What if Damnatio's father is an Adlai?

Okay, yeah, I've been having this theory for a while:

Adlai is a justice themed name, it means "God is Just"

we knew 'House of Adlai' was envied by everyone

we knew, or at least it's hinted that, the whole clan was taken down since nobody batted an eye when marie was put on trial and it was specifically stated in the manga the envy was directed at the adlai name as a whole and not just gauche's parents

we knew Kira isn't beyond marrying off some of their own to other noble houses for likely political reasons and the such

So my theory is that Damnatio decided to take after his mother and overthrow his father once the adlai drama happened because he's a bitch like that... ooor the adlai drama started with him because he's not satisfied with his position within the kira and is a bitch like that.
