi.) asked kou if they could hold hands?

Its a very cute little moment that helps portray how innocent and open he is! And in chapter 78 we see him and Amane holding hands.

Now, bare with me here. Because this is where it gets interesting. So I was looking back at some old official art I had saved on my phone. And I realized something that I never really paid attention to before.

Now keep in mind that, all this art is with a DIFFERENT tsukasa from the one I was just talking about!

Notice anything strange here now? No? well let me zoom in a bit for you.

Notice how Amane is always the one who is seeking out the hand holding here. And notice how in NONE of these pictures this Other Tsukasa never reciprocates the hand holding. Now im sure youre probably wondering,

"But blue, maybe the other tsukasa was like that too and hes just incredibly touch starved and is seeking out comfort with kou." WELL WOULD YOU LOOKY HERE!

TSUKASA IS RECIPROCATING THE HAND HOLDING!

Tldr; The real Tsukasa is a very loving and compassionate person who seeks out connection. The OTHER tsukasa, as I'm sure we already know, and are aware of, IS NOT.

This attention to detail is not only INSANE, but REALLY REALLY shows just how far ahead all of this has been planned and carefully considered!!! Its mind blowing!! Aidairo never ceases to amaze me with their storytelling and I AM. SO EXCITED FOR THE NEXT CHAPTER.

‘I want to get out of here’ ‘(school subject you hate) makes me nervous’ ‘What a pain in my stomach, I want to get out of here, why the teacher won't let me go!’ ‘I want to punch this table!  hate this school! i want to cry..let me get out of here please...!’

Thoughts filled your head as you ignored everything that was happening around you.  “Are you okay?” The voice takes you out of your thoughts as you turn to it. You see Hanako with a worried face on your side. ‘I couldn't keep the tears in my eyes, it hurt so much for me, he would never understand’ You thought as you looked the other way.  “Ask the teacher to let you out of here... You don't look well!” He said, poking your arm.  “I KNOW!” Without realizing it, you raised your voice in your class. You feel an instant regret 

“Oh! I'm- i'm sorry.. ah” You spoke, feeling yourself sweet nervously.  You feel awful, you can't speak because you knew you're going to cry if you open your mouth again. However, this only annoyed the teacher.  “Y/n L/n! Don't yell in the middle of my class. Your classmates are quietly paying attention in class, if you don't want to study don't bother us.” He spoke coldly to you.  “BUT-” And again, your impulsiveness almost made you scream at your teachers lies. You could hear every noise your class was making before. Maybe that's what made you lose attention? So it wouldn't be your fault, right? “No buts Y/n! Sit down and be quiet!” He now shouted at you.  “Okay...” You said, embarrassed you made a scene in front of your classmates and Hanako.  Hanako was watching this, a little worried and surprised, he didn't know what to do. Tsuchigomori told him before that you were struggling in class, especially in this subject. He would feel guilty if your grade dropped anymore but you look so sad and angry, he had to do something.  Poor Hanako, he should have studied more about having a s/o who isn't a random hottie in a magazine. He's not used to real people- “I'm sorry Hanako..” You said with tears in your eyes, whispering for his forgiveness. Hanako hated to see you crying so he quickly comforted you. “Oh, my baby... what’s wrong..?” he asked in a calm voice, moving from your side to look at your face.  “Hanako, I didn't want to yell at you... But I was mad.. sorry” “Your screams don't scare me, silly! But why were you mad?” “Because people in my classroom are very noisy... you can not see? You shouldn't be so distracted..” He placed a hand on your shoulder.  “You're just like everyone else, that's why I don't like to tell people about it...I don't want to study here anymore..” You looked down, more tears filling in your eyes. 

‘I knew he wouldn't understand’ You thought, not even looking up at him.  “Don't say this! If you leave school, I will be sad.. Imagine! I can no longer hear your footsteps going to the bathroom and then come in and say ‘Oh Hanako the love of my life, my prince charming, Mi amor, oh come into my arms and let's hold each other until the day is over!" Hanako said, looking at you with a cheeky grin.  Giggling, your anger begins to fade, but the sadness still remains. The hyperactivity was making you tap your fingers on the table IIt's so desperate not to be able to move after spending hours in this chair’ You thought, your smile fading a bit.  Hanako laughed with you, but it was obvious that you are still sad. In an attempt of comfort, he started to pat your head affectionately, but he noticed that your fingers kept tap the table “Y/n... Why don't you hold my hand?” He asked with a smile on his face “Okay...” You responded, reaching your hand out to him.  Now, holding Hanako's hand, and receiving affection, you felt a little more comfortable

After class, Hanako took you to his bathroom to ask about the situation, worried for you. After a while you talked to him about it wanting to vent to someone. Hanako understood the situation, understanding you might have adhd, he took matters into his own hands and talked to Tsuchigomori. 

