Track 24: Unwanted interactions

Synopsis: Victoria Shard was a former member of the popular idol group [ Poisoner ] from NRC corporations. After discourse with her group leader, Victoria decided it was best for her to leave and pursue her solo career in a record label run by her parents.

It had been half a year since her separation from her old group, and Victoria had never been more successful. But now she has a new problem. She must return to NRC corporations in order to mentor the seven idol groups.

Ellis Clawthorne is a member of [ (Co)-connect ] the most recent group under NRC'S belt. With no experience as an idol, Ellis must persevere in order to succeed and pursue her dreams.

Will both girls be able to adapt to their current situations?

My mortal enemy, writer's block had been bothering me while I was finishing up this track, but honestly? FUCK writer's block

I'd like to apologize in advance if this track didn't reach the expectations everyone had :') But hey, you can't please everyone

"Now, to simplify what we've already discussed, 'No' questions are questions that can easily be answered with 'no'."

Ellis nodded determinedly, taking down notes as Mayuu and Victoria continued to teach them how to respond during interviews.

She wasn't surprised that Yuuta already knew most of the things they were discussing. Charming as he may be, everyone in the group acknowledged that he was on the manipulative side of the morality spectrum.

Juvia raised her hand."Um, how do we handle responding to rapid-fire questions?" She asked, unsure about what their answer would be.

Mayuu hummed, "Only answer the questions that you can answer."

Victoria nodded in agreement."Exactly. However, don't answer every single question that you can answer."

"If you're trying to send a message about the kind of person you are, you can't send that message by being defensive over something as trivial as a question from a reporter."

Everyone took those words in, sucking a breath before continuing to take notes.

"Now, when it comes to reporters, it's easy to ignore certain questions."

Mayuu looked at the group with a slightly more serious expression."That kind of thing doesn't apply as well to a sit-down interview." She stated, resting their hand on their hip.

Victoria narrowed her eyes before she harrumphed."Indeed. So it's important to find a way to redirect their questions in a way that you can properly answer them." She crossed her arms, sitting down on a nearby chair.

Chizuko arched a brow at her."And how do you suppose we do that?" She questioned, wondering what kind of answer she'll receive.

As Victoria was about to respond, the door suddenly swung open. Revealing Aguri Harper.

Or rather, Y/N L/N.

Aguri panted, clutching the doorknob for dear life, sweaty and exhausted. Victoria took note of the navy blue sweater that hugged his figure and complimented his body extremely well.

She rose a brow at them."Aguri… What exactly are you doing here?" Victoria stood up, slowly walking up to the esteemed actor.

The rest of (Co)-connect decided to remain silent, including Mayuu. They'd naturally want to see how this would unfold because of the revelation that their mentor essentially went on a date with Aguri.

After wiping the sweat off their face, Aguri sent Victoria a sarcastic smile.

"Happy to see me?"

"Not exactly. You interrupted something between me and my colleagues."

As much as Ellis utterly despised Aguri, she couldn't deny that she was already invested in their conversation.

Aguri formed a tight-lipped smile for Victoria."Good to know…. Now, shall we?" He extended his hand, waiting for her.

For a moment, Victoria looked at Aguri, then back at (Co)-connect. And in spite of her hesitation, she took Aguri's hand before begrudgingly wrapping her arm around his own.

"Let's hurry this up…" she muttered, quietly enough to make the group unable to hear her but loud enough for Aguri to hear her.

He snickered, escorting her out of the building."No promises, princess." The group heard as they made their way out of the building.

"You've humiliated me in front of them."

"How is picking you up for a hangout humiliating?"

Victoria scrunched her nose."Because one wouldn't exactly expect you to take me on what's essentially a date." She noted.

"For the last fucking time, it isn't a date-" Just as Aguri was about to groan, his face went pale.

Victoria noticed his change in expression and began trying to catch his attention. But she stopped when she heard the sound of heels clicking, getting louder as the source of the sound approached.

Runako Miyato. Also known by her pseudonym, Chu Bae-ron.

The woman in question took one good look at Victoria and whistled at Aguri."I'm guessing you finally caught the big fish, sonny."

Although Victoria was confused for a moment, it didn't take long for her to understand the meaning behind Runako's words after witnessing Aguri's unusual reaction to it.

She smirked, giving Aguri an amused look in her eyes."Sonny?" She repeated the term of endearment, taking note of the flushed look in Aguri's eyes.

Runako hummed before assessing Victoria's appearance for a moment. She had heard of the renowned idol from Aguri, as well as the numerous rumors, scandals, hardships, and accomplishments she's achieved in her career.

Not taking a second to hesitate, Runako extended her hand to Victoria."Runako. Runako Miyato, sister of Chizuko Miyato." She introduced herself, and a smile slowly spread across her face.

".... But I'm assuming you already knew that, didn't you, Shōri-san?"

Victoria looked back at Runako with a blank-eyed stare. All sense of expression disappeared from her face as she shook Runako's hand.

"Yes. I'm already aware of you, Chu Bae-ron."

Aguri laughed awkwardly, trying to avoid conversation as he suddenly took Victoria by the arm and walked past Runako.

"Hahaha, loving the interaction, but we really must be on our way, Runa. S-Sorry!"

Runako turned around, crossing her arms as Aguri did the equivalent of sprinting out of the building.

"Yup, just as I expected…. The boy's hopelessly in love."

Koral walked around, greeting everyone she came across with a friendly smile.

Although the workers of NRC felt perplexed by her gesture, they couldn't deny that the photos of her didn't do her justice.

Koral was radiant. Not at the levels of people like Vil or Victoria, but she certainly had an appeal in her childlike appearance.

And of course, she knew that. She saw the appeals people had over her appearance, and so she did more to reel them in.

And that effort?... She was sure that they weren't in vain. Despite what "he" had done to heighten her career, Koral believed that it was her own efforts that brought her success.

Out of nowhere, Koral bumped into someone.

Ellis. And she was with Carol and Yuuta.

Although Ellis stumbled, Carol was there to support her and quickly helped her regain balance.

But in the case of Koral, she stumbled before falling onto the ground.

Yuuta internally cringed when she started whimpering, almost to the point of tears. He had to temporarily look away from Koral's direction to refrain from vomiting on the spot.

Ellis, rightfully confused, awkwardly helped Koral up. And she flinched when she finally took notice of Koral's aesthetic.

An aesthetic similar to her own. And if Koral's hair wasn't redder than Ellis's, she would've looked like her doppelganger.

"Um…. Are you okay?"

Koral nodded bashfully, turning away with a light blush.

Ellis seethed while inhaling sharply. From the moment she saw the blush on Koral's face, she knew that it was an act.

"Y-Yes…. I'm okay." Koral finally responded. Yuuta's eyes narrowed and he took it upon himself to subtly pull Ellis away from Koral.

Ellis nodded, somewhat confused and even more cringed."Uh- Great… I'm Ellis Clawthorne, a member of (Co)-connect!" She managed to exclaim with a horrible attempt at a grin.

As much as Ellis didn't want to admit it, she was genuinely suspicious and weirded out by Koral. She couldn't even properly comprehend that Koral pretty much became Vil's new manager.

So she wanted to get this conversation over with.

Koral smiled back, oblivious to the sheer awkwardness of the atmosphere."Nice to meet you, Ellis! I'm Ichigo- I mean Koral! Koral Larrane…" she greeted back, that bashful smile quickly returning.

Before Ellis could think of a response, Yuuta dragged her past Koral so they could reach the dance studio. As for Carol, she gave Koral a one-note apology before catching up to Yuuta and Ellis.

Yuuta quickly groaned once Koral was out of his line of sight."FINALLY… That girl was pissing me off." He admitted loudly.

Carol pushed up her glasses, annoyed with Yuuta but also silently agreeing with him."Because of course, she does, Yuuta." She muttered.

Ellis hummed in response."Yeah…." She trailed off.

".... I don't think I wanna get into another conversation with her."

This may seem a bit underwhelming for a return of MM, but given that Tumblr is not so subtly screwing me over, I needed a long-term break

But anyway, thank you so much to everyone who's been patient enough to wait for all these tracks ^^ I know my upload schedule is a nightmare at this point, so I'm really happy to know that you guys are willing to wait for a while for another installment of my Magnum Opus (okay maybe I shouldn't exaggerate, but still)

“Huh. So you're Circe.”

Raising an eyebrow at you, Circe slowly approached. You could tell by his body language that he was most definitely hesitant to even talk to you.

Then again, you just happened to run into him, so it wasn't like you expected to talk to him, to begin with. You just let it slide for a little while.

“And you're very obviously Aguri Harper. Do you legitimately don't remember seeing me after your encounter with Vil and Koral?”

You let that question float around before letting out an awkwardly placed whistle. “Possibly…” you drawled.

Circe frowned but shrugged that off relatively quickly. “Well, forget that I guess,” he said. “Why are you back at NRC Corporations?”

Before you could answer that, Circe answered his own question. “Oh, wait, I'm sure you're here for Victoria.”

You practically begged your body to not betray you at that moment, but alas, you felt your cheeks heat up at the mention of the well-known idol that you occasionally take on a date or two.

Not that she'd consider them dates.

──ㅇ─────↻ ◁ II ▷ ↺───ㅇ────

That was a lie. Victoria did consider them dates.

She paced around the room, with Zen sitting on the couch in front of her, staring at her with utter bewilderment. Naturally, of course, given that Victoria showed little to no stress unless the situation truly called for it.

So he's guessing that whatever she's stressed about, he's more than sure that the situation called for it.

“Err…. Tori? You feeling okay??” That was probably the dumbest question Zen could ask, but he asked it regardless.

Victoria let out an exasperated sigh, but she wasn't necessarily annoyed at Zen. “It's…. Complicated, Zen.”

