I saw this theory on tiktok and omg 😭.

Basically, Evangeline somehow got her memories back and she's ran away with Jacks trying to escape Ap*llo. They think they've finally gotten away but Ap*llo caught up to them. They fight and Ap*llo is killed but Jacks is gravely injured, as in he's-gonna die-type of injured. He's slowly dying in Eva's arms and she decides to kiss him and says "I was always yours" (parallels the hollow scene). A minute later, they're both dead in each other’s arms.

Season 3 had so much focus on Little My and how she grapples with the concept of family and the kind of love and attention she needs I’m so heckin  proud of this little lady!! 

One thing that I’ve always admired about Little My is how her character in all adaptations follows that unbreakable aspect of her. She always seems unbothered no matter the situation and is able to carry herself and push through each problem with grace and a grin. But I love that Moominvalley goes deeper into her character in believable avenues like ‘who is her father and why does it matter to her?’, ‘what is family really like for a girl who grew up having to be the worst of her many siblings just to stand out?’, ‘what happens when she finally receives the love and attention she so desperately needed?’.

This unbreakable title is something she’s had to build for herself after growing up feeling like she doesn’t matter enough for undivided love and attention. She tells herself to assume the worst so the worst doesn’t surprise her. It’s all so very sad, but very simple, Little My has been hurt many times by the family she’s grown up with and she’s only just now learning to let her new family chip away at her walls, and I’m so so so proud of her!

I feel like this season gave her HUGE steps with being at peace with herself, her family, and her upbringing. The Moomins have taught her so much about patience and kindness that she did something I don’t think I would’ve expected from her in an earlier episode of the series: she forgave her mother for who she is--for how she raises her children, and I can’t imagine how much she toiled with her feelings ever since her mother left the first time. The Moomins have shown her time and time again that she is truly loved and a part of their family, that kindness and patience provides the absolute best results as opposed to violence and allowing anger to keep a tight hold on your actions, and all of this has allowed her to find some peace and common ground with her mother.

I’m so overcome with emotions y’all, she’s so loved by her found family and she’s making so many positive strides I’ve cried 3 times already I love her so much. ;A;

I have written interactions between Medusa and the 7th Scylla Clone on this exact subject, and Medusa is convinced that if she had stayed in Meracydia, she would be dead and that might be preferable to what is going on by the time this conversation occurs. I don't think that's completely out of the question in this case - the war *is* happening, and Meracydia ends up getting scorched, whether by Medusa's hand or some other Allagan nightmare. She'd have a clear conscience, but that doesn't mean much to a corpse.

Morbidity aside, I do think part of the reason that Medusa accepts Emet-Selch's offer in the first place *is* that she's lonely - she's already burned bridges with her family entirely when she left for Allag in the first place, and the idea of someone caring for her (even if technically he cares about someone else entirely) is not an insignificant factor.

So the other point of divergence then would be whether she goes home with Scylla Proper the night of the office party or stays to end up in the World of Darkness and really getting herself entrenched with Amon (and subsequently against Daedalus and Emet-Selch). In which case, I think Scylla would end up betraying her at some point: it's very clear to longer-term members of the Court that Scylla is manipulating Medusa, and she's falling for it entirely. And I don't think at that point anyone would step up to help her either (and why would they?).

I can say that what Medusa *wants* is safety and companionship. She wants to trust people, she wants to rely on others knowing that they will support her, she wants to be soft and comfortable and honest and she does get a bit of that with Scylla m.7 (and almost Antonio's clone too). So there is a bit of a daydream-y 'what if my life was different' aspect to this, combining the rose-colored memories that Emet-Selch has of Ariadne and the illusion of privacy that her own apartment provides her, but she knows that none of that will ever actually work out for her.

I'm still thinking about what you said about The Grand Inquisitor appearing in Season 3. I really do think he could appear, but I just feel like it's less likely at the same time as oppose to an animated show. You gotta pay the actor, get that makeup back on. And again, I do think he could appear but it's just feels like with live action it's less likely

If I had more faith in the show writers' ability to collaborate and plan ahead, I would say,

"Ohh easy, just film these short segments for one show while filming the other"

But I really do not think they put that much thought into it actually.

That said, they do save EVERYTHING. They went through the effort of making and fitting that costume and casting that role, I also believe they would milk it at every opportunity.

I honestly feel it could go either way. I do really like Kelleran Beq and wish his character well.

Maybe at the end of the day I'm kind of just desperate for any sort of... meaningful connection between pieces of these stories and for the Mandalorian to seem like more than just a wild accumulation of thoughts someone had along the lines of "wouldn't it be cool if" without thinking of the consequences to the story about 3 episodes later.
