seeing people sell pre-patched vests and jackets and bags and stuff is so weird. aimlessly collect pins and patches over the span of a couple years and personalize it yourself, loser....
seeing how depop ended up is genuinely so weird. i’ve been on that app since 2018 and not only has it always been and is still the shittiest platform of all time but it’s also now owned by etsy and has a horrible reputation for … some reason
What is wrong with designer fashion? It's designed by artists and made from quality materials. Fast fashion companies literally just steal their designs and make them out of material that lasts 10 wears.
well ultimately I'm a ray toro booby blog and google is free 💜 fast fashion sucks but designer culture contributes to how fast fashion works, as it sets the fashions and then fast fashion companies pump out things tryinng to replicate it, but often too late, then going out of style and into landfills <3 moreso I was speaking to the culture that often surrounds designer brands. and I don't think gerard is like a flex type who is doing Gucci hauls on YouTube fucking obviously but. I just have a lot of reservations about designer shit and the type of consumer it breeds.
also, idk if you just phrased it poorly, but it kinda sounds like you're saying that designer clothes are the alternative to fast fashion which. poor people also deserve clothes that function... la problema es capitalismo
"edward, you need to focus -" "i am focusing! i'm focusing on all this COOL STUFF." rip edward teach you would've fucking LOVED thrift stores and yard sales.
Had a dream i was pregnant and chilling in a thrift store with my chemical romance and mikey had a Ouija board and it was decided that we would summon something using my stomach so we put black powder on my stomach while calmly talking about how to play the bass
uhhhhhhhhhhhg
El Bob insists the time to upgrade my graphics card & probly motherboard fast approaches...

So the thing about collecting glass is that I don't collect glass because it's collectable or valuable, I collect it because it is so pretty and I can't stop looking at it.
I've got some kind of fixation on translucency, which I think is why I'm obsessed with rocks and fog and water and glass. LOVE it when things are see-thru. That's the shit. (I miss the clear plastic electronics era so much you have no idea)
Anyway. I found the perfect mug at the thrift store. I can't stop looking at it and it's such a weird feeling because it feels like I found *the* mug, the ideal mug, the best piece of glass and now I can be done looking for glass.
So I've just been wandering around staring at my coffee mug, utterly hypnotized by the shadows it casts and how light moves through it.
It's not fancy. It's not special. There is a ton of cobalt glass out there and I already own plenty of it.
But this is such a good shape and it doesn't have any texture to interrupt the color or make ripples out of the light and it's just so good.