His eyebrows raised, lips pursed for only a moment. “Oh yeah? Wanna talk about it?” he gently pats the empty spot on the couch next to him. And in response, Victoria tiredly sat down.

“So, did anything happen?”

“Er…”

“It isn't about the NXDE revival, right? As far as I know, it was a success-”

“It… It isn't about the NXDE revival, Zen.”

Zen's eyebrows furrowed. Not only in bewilderment but also in silent irritation because Victoria didn't get straight to the point like she usually did.

But he'd never get mad at her for something as small as that. So he waited patiently for her to get to the point.

“.... It's about Y/N.”

“So, you're telling me that you're just- What, denying that you're in love with Victoria?”

You clicked your tongue in annoyance, “I'm not in love with her.”

Circe looked at you like you just told him the biggest piece of bullshit he's ever heard. And frankly, you had reason to believe that what you just said was the biggest bullshit he's ever heard.

“For an actor, you're surprisingly obvious when it comes to your own feelings,” Circe didn't fight the quiet snort he let out, “No wonder there haven't been any reports about any potential relationships.”

You crossed your arms, folding them over your chest. “How many times do I have to tell you that I'm not in love with your former group member?”

Circe smirked, if only for a moment. “As many times as you want, Harper,” he told you, before walking ever so slightly closer than he needed to be.

Circe already had a busy schedule at the moment, especially with how Koral was managing Poisoner at the moment, so he needed to say what he wanted to tell you in the quickest way he could.

And he needed to do that and leave an impact.

“I think you failed to remind yourself that it's impossible to be in a relationship with an idol like her. I can tell you thought you had a chance, Harper.”

And boy…. He most definitely left an impact.

Author's note: After struggling with editing, it has arrived TvT unfortunately this track doesn't have any social media segments since it dives into more serious topics

This is an Aguri centered track, so unfortunately, you won't be seeing much of the other idols. But hey, Kaz is there-

On the other hand, this track is my attempt at doing a second person POV since Aguri is the reader(But can be interpreted as his own person)

To those who have read a certain mini-series in my Addams family AU, you'll have a clear idea of the kind of person Koral is.

This track is heavily inspired by the song "Seventeen" by Ladytron, so you probably have an idea of what it's about. Especially with the title of the track-

You were bored.

I mean, sure, living in a luxurious apartment building with your cat is nice.

But at the same time… It just got boring after a while.

You were known as Aguri Harper, a famed actor who got their fame from being recommended by Vil Schoenheit, an idol.

It wasn't the full story, but it's the most known.

Speaking of Vil, he sent you a text that he was gonna visit you to discuss something together. You weren't sure what he meant, but since he's a close friend of yours, you allowed him to visit.

Hearing the sound of your cat purring, you chuckled."Nice to see that you're happy to be home again, Kaz." You joked, gently petting Kaz's fur.

After allowing Kaz the luxury of resting on your lap, you sat on the couch for who knows how long. It wasn't like you were counting, anyway.

Nevertheless, you eventually heard the sound of your doorbell. Sighing, you had to put Kaz on the couch to answer the door and see Vil.

In doing so, you shamelessly activated your charismatic persona."Hey Vil~" you greeted, pretending as if you didn't argue with him during the filming of 'young and beautiful'.

Vil hummed, walking past you and entering your apartment. You couldn't help but huff, hoping he didn't mind a slightly messy living room.

Vil sat on the chair near the kitchen counter."I'm sure you're aware that I need your opinion on something, Aguri." He finally said, setting his bag on the chair next to him.

Shrugging casually, you leaned against the kitchen counter."I know. I just wanna know what we're gonna talk about. I don't have all day, you know." You admitted.

Vil nodded vehemently and locked eyes with you while wearing an intense gaze.

"I'm getting a new manager for [ Poisoner ]." Vil said. Unsurprisingly, you felt your eyes widen in shock.

"Huh?? A new manager??? I mean I know it's been half a year since your last one quit but still-"

"No need to be so shocked, Aguri. You know that an idol group can't function without proper management." Vil quickly interrupted and sent you a cold stare.

That was where you thought, Ah. So he is still upset with me.

Letting out a breath, you nodded and allowed him to continue whatever ramble he was gonna have.

"For starters, I wanted to tell you that I've already arranged an appointment with a candidate. I just need your opinion about how they'd perform as a manager."

After listening to his statement, you couldn't help but raise an eyebrow."Right… Who'd you choose?" You asked hesitantly.

Vil held his breath and looked like he was expecting you to get upset over who he was gonna say.

"Koral Larrane."

You fell silent as Vil looked at you awkwardly.

"..... Koral?" With your previous question answered, you already had another one waiting for a response.

Vil gave you a quick nod."Yes. Koral Larrane of XXX enterprises." He replied with an emotionless look in his eyes. It made you even more irritated.

"Vil you can't be serious! Isn't she 15???"

"She's 17." Vil corrected.

"That doesn't change the fact that she's still too young to be a manager!"

Vil didn't bother to prevent himself from rolling his eyes."You're saying that as if [ Hearts & Roses ] doesn't have a 17-year-old manager as well."

"Frisk De La Rose became their manager because of the CEO's incompetence! At the very least, she got lessons in management before being properly appointed!"

"You're acting as if Koral won't go through the same process. A bit hypocritical, don't you think?"

"How the hell- Ugh…" you groaned, placing a hand over your forehead."I can't believe you'd choose Koral of all people…"

Vil squinted his eyes."And what's that supposed to mean?" He questioned as if he was trying to interrogate you.

"She's an idol too, you know."

"She can still pursue her career while being our manager."

You grit your teeth in aggravation, growing even more tired of Vil with each passing second.

"Did you at least ask your group mates for their opinions?..."

It was Vil's turn to fall silent now. That was all you needed to be even angrier at him.

"Vil, what the hell?!?" You yelled, startling Kaz a little.

He twitched his eye while his patience was falling at the seams."I'll inform them of my decision later. Besides, they can't do anything about it anyway."

You clenched your jaw, scowling menacingly at him. Or you at least tried to."And why is that?" In an attempt to intimidate Vil, you tried narrowing your eyes a bit.

But it didn't work.

Vil only scoffed."You don't need to know. Besides…" he trailed his sentence away, "I'm leaving."

In response, you grunted, watching him walk out of your apartment and almost step on Kaz's tail in the process.

When he finally left, you slammed your fist on the kitchen counter. That was enough for Kaz to run into your room to rest a little longer.

"He…. He doesn't even know…"

You felt tears brim your eyes.

".... What Koral's manager did to me."

"You wanted to see me, ma'am?"

"Yes. Thank you for coming, Y/N."

You gulped, feeling a little nervous after they addressed you by your first name.

Scratch that, you were nervous your whole trip to this agency. The woman in front of you was the soon-to-be manager of Koral Larrane, an idol who will eventually debut in two years.

Sitting down, you sent the woman an awkward smile."Haha…" the woman smiled in amusement, crossing their legs and looking down at you.

"S-So, Um-"

"I know what you're trying to say."

You audibly gasped, feeling a little startled by the sudden interruption."You do?" You asked, eyes remaining wide.

The woman nodded and stood up, walking towards the door."I do. You want me to sponsor you so you can make your debut in the acting industry," she started, locking the door.

At that realization, you tensed up. Huh?... How did she-

Your thoughts were interrupted by the woman gently cupping your cheeks."Luckily for you, I help both idols and actors…" she whispered, inching closer to your face.

Your lips parted as you backed away."M-Ma'am?" You stuttered, confused by her action.

Unfortunately, you ended up on the floor after falling from the couch. With the woman on top of you.

"It's okay, Y/N…. I'll help you."

You quivered in fear, rethinking your decision."I-Its fine! I-I'll just-" your words were cut off as the woman's lips connected with your own, and your eyes widened in shock.

You couldn't move. It felt like your body was forcing you not to move.

It didn't help that you let out an unwanted moan when the woman was grinding against you. A satisfied sigh escaped her lips as she inched closer to your face once more.

"I'll be gentle with you, Y/N. Don't worry…"

You were seventeen at the time.

You shuddered at the memory and laid down on your bed in discomfort. Holding Kaz close to your chest, you did what you could to drift off and sleep.

But you couldn't. The memory kept flooding back.

You grunted, gently putting Kaz to the side as you massage your temples.

"I can't sleep…" you groaned as the memory kept playing in your head.

That feeling of discomfort, of losing your virginity at such a young age… It kept putting you over the edge.

And you hated it.

You hugged your legs and leaned against the headboard of your bed. Feeling Kaz cuddle up against you, a sad smile graced your face.

Feeling tears brim your eyes, you sniffled. And picked up Kaz, holding him close to your chest once more.

"At least I have you, Kaz…"

Author's note: So.... A little note, updates might take a little longer since I've got school now 😭 I'll do my best to update regularly with the time I'm given to write and edit these tracks-

On the other hand, woo! The young and beautiful arc of 'Queen of nothing' has concluded! ^^ I'll do my best to write the rest of the plot current plot to fit the name of the album.

"It's a shame that everything's gonna end soon…."

Feeling a little confused, Juvia turned to Ellis with a concerned face."What do you mean?"

Ellis sighed, munching on her sugar cookie before she responded."The music video thing…. I think I got too used to the routine of getting ready for the music video. Once it's over, we're returning to NRC Corp…" though she felt saddened, it was still a little difficult for Juvia to take Ellis fully seriously while she was pouting.

Letting out a breath, Juvia sat next to Ellis and put her hand over hers."I know, and I understand, but… It kinda had to end eventually." Juvia sucked in a breath, hoping she didn't upset Ellis even more.

And yet, Ellis huffed and gave her friend a tired smile."I guess…." She said, finishing the last bits of her sugar cookie and wiping off the crumbs from her dress.

"But to change topics, remember that post Zen made about… You-know-who?"

Juvia furrowed her eyebrows, slightly confused.

