Are you fucking telling me that this book ends in the exact same way as the shadow and bone trilogy? The exact same fucking way. This book was already disappointing before that bc it was so slow at the beginning and it felt like she spent way too long setting everything up before it actually got exciting. And the ending was also so disappointing. Seriously? :/

I haven’t read or watched or even cared about Harry Potter in years (mostly bc jkr sucks) but two people the other were trying to tell me that the movies and books have a different release order/names and it’s been driving me crazy bc that’s literally not true but why did two different people believe that that was true

The Familiar by Leigh Bardugo was my most anticipated book release of the entire year, mostly bc she is my favorite author. However, I’m disappointed. Granted I’m only a third of the way into the book, but it’s just so slow and boring and I have a hard time wanting to continue the book because I can’t see myself feeling exciting for anything that could happen. Maybe it picks up sooner or later but if you’re someone that has a hard time reading books that are slow at first, I don’t think I would recommend this to you :(

One of my friends in middle school tried to get me into fruits basket and showed me what I thought was the first episode of the original anime and it started with a fight scene between random animals and I was confused and thought it was weird so I didn’t watch it for such a long time but then I watched the new version of the anime in high school and loved it so I always assumed that the original version just started differently. Anyway now after watching the new anime twice, I decided to watch the original anime and… tell me why my friend showed me a random episode of the anime to get me to like it instead of showing me the first episode?? The anime starts exactly the same as the new version ??