Tsuchigomori heard Hanako out but told him he was not your teacher so he couldn’t do much about the situation. Hanako didn't take that as a answer.  After a week of persistence, he forced Tsuchigomori to talk to your teacher.  “Okay so can they ask the teacher for something?” Hanako asks “Yes, you are allowed to have rest times from your classes, and we can make your school and home routine less rigid.. You quickly jumped out of bed and grabbed your phone, looking at the time. 6:00 am, great! Today is Saturday and you didn’t need to worry, not now.  While you were moving around a bit in bed to try to sleep again, you started to imagine what your date with Kou Minamoto would be like. You guys were scheduled to meet at 1:25pm so you were excited for it.  You smiled to yourself as you started to drift off into sleep again, letting your dreams overtake you. 

You soon heard your alarm go off, confused as why it woke you up, you checked it. When you looked at it, it was 12:30.  ‘OH SHIT-’ You mentally shouted at yourslef. You were about to get up, but it felt like the bed was pulling you down. 'IS MY BED AN APPARITION OF PROCRASTINATION-?! Oh, its normal adhd... right' You thought as you just sat on your bed. ... And won't you get up? 'BUT OF COURSE, I WILL GET UP I HAVE A BOYFRIEND TO TAKE CARE OF' You jumped up from the bed, determination now running through your veins. After you got dressed and looked good for your boyfriend, you were ready to leave the house. You took your keys and ran out the door with a smile.  You walked down the streets until you got to the entrance to the ice cream parlor, you saw your boyfriend. You were about to call for him but you had to admire his cuteness for a second.

‘So cute~!’ You thought to yourself, making your way over to him. 

“Kou my beloved!!!” You shouted as you ran to him, jumping in his arms. 

“Y/n...!” He blushed in shock but quickly giggled at your cute behavior, not caring you caused a scene “Y/n my beloved!” From the somewhat scene you guys caused people thought you were a cute couple as they tried not to stare. That's how you guys' act with each other, oh healthy relationship is so dreamy. 

“Ah, you first!” Kou blushed as he opened the door open for you like a prince. 

“Thank you, Kou!!” You smiled as you entered, Kou close behind you. 

Entering the ice cream parlor, you and your boyfriend shared a Milk Shake together, how romantic! “You remember that you are going to call, right? You lost the bet yesterday” Kou said, taking a sip of your milk shake. You stayed silent, realizing you didnt have it.

“A-ah? Don't tell me you forgot your wallet at home...” Kou looked at you. 

“no no... I’ll pay...” You sighed, knowing you forgot your wallet. You felt guilty, everything that involves your adhd makes you feel guilty, it's so stressful! Kou frowned, thinking about what to do.  “Run on three, one...” He started to whisper to you, grabbing your hand. 

“Wha-?” You looked at him a bit shocked. 

“two... THREE!” Kou stood up and ran started running, behind you, you could hear the ice cream parlor attendants yelling for you two.  “GET BACK HERE AND PAY WHAT YOU ATE YOU LITTLE-!” A guy shouted at you, about to chase after you when he was stopped by a elderly woman.  "Oh kids these days, haha" She said, dragging the guy inside.  “KoU MiNaMoTo whAt THE F-” You shouted in shock. 

“Let's go Y/N! I thought you liked running!” He smiled back at you.

 “wha...? OH YOU LITTLE SHI-” You stopped yourself before you could finish your sentence.  You and he ran so hard, the wind hit your face with every step you took, it was so relaxing. Your shocked expression soon turned into a smile and happy one, admiring Kou. 

‘I wish I could run aimlessly far away... Maybe I'll take the Kou with me’  Such a happiness! <3

You were in the broadcasting room with your boyfriend, Sakura, Mitsuba, and Natsuhiko. You here holding Tsukasa in your lap as he squeezed you close to him. You were fine until you felt your adhd acting up... ‘Oh no, adhd attacking again’ You though.  “Tsukasa let me go, I want to move a little bit” You said, trying to push him off you. 