"What do you mean- Ohhh….. HIM." Ellis giggled while watching Juvia suddenly realize who she was referring to.

"I mean, yeah, but what about it?"

This time it was Ellis who sucked in a breath."Do you think….. He, you know…." She hesitantly trailed off of her sentence and began to make gestures with her hands.

"Er…. Ellis, I don't know what you're trying to imply-"

"Oh- Well I was gonna ask, do you think he likes Victoria-"

"HUH??"

Juvia's eyes widened and her mouth fell agape at Ellis's question. The latter had to scratch the back of their head and raise their hands in defense.

"LISTEN-"

"Why would you think that??"

"You never know!"

"Ellis, he's only known Victoria for a couple of weeks-"

"Juvia. The chemistry is THERE. And it doesn't take long for anyone to start pining for our mentor."

Juvia's eyebrows furrow again, but this time in subtle bewilderment at Ellis's assumption.

Ellis shrugged, still contemptuous about the assumption that Aguri likely began falling for their mentor.

The minute the director yelled the word "Action!" Victoria and Aguri put on their best poker faces to maintain the everlasting tension between one another.

It felt so unnatural yet so mesmerizing to see Aguri dance with Victoria up the stairs while the camera followed their movements.

Miren watched behind the cameras with everyone else, his eyes softening while watching the two of them in awe."Would you look at that…" he managed to murmur after it had been pure silence since filming began.

Zen chuckled."Mesmerizing, ain't it?..." He said to Miren, watching his best friend continuously dance.

Their dancing came to a halt as Aguri stopped her and trapped her with his arms against the railing behind her.

As the final lines of the song were coming to a close, Aguri leaned in, feeling his breathing against Victoria's.

And just as her breath hitched as he leaned a little closer, eyes wide,

"And…. Cut! That's a wrap!"

It was over.

Realizing the level of proximity he had with her, Aguri stepped back with wide eyes, equally as embarrassed as Victoria.

As for the latter, she was even more shocked. Did he…

…. Did he just try to kiss me?

That was what she thought. And she had that thought running through her mind as soon as Vil declared that there was going to be an after-party to celebrate after they edit and upload the music video.

Aguri groaned.

It was currently the after-party of the music video and they had rented one of the largest first-class hotels to celebrate. As happy as almost everyone was, Aguri felt awkward.

Why? Because of what had happened between him and Victoria during that final scene.

It wasn't obvious to many, but he leaned closer than what was scripted. And he was close enough to have the tips of their upper lips against each other.

He felt embarrassed. Ashamed, even. He couldn't look Victoria in the face after what had happened between them during that.

"What are you doing?"

"Ah- Vil…. You gave me a little scare." Aguri brushed off his shock almost flawlessly. Vil sighed and walked up to him, giving him a glass of red wine before he drank his glass of water.

After swallowing the last bits of his water, Vil turned to Aguri, who hadn't touched a sliver of his wine."Are you sure you're okay?" He asked, his voice filled with concern.

Aguri snickered, faking an expression filled with amusement at Vil's concern for him."Trust me, Vil, I'm fine." He assured, patting his friend on the back.

Vil pursed his lips and clicked his tongue."You better be. I don't exactly like it when you lie to me, Aguri." He sent him a scowl before walking out the balcony, and back into the sixth-floor lobby.

Ah. Right. Aguri almost forgot he was distancing himself from Vil after he spoke with him, days before.

[ Flashback ]

"Why did you call her that?"

"Call her what?"

Aguri took a sip of his coffee."You know, you should probably drink your coffee before hair and makeup show up-"

"Don't change the subject. Just- Answer my question." Vil interrupted, hesitating to continue mid-sentence.

Aguri rolled his eyes and leaned against the table."There's nothing wrong with calling her 'princess', Vil. It isn't going to imply anything." He put his cup down and crossed his arms.

Vil huffed."But it WILL imply something if you start calling her that in public." Aguri didn't like that he emphasized the word 'will'. And in general, he didn't want to argue with his friend at the moment.

"Vil-"

"Tell me, Aguri."

He fell silent and almost hesitated to reply.

".... What?"

"What feelings do you have for her?"

He knew he was talking about Victoria, he couldn't help but frown."What the hell are you talking about, Vil?" He asked him a question in response.

And that irked Vil a little.

".... You're in love with her."

Aguri coughed, surprised that Vil would assume such a thing."What- Vil what the hell?? I've only known her for a couple of weeks, how could I possibly be in love with her???"

Vil crossed his arms, sending his friend a scowl."Don't lie to me, Aguri."

Aguri clenched his jaw, as well as his fists."I'm not!" He shouted, feeling his nostrils flare.

Scoffing, Vil was about to walk out of the room before saying one more thing. Something that would be on the back of his friend's mind since then.

"I don't like that you're lying to me, Aguri."

[ End of Flashback ]

Thinking back on that memory only made Aguri feel even more awkward. If not depressed.

It wasn't like his entire career was based on his relationship with Vil. It was only like that in the beginning. Now, it didn't matter if his relationship with Vil was positive or not.

How the hell am I supposed to- His thoughts were interrupted.

"I noticed Vil left here. I'm guessing you didn't have a pleasant conversation?"

The second he realized it was Victoria, Aguri didn't hesitate to chug down his glass of wine, spilling a bit of it on his white blouse.

Victoria watched in disgust, scrunching her nose as she walked over to him and handed him a handkerchief from her purse.

He took it, even if he was hesitant to do so.

"So… You sure you aren't gonna get drunk?"

Aguri snorted at her attempt at a joke and watched the sky next to her. But he made sure that there was a considerable distance between them.

"I doubt that. I'm not much of a lightweight.."

"Is that so? How many drinks until you go black-out drunk?"

He stifled a laugh."Seven…" he answered, feeling his forearm get punched by Victoria in disapproval.

"How uncouth. I'm surprised you haven't had alcohol poisoning yet." She looked away from him.

Aguri smiled playfully."I don't drink all the time, princess." He replied, getting another scowl out of her.

Not long after was silence brought in.

Until Victoria decided to break it by speaking.

"You did well. Your acting is more impressive than I initially thought." Her words brought a softer, less playful smile to Aguri's face.

"Thanks… I'll give you another thanks for putting up with me." This time it was Victoria's turn to stifle her laughter. It was adorable to witness in his eyes.

"Well, it was hard to…" her head leaned against her hand as she glanced at Aguri with his apparent wine stains on his blouse.

And out of nowhere, silence had returned to seamlessly disrupt their conversation. And it lasted a little longer. About nine minutes, at most.

And this time it was Aguri who broke the silence, hoping it would finally stop interrupting them.

"Can I get your number?" He asked abruptly. And he successfully managed to get a shock out of Victoria, as she backed away with a stunned but otherwise cute expression on her face.

"What? Why?" She questioned, "Why would you ask for my number?"

Hell, even Aguri didn't know the answer to that. And he simply shrugged."Just because. Kinda wanted to mess with Vil a little by getting to know you a little more…"

He didn't even know if that was a lie or not. If anything, Aguri couldn't tell what was true or false. Even if the words came from himself.

Although she hesitated, Victoria took hold of Aguri's phone and began typing. He felt his jaw drop a little, is she gonna give him her number?

After a couple of seconds of waiting, she handed him his phone."There. Now my number is there." She stated firmly.

Waiting in silence, Victoria now felt a little awkward. Did- Did I do something-

Her thoughts were interrupted by a low chuckle. That transitioned into stifling laughter.

"Hahaha… Thanks, princess."

Victoria frowned, rolling her eyes and looking away from him.

"Don't take it lightly."

"Pffft- Don't worry, I won't."

"Thank you for accompanying me for coffee, you two."

Yuuta chuckled, carelessly taking out his wallet before they entered the coffee shop."No problem, miss mentor~ Besides we kinda owe you one after you let us cameo in your music video." Yuuta replied, wearing the usual smug look on his face.

Miren nodded."Yeah. We do kinda owe you one for that." He chimed in, his voice was discreet with the slightest hint of hesitation.

Humming, Victoria opened the door to the coffee shop. Thankfully, it wasn't too crowded.

Yuuta whistled."Ooh~ Classy." He commented right after entering, folding his arms together with an impressed smirk. Miren smiled alongside him, nodding in agreement.

"Alright, so…. Who's gonna order?"

As soon as Victoria asked that question, she and Yuuta whipped their heads toward Miren.

He felt drops of sweat drip down his face."I have to do it, don't I-" he was quickly cut off by Yuuta gently shoving him close to the line that led to one of the cashiers.

He scowled at his fellow group mate before focusing on waiting for his turn. As for Yuuta and Victoria, they managed to find a table nearby.

And as soon as they sat down, Yuuta had to ask,

"So how's it going for you and that Harpie?"

Blinking continuously, Victoria raised a brow at Yuuta."What do you mean?" Seeing her eyes slowly beginning to squint, Yuuta snorted.

"Have you not realized how much chemistry you two emit? I feel like tension always rises whenever you're both in the same room." Yuuta responded, gently playing with his hair.

It didn't take long for Miren to come back with their lattes, sit next to Yuuta and begin listening to whatever conversation they were having.

"I'll have to agree on that…." An awkward smile was plastered on Miren's face, making Victoria sigh.

"Hmm….. I see…" Her words were slow, like she was trying to comprehend and realize just now that she and Aguri actually had quite the chemistry.

Yuuta giggled softly, sipping his latte without hesitation."Who knows, you two might even be this industry's hottest couple. If you decide to date him eventually, of course." Miren narrowed his eyes at his lavender eyed friend after he made that comment. To which Yuuta only responded with a wink.

Victoria hummed, feeling rather awkward while looking down at her latte and the small heart-shaped design it had. I know that everyone's been complimenting us on our chemistry but…. I suppose I've been oblivious to how much of it we have.

