I translated a few Hungarian articles from the 1950s about the original 1954 Godzilla. The film wasn't actually released in Hungary (after nearly 70 years, that still hasn't changed), but it did come out in regions of neighboring countries where the Hungarian language is still widely spoken, which is where most of these articles are from. One article was based on a Polish review and another presumably describes a screening of the film from the United Kingdom.
Some of them also contain odd bits of misinformation, which is understandable to a degree, as not all of these writers have actually watched the movie. And since the were written in the 50's, they feature some fanciful wording, awkward run-on sentences, and they spoil the end of the movie.
Most of the reviews are fairly positive, one is very critical, and I also included a brief segment of a much longer article that describes an interesting Romanian incident related to the film and how local authorities have reacted to it.
The articles are from the newspaper archives arcanum.com and library.hungaricana.hu

WIP MonsterVerse Kong animation screenshots. Original unprocessed render on top and the second image is what it looks like after compositing, with all sorts of added effects, color correction and a lot of glare that helps hide some of the imperfections.

A better look at a small Easter egg that appears in this animation. A 1968 Hungarian travel agency ad featuring the comic strip character Jucika, re-imagined with the alien Miss Namikawa from the 1965 Godzilla film Invasion of Astro-Monster, and all the details replaced with appropriate Godzilla references.
