not sure about everyone who follows me/my mutuals, but i genuinely despise when people say "william has no motive!!!! he just likes killing kids" because im so autistic about this franchise. maybe he has no motivation to YOU. but to me (enlightened book enjoyer) (lie i hate the books but i sure have read them) his motivation is quite obvious. according to that one homosexual seemingly throwaway line from the books, he was extraordinarily jealous of henry & his family. jealously can drive a man to do horrible things, i think.

now, whether you're a willry truther or not, i genuinely believe that his motive was jealously (gay jealously or not doesn't super matter). so he killed charlotte to put a dent in henrys seemingly perfect life. and he continued killing kids because not only did he enjoy feeling smarter than the police who never managed to catch him (in the books they do interrogate him, but he walks free, but in my headcanon they interrogate henry and never even think to look into william as a suspect), but also because he finally felt like he had something to hold over henrys head. he had always felt inferior to henry, and the murder of charlotte & the others, while putting a rift in their relationship/friendship, finally made will feel like he was better than and smarter than henry.

I was going down the old yt rabit hole, just watching 9 almost 10 year old videos nbd, and I came across the age old argument/explination/confusion/huh/what/¯\_(ツ)_/¯ of Mangle of Five Nights at Freddy's FUCK'N TWO's gender. Along the lines of; his pronouns are Loudly he/him in-game, but the fandom would not shut up about, but it's a girl, look at her, girl foxy. Period done shut up about it-BUT THEY'RE CALLED HE/HIM!!! Im taking this as a chance to finally ramble abt her anyways so Janet's core inspo when designing her was to avoid 2 key things. Don't make her like Immortal & Th Restless's Clara (due to clara representing michael, not mrs afton, so i wanted to avoid that), and don't base her too heavily off of Ballora. I still have ties to Ballora's character (a music-based theme, blue-centric colour palette, im sure there were more basic ideas but everything else is more hc than themes to keep up) due to my hc thingy of each Funtime having ties to William's wife + kids, but yknow.

But yeah. Funky lady who played bass guitar + did backup vocals in a band during her high school and college years. Literally her and William dating can be summed up by "Seriously, what do you see in that guy?!" "He makes me laugh." bc she was and is WAY out of his goddamn league. Not just bc of the whole serial killer thing he was just an even bigger loser in college. Normal people dont develop a crush on a woman after she nearly breaks your nose and makes you bleed, William /j

But yeah uhh. I also dont like the idea of her being absent or neglectful purely because I got way too attached to her (i was originally gonna do that just to make things easy for myself but. Pretty lady,,, I am a very simple lesbian what can i say) so like. She obviously wasnt the greatest, most fantastic mom to ever exist given she was kinda maybe sorta well aware William was making some weird fucking clowns, but like. Hey. She tried. Also side note my reasoning for her being absent during the whole. Yknow. '83 event (and just evan's bday in general) is bc Evan + Elizabeth are twins and Elizabeth demanded a girls-only trip for her bday, and Janet promised Evan she'd do something just as special for him when she got back. That never happened bc he died lmao loser /j

But yeah uhh. Shes got a lot of regrets. Wishes she coulda done a lot of things better. Kinda dies with those regrets. Ive seen people say that one of fnaf's charms is that no character is 100% good and i LOVE that, and wanted to keep it up with Janet. Good mom and overall a good person, however made some bad decisions along the way and whatnot.

Im still working out specifics (ive been slowly working on a lil private fic abt her and william meeting + their early relationship) but uhhh. Minor notes that dont get their own paragraphs is that William sampled her voice for Ballora so yay easy voice claim, she had an on and off relationship with her band's lead singer (her name's Bev), her birth name is actually Janice Schmidt but if you call her Janice she'll knock at least 2 of ur teeth out, she's a runaway teen and got adopted by this older couple bc her home life kinda sucked (idk specifics yet), and also girlie has an extensive criminal record of minor angsty teen type charges. Also teen Mike dying his hair and then 2020's Michael's hairstyle are both kinda references to Janet's hair because he wnated to look less like his father. Thats all ty. Well i was gonna say Janet was def the first to flirt but i think William definitely developed a crush first and they only kept talking bc of said crush so its kinda up for debate. yeah - just go for it!!! post ur thoughts and headcanons into the void, see what resonates, and most importantly - have fun!

the fun thing about tumblr is that you can just kinda. fuck around and goof off and it's all good!