To try and brush it off as if it weren't much, Victoria took a sip of her latte and resumed her conversation with Yuuta and Miren. Even though she made it frighteningly obvious that she wanted to change the topic to something that didn't involve Aguri.

And Yuuta and Miren were okay with that. The love life of their mentor isn't something they're gonna try and meddle with, especially when Ellis and Zen are already trying to do that.

And what's the point when one of the only good options is a fucking asshole?

"Hmm. It seems you've brought coffee."

A frown dawned on Victoria's face after hearing Vil's voice. And it didn't help that Aguri happened to be in the same room.

She huffed, tiredly walking past the two of them and setting their coffees down on the table."You better consume it before you get on the makeup chair." She advised, unintentionally invoking eye contact with Aguri.

Before Vil was going to say anything, Aguri cut him off."We'll take note of that, princess."

And… Cue the awkward silence that filled the room…

Victoria was confused, yet annoyed."I'm sorry, what did you call me?"

Aguri couldn't help but smile innocently."Just calling you by a cute little nickname, princess." He quickly answered.

Vil raised a brow at his close friend, somewhat confused that he'd call Victoria, his former group mate, by such an affectionate nickname.

To be fair, Victoria was equally as confused. But she had to be more worried about more pressing matters such as finishing up filming the bridge and the final chorus of the song, which would conclude the shooting of the music video.

Rolling her eyes, she left the room without saying anything else. Yet she heard a conversation that started between the two young men, but didn't bother to try and eavesdrop.

Noticing the small hints of stress, Mayuu walked up to Victoria and gave her an assuring grin to try and lift her spirits.

"I'm guessing Aguri said something?"

Victoria nodded.

"Ah. Well, whatever he said, I'm sure it isn't worth being concerned about." Mayuu shrugged off, wanting to destress before another migraine comes from Yuuta snatching away her phone and posting the videos of her singing during karaoke nights.

Victoria pursed her lips."I guess. Though I don't know if being called 'princess' by the person you're most annoyed with is good enough to be concerned about…" Mayuu's eyes widen, and she ended up choking on air when Victoria mentioned the nickname.

"Well damn…"

"Mhm…. I don't particularly understand why so many women are attracted to him."

"Two words. Young and conventionally attractive. Well- That would be four words, but I digress," Mayuu began, "Aguri Harper is still 21 years old, and we all know how much Hollywood loves exploiting young talent."

"Not to mention he has the conventional attractiveness that almost every Hollywood actor has. He can practically get away with whatever he wants just by using his pretty privilege." She went on.

"Similar to Yuuta?" Victoria asked, making Mayuu snort as a reply.

"Absolutely not. Yuuta has an annoying amount of pretty privilege, but at least he isn't being exploited by an entire industry that isn't taking advantage of his good looks for money...." Victoria's eyebrows raised a bit when Mayuu trailed off her sentence, realizing what she just said was… A bit contradictory.

"..... Actually nevermind that part. The point is, Aguri's only successful because of his acting abilities, his youth, his 'conventional attractiveness', and his cat." A satisfied exhale escaped Mayuu's lips after she shrugged her words off as if it were nothing.

As they went their separate ways to prepare for the final shoot for the bridge of the song, Victoria pondered about what Mayuu told her.

"Hmm…. I wonder…"

The tension was rising as they filmed, it almost felt unnerving. Yet at the same time, enticing and addictive.

Everyone was wearing masquerade masks to conceal their faces, yet it was obvious who was who. The girls all wore their signature colors while wearing silk dresses that were inspired by many of Marilyn Monroe's dresses.

Ellis in particular wore a white mask to pair with a diamond encrusted necklace and a pink dress that was reminiscent of the dress Marilyn wore in 'diamonds are a girl's best friend'.

As for the boys, they all stuck to the classic suits. But they had a much sharper, cleaner cut in their designs. Which was in spite of the simplicity of their designs.

As planned, the costume department made sure Victoria and Aguri stood out. Since they were the only ones actually wearing black and white.

Victoria wore black, and the dress she wore was tight fitted yet it somehow didn't look like they were deliberately objectifying her. In fact, the aura of confidence as she wore such a scandalous dress was what made the moment a little more special.

Aguri wore white, and the silks used in his suit were much more apparent because of the color. Thankfully, he managed to not look like a depressed groom by having enough black and dark blue accents to contrast with the white. And he also wore an unwavering amount of confidence as he danced with her.

The director was in awe, and knew that it was gonna be smooth sailing for them after this scene, since it was almost time to film the final chorus.

With every slightly higher note that was sung during the bridge, Aguri would spin Victoria around. Yet they never broke eye contact, making the scene all the more impactful with the rising tension between the two.

As the final line of the bridge had hit, Victoria spun away from Aguri after he let her go. This was both for aesthetic purposes, and for the sake of a specific transition to the final chorus.

"And…. Cut!" The director exclaimed.

The rest of the film crew clapped for the efforts everyone put in for the bridge. Victoria, Zen, Yuuta, and Aguri in particular.

Victoria was panting, slightly exhausted from ballroom dancing in 1960s pumps. To her, they weren't exactly the most comfortable to wear during filming.

Zen carefully walked over to her, a comforting grin on his face."You okay, Tori?" He asked, slightly worried.

Victoria giggled, sitting down on a nearby chair."I'm fine, Zen. The shoes clearly aren't, though. Hopefully I don't have to dance in them again." She joked, smiling with him.

Zen laughed a little, sitting next to her."I hope so. I don't really like it when I see you in pain. But that's probably because I'm a bit of a worrywart." He said awkwardly.

Victoria put her hand over his, the gracefulness of her smile unwavering as she gazed at her best friend.

"I know."

For whatever reason, Aguri was watching from afar.

….. And he felt unusually unnerved by that display of affection.

I hope you guys understand the references I was trying to make TvT on the other hand, I also hope you guys enjoy the tension I was trying to write for Aguri and Vic >:)

There's probably gonna be a lot more shenanigans in the next track, but that all depends on how I write it ^^ I hope you guys enjoy this track, since I really enjoyed writing it (Specifically writing the references I was trying to make for the girls and their outfit inspirations)

"Wake up sleeping beauty."

Victoria groaned, tossing and turning in her bed, refusing to wake up.

It was something Aguri found… Unnaturally 'cute'. But the bed head kinda took away all the cuteness, not to mention the groaning would give people certain…. Implications.

Sighing, he gently poked her cheek."Yo, lady, wake up." He urged, feeling impatient with Victoria as she continued to refuse his request.

"No…." She replied shortly, swatting away Aguri's hand from her face. He clicked his tongue, almost running out of ideas to wake her up.

But out of nowhere, he thought of an idea. A stupid one, but an idea nonetheless.

Aguri sat down on the side of her bed, and said with the sweetest voice he could muster up, "If you don't wake up, I'll kiss you."

And in a matter of seconds, Victoria immediately sat up and stared him dead in the eye. As if to threaten him that he really shouldn't do that.

"Don't. You. Dare."

Raising his hands defensively, Aguri shrugged."If that was enough for you to wake up, then I might as well be your alarm clock." Squinting her eyes, she pointed at her hotel room's door.

"Out. Now." She demanded, yet she didn't seem all that threatening to Aguri due to the mess that was her hair.

Snorting, Aguri blew her a kiss, sent her a middle finger, and quickly left the room in a flash.

Clenching her jaw, Victoria sighed heavily."He needs to realize this 'hatred' he has for me, is incredibly one-sided…" she said under her breath before leaving her bed to get ready for the shoot.

After a quick shower and a change of clothes, Victoria took a look in the mirror and smiled to herself."Another day, another migraine… As Mayuu would say." She joked to herself while taking her purse and walking out of her hotel room. Which, she suddenly realized, was unlocked.

It just so happened that Carol's hotel room was across hers. When they stumbled across each other, Carol sent Victoria a polite smile and began a conversation as they made their way to the main floor of the hotel.

"I feel rather embarrassed…"

Carol hummed, somewhat confused."How come?" She asked, making Victoria look away with an embarrassed smile.

"Well, to put it simply, I accidentally left my hotel room unlocked. I think Vil, Zen, or Mayuu assigned Aguri to wake me up, but I'm not entirely sure…"

Taking her words into consideration, Carol played with her hair a bit as the conversation continued."I'm pretty sure Vil assigned him to wake you up, but I think you weren't aware of that because you went to bed the earliest." She explained briefly.

With her lips parting for a moment or so, Victoria pursed her lips and huffed."I see…."

Judging by her reaction, Carol was aware that Victoria didn't particularly enjoy Vil's idea.

In an attempt to lighten up the mood, Carol laughed awkwardly."On the other hand, I hope you remember to lock your hotel room next time. Even if Aguri was assigned to wake you up, he doesn't have to do it in person, right? A ringtone or alarm should be enough to wake you up as it is…"

Nodding, Victoria pressed the elevator button and they both walked inside. She sent Carol a ghost-like smile. One that was barely visible on her face.

"I'll be sure to notify him of that."

Happily walking into the room with a somewhat anxious Miren, Zen gave Victoria her coffee while she was sitting on the makeup chair.

"Here's your coffee!" He exclaimed, slightly startling the makeup artist in the process. But they merely brushed it off and resumed their mission of making Victoria look as exquisite as possible.

She hummed, a grin gracing her face."Thanks, Zen." She quickly thanked him, setting the coffee down on the table in front of her before she closed her eyes so the makeup artist could apply eyeshadow.

Glancing at her for a moment, Miren gasped a bit, impressed with the 'artistry' the makeup artist made.

"Wow…" he muttered, making the makeup artist chuckle beneath their breath and resume working on Victoria's makeup.

Zen sent his best friend a 'wolf whistle' as he sat next to her."Looking good~" The grin on her face widened a bit, and a small laugh escaped her lips before any lipstick was applied.

Suddenly, Chizuko and Ellis walked into the room, wearing the clothing they were going to wear during their cameos in the music video.

