Since we started this blog, we received quite a few messages about us, so we'll answer it all here!

HALLO! Ich bin Erika (they/them)

I'm in charge of communication (replies, dms, etc) and monitoring the blog and posts' responses. And I also help with finding news.

I've been into IF since... late 2019? when it started to explode on Tumblr (especially during COVID, so many new authors!). When my nose is not stuck to the screen, reading IF, it's deep inside German Employment Law books 😭🔨

I... kinda started this whole thing? It was like a joke, but they all ran with it and now it's a real thing? I'm still ??????.png I guess I fill in wherever is needed.

I was told the Choices app was IF so that's what started it all (it's been a while). Then I just binged any VNs I foudn, and I only got into text-only games recently (covid). My internet is so happy I made the switch to the tiny downloads.

I can't choose so... VA-11 Hall-A (is it IF?), Please Answer Carefully (yeah), anything by GBPatch and dino999z, Butterfly Soup, The Bastard of Camelot, Zorlok, Uroboros and Crème de la Crème.

Un petit peu plus sur moi: I'm a francophone netizen from Belgium, about to finish my last year of highschool. I've been into FI since forever, cause my dad was introducing me to super old games on his Commodore 64. But I only found choice games last year, after playing Wayfarer by Idrelle.

My favourite game right now is: I Am Prey by Joey Tanden (I can't stop thinking about Prey and Predator...)

I'm in charge of apologising for the stuff we got wrong (half /jk, this wasn't planned) and trying to keep up with releases. I'm also supposed to play the recommendations we receive. Except the old IF, Axel does that.

Random facts: I learnt BSL when I was kid. I prefer VN to IF (Doki Doki Literature Club! beloved!!). I really got into Ace Attorney during the pandemic (and I may or may not have contributed to this) and before that it was Fallen London. Also, I really really really like girls 🏳️‍🌈.

I'm the info guy. I look at all the IF websites for new cool stuff and compile all the titles and links for Axelle.

I guess a bit more about me: I'm studying Comp Sci at uni and found IF by mistake looking for help for a test. Got into a weird rabbit hole, tried (and failed) to make a game (can't write). I'm leaving all the creative stuff for people who can do it. Axelle said I should look into parsers, but eh... can't get into them.

The best title out there: Choice of Robots by Kevin Gold (no contest) and DISCO ELYSIUM.

1990 VN SS Holden Commodore

This Atlas grey VN SS Commodore has all its electronics working and is all original other than having paint refreshed. The owner has the original alloys also. The car still has the original factory MOMO wheel with centre cover.

Holden’s VN SS Commodore is one of the cars in the classic car market. The demand for these cars has grown over the last few years, with interest increasing massively, especially since the end of local manufacturing. And prices are creeping up accordingly.

The LB9 304ci V8 was the first V8 engine to use fuel injection and remained in production until 1999. There are many of these injected Aussie V8s available, as are kits of parts to replace the fuel injection systems or tired engine internals.

1989-1991 Holden Commodore VN SS Specs

BODY: integrated body/chassis four-door sedan ENGINE: 4987cc V8 with overhead valves and fuel-injection POWER & TORQUE: 165kW @ 4400rpm, 385Nm @ 3600rpm PERFORMANCE: 0-100km/h: 7.3 seconds, 0-400 metres, 15.2 seconds TRANSMISSION: 5-speed manual or 4spd T700 auto SUSPENSION: FE2 Sports: Independent McPherson struts, control arms and coil springs (f); live axle with five links coil springs and telescopic shock absorbers (r) BRAKES: disc (f) disc (r) with power assistance TYRES: 205/65 R15 radial

Series 3 Aussie R31 Nissan Skyline with the original RB30E replaced by an RB25DET. Australian produced R31′s were only available in sedan and wagon form with live rear axles using Borg Warner diffs. LSD was standard on Silhouette and GTS sports models. No IRS option. Engine options were limited to RB30E 6 cylinder or you could buy an R31 Pintara with a CA20 4 cylinder and weaker driveline. The RB30E was shared with the Holden VL Commodore as a stop gap to suit emissions targets until the release of the all new VN Commodore. The Commodore was also available with an RB30ET with 150kW(RB30E was only 110). If the skyline had had that option they may have sold better.

**EDIT** I have been informed that this is actually a South African R31 Skyline. They also produced them for a number of years with the RB30E motor.

What's the oldest car you still commonly see on the roads?

Living in Sydney, it seems that the oldest most common vehicle still somehow on the roads is easily the AE80 Corolla hatch from '85. They may often be disgusting and dilapidated, but they just never seem to stop running.

Next oldest would probably be the VN Commodore from 1988. What can I say? Aussies fucking love their old Holdens and seem to run them into the ground.

What's an old car you still commonly see on the roads around where you live? I'm keen to see what it's like in other regions!