“Oh darling! But I like being glued to you so muchhh!” He only squeezed you tighter.  “Tsukasaaa..” You frowned, struggling to get out of his grasp.  Sakura, worried about you, she decided to "talk" to Tsukasa. She came over you you two, tapping his shoulder as his attention turned from you and to Sakura.  “Tsukasa, people with adhd don't like to stand still for a long time, why don't you walk with them-” Sakura was interrupted.  “EHH?! ADHD? What is adhd?” He asked, confused.  “They can't sit still for long and-” Before Sakura could actually finish, Tsukasa interrupted her again. “If my dear can't cuddle with me, I'll walk with them! Let's go Y/n!” He grabbed your hand and walked out the door with you.  “Why i can never explain anything to this boy..” Sakura sighed as she grabbed her book and sat down.  “It must be because they love each other so much, just like us-” Natsuhiko held her hand to kiss up but he was quickly slapped.  “Shut up Natsuhiko.” Sakura watched as he fell off the chair next to her, annoyed with him.  ‘Oh, another normal day, Tsukasa and Y/n being weird and Sakura attacking Natsuhiko...Today I'm much cutter than yesterday by the way. Ah, normal days <3′ Mitsuba has some weird thoughts, but that's not what we're talking about! Tsukasa without thinking twice, kept dragging you to the entire school doing various educational things to distract you “Okay so you enter the room and tell the teacher they are calling him, the rest leave with me!” Tsukasa said as he pushed you in.  You nodded as you entered the room. There was only one window open, there you could see a Mokke with a candy.  “Excuse me, professor! A student needs you in the library..” You say, still a bit confused. You watched as the teacher got up and walked into the library, closing the door behind him.  It was a matter of seconds before you hear screams.  “WHO IS SWITCHING OFF THE LIGHTS?!-THE CURTAIN IS MOVING! AAAAH!!”  And there goes Tsukasa, causing terror in the students' lives in exchange for your smile! Isn't he sweet? You started laughing nervously, 50% funny and 50% worrying “And that's how you educate your servants! Hahaha!” Tsukasa said with a smile. It had been a long time since you were this happy during a "hyperactivity session" Tsukasa didn't think this was bad behavior, he loved to see you excited like this. And you two are going to let this be amazing memories! Would it be better to do this without psychologically/emotionally torturing people? Of course, it would be! But after so much you've been through, you deserve some fun! “Tsukasa, are we going to scare someone in the bathroom? Please!!” You pleaded, wanting more trouble.  “Great idea darling! Let's wait for some dummy enter the bathroom!!”  Leaning against a wall, looking innocent, you waited for someone to enter There, a girl walked in, you've heard rumors that she's rich! ‘Oh this is going to be fun!’ You thought

“Tsukasa, steal her lipstick and write it on the mirror!" You whispered to him, causing the girl to glare at you. 

“Okay!” He approached the girl as you left the bathroom and closed the door. “AAAAAAAH, LET ME OUT! THIS IS NOT FUNNY!!!” she shouts frantically  Minutes after a few laughs, you opened the door “Y/N!! IT WAS YOU?!” She instantly accused you.

“Oh my gosh! I heard you screaming and I wanted to help, what happened girl?!” deluded by your "innocence" “OH! It was horrible! The door closed by itself, and someone took my lipstick and wrote on the mirror "GIVE ME YOUR MONEY"!” Tears were in the corner of her eyes, wanting you to feel bad for her. 

“Oh my gosh! Who would do that to you? How mean!” You spoke. 

“I know right?!” After that you helped her to calm down and she soon left. Tsukasa came out and hugged you. 

“She had the best reaction!!” He laughed. 

“I agree, she sounded so scared!” You said, hugging him back. Tsukasa couldn’t help but blush and smile softly as you hugged him, happy that he has distracted you.

MINAMOTO TERU YOU SHADY ASS YOU DONT JUST SAY THAT WITH A COCKY SMILE ON YOUR FACE WHAT. Also I like how he said not to go there but since kou and nene saw the photo the house was like “no💖 here I am kids”

Ok ok so 50 years we can all assume this was Hanako’s and Tsukasas house. 4 people... Amane, Tsukasa, the mother and the father. It has been confirmed Amane killed Tsukasa. Amane may have killed himself then after or the parents could and then the parents killed themselves? Or who knows the parents abused the children Amane put Tsukasa out of his misery idk it’s all fishy.

