how did you discover/explore your age regression?

I came across an article about it one day on Twitter and it basically explained what it was and the feelings that come with it. as I was reading I resonated a lot with what was being said/ described and decided to look into it! It took a lot of reading and understanding to figure out that I’m not a baby age regressor— more like, doing childish things and wanting to be looked after without having to think about things!!

I like to colour and watch cartoons, eat yummy snacks and play fun games on my switch and phone! I have a lot of stuffies and pillows that I like to cuddle! I find I regress a lot more when I’m having a bad day or under a lot of stress— I sometimes still fall into the headspace without meaning to. A lot of times at work because we have a lot of kids that come into the store I work at, giving them stickers and colouring sheets to do! Even writing this now I can feel myself falling into it and I have adult work to do :(( I like to feel safe when I regress so I put on gentle lighting, like string lights and choose a stuffie to cuddle! I also almost always tell someone when I’ve regressed too! (But only if they’re comfortable with it!) just in case something goes wrong and I need to be pulled out of it and I won’t able to myself :))

Daddy/caregiver ushijima never lets you life a finger when you’re in little space, carrying you everywhere and making sure you’re comfy and safe when he can’t actively be with you but encourages you to stay by his side when he works or showers, letting you sit on the bathroom floor wrapped in a massive blanket just so you can still talk to him

He makes sure you eat healthy things at the dinner table, especially when you refuse and just takes his time with you, encouraging you to eat it all with small promises of cuddles and joining him at practice the next day. Kissing your head when you finish most of it and letting you pick out a dessert

Watching you show him off all your cute outfits and skirts, accessories and all; spinning and skipping around in front of him and smiling with every outfit “lookin good baby” “oooo I like that one—!” “Didn’t I buy you that pink shirt?” He muses along, man spreading on the couch with his arms across his chest but eagerly invites you into his lap for a cuddle and chat

Instantly notices when you’re too tired to be awake, still playing a video game or colouring on the lounge table. Calloused fingers dancing along your cheek and the deep timber of his voice telling you to go to bed is enough to have your eyes finally dropping and clambering into your daddy’s arms to be carried towards the bedroom, clinging on like a koala and nuzzling his neck

Seeing you come home from work with nothing but need for attention in your eyes and desperately wanting to fall into little space so you can sort through the things running through your mind. Osamu instantly jumps to his feet from the couch and pulls you into his arms, feeling the tension physically leave your body until you’re sobbing and crying about how hard your day was. He lets you cry it out until you’re chest has calmed from heaving

Osamu makes sure you’re fed and hydrated— keeping you on the kitchen side between small pinches to the cheeks and pokes to your thighs just to make you smile whilst your favourite food cooks and you sip on apple juice. It’s too much sugar for the evening but you need a pick me up and it’s Friday night so he can’t deny you simple pleasures.

Watching you hum and mumble whilst nibbling on your food is one of his favourite things to do, smiling at how your feet rest on his knees under the table and your toes tap against them occasionally to the soft music playing in the background. Quiet quality time is the best way he calms you down when you’ve regressed into little space; keeping his distance when needed but allowing you to climb into his lap on the couch for a nap an hour or so later because he knows you can’t sleep without him. Teddy pressed between his chest and your own but face nuzzled into his neck. When you wake your brain has unfogged and you whine to let him know, a small kiss placed to your lips with a smile “there’s my baby”

Daichi, who loves to cuddle you close as you show him your Animal Crossing island. He always notices when you change something and makes nice comments about how wonderful you've made everything look

He sits you between his legs, your back to his chest so you’re completely surrounded by him, stroking your hair and thighs whilst you show him everything, how you’ve even given him a bed in your house just in case. He chuckles at this and kisses your temple with a smile before letting you continue. If you’ve been there a while, he makes sure to hold your water bottle to your lips to make you drink and maybe even feeds you small bits of fruit so you don’t even have to let go of your switch, giggling when you bite his fingers jokingly and squealing just as loud when he pokes your side