Ellis wore a baby pink, almost cream-colored, suit with a pencil skirt of the same color. The outfit was meant to be a sort of reference to Jackie Kennedy's pink attire that she wore during her husband's assassination. Odd, but iconic.

Chizuko's dress didn't exactly fit her aesthetic compared to Ellis's. It was black, shimmering in the light, and she wore a fur shawl alongside the dress. Which was intended to be an ode to Jane Russell's dress in the film 'Gentlemen prefer blondes'.

As for Zen and Miren, they both wore classic suits. Yuuta wore a suit as well, but he took it upon himself to remove the blazer and place it over his shoulders solely for the aesthetic.

In Victoria's case, it was a little different. Because she still wanted to maintain the vintage aesthetic of the 30s to 60s, she decided to take it upon herself to dress up similarly to Morticia Addams from the original Addams family sitcom.

Everyone wore attire that was meant to be an ode to specific celebrities or characters that were known from the 1930s to the late 1960s. Especially when it came to the girls.

Ellis was Jackie Kennedy, and Chizuko was Jane Russell.

Juvia was Audrey Hepburn, Carol was Mary Tyler Moore.

Mayuu was Elizabeth Montgomery. And lastly, Victoria would be Marilyn Monroe, or she would be Caroline Jones.

As the makeup artist finished applying the last couple of layers, they gasped, proud grins on their face as they laid their eyes on Victoria.

Ellis, Miren, and Zen gasped as well, staring at Victoria in awe. She looked… Magnificent. Ethereal, even. Hell, even Chizuko was a little awestruck.

Noticing the starstruck looks everyone was giving her, Victoria sent them a polite but confused smile.

"I'm guessing I look acceptable?"

Zen got off of his chair and gently held both of her hands, an ethereal smile gracing his face.

"You look gorgeous."

Juvia squealed seeing the rest of her group mates in their attire for their respective cameos. Especially when it came to Ellis.

"You all look incredible!" Juvia exclaimed, feeling as though she could jump up and down with unwavering excitement.

Ellis felt the same, and they both gush about everything. Specifically, the outfits, but also the magnificent set designs.

If they had to tell Vil one thing, it's that he's good at what he's doing. Even if they dislike him, they'll give him that as their compliment.

Vil rose a brow at Victoria, who only seemed to glare daggers at him. Brushing it off, he went to the nearest mirror to adjust his hair for the shooting of the first chorus of the song.

Sighing, Victoria crossed her arms, feeling the tightness of the dress. And yet she didn't mind it. If she was going to be confident in her body, why not wear something that would be fitted to her entire body?

Even when her thoughts wandered elsewhere, Victoria didn't let her guard down. And that was shown when she grabbed Aguri by the arm and sent him a cold scowl.

It felt even more irritating to look at him because of what he was wearing.

He was wearing a suit, but compared to the rest of the boys, his suit was 'special'.

And that's because it's a replica of the original costume John Astin wore in the Addams family sitcom as Gomez Addams.

And everyone knows that Gomez worships his wife, Morticia. His love for her is unconditional, and he worships the ground she walks on, even willing to burn himself with red-hot pokers if it meant Morticia would be happy.

But the relationship Victoria and Aguri had was far from anything Morticia and Gomez had.

"No need to try and go violent with me…"

"I'm not one to let my guard down. Especially with the likes of pretty little pillocks like you." She responded, already annoyed with him.

Aguri smirked gleefully."You called me pretty~" he tried to tease.

Rolling her eyes, she felt tempted to flick his forehead hard enough to at least leave a mark.

But I guess you can't have everything.

When the director called everyone to move to their respective positions, Victoria reluctantly grabbed Aguri by the hand and dragged him onto the set.

And the set? Yet another reference to 'gentlemen prefers blondes'. It was a recreation of the iconic scene in which Monroe and Russell made their entrance in their extravagant gowns. Chizuko happened to be wearing a dress referencing Russell's, and Yuuta happened to have enough oranges in his clothing to pass as a male version of Marilyn Monroe.

Without the blonde hair, of course.

Locking eyes with Aguri, Victoria's eyes narrowed. And in his eyes, they were intense. Intimidating. Deadly.

If looks could kill…. This would be the day Aguri lost his life.

Inhaling sharply, he hesitantly placed his hand on her waist. And she placed a hand on his shoulder, equally as hesitant.

As their hands intertwined, their eyes were locked, refusing to break their invoked eye contact with any distractions.

Aguri bit the inside of his bottom lip, and gulped."Shall we?... Cara Mia?" He questioned her gently, going into character.

In a matter of seconds, Victoria gave him a devious smirk that rivaled Carolyn Jones'.

"We shall, Mon Cher."

And when the director exclaimed "Action" many seconds later?

The chemistry was brought back.

And it was all anyone could focus on.

Now, before you ask, no. I definitely did not stress myself out trying to finish this. That is a lie

I'm really sorry that updates are slower than when the series first started :( I genuinely feel a lot more guilty for that than I should

But either way, it's always fun to write these tracks ^^ not only are the characters incorporated are super interesting to write for, but it's good to know that I can at least bring joy in my shitty writing

"I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT SKANK ASS SHITFACED LIAR WOULD DO THAT!!"

Ellis flinched, surprised by the sheer strength someone like Zen had to throw a chair across the room.

Juvia reached out, resting her hand on Zen's shoulder."Zen…. We're just as frustrated as you, but still…" she looked away for a brief moment.

"You can't just lash out in frustration like that. Besides… You've been doing that for the past hour.." seeing the pained expression on not only Juvia's face, but the rest of the group's as well, made Zen feel more guilty than he thought he deserved.

".... Sorry." He murmured, simultaneously embarrassed but irritated.

Carol sighed, resting her book on her lap."Well, I can't exactly blame you for being so frustrated." She commented, "It was wrong of Koral and her fans to try and bring your career down just by a single tweet-"

"Which was, may I remind you, not even that offensive of a tweet." Yuuta interrupted, resting his head on his palm as he sat next to Carol.

Narrowing her eyes at him for even the briefest of moments, Carol sighed and nodded in begrudged agreement."Yes…. That."

Zen sat down next to Ellis, groaning into his hands."Fuck…." He cursed, with Ellis gently resting her hand on his shoulder. Similar to what Juvia did moments before.

Humming to herself, Ellis gave Zen an awkward smile once he took the time to look her in the eye.

"If it makes you feel better, you could write a song! To, y'know, clear your head?..." She suggested, feeling all the more awkward by the lack of response on Zen's end.

Mayuu sat on the chair near the kitchen counter, huffing."Hmm….. That could be a good way for Zen to clear his head.." she turned to face the young man in question, "What do you think?"

As everyone turned to face Zen, he contemplated Ellis's suggestion, questioning if he should write a song or not.

Standing up from the couch, Zen made his way to the door. Ellis followed suit, trying to reach out to him.

"Zen-"

"Ellis, please…. I'll be fine." The smile he sent her made Ellis feel even worse for Zen.

"I just need to think about it."

Typing down the remaining lyrics of the song she was writing, Chizuko tried - and I mean tried - to ignore the shaking feeling she had.

She tried to ignore it. Desperately. All the tweets surrounding him, all of the rumors about him, and the drama he had with Vil. She did what she could to desperately ignore even thinking about him.

Thinking about Shin.

Frustrated, Chizuko massaged her temples to try and calm herself down. Already feeling frustrated just by briefly having Shin on her mind.

But her thoughts were soon cut short, as Yuuta suddenly entered the living room, an empty coffee mug in tow.

Carol's not gonna like this…. She thought, before narrowing her eyes at Yuuta in disapproval."Why are you awake at this hour?"

Yuuta smirked, taking out the jar of coffee beans from one of the cupboards."‘Could ask you the same thing, Chi." Her expression remained hard, but there was a brief tender softness when he referred to her by her nickname.

"I'm being serious, Yuuta. You should be asleep."

"So should you." Her words fell short when he commented on her recent lack of sleep. Clicking his tongue, Yuuta waited for the hot water to finish boiling as he walked over to Chizuko and sat down next to her.

"Let me guess, Shin?" Ah. She almost forgot that she mentioned that wretched man to Yuuta at some point.

And so, Chizuko attempted to change the subject."Shouldn't you be cuddling with Miren or something?"

Yuuta chuckled, smiling fondly."Well, I would, but he's a bit of a snorer. But that isn't the topic of this conversation, is it?"

Cursing in Korean, Chizuko mentally groaned before giving in."Fine…. I've been trying to get my mind off him."

The expression in Yuuta's eyes softened."Chi…"

She put away her laptop to prevent herself from accidentally damaging it. Especially with the erratic and frustrated movements she was currently making.

"It's just- It feels like everywhere I go, no matter how hard I try-"

"Chi-"

"It's like he's FOLLOWING me! And-"

"Chizuko-"

"I CAN'T STAND HIM BECAUSE OF IT!..."

Pain filled Yuuta's current expression, but that pain soon transitioned into disgust. Because of Shin.

Because of what he did to one of the only people he could call a best friend.

Unexpectedly, Chizuko felt a hand on her head. Yuuta's hand gently patted her in an attempt to comfort her.

"I'm not the best with feelings at all, but…. If you need someone to rant about that shithead? Hit me up." He smiled, gentler than he usually did."Okay?"

Chizuko was silent. Unsurprisingly so, but this time her silence made Yuuta anxious.

But then she sighed, giving him the smallest but most genuine of smiles she could give him.

"Thanks, Yuuta-"

"What are you two doing still up?"

Yuuta flinched, and they both whipped their heads to the direction of the door. Only to find Carol, wearing her pajamas, narrowing her eyes at them.

"Um-"

"Yuuta, you better have a good explanation for this." Carol crossed her arms over her chest. And for once, this was one of the few times Chizuko ever saw Yuuta genuinely nervous.