It is called The Red House.. hmmm does this go with the fact Hanakos knife is red and he is overall been seen with a red colour scheme?

Also it said misfortune would fall on anyone who would LIVE in that house. Mitsuba didn’t live there as far as we all are concerned. HOWEVER, Teru said they would die if they simply went in (lmfao and they still went in Istg these kids need to start fearing death more). So Mitsubas curiosity might have gotten the better of him and that’s why he died? My question is if Mitsuba died from getting hit by a car... why is he tethered to the school?

Ok so there isn’t just one kid in here. There are two speech bubbles in different places in that room. And the dialogue just confirms there are two kids. It has to be Amane and Tsukasa

Tsukasa: I see, even though it was important to you huh? Poor thing. Do you want to look for a new one?

Amane: I don’t mind.

Tsukasa: It is troublesome if there are no eyes right?

Amane: Okay.

YEA OK THIS IS WRONG IM SORRY but it’s my best guess. And this is all if the parents are just dead and not spirits. What if they are in the room too? But then again if they were in the room why would the child open the door?

GODDAMN IT THE MANGA ENDED RIGHT ON THIS PANEL AIDARLO WHY I GOTTA WAIT A MONTH?!

I still think it could be tsukasa. Amane would probably look a little bummed and distressed if he opened the door assuming he was the twin who felt more bad that the toys were broken. Before this one of the twins, I am assuming Tsukasa.. asked Nene if she was missing any limbs or eyes. I assume this twin has to be Tsukasa or else damn I’ll look pretty stupid next ch 😂

Ok ok here is my question now. How are the twins trapped in the boundaries at Kanome but are children able to be seen by humans (regardless of the severance) in The Red House? I’m guessing the severance only affected Kanome in some ways and the boundaries in The Red House are still intact like how Teru said. I’m guessing maybe the child versions of the twins are some sort of gatekeepers to the real boundary where the present version of Amane and Tsukasa are?

... WOW. O-T was faster than usual. Maybe they had time off for Christmas and just wanted to get it done? You really didn’t have to do this guys, but thank you so much!

Anyway, below as usual. I make no claims about length bc I always seem to get it wrong...

No order:

OH MY GOD. Geiz used his name! When he says he’s giving up on being king, Geiz’s response is a surprised ‘Sougo...?’ And he doesn’t even really sound happy? Like, I think that part of him was like ‘yes this dream turns out badly for everyone,’ but the part that was getting fond of Sougo was also aware of how much the dream meant to nice¡Sougo... Like, he sounds sorta big brotherly concerned... Careful, Geiz, your feelings are showing.

These three are shaping up to be a ‘I don’t care how their relationship is defined that just need to stay together’ group for me. Honestly, I do have a lot of those in Toku, but I really love these three, and I hope they don’t have to end up separated.

I also have this theory that the Time Mazines (gonna spell it different every post! ^^) and Ziku Drivers somehow make you immune to the ripple effect? Bc otherwise it’s too painful to consider that one day, when they finally manage to succeed in preventing the badness, that Geiz and Tsukuyomi are going to permanently forget Sougo, bc in the new future they’d have no reason to know him... Or... If they get retconned... Oh god, if Sougo found out changing it would mean sacrificing his friends (I use the word ‘friends’ bc it’s a general term for people one has bonded w/)... Like, there’d be versions of them, but not the ones he knew... He’d still do it to save the world, but the ANGST! I LOVE IT! (provided it got fixed? bc I’m a wuss who loves only happy endings) Though that probably won’t happen bc it was Build’s finale, so it’s WAY too soon to be reusing it.

Also, in the scene before he throws the Driver? LOOK AT HIS HAND. The poor boy is clutching that thing so hard, his knuckles are white and his hand is shaking. Sougo.exe has stopped working.

Also, saw the hesitation on Geiz’s part, too. Oh, you poor children. Your emotions are all messed up.

Seriously, for gods’ sakes, you are all CHILDREN you shouldn’t be going through this!

