San Myshuno - Uptown -  IX Landgraab - Feng Household

"Though the exclusive address is reason enough to take this dazzling suite, the upper-level loft and floor to ceiling windows certainly add to the appeal."

I’m obsessed with the Feng couple... It’s like the 3rd time I’m redoing their place.

I had this idea where the first floor would be Victor’s workplace and the second floor the actual appartment. I even created a social group for all my political sims, now they have a cool place to meet up. I decorated the office myself, the only rule was no CC (and that’s why two pictures are missing on the wall, I need them to take more pics haha).

For the appartment, I used a floorplan made by MalinDesigns but deleted everything so I could redecorate myself and this time the rule was the opposite: go full CC !! My Lily really wants to improve her violin skills while my Victor is a wine specialist.

Medieval Market Stalls and Sales Tables

This is what you need for your medieval (historical) market or Community Center (if you have Eco Living) - medieval market stalls and sales tables.

1 - Sales Tables Two different types - one is a simple table, no roof, actually a dinner table from TSM, originally converted by Zx-ta. The other type is a frankenmesh of the TSM Market Stall (picture above). Both sales tables works exactly as EA:s - they store your goods, you can bring them with the sim in their inventory and set up shop where you want, fully functional as EA:s sales tables.

2. Stall that sells Vegetables and Ingedients - normally spawns in San Myshuno. This stall comes in TWO identical versions - one is a Default Replacement and will replace the one autospawning. The other is buyable in catalogue a and this means you can place it where you want it - why not on your Community Space, or on any lot.

3. Hot Beverages Stall This is also a Default Replacement and will replace any spawned stall, but is also buyable in catalogue and you can use it anywhere. The pretty samovar is made by Bereniche - find the functioning tea brewer here. It is included as deco in this stall.

4. Both the Brindle Bay fish stalls - the one with Catch of the Day and the one with Seafood Samples - as Default Replacements with a stall from TSM. They will spawn like this and you can also place them on any lot.

Note: the default replacement stalls have the old thumbnail in the catalogue.

Another apartment renovation! This studio apartment is very open and airy. It was renovated for one of my writer sims and her cat. I kept a lot of the decor rather light with pops of colour (the items from Jungle Adventure work well with the aesthetic I was going for).

Neon East from The Urbz

“This little spot in the north-east corner of The Urbz: Sims in the City is where the gadget-loving rave crowd hangs out. Don't let all the flashing lights, the metallic clank of falling pachinko balls, and neo-Tokyo architecture throw you. Don your day-glo vibrating jumpsuits and take a stroll through the neon-torii lined sidewalks and just take it all in. If you're hungry stop in for a bite at Mazuiko's Sushi Bar. The Rave scene doesn't kick into full gear until night falls, and that's when Neon East really gets buzzing.”

At first I tried to recreate Mazuiko but I was not satisfied at all so I made prof Chewy instead. His look is way more casual than the original, I hope he still likes his 2022 makeover! Oh! and Venus is a teenager in my save.

Central Station from The Urbz

Central Station was my favourite spot back in the days, I was 19 and these guys looked so cool to me.

“ The locals converted two parked train cars on the center "dead" line into a mini-arcade and clothing store for all of your studded patent-leather needs. As you enter the station from the stairs and cross the tracks to the opposite corner, you'll find the city-renowned piercing parlor. The parlor can generate a reasonable amount of income for up-and-coming body artists skilled enough to keep at least two out of three customers infection-free. Across from the parlor in a members-only enclosure is the Fight Cage. Anyone with the money to pay the cover charge and enough rep to get access inside can duke out his or her frustrations and potentially win back even more cash. Don't expect to step off the train and manage to get in without working in the underground crowd first. “

Skyline Beach from The Urbz

Life at the clinic is chaotic and Gussie really needed some quality time with other sims. I sent him to the flea market to meet new people, I forgot that as he doesn't live on a residential lot all his pets would come along too! Gasoline Row from The Urbz

“The bar is the nerve center of Gasoline Row; serving strong beverages and exotic local concoctions. The bike parts in the back aren't exactly shrink-wrapped off an assembly line. Instead, the high-profit, low-price success of this place is due in part to the acquisition of parts from...dubious sources. Let's just say don't leave your motorcycle unattended here for too long (at least not until you're a regular). The back room sports great challenge devices for money-making and testing your muscles against the brawny patrons. Today, I spent five hours downloading lots for Willow Creek, Oasis Spring, Newcrest, Magnolia Promenade and Windenburg. All the lots from these worlds are now filled with pretty houses (mostly from @jenba and @haledela). Then I thought it was time to edit my San Myshuno sims and here they are! Baako is almost unedited because I’m used to his look and I really enjoy it as it is ^^.