"Well, miss Ann-" his words were cut off by the sound of the toilet flushing, with Miren groaning soon after.

"Ugh…. I shouldn't have eaten that-" Miren cut himself off once he noticed Carol, Chizuko, and Yuuta.

And after what seemed like an eternity of silence, Carol facepalmed and sighed heavily.

"Good god…."

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ [ The next day, Pyroxene café ]

Resting your head on her shoulder, you tried to look at what Victoria was writing. Up until she decided to gently push you away.

You faked a pout."Oh c'mon, why won't you let me see?" You questioned her, trying to annoy her into answering your question.

Victoria rolled her eyes, continuing to write down in her notebook."Zen needed me to rewrite some lyrics for a song he's doing. Although, I'm not sure what his intentions are based on the lyrics in rewriting…"

She turned to look you in the eye, staring at you with the most deadpanned expression anyone could imagine.

"Does that answer your question?"

You leaned back into the chair."Hmm, maybe." Your response wasn't amusing to her in the slightest. At least based on her current facial expression.

So you decided to change the subject.

"How's your friend doing?" She knew you were asking about Zen.

"Zen….. Is going through a lot."

"Isn't ‘cancel culture’ a regular thing with you idols?"

Victoria sighed, "Yes…. But Zen's one of the very few idols that aren't involved in a considerable number of scandals."

Your lips parted, somewhat distracted by the way she looked at the moment. But you threw those thoughts out of the window, knowing you wouldn't be getting any accolades for checking out the idol in front of you.

"So….. He's writing a song to get that off his mind?"

"Clearly." Victoria took a sip of her coffee, before almost violently putting it back down. Which was both hilarious and a tad bit concerning.

Letting out a breath, you stopped her from continuing her little writing spree by placing your hand over hers. Which, in turn, resulted in Victoria whipping her head around to face you.

While you inched unnaturally close to her face. Hell, you didn't even know what you were doing with that kind of proximity.

"Just…. Take a small break, Vic. Please?"

Feeling the tips of her ears go red with the level of proximity between your face and hers, Victoria gently pushed you away. Looking away from you in the process.

Confused, you tried to reach out. But she just swatted your hand away. And in those moments of silence, she finally responded,

".... Fine. Just this once."

Writer's block decided to knock on my doorstep, so I was struggling to write this track because I didn't know where it was gonna go TvT that's why there's still no social media segments yet

There will probably be social media segments in track 24 tho, so there's that

Victoria resisted the urge to smile at the group she was currently watching.

She wasn't able to believe it at first, but now she feels proud to know that [ (Co)-connect ] were incredibly fast learners. Not to mention incredibly patient with her mentoring.

In a way, it made her feel more at ease as their personal mentor.

Their harmonies worked so well that it didn't surprise Victoria that Crowley paired the seven of them to be in an idol group together. No matter the chaos, they would always be able to deliver.

And holy hell, do they deliver.

Noticing the subtle yet near-invisible smile on Victoria's face, Mayuu hummed satisfyingly and smiled as well. Although hers was more visible compared to the woman next to her.

"They all improved greatly…"

"It's all thanks to you, you know."

Victoria scoffed, drinking from her cold water bottle."I wouldn't say that…" she muttered, not looking in Mayuu's direction.

The latter chuckled."Well, I would. And I just did. Besides, it's okay to take credit for the success of others." Mayuu commented, "Just as long as you take the necessary amount of credit."

Victoria nodded lazily and continued looking at the rest of the group, her cheek leaning against her knee.

Nothing seemed much different.

Carol's voice remained mature and calming. Yuuta continued to be endearingly provocative.

Juvia's dancing was less fast-paced and showed more emphasis on how to express her body without smiling too much. Miren appeared focused on his guitar, strumming its strings with a look of amusement in his eyes.

Chizuko appeared contemptuous as if she had something on her mind as she strummed the strings of her bass.

And Ellis danced along the remaining space in the dance studio. As graceful as a ballerina, with her pirouettes and arabesques perfectly executed.

Victoria noticed Mayuu pursed her lips and raised a brow."Is something on your mind?" She asked.

The receiver of her question only chuckled."I guess…. We've done several interviews before you arrived, but…. The group members in particular aren't fully prepared for interviews…" Mayuu admitted.

Silencing herself for a couple of moments, Victoria pondered over what Mayuu told her. And after a couple moments of silence, she looked back at her.

"I think I can help with that."

Circe didn't like this. Not at all.

He and the rest of [ Poisoner ] stood outside of the main corporate building of NRC corporations. Waiting for their new manager.

Who replaced Vil's father.

Without anyone noticing, Circe sent Vil a not-so-subtle scowl. A way to silently scold him for making such a foolish decision.

Vil's changed. Circe knew that. And people can change after several years.

But he didn't like Vil's change. Especially since only a couple of years before this, he found deep admiration for him.

And it's been replaced with unresolvable hatred. And it only increased the longer he had to stand with the rest of the group.

Epel stole a glance at Circe and felt regret. He always felt it ever since Victoria left. And that regret only increased once Jiyoon left the group.

He and Circe knew the group was a shell of its former self. And that Rook and Vil were giving their fans false hope.

When Epel tried to reach his hand out to Circe, in an attempt at trying to comfort him and calm him down, he half anticipated Circe to slap his hand away.

And he did. And he didn't even bother to steal a glance at him.

"Are they coming yet?" Circe put little effort into sounding the least bit bothered by what they're currently doing. Vil narrowed his eyes at him in response.

"Patience, Circe." Vil calmly suggested. Without him noticing, Circe rolled his eyes and only got frustratingly bored as time continued to pass.

Until the limousine entered. Two limousines.

Rook tilted his head, looking rather confused."Eh?"

The first limousine stopped in front of them, but to their surprise, it wasn't Koral.

It was Aguri.

Vil crossed his arms and lifted his head a little. Circe resisted the sudden urge to snort at Vil's attempt at assertiveness toward his friend.

Though, he couldn't help but think Aguri looked a little unusual. Sure, he looked nice with his casual navy blue sweater, but… Why did he look like he was going on a date?

Was what Circe thought as Aguri walked past the four of them.

Vil hummed."Not bothering to say hello?" He spoke. Aguri sighed but didn't waver. He didn't even bother to look at Vil. Like it was a sign that their relationship was deteriorating.

"I don't need to. I'm not here for you."

"I'm your friend, Aguri."

"Not the point. And that isn't my real name."

"And would you prefer me to refer to you as Y/-"

They were cut off by the sound of the second limousine's door opening. Revealing a girl in a bubblegum pink dress with reddish brown hair.

Aguri knew it was Koral, and didn't seem to stiffen until her manager exited the vehicle.

When the manager sent Aguri a smirk and a flirtatious wave, that was when he sprinted into the building.

Circe felt tempted to run after Aguri but decided against it after Vil sent him a knowing look. One that told him not to run after Aguri.

While also essentially telling him, "You can't leave as the girls did."

──ㅇ─────↻ ◁ II ▷ ↺───ㅇ────

"No questions are basically questions that can simply be answered just by saying no."

Mayuu nodded in agreement, pushing up her glasses as the rest of the group sat on the couch and listened to their lecture.

Yuuta was content. He already knew what to say in interviews since he's had the most. Mostly because of the numerous rumors surrounding him, but also because of his general popularity.

Ellis, on the other hand, had no idea what to do during interviews. While the other members mostly knew what to say, Ellis mostly kept herself shy. Almost completely silent.

As optimistic as she was, she couldn't help but feel she was a bother due to her inexperience and decided to keep quiet during most interviews unless she was asked a question.

Suddenly, she felt Juvia poking her forearm and gave her a questioning brow. Juvia sighed softly and pointed at Victoria, who sent Ellis a pleasing smile.

"Ellis? Are you all right?"

Feeling her face go warm in embarrassment, she nodded rapidly at her mentor.

"Y-Yeah! S-So, do you need something?"

"Yes, actually." Mayuu answered for Victoria, slowly approaching Ellis."We're gonna be teaching all of you how to pull the strings during interviews."

The words Mayuu said not only confused Ellis but also the rest of the group.

Except for Yuuta of course.

"Pull the strings?...." Juvia murmured, tilting her head off to the side, feeling rather bewildered by Mayuu's words.

And out of nowhere, Yuuta rested his head on Miren's shoulder, and let out a low chuckle.

"Oh, Juvia….." Yuuta trailed his sentence as he sent Miren a knowing look.

".... She means we're gonna learn how to manipulate the audience and the interviewer."

Yuuta's words alone were enough for Victoria's smile to transition into a cynical smirk.

You didn't know why you were doing this.

And really, it felt like a really stupid decision on your end. Honestly, who randomly shows up at your friend's workplace after having argued with said friend?

You, apparently.

Either way, you couldn't leave now. They did a whole ass background check before you entered. It was a clear sign that Crowley values the profits his idols make to that extent.

Shrugging it off, you walked inside and began walking around.

When everyone saw you wandering around the place, they assumed you were looking for Vil. And you can't really blame them for making such an assumption.

Your friendship with Vil helped elevate your status as an actor. And just being associated with him was enough to make you rather mainstream in recent months.

But right now, it's kinda…. Iffy with Vil. But it wasn't like everyone in NRC corporations needed to know that.

And you weren't even looking for Vil to begin with. You were looking for someone who used to be in his idol group. And it wasn't Jiyoon Lockhart.

It was Victoria Shard.

I know, weird. It's pretty well established that you two don't see eye to eye whatsoever. Which was ironic since the chemistry you had with her was astonishing.

That aside, you furrowed your eyebrows and felt a little frustrated. Why the hell is NRC Corp so unnecessarily large? You thought, continuing to walk around.

But then you happened to stumble upon a conversation Vil was having. With Circe and Epel no less.

