Seeing Jeremy and Jean together made me so happy. That line is one of my favourites as well. Also, reading TSC has only made me look forward to the 2nd book more.

It still feels a bit unreal that we now have an offiical book with Jean and Jeremy interacting! And same, I'm so excited for the second book, too!!!

Jean upended his bag onto his bed and set to work tearing stickers and snapping tags off his new clothes. Jeremy was slower at his share so he could inspect them as he went, and he was grateful for Laila's sacrifice today. She had a good eye for style and could work withing the narrow confines of what few colors Jean tolerated. This shirt was a new shade for him, a deep blue that reminded Jeremy of the ocean at dusk. Jean caught hold of the shirt sleeve and tilted it so he could see the front. He'd noticed Jeremy staring and was looking for a problem spot, Jeremy guessed. Jeremy couldn't say he was imagining what Jean would look like in it, with the scoop neck dipping down below the hollow of his throat, so he just said "It's a good color." - The Sunshine Court (Nora Sakavic)

Your art of JereJean was one of the first I saw. Since then, I've always pictured Jeremy and Jean the way you draw them (the main reason I'm likely the few, maybe the only one, whose never pictured Jeremy being blonde). In fact, your art is why my fondness for JereJean has been so enduring. Five years later and with the release of TSC, I need to say, l always do love the way I feel whenever I see your art of those two. Thank you, a lot, for all that. I hope you're doing well.

I've been very much thinking a lot about Jeremy and Jean again since TSC was announced and I don't want to promise too much, but I would love to make some art of them again once I do read the book.