Romero would make you regress so often on accident 😭 he really wouldn't mean to, he just naturally acts in the exact way that clicks a switch in your brain and has you babbling. The problem is that he absolutely hates to leave you alone like that, always taking you with him. It embarrasses you once you're back to your usual state of mind, not that he cares, but he carries you into the gym with you on his hip and a pink bag slung over his shoulder. His team is a bit taken with you, always staring with amazement when he's got you held up to his chest and you pull on his hair as if he isn't giving a completely serious speech. They like sitting with you, and he'll go to the bathroom then come back to find Ushijim and Hoshiumi pushing a ball back and forth with you while Kageyama fixes your hair and rearranges all the barrettes and Bobby pins in it to look like scattered sprinkles. Now, they aren't the sharpest crayons in the box, so they don't really get it, but they know they don't mind it, and it takes some time before they realize they're kinda good at it. Ushijima, at some point or another, connects that he does the exact same thing, but he just tries to be relatively quiet when it happens so no one notices. Kageyama adores you. He really does. At first he had all kinds of thoughts about why Romero shouldn't bring you to the gym, now he's upset whenever you're not there, all pouting and huffs. Hoshi terrified you the first time. He walked over, leaned down, and looked at you, and it just made you start bawling from how wide his eyes were. Then he became determined to make you like him. Romero wanted to kill him for a split second when he reentered the gym to find you crying your eyes out while Hoshiumi tried in desperation to make you stop. You quieted down the second your daddy lifted you up, just pulling on his shirt and sniffling into his shoulder while wiping all your tears off on him while he sent Hoshi a look that could kill before ordering him to do laps. He became a your big teddy bear once the other began running, cooing and rubbing your back, kissing your cheek while bouncing you in his arms to make you giggle. He tries to get you to take a nap during the last hour of practice, sets up your pink mat, blanket, pillow, and whatever stuffies you brought that day, including the one you bring with you everywhere, then convinces you to lay down with your headphones on and watch the movie he picked out for you. It usually leaves you knocked out within a few minutes until he's quietly collecting everything, then carrying you out to the car, waking up in your usual mindset while he's putting you in the backseat.

"Hm?"

"There's my girl. You wanna ride in the front? Only my big girl can ride in the front." He doesn't mean to, but the stuffie he's placing in your arms, and the hand so carefully putting your seatbelt in place have you starting to regress all over again, and he's more than happy to take care of his little girl.

Imagine going with them on away trips!!! The airport is scary but also exciting!! Holding hands with your daddy Romero as he leads you through the halls and lounges, squeezing your hand when it gets really busy before pulling you into his side for safe keeping 🥺 he can’t have his little girl straying and getting lost.

So for extra protection and help… you hold Ushijimas large hand in your other hand!! It means you can’t hold your stuffie but Romero and Ushijima hold them for you and promise to keep them safe for you until you’re sat down! Hoshi carries the bag that’s got all your things in it; you have two bags, just in case you return to your adult brain so he carries one on each shoulder.

Sitting on Romero’s lap as you show kageyama how your new game on your iPad works and giggling about all the characters and the glitter medals you earn!! All whilst he readjusts your hair and the clips that are in it. Kageyama just nods and Hums along, occasionally gasping with a “no! Really, that’s so cool princess!” Before going back to brushing your hair.

On the actual plane ride it’s just you and your daddy and he’s quick to try and keep you occupied before you run havoc in first class: but the pain in your ears makes you sniffle and cry and before you know it you have a whole team of volleyball players trying to calm and coo at you. But what you really need is to just be with your daddy. It doesn’t take long before Romero is barking at them to give you some space as you climb into his lap for a cuddle and maybe a nap. You fall asleep counting how many clouds there are; too many for your brain to count!!! And wake up refreshed and in your adult brain

SO SO protective, constantly has a hand on you when you’re in public. He can sense as soon as you’ve slipped, maybe it was passing through the toy aisle at the store that made your brain turn little but he KNOWS.