Still. If we’d completely changed the past, I would have expected the robots to just vanish like Puma Zi-O and his box did (WHY WERE YOU SITTING IN A BOX IN AN EMPTY FIELD PUMA ZI-O I FEEL LIKE THERE ARE BETTER PLACES FOR YOU TO SIT!)

Also, I kinda of the opinion that Geiz has the Ex-Aid Watch bc he ran back to the clock shop after ditching Woz and Tsukasa and grabbed all the Watches still there.

I am also on the ‘let Geiz win something please’ train, but I’m pretty sure Sougo was teasing him. I feel like their gonna be those two who always seem to argue, w/ Sougo being a little troll and Geiz falling for it and getting mad every time (bc you know he will, he’s too straight-laced not to! god, the poor boy is such an easy mark to tease!), but in the end, they’ll beat the hell out of anyone else who tries to mess with the other. And then Tsukuyomi’s just like ‘yeah, these are my idiots, and if you mess with them, I’ll shoot you in the face and kick your shins out.’

Like, if we use family dynamics... Geiz is the grumpy, serious big brother who constantly gets teased by his trollish little brother, which Sougo, and then poor Tsukuyomi’s the only sane sibling in the house.

Honestly, though, Geiz is such a pure and adorable tsundere, I’m not sure I could resist teasing him a little.

Junichiro here w/ the weirdly specific foreshadowing. You know what, someone else theorised that maybe he’s an alternate version of Sougo that came back to do something, so now I feel validated in that thought. My hope is that, if true, he’s from a bad future and is trying to guide his younger self toward a better future. But that may just be my desperate search for good father figures in KR. (Director Kagami, Shouichi, we salute you, gentlemen)

Speaking of fathers, it seems it’s ‘bring your son to work day’ this time w/ the Time Jackets. Also, Swartz do you... Do you have to do that to reanimate the robot? Couldn’t you... I dunno... Do something else?

Also Sougo looked so sad when he commented that Geiz and Tsukuyomi weren’t coming back. Poor baby. It’s okay, it’s only episode 16. We got a while to go.

Geiz, not acting very committed to leaving... Seriously, though, did it really take you this long to get to the Time Mazines? Sougo got all the way home, then left home, went to the grocery store, and started back. I feel like that was plenty of time. I think you two were stalling.

Also, Uhr/Heuhre I saw that pepper hit the ground, please wipe it off, honey, you’re gonna get sick.

Also, Woz shaking his head at the belt like it’s part of the discussion. ‘Can you believe him right now?’ And the belt’s just like ‘yeah, I know, right?’

Careful, Geiz. Looking slightly concerned there. Seriously, though. They could have just left. They have no reason to think this would effect the future much at this point. Or hell, Geiz could have just left. But no, w’re gonna get out and rush back over w/ Tsukuyomi for... Reasons.

Sougo’s like ‘no belts here, WE DIE LIKE MEN!’

Woz is a terrible security guard and Uhr/Heuhre is an excellent thief.

Oh, god, I missed that before. Geiz literally yells for Sougo to dodge (and then later Sougo is still surprised they’re there--Sougo, who did you think yelled that?). And then when Sougo doesn’t, he’s legit upset and throws the sign. Oh, baby, you are so hopeless. He literally does not actually want Sougo to die if he can help it.

Geiz and Tsukuyomi are both like ‘ugh this goddamn noble idiot unfortunately we kind of love him.’

Okay... Since we’re saying ‘subjects’ again, I’m gonna wax random about something... I think I mentioned somewhere before that I don’t think ‘king’ is gonna end up necessarily meaning ‘someone who rules’ exactly. This was kind enforced by how I interpreted what Junichiro said earlier? Now, this is just my interpretation, so I can’t say anything for sure, but he said that he wanted to work for a famous clock company, and he didn’t follow that, but now he owns his own store, so in a way, his dream did come true (was pretty much the gist, I think). So, like, the point being, dreams don’t always come true in exactly the way you expect or imagine. ‘King’ can be a nickname. It can be used on a smaller level than ‘the world.’ I, for instance, could be called ‘King of the sticky-note cranes.’ The fact is, there’s multiple ways to interpret what a ‘king’ is, I’m thinking that might come into play somehow. Or... I’m just overthinking everything after Build. Get me started on the ‘that Driver’ subject...

Okay, but, Geiz was already ready to transform. When we cut back to him, he’s got the Driver and his Ride Watch up already. He was already gonna go help. Oh, my baby.

