We are finally back with another wyler event - this time, in celebration of spring!

In spirit of spring, the event will revolve around change, transformation, bloom and renewal. All entries must be posted by March 20th - spring equinox.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

no sign up needed! this event is meant to be fun and casual. Simply create and share with the fandom!

WHAT ENTRIES ARE WELCOMED?

All kinds: fanfictions (no word limit - write as little or as much as you'd like), fanart, gifsets, moodboards, playlists, prompts and all other types of creations are considered a participance.

WHAT SHOULD I CREATE THOUGH?

Ah, NOW we're getting to the good part. This event invites you to create anything that comes to mind when you think about the themes of spring, change, transformation, and renewal - but since these themes are a bit broad, here is a list of non-mandatory prompts to help you get inspired:

Laurel had no way to be sure that Tyler had inherited his mother’s Hyde. She could have ended up torturing a normie boy to his grave. She then would have had to get rid of the body, leaving Donavan to believe his angry teenager boy had ran away.

Then what if Wednesday found the cave and had a vision of what happened to Tyler. Which could lead to seances, talking with and falling for the boy’s ghost… And both of them working together to get Laurel, while she’s busy collecting body parts.

Tyler could have fallen under Goody’s protection in the after life.

Tyler responds to her and for 8 years they keep writing to each other every week.

Wednesday goes to study at Nevermore to be closer to him so she can visit him at the hospital.

Tyler and Wednesday find themselves overwhelmed by a passion they didn't believe possible, realizing they were never just friends, but soulmates.

One day, uncle Fester helps Wednesday to make him escape so the two of them can have their happy ending...

I've noticed that while exploring the AO3 tag "Wednesday Addams/Tyler Galpin" and analyzing the quantity of available stories that delve into pairings like Enid/Wednesday or Xavier/Wednesday, there's a decline compared to the past. Initially, when searching for content regarding the relationship between Tyler and Wednesday, out of a total of 20 stories, 15 were Enid/Wednesday and 3 were Xavier/Wednesday. Only 2 stories of Tyler/Wednesday were found, and there's a possibility that even these two might have been mislabeled and were actually Enid/Wednesday stories.

Therefore, I'm thrilled to witness the noteworthy growth of the Weyler fandom and how people have learned to appropriately tag their stories.
