Okay, so you've done a lot of what if scenarios and AU versions for your universe, but they're mostly ALIVE-ified versions of preexisting AUs.
... how to explain...
Okay, so instead of ALIVE!Swap, where it takes the Swap template and puts your AU into the blend, what if it was Swap!ALIVE, where it takes your AU and applies the Swap formula.
That's still a little confusing, isn't it?
Let's put it this way, in a regular Swap universe, everyone's roles are swapped with their appropriate counterpart, ie; Sans <> Papyrus, Alphys <> Undyne, Toriel <> Asgore, Chara <> Frisk, etc.
Instead of taking that and ALIVE-ifying it, what if we took ALIVE and Swap-ified it?
So, we'd Swap the ALIVE characters with their appropriate counterparts, ie; Sans <> Alphys, Undyne <> Papyrus, maybe even Lytta <> her brother, and whatever other appropriate swaps should be.
Does that make sense?
Yeah, I understand what you mean! I think it would be something like...
Alive <-> Gaster, Metta <-> Insans, Lytta <-> Thanatos, Soul <-> Frisk, Blooky <-> Maddy, and Teri <-> Rep.
That's so chaotic but cool! I'm gonna doodle it.
...I did a cursed thing.

Heard through the social media grapevine that it looks like maybe Andor S2 goes to Naboo at some point (?) and it's reviving my idle conspiracy board speculations about Luthen backstory. Like I know Mon is the one who gets that speech about learning from Palpatine, and I do love that for her, but look at Luthen. The billowy black robes, the red spinny lightsaber ship, the SECRET DOUBLE LIFE AS A WELL-DRESSED DUDE ON CORUSCANT PLOTTING TO TOPPLE THE SYSTEM FROM WITHIN. He (or at least his decadent tomb-robbing art dealer persona) even kinda resembles prequel-era Palpatine

𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗙 𝗕𝗜𝗢: kate schmidt always knew she was destined to be great, to be the one to finally get out of shadyside for good, small town urban legends be damned. as an only child, kate was the apple of her parent's eye; she was constantly doted on and was relatively spoiled ( 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦 ) being the only child also meant a slew of expectations placed on her shoulders. but she was never daunted by them, she was motivated, unafraid to back down from the challenge; she was kate goddamn schmidt after all. school was a breeze and friends were aplenty, she was top of her class, head cheerleader, and managed to run a fairly successful ( 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘭 ) side business. still, a life that was almost all work was an exhausting one to live, she's human after all; but of course, pride kept her from sharing that with even her closest friends. she was the one to rely on, that steady rock to keep everyone grounded, the fearless leader of her fellow shadysiders. once graduation came around, she was more than ready to leave town for good, full of optimism and, for once, hope. so much hope that it was easy to ignore her friends warnings of nobody being able to truly get out of shadyside, shrugging them off without a care. all she had to do before being able to taste freedom was one last summer at nightwing, a last hurrah between her and simon and deena, her best friends, before moving away.
𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬: confidence is key and kate schmidt is a shining example of that. everything she does, everything she says, she does and says with purpose. she can come off a bit strong, her bold nature makes sure of that and her brutal honesty doesn't help much either. that doesn't keep her from making friends, however, she's quite the charmer and conversations come easily for her. a fan of keeping things light, she often cracks jokes to deflect any attempt to get some vulnerability out of her. while she's a bit morally grey, her heart is ultimately in the right place, often putting her friends needs above her own. but when it comes to sunnyvalers? well that's a whole other story.

Darius clicked on his comms, tuning into his pilot's channel as he turned his helmeted gaze toward the Coruscant horizon. "Theo, I've got a question for you. Looking at how things are going, would you be alright helping with the Bacta transports? I know the Corvid's got plenty of space for it but I don't know if Customs will clear it for transport. I'm going to be staying here to sort some things out so you'll have time. Are you good for it?" -- @mando-of-esverr
"Hi Dare," Theo chirped with an eye roll as his comm buzzed with his friend's electronically filtered voice. "I'm fine, thanks, always great when you check in." Mild hurt annoyance colored the pilot's voice. He knew that Darius wasn't much for talking, or people, or anything really. But Theo was and he thought he deserved updates every once in a while, maybe a little consideration asking how he was doing, stuff like that.
"I was gonna tell you," He went on, "I'm berthed near the Skate. They're part of the convoy that leaves day after tomorrow. I'm doing checks now to see if I could join. The more ships bringing the stuff in, the better. ....You sure you'll be okay? I don't know when we'll be back."

