In fact, he is the polar opposite of Pepé Le Pew, unlike the romantic charming Pepé Le Pew, Pokéy Le Pew is an Introvert and Hermit who prefers to be Alone. He prefers to remain Chaste ... But he does have the Secrets he never told anyone about... He usually avoid the public to remain Alone... But he knew he has to do the Paying despite how much he hated Paying...
Pepé Le Pew does the Playing, Pokéy Le Pew does the Paying.
Pokéy Le Pew was the only Sane Skunk...

Stalagmite's Personality was based on Sans the Skeleton.
Stalactite's Personality were Papyrus the Skeleton. Although Stalactite 's personality fits Pepe Le Pew as well as the Great Papyrus.

Stalagmite Skunk was the elder twin brother of Stalactite Skunk.
He is a Fat Blue Skunk based on Sans the Skeleton in personality, although he is physical appearance was based on Pepe Le Pew, except fatter.
He is lazy, and he doesn't even care....
He knows Cats are not Skunks, but rather phonies. He may retaliate if you harm his younger brother... Like Sans can retaliate if Papyrus was harmed.
He doesn't care... He was very protective over his younger brother.
But he won't retaliate as long as his Brother was not harmed.

The Tale of Two Skunks.
Focuses on the Skunk Twins...
Two Skunks are better than one.
Their names were Stalactite and Stalagmite.
Stalactite Skunk, the younger Twin, was a Red Skunk and the Skinny one.
Stalagmite Skunk, the elder twin, was a Blue Skunk and Fat one.
Stalactite was Charming and energetic and enthusiastic to capture a Girlfriend to date with or prey to eat. He is rather sensitive and somehow does Girly Stuff. Of course, he is more diligent than Stalagmite. He is very sensitive, he will not kill anyone... But only to capture them.... Not to mention, he loves Spaghetti.
Stalagmite was Stoic and Lazy fat slob who eats too much. He is brilliant, but lazy. This Fat Skunk loves playing pranks. He's more quiet than Stalactite. Yet, he is pretty tough and manly. He is willing to punish anyone who harms his little brother.
Stalactite is the sensitive Guy.
Stalagmite is the manly man.
Despite this, those opposite Twins love each other.

Mustace Muskard, the humble elderly Mourner, was once a young handsome yet Arrogant charmer... Somebody had the plan to break the Charmer....
But he was was tricked into overeating... Everyone left the Party.... Despite how satisfied he is from being stuffed.... When he tried to get out of the burrow, he was stuck... While trying to get out, everyone made fun of him.... That breaks his haughty heart as he broke down in tears....
That's how you BREAK the haughty.
This narcissistic Charmer was humiliated that he wept.... Because he knew he deserves to be punished for rebelling against his parents commands...
It took at least 490 times or more to break the Haughty Skunk by giving him the humble scar.