"Vil, maybe you should reconsider…" Epel suggested, appearing rather distressed. You assumed he was talking about the new manager Vil was going to appoint.

And your assumption was correct.

Circe crossed his arms."I agree with Epel on this one, Vil. I know you're open to new opportunities but this just feels…. Iffy." He commented.

You saw Vil's reaction to Circe's tone and cringed at him scrunching his nose."You just aren't seeing it from my perspective." Vil counteracted.

You rolled your eyes, thinking that his counteraction wasn't helping his case.

"Koral passed the interview with flying colors and has shown to be rather capable in her abilities as a manager."

"Yeah, but she's an idol. She can't be both at the same time."

"If [ (Co)-connect's ] manager can be an occasional rapper, then Koral can be our manager as well."

You cringed even more at Vil's attempt to justify his decision. It didn't help that Koral was a rather interesting choice to be a manager. Especially with her generally childlike aesthetic.

"He's gotten more convoluted with his justifications lately."

You flinched, jerking away from the direction of the voice. Relief hit you like a goddamn bullet train once you finally realized who it was.

The girl you were looking for.

Victoria motherfucking Shard.

Her eyebrows raised, yet her poker face rarely faltered."Are you alright?" She asked.

Coughing awkwardly, you did your best to hide your embarrassment."Uh- Yeah…. All good, princess."

Her lips formed a line, and her eyes were enough to tell you that she wasn't impressed by your failed attempt.

"Right…." She quickly checked to see if anyone was nearby. To her satisfaction, there was no one around."Why are you here?"

You tensed up. You didn't know how to tell Victoria.

I mean, it's just a hangout with friends, right? Was what was sprinting around your mind. It didn't help that you were probably looking ridiculous with such an awkward look on your face.

Her eyes narrowed, and she appeared to grow impatient."Why are you here?" She repeated her question, expecting her answer to come out.

And it did.

"I'm going to a cat café with Kaz, and… I happened to have an extra invite for my reservation."

Her eyebrows were knitted together now.

"Are you…. Asking me out on a date?"

"It isn't a date."

"It sounds like one with the way you look right now."

"What's wrong with the way I look?"

"You look like you're about to burst shit out of your ass."

You held back the urge to snort at her little joke. It wasn't innovatively creative and funny, but it was amusing to hear.

"So, princess…"

You tried to hide your anxiety by pushing her up against the wall. With your noses touching, you could practically feel her lavender scent take over you.

"What do you say?" You asked innocently. As if you weren't inches away from potentially kissing her.

Victoria paused, thinking of a proper response. Until she suddenly had her little eureka moment and quickly touched your nose with hers to have you jerk away.

"What I'm going to say…. Is that I don't mind as long as Kaz is coming."

"I can guarantee that, princess."

She bit the side of her mouth."Right… Pick me up at three?"

You smiled at her suggestion, leaning against the wall with playful glee in your eyes.

"Noted."

"Holy shit…"

Victoria looked right at you, appearing perplexed by your response to her clothing choice.

"What?" She questioned, eyes squinted."Do you not like it?"

You laughed."I do, it's just… uncharacteristically sexy." You tease.

As if on cue, Kaz hissed at your response to her outfit. But how can anyone not stare?

It was simple. A black dress with bishop sleeves, fishnet leggings, and platform boots that elevated Victoria's height.

What you were focused on was the length of the skirt. It was like any other mini skirt, but the way it complimented her figure… It made you not help but stare for a while.

Victoria just rolled her eyes playfully and sent Kaz a cute little wave."I'll tolerate your pretentiousness as long as Kaz is around to keep me sane."

You faked a pout."You're saying that as if you only agreed to this so you can spend more time with Kaz."

She smiles more playfully. Still ghostlike, but it had a slight playfulness that you happened to find attractive on her face.

"Is that not what I implied?"

"Nevermind…"

The ride to the cat café was, for the most part, silent. Not much conversation to begin with, especially after you mentioned how sensitive Kaz is to sound when he's asleep.

And naturally, Victoria respected that and did what she could to be as silent as possible. It's almost concerning how perfect her default poker face is.

But then the song on the car's radio changed to a certain idol's latest hit.

Not Victoria's 'young and beautiful'. But Koral's 'k-k-kiss me'.

It wasn't a bad song, per se, but… The fact that Koral's manager also sang a small verse in the song put you over the edge.

And as she was scrolling through her phone, she felt a hand on her thigh.

Your hand.

The tips of her ears flushed, and she turned to look at you and noticed the tensed look in your eyes as Koral's manager finally sang her verse.

"Are…. You okay?"

You gave her a nervous smile.

"Y-Yeah…"

Your eyes didn't divert from the road, yet your cheeks appeared warm. Victoria found it a little cute, honestly.

"..... I'll allow it."

You blinked, glancing at her for a second."What?" You breathed.

"I'm allowing you to touch my thigh. Think of it as a way to relieve stress." She reiterated her words earlier.

You inhaled. Relieve stress…..

A sigh left your lips and you continued to hold onto Victoria's thigh as if your life depended on it. Not like you were squeezing it like a stress ball, of course not.

Oddly enough, Victoria's little smile didn't go unnoticed by you.

"Ah…."

"Do you like it?"

Holding the door open for her, Victoria looked around the cat café with intrigue. You couldn't help but chuckle when you saw the wondrous feeling in her eyes.

Kaz purred, leaning against your touch. And behind your mask was the softest smile you could muster up.

You happened to rent the entire café for today, with permission from one of your old college friends who worked at the cafe.

After ordering, the two of you sat down and began watching and occasionally petting the cats. Kaz happened to be enthusiastic enough to wander around.

"Ah- Shouldn't we prevent Kaz from getting lost?"

"It's fine. Were you too charmed by my looks to notice his custom Versace name tag?"

She deadpanned at you before turning her attention back to one of the cats. A chuckle escaped her lips as she picked the cat up and began gently petting it.

The cat was gentle enough to cuddle against Victoria as she was petting it. It made you snicker at how tremendously easy-going the cats are with her.

The waiter with their orders arrived, and it happened to be the college friend you talked with.

They didn't expect you to bring Victoria with you. And it didn't help that she looked breathtaking with her hair down.

"...."

"Uh…. You okay?" You asked, your voice deep with confusion. Victoria looked up at them as well, which didn't help.

The friend gulped and just served their orders. They sent you an awkward smile that secretly said 'How could you not wait for me?'

A message that both you and Victoria immediately understood.

"I'm guessing that friend has romantic feelings for you?" Victoria questioned before she consumed her parfait.

You hummed."I guess? I wouldn't have guessed…" you replied awkwardly, with Kaz jumping back into your lap.

You noticed the frown that dawned on her face before she let out a huff.

"If you'd like…. We can get your mind off of that revelation by enjoying the cats… And the parfait." She quickly added, sending you a smirk.

You chuckled for a little while and nodded. Your friend may have feelings for you, but that wasn't important at the moment.

"As long as you make sure you don't hog all of Kaz's affection."

"I make no such promises, Harper."

"Rude much, princess?"

"Ugh…"

Author's note: Apparently I've changed my mind and Y/N's gonna be more central to the plot than I originally thought 😶

I feel like the other ships will only be implied, and that Victoria's relationship with Y/N will be the only 'actual' ship that isn't implied. I hope you guys are okay with that ^^||

In other news, I had a lot of fun making the fake Twitter posts and just poking fun at Aguri in general XD the man's gonna get character development, of course, but that doesn't change the fact that he's currently filled with clownery 🤡

Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy this new track ^^ 'Young and beautiful' was definitely my first choice for Victoria's new single other than the demo for 'Diet mountain dew'

"You should try safety precautions. It would help you stop that habit of injuring yourself."

Yuuta complained, replacing the ice pack on Ellis's sprained ankle with another one. Ellis had her hands up defensively, eyebrows raised.

"In my defense, I was trying to make our mentor happy after she was having a bad day!" Ellis exclaimed, hiding away the seething pain she felt from the numbness of her ankle.

Victoria chuckled."I appreciate that you were willing to do that for me, Ellis, but your health and safety should come first and foremost." She said, carefully inspecting her ankle just in case there were more major injuries than she thought. Thankfully, there were none.

Mayuu massaged her temples in exasperation."If this continues, I swear to God…" Mayuu muttered, causing Yuuta to snort.

Juvia laughed awkwardly, sitting next to Ellis."Don't worry, Mayuu, we'll do our best to ensure that something like this doesn't happen again." She assured, giving Mayuu a presentable yet gentle smile.

Thankfully, that was technically enough to calm her down a bit. Just a bit.

Suddenly, Juvia turned to Victoria."Oh, right, aren't you supposed to be recording the official version of your latest single? I heard from Zen that you've already finished the demos."

Victoria shrugged."Yes, but I've also been told that I have to prepare for the filming of the music video." Juvia formed an 'o' with her mouth and sent her a supportive nod.

Suddenly, Mayuu was given a last-minute text."Hm?" Catching everyone's attention, Mayuu tapped the notification to check what the text was about.

And judging by her expression after reading it, it wasn't good news.

Wanting to check for himself, Yuuta quickly took away Mayuu's phone and observed the text. After doing so, his eyebrows raised in shock.

"Ah…." Victoria tilted her head, raising an eyebrow at the suited young man.

"What is it?" She asked in concern, making Mayuu and Yuuta look at each other, silently debating on who should tell her the news by invoking eye contact with one another.

In the end, it was Yuuta who lost the battle.

"One of the idol group leaders from the other divisions will be in charge of visuals for the music video…"

Noticing the distaste in his voice, Victoria grew suspicious. Who could it be? She wondered.

"Okay…? Why do you appear so bewildered by such news?"

Yuuta glanced at Mayuu, and the look in his eyes was enough for her to huff and let Victoria witness the aggravation in her eyes.

"It's Vil."

In a flash, the atmosphere grew tense. And it felt suffocating.