“yes, i'm alive! would you please come over here and give me a hug?” — Darius to Mathafew after Lusankya ~ @mando-of-esverr
Tajur, who had followed Mathafew into the hospital room aboard Mercy, was all too eager to hand the boy over to Darius. The black and gold armored Mandalorian stood aloof by the door, satisfied to see his missing clan member alive - they'd do their catching up later. Mathafew had first been shocked into a strangely emotionally detached state for days when Darius first vanished, and when he came out of that, the boy was inconsolable, then violent - the months of Darius' disappearance had not been pleasant ones.
For either of them.
Now that he had been found - Mathafew was already clambering up on to the bed and throwing himself at his guardian. The boy wrapped his arms as far about the man as he could, buried his face against the rough hospital gown. "Where've you been!" His bandana was becoming conspicuously wet and his voice tight.
Mathafew's hands curled as he grabbed fistfulls of the hospital clothes, flexing open and closed like he wasn't certain if he wanted to grab hold, or let go and hit the man. Anger, rage, fear, relief, adoration, positive and negative emotions swirled about the boy. Even Tajur winced and braced himself against the bulkhead behind himself.
"Ad'ika-" The elder man grunted and dripped a shoulder to set down the bundle he was carrying before it was accidentally dropped. They'd talked about this, they'd even worked on it - among other things - but Mathafew was too worked up now and the influence was spreading beyond the small room. Voices were beginning to drift in from the corridor.

@rapxir sent: "Jesus Christ, I can't be seen talking to you. It's bad for my job security to chat up the demons." (Crowley bc GO2 ignited something within me)
Crowley made a show of rolling his eyes, mindful to exaggerate the way his eyebrows rose and his forehead creased. He wanted to make sure that the girl could perceive all his exasperation, despite the fact that he was wearing his almost ever-present sunglasses.
"Oh, give me a break!" The demon scoffed, adding a little huff at the end of the exclamation for emphasis. "First of all, you were the one stalking me. The first time and the other one after, and a few more times after that one too."
Maybe "stalking" wasn't the right word to describe Ruby carefully keeping an eye on him and his activities. After their first clash encounter, the girl seemed to have realised that he wasn't neither dangerous nor target material and their following interactions had been friendlier, even if she stubbornly insisted on being wary of him. Not that she could be fully judged for it, considering her upbringing.
Crowley, on his part, had also sort of humoured her, unless he had more urgent affair to take care of or, more often, an engagement with Aziraphale. While the Ruby seemed to be only after demonic entities, he still didn't trust her around his best friend.
...Or maybe he was secretly worried that the human could catch onto the ridiculous crush he had for his former Adversary and being called out on it was the last thing he wanted.
"Also, I'm a friendly hellish entity. I helped stopping the bloody End of the world, for crying out aloud. I've been fired to save mankind's arse," he went on, almost daring her to claim the opposite. "If something, I could easily be considered a colleague of yours. Or, better, a freelancer you work with."

if DC v Vampires happened in Among the Stars then Annabeth would immediately jump to the other side because it means Percy will too and never become part of the prophecy and leave her and she’s completely right.

