CPU Miis have never had confirmed relations. Background information about the Miis is usually very rare or otherwise non-existent. Even Miis who look quite similar, such as Abby and Ashley, Rin and Ren, and Matt (Wii) and Ray do not have confirmed relationships, and thus, as far as canon is concerned, are complete strangers to each other.
However, there are a very small few examples of relationships between Miis. In Wii Party, on a blank save file, the rankings for the game Friend Connection contain 20 friendships between CPU Miis. This list is as follows, from best friends to worst friends:
1. Matt & Lucía, 70 points
2. Akira & Yoko, 68 points
3. Takumi & Steph, 66 points
4. Tyrone & Sakura, 64 points
5. Víctor & Emma, 60 points
6. Hayley & Jackie, 58 points
7. Pierre & Eva, 56 points
8. Theo & Rachel, 52 points
9. Rin & Silke, 50 points
10. Keiko & Martin, 48 points
11. Steve & Yoshi, 46 points
12. Chris & Ai, 44 points
13. Shouta & Maria, 42 points
14. Mike & Ashley, 40 points
15. Anna & Sarah, 38 points
16. Luca & Jessie, 36 points
17. Andy & Alex, 34 points
18. James & Haru, 30 points
19. Saburo & Miya, 28 points
20. Tatsuaki & Abby, 26 points
While these are all friend relationships, there haven't been any confirmed family relationships for any of the CPU Miis, until Wii Sports Club. In Wii Sports Club Tennis, the description for the stamp "Dethroner of Champions" mentions that the current Tennis champions are "Queen Sisters", thus making Barbara (Wii U/3DS) and Alice the only confirmed family relationship in the entirety of CPU Miis.

ACTUALLY I CAN't sleep due to anxiety reasons so here's a non-exhaustive list of why matcia is frickin great (brotp, otp, whatever you want idc)
• wii sports resort, they're Those Two notorious miis who are ridiculously hard to beat. matt because he's champion of multiple sports and basically psychic, and lucía, well... GODDESS OF TABLE TENNIS, you can't even beat her by LUCK
• and then in wii party they're the highest difficulty so clearly they're experts at life itself
• speaking of wii party... FRICKING. FRIEND CONNECTION GAME
• they have the highest score and there's this cute af picture of them framed up on the wall smiling adorably together in a pretty pink background, and the whole minigame has hearts like literally everywhere and it's all about how ~compatible~ you are with each other and being able to ~connect~ with the other person and it's lowkey a dating sim oh god nintendo do you realize you ruined my life???
• they're such a goddamn power duo
• oh and like it's interracial too? considering fandoms sTILL tend to sleep on interracial ships i think this is a win
• ahhhhhhHhhHHhHH how could i forget they have the same favourite colour??? they do!!! what are the odds of that? (it's orange, btw)
• seriously i can't get over this. nintendo spent a total of 1 (one) lore point on mii personality (as opposed to island backstory) and they dedicated it to making these two absolute besties. just iconic.
• (well okay they also dedicated a lore point to making abby and tatsuaki hate each other which is equally iconic tbh but that's not the point of this post)
• THE PICTURE. I'M NOT OVER THIS. NO REALLY THE FACT THAT THEY FRAMED A PICTURE OF THESE TWO TOGETHER ON A DATE IN THIS ROOM FULL OF GIANT PINK HEARTS. THESE TWO I SWEAR TO GOD.
BEST PAIR.

Names in Different Languages
Japanese: マット (Matto)
Korean: 오스카 (Oseuka/"Oscar")
Trivia
• His Korean name is the same as another Mii's name.
• According to the September 2020 Nintendo leak about CPU Miis, Matt's nationality is North American. You can find the leak here.
• In this leak, an early photo of Matt had his favorite color set to Red, instead of Orange in his final design; This suggests that Red was originally going to be his favorite color.
• According to the Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort files, Matt's Internal ID is 024.
• Matt wears Bulky Black Armor as the Boss of Stage 20 in Swordplay Showdown.
• Matt is the only CPU Mii to be the champion of more than one sport, and the only one to be a champion in both Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort.
• In the Boxing training room, there are a few pictures on the walls. In one of them, you can see Matt (already as the Boxing Champion, evidenced by his silver gloves) and Andy, both younger and with different hairstyles, about to fight each other. This could suggest that Andy tried to beat Matt to become the new Champion, but failed as Matt defeated him. Also, in this picture, Matt's shorts are Red, instead of his favorite color, Orange.
• Three other pictures show Matt defeating Pierre, Víctor, and Tatsuaki.
• Even though Matt doesn't wear glasses or have a mole, he doesn't use the default values for these facial features. His glasses are set to be gray in color and are moved down by two stages. His mole is moved right by three stages and is four stages larger.
• In Wii Sports, Matt is the champion of Boxing, but the Wii Sports Club Matt of the same name goes the opposite way, being the worst. Similarly, Matt is one of the worst players at Tennis and Baseball, while Wii Sports Club Matt is a top Pro at those sports.
• He is one of the very few Miis to make any noise. In Boxing's training modes, Matt will grunt every time he throws a ball in Dodging, and also if the player hits him instead of the pad in Throwing Punches by saying sounds like "bah", "pa", "boo," and "bie".
• Matt is always left-handed.
• Matt is one of three Miis originally from Wii Sports like this, the others being Sarah and Emma, and is the only male originally from Wii Sports who is left-handed in every sport.
• In his Wii Music artwork, he plays the Güiro.
• In Wii Play: Motion, he can be seen playing Treasure Twirl - Solo Mode.
• In Wii Party, he appears in the Battle minigame mode rules.
• He is one of the few CPU Miis to use the underhand throw in Baseball.
• In Swordplay Showdown, Matt appears bigger than every Black Armor fighter and every Boss too, making him the largest Mii in Swordplay Showdown.
• In Wii Party, Matt is shown on the rules for Chop Chops. He is on the top left and is playing with Rachel, Steve and Helen.
