I’m worried this ocd trait thing might be getting worse. My therapist mentioned how she expected it to get worse during times of stress and holy shit now that I realise how that is true.

At lunch (Hi table seven who follows me on here..) I wasn’t counting my peas to organise it but I was worried I was going to get.. sick— from my food if I didn’t, but I had to count them and the order wasn’t right because I kept getting distracted and then I do it again but peas aren’t uniform shape so i kept getting it wrong but if I didn’t put the peas in the right order there would be horrible horrible consequences (I mentioned it before) and I actually got close to crying and was trying to pass it off.

I don’t know how people can help me, I don’t know how to ask people for help, I don’t know what helps it— I’m lost and I want to know what I can do to make it better