Also, I’m sorry, sweetie, but your henshin looks really silly while running. At least your clothes were pretty presentable this ep.

And, like I said, Sougo is surprised. Also, Geiz is mad about him putting himself in danger, they’re so cute! But seriously, wtf Sougo. How did you not hear his voice earlier? And what, did you think the sign threw itself?

Sougo is like ‘holy crap you do actually like me.’

Also Tsukasa hoping around like some longe-legged pink frog.

So, we now know Tsukasa definitely has his own plan, but I’m still believing that he’s trickster mentoring it and his end goal is a good one.

I feel like Geiz could handle Kisshan, though it would probably be a rough fight. I think at this point he could probably hold his own against Tsukasa for a bit (not win yet, though--it’s a bloody ten year experience gap, and Geiz is just eighteen)? But he definitely can’t handle both of them at once alone.

Yeah, I don’t think anyone is expecting Tsukasa to be predictably on a side...

I love Ora/Hora just sitting down on a bucket in the background.

Love how Tsukuyomi just ducks out of the way and abandons Sougo his fate. Actually, it’s probably bc she assumed he’d duck, too. XD

Tsukuyomi’s just like ‘my boys are idiots I’ll deal with this! Follow me!’ Seriously, when we see her later, she seems no worse for wear. Not a scratch or mud on her clothes or anything. She was able to keep him busy just fine, though I can understand the FaizPhone might not pack enough power to actually take him out. Hey, Toei, please let her transform. The Zi-Ot3 would be unstoppable! Well, some of the time. When they could focus. ^^

Geiz is like, ‘aw, crap, we need numbers. Shit.’

Sougo’s like ‘okay, A) didn't you use my name earlier? and B) have you lost your mind?’

Geez, you two. Stare more dramatically into each others’ eyes. Real secondary and primary drama here.

I joke, but I love this. Sougo knows he can trust Geiz, bc Geiz is incapable of being anything other than who he is, which is unbendingly honest, honourable, and incredibly steadfast. He’s like Keiichiro. Probably couldn’t lie if his life depended on it (though maybe if other people’s did), doesn’t understand deception, easy to manipulate bc he’s so straightforward. He’s incredibly trustworthy. And Geiz is starting to trust Sougo, too. I do love the idea of the trio making their own ‘side’ in all of this. Like, before, Woz said that Tsukuyomi and Geiz weren’t on Sougo’s side and he was, and at the time that was true about those two. But now, it’s become clear that Woz is on Puma Zi-O’s side, not actually Tokiwa Sougo’s side, and Geiz and Tsukuyomi are shaping up to be the ones who are on Sougo’s actual side--as in, the Sougo in question, to whom Woz was speaking at the time (whose side Woz is certainly not on). God, here I am repeating my fanfic now. But I liked the way I explained it there! And maybe someone didn’t read it or something...

Of course, whether Geiz is actually gonna have the will to keep that promise... Hee hee... Sorry, I have this really depressing thing involving promises w/ these three.

But seriously, though, this is so nostalgic. Let’s stare intensely at each other some more!

Gotta be honest. Regrettably... I love it. I’m so sorry. I love it. I love the goofy glow-in-the-dark. I love the clunky, plastic kid-watch look. I love this mess so much.

Preview: Kanji became a Kamen Rider using a magic silver gold, and decided to change his look to purple rather than gold (it’ll be hilarious if the character is literally Kinji I would love it--at least have him speak bad english!). As for New Woz... Don’t talk to me about New Woz. New Woz has confused Firebird.exe so badly it has stopped functioning. But the fact that he’s got a new-fangled future book and Woz has a normal book is funny. Also, the shots w/ Geiz and Sougo in the back, looking on like ‘WTF?????’

Virtual orange chocolate if you read this far (love that stuff some of the only chocolate I’ll eat dark). I LOVE reluctant friendship and dramatic stare downs and trust and... I love the Zi-Ot3, okay. I love it. Excited to see Kinji again, confused as hell in regards to Woz and Woz, curious what Tsukasa’s goal is (also Jinga is over now, right, so he doesn’t have to run back and forth... That’s probably why they waited ‘til now so he’d be done filming Jinga). Also curious to see more of the Time Jackets--aka grumpy time murder fam that hates each other.