A strong arm falls around your waist, bringing your torso into his side and there’s a brief kiss to your head “there’s my baby…” he mutters with a smile, guiding you through the store until the shopping is done.

Anyone who looks your way, even as much as glances at how you skip slightly or excitedly babble about the toy you saw earlier; Iwaizumi is glaring at them, his eyes narrowing. You barely notice and continue your happy babbling. He loves hearing it, it melts his heart and he could listen to it forever.

Sakusa would spoil his little so bad. A straight up spoiled brat because you only need to look at something for it to be in your hands the next day at the latest. His maid thinks he has kids, but really he's just got you, and he wouldn't trade you for the world while you're huffing and stomping about in his office for his attention as if he isn't in a call with his publicist.

He would!!! His little would be so spoilt and they’d love it!! But sakusas favourite moments are when the toys and the stuffies and the pretty clothes he buys you don’t matter. Watching you stomp into his office, frowning and pouting.

“Daddy… want a hug” he listens to you whisper from across the room, he knows you’re over tired. You need a nap and to feel safe to do so, feel warm and comfortable. So silently, motioning that he’s on the phone, sakusa pushes his chair out and eagerly welcomes you into his lap. Strong fingers find themselves running up and down your back as you snooze away, safe now that you’re in your daddy’s arms

Periodically stopping on the trail to point out bugs and flowers to you, giving you a well earned break and to also see your eyes light up at the pretty things. Daichi takes you a picnic, settling up the blankets and sweet treats at the top of the trail, making sure you eat proper food as well as the cakes and biscuits he’s bought too. Secretly packs a favourite stuffie of yours in the bag, letting you sit and lay with it in the sun as you giggle and joke around. Sometimes he lets you nap at the top of the trail, your head in his lap as he strokes your cheek and watches you snooze away

Daddy Osamu Would be so so good!! He’d take you shopping and ask what you want for dinner, letting you choose the ingredients and the dessert. He’d be there to help out, lifting you up to reach the high shelves and kissing your cheek with a “I’m proud of you”

Daddy osamu also let’s you play around the house and in the lounge whilst he does the things he needs to do, sometimes business work and other times just general house cleaning and looking after stuff, but he’ll come and check on you, taking a few minutes here and there to play with you. Listening to you talk about the picture you drew or how your new game on your switch is!! He loves listening to you talk about anything and hearing you giggle!!

But he can be stern and likes you to follow rules— bedtime is at a certain time unless it’s a special occasion and you have to have a bath everyday!! He’ll help you through it all of course! He coos at you to drink water, to eat all your veggies and fruits and clean your teeth

On the days he hears you whisper that you’re a little sad or down, he’s surrounding you with your favourite things and snacks (as well as healthy food) under all the blankets he can find— your favourite movie on in the background. Extremely self indulgent but: daddy Shigaraki, who tears you apart when you're in adult mode gaming angainst him, doing a complete 180 as soon as you regress.

Doesn't let you touch fighting games at all, and pretty much only let's you play Minecraft and Pokémon. You always pout at him at first, saying you want a scary game, only to start clinging to him not even 10 minutes later, cause the Minecraft Monsters are scary 🥺

He sighs and quickly changes it to creative mode, petting your head and telling you to build a castle for him while he logs on and fights all the monsters for you💖

Bokuto would be the one to take you shopping for food and just end up buying stuffies and snacks and DVDs so you could have a movie night— forgets he’s supposed to buy food so in the end he has to order in with a promise of going shopping the next day

Kuroo would be diligent with rules and making sure you’re healthy and clean and safe. You have to do your chores and make sure you’ve done everything you need to do before you can lounge around and play your games and watch movies but he’s always there to join you in the evening, brushing your hair or rubbing your shoulders as you ramble about your day and allllll the things you got up to whilst showing him your drawings. The next day theyre pinned to the wall. He’s so proud.