i personally love it when people just post little thoughts about au's they have, sometimes they elaborate, sometimes they don't, but it's still fun to see! it can inspire other people who might want to hop in and ask questions, or shyly point it in another direction asking "hey what about this? does this fit? would this be a neat path?" and it's so fun!!! sometimes it's nice to just throw an idea out there and see who it clicks with.

if you WANT notes, then just remember the first five tags on a post are the ones that are gonna show up in your search results. if your anxiety says "ooooh im not ready for that," then maybe spend the first four tags rambling, and then throw something like #fnaf or #fnaf dca in there for number 5, so that it still pops up but is a little harder to find. (i also absolutely recommend giving any au you talk about it's own unique tag for organization purposes, so that you can search for it on your blog later.)

general advice about having a fandom themed blog, tho - and thankfully, i haven't really seen this hardly at all in the dca fandom - SOMETIMES people are assholes who might come into your inbox and be shitheads about your headcanons or about ships you like. man, don't even bother with them! don't answer it, don't mull it over - delete it. you aren't obligated to answer asks, you can just toss 'em if they're mean or make you uncomfortable. and don't forget the block button, too!

yeah Im still into fnaf, but I havent been able to play security breach or help wanted, I think the story wrapped up perfectly with pizzeria simulator and ultimate custom night

im not with bonster/xela anymore, we broke up a few years ago, really heavy stuff happened between us and she hurt me deeply and was very toxic. I don’t really want to remember the things that happened. besides, Im engaged now, I moved in with my current fiancee and I’m working as a designer

I’m also working on my very own webcomic called Wilson’s Bizarre Adventure, a parody of Jojo and a bunch of brazilian youtubers I like. Even though most people here wont know them, Im trying my best to write it in a way anyone can enjoy, I’m currently working on a translation to english and a sort of prelude chapter to give context to people who might not know any of the characters

OK so I'm gonna give the whole story since its easier:

back in the days of Fredbears Family Diner Jack worked as a nightgaurd and died in a springlock accident (I dont remember specifics of how-) but then The Real Fredbear told Jack he'd revive him as an undying corpse if he promised to save the kids that were being killed, now this is a HEFTY promise to make considering the basis of this fucking game is fnaf (which means lotta dead kiddin's) and thats already a fucking burden to carry on its own but the 2 main sides/routes (for the 1st 2 games the 3rd has more to it which ill explain whn i get there) you can take worsen it no matter what.

1: side with Dave (kill kids w/ him) you're breaking a serious promise and betraying a godly figure for starters, but even with that sure it might be fun and games for the first 2 games but you're still burdened by abandoning your promise and having to even fight The Real Fredbear in the 2nd game and then he kinda fucks with you emotionally so that's..yeah

2: do as you promised (save the kids) it's useless, no matter how many times you save children more will be killed at a rate which makes saving them feel impossible, it's an empty victory, you're unable to truely stop the killer and are forced to be in a cycle of false empty victory against a man who's truely just blinded by lies told by his long gone former friend, even if you could stop him; there's a bigger evil just outside your reach that wont leave you alone

ok so thats that for dsaf 1 and 2 there is much more in terms of routes and endings but listen a lot of them do boil down to haha funny shitpost game cuz...well they are- so lets hop over to dsaf 3 where the shitposting dies down and the trauma rises up

My main idea for a Golden Guard/Grimwalkers au is that all of the golden guards are dead (besides hunter), and they have their own little world. It's a forest almost and a house (it's comedicly big to fit all of the grimwalkers) All of them are just chilling in their huge house and maybe one day hunter 'dies' or has a near death experience and finds it

And then one day Philip/Belos dies. He finds it and all of the previous grimwalkers+wittebro+wittewife are all traumatized and ready to fight

Remember this guy? Looks like the collector (we kinda established that a while ago) but it doesn't look quite like ours, you know the eclipse sun/moon chaotic child. This one seemed more... mature? If that makes sense? Nothing about being bored, wanting games, or anything (if he did and I didn't catch it let me know!) Also, he's so tall??? For being a child (in kings tide he was about luz's height or shorter in the top photo he's super tall. So what am I getting at here? I think I have an answer to the question everyone's been wondering. Does the collector have parents? I think it's a Ranboo situation. A sun-themed god and a moon-themed god had a chaotic child and possibly couldn't take care of it, or something happened and the Collector was alone.