".... Vil?"

"Yes." Mayuu tensed up, backing away a bit just in case Victoria lashes out. She didn't want to fall victim to her unrevealed wrath.

Ellis let out a frustrated scoff."It was probably because of the CEO… How 'gracious' of him to allow Vil to work with Victoria again." Her words were covered in venom, irritation with everything that came out of her mouth.

Miren bit back a loud scoff."Bastard…" he muttered, leaning against the doorframe of Ellis's bedroom.

Chizuko rolled her eyes at the mention of the CEO."You'd think he'd read the room and, y'know, not let something like this happen." She complained, toying with the heavy case in her hands that had her bass inside.

Carol sighed heavily, filled with aggravation because of the unexpected news."Unfortunately, I'm assuming that they're keen on letting Vil be in charge of the music video's visuals. Likely, they won't allow him to be replaced." She chimed in, resting her head on the hand while sitting close to Ellis's desk.

Ellis turned to Victoria, who was staring at the floor, eyes wide and possibly fuming in anger."You…. You don't need to have him in charge of that part of the production! You're the one who made the song, after all, I think you should have the final say on everything that goes on in the music video!" Ellis exclaimed, trying to stand up before plopping herself back on the pillows.

Yuuta folded his arms together."She's got a point, y'know. You don't have to let Vil join production if you-"

"It's fine."

The room fell deeper in silence.

Victoria inhaled, preparing to leave the room as she stood up and turned to face everyone.

"Whatever Vil says won't be enough to break me."

Circe hummed, sitting on his bed while tweaking his guitar. He was cooped up in his room all day, never bothering to congratulate Vil after he became the head of the visuals for a music video.

Besides, he didn't even know who Vil was going to work with. At least not yet.

Hearing a knock on the door, Circe raised his head."Come in." He answered, quickly putting down his guitar once he noticed it was Epel.

Epel sent him a small and awkward wave."Hi… How have you been doing?" He asked, knowing Circe was a little upset by his presence.

"I'm fine. What do you need?" Circe asked without a hint of hesitation.

Epel glanced to the side for a moment."I just wanted to properly inform you on who the mentor of [ (Co)-connect ] is." He had his hands behind his back, along with a drop of sweat falling down his porcelain face.

This again?... Circe thought, squinting his eyes."Okay? Who is it?" He questioned, allowing his curiosity to pique for a couple of fleeting moments.

Epel inhaled sharply, looking as though he'd cry as soon as he told Circe who it was.

"The mentor is Victoria. And Vil's in charge of the visuals for the music video of her latest single. And… I think they're currently in the recording studio."

Victoria giggled, gently patting Ellis's back and giving her a box of tissue to blow her nose and wipe away her tears.

"I didn't expect the song to touch your hearts to this extent…" her smile felt contagious, the gentleness of it all only made Ellis cry a little harder.

Juvia took a deep breath, wiping away her tears with a soft little smile."I-It can't be helped… The song's incredibly well-written." Juvia commented, trying to ignore the awkwardness at the realization of who was also in the room.

Vil was in the room. And he couldn't care less. At least, at first glance. Miren didn't admit it to anyone, but it seemed as though he caught Vil shedding a couple of tears after listening to the song.

Zen snorted."Haha- Sorry but-" he cut himself off, trying to fight back the laughter in his system."It's honestly kinda funny to see everyone in the room shed tears for Tori's song.." he wiped away a singular tear, snickering a bit.

Yuuta blew his nose and brushed it off with a confident smile."I could've sworn I saw Miren glance at Vil for a moment. Tell us, Miren, did he also have tears well up in his eyes?" Miren coughed awkwardly when asked the question.

"U-Um…" Miren stammered a bit, quickly noticing the scowl Vil sent him. As if to warn him that he shouldn't say anything.

It was enough for Victoria to know that the song managed to touch Vil's heart as well.

Just as Miren was about to answer the question, someone quickly opened the door, catching everyone's attention and taking it away from him.

Which was relieving for him.

Vil raised an eyebrow, crossing his arms."Circe?" He called out their name, confused as to why they were suddenly in the room.

Hearing the familiar name, Victoria audibly gasped and whipped her head to the entrance of the recording studio.

Circe was there. Right in front of her. After months of not seeing each other in person.

Standing up, Victoria felt unable to move for a moment. She felt her body go numb, feeling vulnerable…

She didn't like the feeling. Especially when it was in public.

But that's the least of her worries now. She didn't need to worry about it now.

With almost no hesitation, Victoria ran to Circe and pulled him into a hug. She was significantly taller than him, especially with the heels she wore.

Nevertheless, Circe smiled and hugged her back.

"I missed you too, Victoria…"

As everyone else was in awe by the sweet interaction the two were having, Vil was focused on texting someone.

Someone who will 'benefit' the production by a long shot.

But other than that, I found this to be a very wholesome track! Consider it mercy until I release Koral's introduction track >:) She isn't villainous, just an inconvenience

I always thought of this interpretation of the reader(Aguri/Y/N) to be a bit of a Disney kid, and probably got into acting after watching the Narnia movies and other Disney sitcoms such as Hannah Montana, Wizards of Waverly place, The suite life of Zack and Cody, etc.

So naturally I gave them a record player that played his favorite Disney songs ^^

I hope you guys enjoy this track!

When you woke up, you felt even more exhausted than when you were awake hours before.

As much as you wanted to hold Kaz close to your chest until the test of time, you knew he'd probably suffocate after staying in your arms for too long.

So when you woke up, it didn't surprise you that Kaz wasn't in your arms anymore.

Sitting up, you yawned and stretched your arms, relishing in the cold atmosphere that your air conditioning brought into the room.

"... Vil made a really stupid decision… And most of the time he has a bit of common sense." You murmured, pondering about Vil's decision to make Koral his group's manager.

Was it the right choice? As problematic as Koral already is, you would've expected Vil to be judgemental of her. But now he's planning to appoint her as his manager?

You groaned, covering your face with your ring-covered hands."He's been so delusional lately…" you groaned before you left your bed and went into the kitchen.

When you entered, you were already questioning what you should have for dinner. Weird as it may sound to others, you ended up choosing pancakes with sugar and syrup for dinner.

And you quickly went to work. Kaz happened to unintentionally activate your old record player and started playing your favorite Disney songs.

You hummed, a soft smile on your face as you mixed the pancake batter while 'Once upon a dream' was playing.

It didn't help that you put the bowl down to do an imaginary waltz with an imaginary figure. Weird as it may be, it felt like a fun pastime to do when you didn't have anything else to do.

After your little once-upon-a-dance number, you turned your attention back to your pancake batter and began pouring the mixture onto the pan and did what you could to make the pancakes look… Presentable.

You inhaled the scent and grinned."Everything's off to a good start…" you said to yourself, and Kaz meowed at you in response. Which you assumed to be his way of making a passing comment at you.

You squint your eyes at your cat."Don't give me that look, Kaz." Your adorable little feline only meowed and you could only shake your head in amusement and flip another one of your pancakes.

In total you managed to make at least five pancakes. And they looked even more delectable when you put the syrup and sugar on top.

Suddenly, your phone buzzed, and you couldn't help but raise an eyebrow.

What the hell…. You thought, turning on your phone and seeing that it was Victoria who was texting you.

You smiled at her messages.

Maybe talking with her isn't that bad after all…

The first time she witnessed Runako sassing Y/N as though she were their mother, she was.... Perplexed.

She doesn't exactly know how to properly describe the feeling she had when she first saw that. She was definitely amused, but also incredibly confused.

Once Y/N properly explained to her about their relationship with Runako, she'll be more understanding of it.

Victoria doesn't joke about it, to be completely honest. She's not one to crack jokes with anyone about anything unless it's Zen, so she wouldn't really talk with Y/N and joke about their relationship with Runako all that much. If at all.

TLDR; She doesn't think much of it, she was just confused and amused by it at first

He cackled. Imagine the the kind of witch-like laugh you'd hear from like the wicked witch of the west from The Wizard Of Oz or something. That's how Zen laughed.

He didn't bother to ask about it at first, Aguri didn't interest him that much. The only thing that he was interested in about Aguri was his relationship with Victoria.

Zen does find it funny though. Even if he doesn't talk with Aguri or Runako that much.

TLDR; He finds it really funny but isn't interested in learning the actual reason

She was shocked, but not surprised. She's seen a couple of interviews with the two of them together, so for the most part, she knows what their dynamic is like.

She's more worried about her own idol career to wonder about why Runako does that to Aguri, so she isn't all that concerned.

As funny as it may be for her, Nyx just- Doesn't have enough time to care?

TLDR; She finds it funny but she knew a little about their dynamic before and doesn't care much for it

She finds it really funny. She doesn't know much about Aguri, but she's seen some of Runako's work as an actress, so she's a bit surprised by her acting like that around Aguri.

Freyah's definitely curious about why Runako does that to Aguri, but she's somewhat patient enough to wait for a proper explanation despite her curiosity.

When she gets a proper explanation, it'll definitely make a little more sense for her. And it makes the dynamic a little funnier for Freyah.

She always manages to get a laugh out of herself whenever she witnesses Runako sassing Aguri.

TLDR; Freyah really likes their dynamic

Sumeragi Yuuta, Aijin 👑

Much like Zen, he cackled. And it was less like a witch and more like a dying pig. Scratch that, he was on the ground, wheezing.

He didn't even have to ask Runako or Y/N about the reason behind their dynamic. Chizuko just gave him the details Runako gave her about their relationship with Y/N.

Either way, it gets a laugh out of Yuuta. Which he greatly appreciates. Annoying Carol may be entertaining, but it can get repetitive if he over does it.

So he'll happily indulge himself in witnessing these wheeze-worthy interactions between his group-mate's younger sister and an actor who hates his group.

TLDR; He finds it hilarious asf