“You’d best start believing in kriffing ghost stories, Puppy. You’re in one!” (Blackwing Outbreak? Or Inquisitor Ziv just beeing an ass with her hallucinogen poisons? Your choice!) @irrfahrer
The young pilot's eyes darted about the space beyond the Inquisitor. "G-ghost...stories?" He managed to squeak out. He wasn't bound, and he didn't need to be. Force User he may be, but Theo was untrained, had been on the run from the Empire since he was a mere handful of years old and Storm Troopers had invaded Corellia at the very beginning of the Purge.
His luck, it seemed, had run out. He was out-matched in skill and strength. Theo's abilities were mere whimsy and games, little tricks he used to enhance his flying and avoiding capture... and he'd failed in that. Fear was what kept the pilot pinned in place now. He had backed as far from the Inquisitor as he could until hitting a wall and now he looked beyond her where, indeed, ghosts lurked.
Shambling forms moved about the room that seemed to have grown and darkened until he couldn't see the edges anymore. His eyes were blown wide and looked to the woman. Even she had changed, flickering in and out of both his eyesight and his meager Force sense, her appearance fair one moment, rotted the next.
Theo whimpered as his senses were bombarded and overwhelmed. Not just his eyes, not just what he felt or saw through the Force either, but even smell. The room began to fill with fumes like long-rotted flesh, infection, putrefaction. He covered his face and slid down the wall to sit on the floor as his eyes watered and his nose began to run. He could taste the decay.
"How does...one...how do I get out of this story?" He asked.

[Kissing Day meme from @asycuwish.]
😘
------------
... So what, exactly, had brought that on? One second they’d been walking through the twilight to her ship, maybe just a little too warm from the alcohol - no-one was brave enough to water down Fett’s drinks, even if they might have tried with her.
The next ... if Thera could ever claim to have thought about it, imagined any scenario, it probably wouldn’t have been this.
She blinked at Boba a moment, mentally shuffling cards on what, why and what the heck? - then reached up and wiped her thumb on his lip as if he might have acquired some of her (non-existent) lipstick on the side. “Did somebody spike you, or have you finally decided to be brave?”

@omniishambles - Abigail & Saros { STRANGER THINGS SC }
Abigail dismounted from her borrowed bike, careful not to accidentally knock over the wicker basket she was balancing on the handlebars.
If she had to be honest, cycling around and distributing fresh vegetables wasn’t how she would have liked to spend her afternoon, but Marius had bribed her with a couple of joints, one of which was currently so innocently hooked on the top of her ear.
There was also the fact that she had been held at the precinct, again, earlier that week, so denying her foster parents that favour hadn’t looked like a wise move. She needed them to remain pliant and unbothered by her little clashes with the local authorities. And if playing the delivery girl once in a while, in addition to her usual chores, was the price to achieve such goal, then she would gladly pay it.
Not to mention that she had been giving permission to hand out the leftovers to whoever she wanted. Thus why she had stopped by the Millers’ place.
Grabbing the half empty basket, Abigail stalked up to the door and hit the bell. Saros was in her Art class and, even if they had never really spoken, she had overheard the other girl talking about her passion for gardening and so she had guessed that, if someone could appreciate a random offer of fresh home-grown greeneries, it would be her.
Never mind that Abigail had a second aim for wanting to befriend Saros. Something about her had piqued the Hobbs girl’s interest, even if she couldn’t have said exactly what. It was mostly a gut feeling, a spark that caused the ever-lurking darkness inside her to stir.
In her experience, such feelings were always worth investigating.
“Hey,” she greeted with a little grin when the door was opened, revealing the object of her curiosity. She promptly lifted the basket. “Abigail Hobbs, from your Art class? There’s a special delivery for you, if you want it.”

Making his way from the cockpit, Darius opened the door to one of the ship sleeping quarters and knocked gently on the rim of the double. "Hey, you doing alright Mathafew?" he asked, kneeling beside the bed. "Haven't seen you up since we entered hyperspace."
Mathafew was wrapped in his and Darius' blankets. His glowing red eyes peered out of the swaddling. 'space is cold' He answered the armored figure. This was his first time in space at least as far as the boy remembered. And as thankful as he was for the rescue, the boy was terrified.
What was he supposed to do now? Away from home...from the people that...well they were just using him. He knew that now. But they had been all he knew since he was a baby.
He turned his scarlet eyes to the helmeted figure and saw his own reflection there. 'where're you gonna take me?'
